공공여가시설만족이 여가생활만족도에 미치는 영향 연구: 여가정책만족의 매개효과

This study aims at empirically analyzing the impact of the satisfaction on public leisure facilities of Korea people’s leisure life satisfaction. In particular, this is an effort to examine whether there exists any mediating effect of leisure policy satisfaction in that the satisfaction on public leisure facilities influences people’s leisure life satisfaction. For this purpose, the raw data entitled 「The 2018 Survey on Public Leisure Life of Korea」conducted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism were used. The target subjects chosen were 2,973 persons (1,705 males, 1,268 females) who were aged over 19 and had experienced using public leisure facilities. Along with socio-demographic variables (gender, age, schooling level, income level, and region), working environment variables (weekly 5-day work system, weekly working hours, and happiness level) were controlled for Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result confirmed that the satisfaction on public leisure facilities and on leisure policy gave positive(+) influences. In addition, Path Analysis proved that leisure policy satisfaction showed a mediating effect in the course of examining the impact of satisfaction of public leisure facilities over leisure life satisfaction. Such results imply that practical public leisure facilities and related leisure policy, both of which can increase the quality of Korean people’s life, must go hand in hand to enhance their leisure life satisfaction. This study suggests that, in the public domain, policies and PR measures should be arranged for the minorities and isolated groups to enhance their accessability to public leisure facilities or leisure programs within their life zone. Furthermore, this study implies that, in order to overcome the regional differences in leisure life satisfaction, we should seek ways to increase satisfaction on public leisure facilities by establishing leisure policy based on the consideration of the characteristics of the residents in a given areas. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 국민들의 공공여가시설만족이 여가생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 특히 공공여가시설만족도가 여가생활만족도에 영향을 미치는데 여가정책만족도의 매개효과가 존재하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문화체육관광부가 실시한 「2018 국민여가활동조사」의 원시 자료를 활용하였고, 공공여가시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 19세 이상의 2,973명(남자 1,705명, 여자 1,268명)을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 인구사회학적 변수(성별, 연령, 학력수준, 소득수준, 지역)와 함께 근무환경변수(주5일제, 근무시간, 행복수준)를 통제한 다중회귀분석으로 연구한 결과, 공공여가시설만족도와 여가정책만족도는 여가생활만족도에 긍정적인 양(+)의 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 경로분석을 통해 공공여가시설만족도가 여가생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 여가정책만족도가 부분매개하는 효과가 존재함을 검증하였다. 이러한 결과는 여가생활만족도를 향상시키기 위해 국민의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 실질적인 공공여가시설과 관련 여가정책이 병행되어야함을 의미한다. 이를 위해서는 여가생활을 보장할 수 있는 법과 제도의 개선과 함께, 다양한 여가시설, 질 좋은 여가 프로그램 개발과 보급, 전문인력 양성 및 배치와 같은 인프라 구축이 반드시 필요하다. 또한 공공영역에서는 취약계층이나 소외계층의 생활권 내 공공여가시설 및 프로그램에 대한 접근성을 높일 수 있는 정책과 홍보 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 여가생활만족도의 지역적 차이를 극복하기 위해 지역민들의 특성을 고려한 여가정책 수립으로 공공여가시설만족도를 향상시키는 방안이 모색되어야 함을 시사한다.

Nowadays, most passenger cars equipped with automatic transmissions use torque converter clutches to reduce fuel consumption, and recently the slip control scheme of torque converter clutches is widely studied for the expansion of the operating region of torque converter clutches and thus for the further improvement of the fuel economy of vehicles. In this study, the analysis of the torque converter clutch system including the line pressure control unit of the automatic transmission and the actuating hydraulic control unit of the torque converter clutch is performed, and a feedforward controller and a fuzzy logic controller for its slip control are proposed. Also, for the slip controller to use the grade resistance information during control, an observer-based grade resistance estimator is designed. The performance of the designed grade resistance estimator and the slip controller is verified by dynamic simulations, and the effect of the torque converter clutch slip control on the fuel economy is examined using a driving cycle simulation.

외란 관측기를 이용한 견실한 차량 안정성 제어

A disturbance observer-based vehicle stability controller is proposed in this paper. The lumped disturbance to the vehicle yaw rate dynamics caused by the uncertain factors such as uncertain tire forces and parameters is estimated by the disturbance observer, which is utilized by the robust controller to stabilize the lateral dyof the vehicle. The dynamics of the hydraulic actuator is incorporated in the vehicle stability controller design using the model reduction technique. Modular control design methodology is adopted to ettectively deal with the mismatched uncertainty. Simulation results indicate that the proposed disturbance observervehicle stability controller can achieve the desired reference tracking performance as well as sut1icient level of robustness.

소환과 외면, 신을 대하는 두 가지 시선 -설문대 전설지의 실상을 중심으로-

설문대할망 전설은 제주도의 대표적인 창조설화 중 하나로 수많은 각편들을 지니고 있다. 이 각편들은 저마다 제주도 안에 산재한 다양한 자연지형과 지물(地物)들을 증거물 삼고 있어서 설화삼분법이 제시하는 기준에 부합한다. 본고는 해당 전설들을 전설지와 견주어서 구체적인 면모와 의미, 그리고 이야기 전승과 전설지의 현황을 분석하며 이야기의 전승 여부와 전설지의 실태를 파악한 현지 조사를 바탕 삼았다. 전설의 전승과 전설지의 보존이 유지되는 사례들은 이야기 유형과 지리적 유형에 따라 크게 지형 창조 전설와 지물 창조 전설로 나뉘며 각편의 주인공 또한 설문대할망, 설문대하르방, 오백장군 등 다양하게 등장한다. 각편마다 의미의 층위에서도 창조성, 영원성, 여성성, 남성성, 희극성, 비극성 등 다채로운 면모를 보인다. 오늘날 제주특별자치도의 지자체를 비롯한 기관과 여러 분야에서 이에 주목해 다양한 문화콘텐츠 생산에 열을 올리고 있다. 대표적인 곳이 제주돌문화공원이다. 국내 유수의 규모를 자랑하는 이곳은 설문대할망 전설을 전시 공간 조성의 중심 주제로 삼고 있으며 대단한 호평을 받고 있다. 그러나 전시의 면면을 자세히 살펴보면 설문대할망 전설이 지닌 다양한 유형과 그에 따른 의미를 폭넓게 다루기보다는 설문대할망의 죽음에 얽힌 이야기 일변도로 형상화하고 있다. ‘모성(母性)’과 ‘비극성’에 치우치고 있어서 이 전설이 지닌 다채로운 면모를 제대로 살려내지 못하는 실정이다. 이처럼 제주돌문화공원 등의 문화콘텐츠 활용 분야에서 막대한 비용을 투자하는 것과 달리 실제 전설지의 현장이 멸실되거나 크게 훼손된 상태인데 이에 대한 실태조사와 보존방안 모색이 이루어지지 않는 상황이다. 결국 원형 유지와 보존보다는 재현 공간을 비롯한 이차적 가공에만 치우치고 있는 셈이다. 결론적으로 본고는 전설과 전설지, 그리고 이차적 가공과 재현의 실상을 검토하고 설문대할망 전설을 바라보는 시선과 태도를 비판하며 사회적 의제와 숙의를 요구하는 논의이라고 할 수 있다. The legend of Seolmundae Halmang is one of Jeju Island's representative creation myths and has numerous versions. Each of these versions uses various natural terrains and landmarks scattered throughout Jeju Island as evidence, and thus meets the criteria presented by the three divisional regulation of a story. This paper compares the legends to the legend sites to analyze their specific aspects and meanings, as well as the current status of the story transmission and the legend sites. It is also based on field research to determine whether the story was transmitted and the current status of the legend sites. Cases where the transmission of the legend and the preservation of the legend sites are maintained are largely divided into legends of terrain creation. Each case has legends of landmark creation according to the type of story and geographical type, and the main characters of each version also appear in various ways, such as Seolmundae Halmang, Seolmundae Harbang, and the Five Hundred Generals. Each vesion shows diverse aspects such as creativity, eternity, femininity, masculinity, comedy, and tragedy in terms of the meaning. Today, local governments and institutions in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, as well as various fields, are paying attention to this and make an effort to produce various cultural contents. The representative place is Jeju Stone Culture Park. This place, which boasts the largest scale in Korea, has the legend of Seolmundae Halmang as the central theme of its exhibition space and has received great acclaim. However, looking closely at the exhibition, it indicates that rather than broadly covering the various types and meanings of the legend of Seolmundae Halmang, it is portrayed as a story centered around the death of Seolmundae Halmang. It is focused on ‘motherhood’ and ‘tragedy’, and thus fails to properly bring out the various aspects of this legend. In contrast to the huge investment in cultural contents such as Jeju Stone Culture Park, the a place of legend has been destroyed or severely damaged. No on-site investigation or preservation measures have been conducted. In the end, it is focused only on secondary processing, including the reproduction space, rather than maintaining and preserving the original form. In conclusion, this paper can be said to be a discussion that examines the reality of legends, legend sites, and secondary fabrication and reproduction, criticizes the perspectives and attitudes toward the legend of Seolmundae Halmang, and demands social agendas and deliberation.

차량 제어시스템 유압 엑츄에이터의 경험적 모델링

동력전달계 및 브레이크 등이 차량 제어 및 이상진단 분야에서 압력 정보를 이용하려는 최근의 시도들에 따라 유압 액츄에이터의 정밀한 제어에 대한 필요성이 대두되었으며, 이는 또한 제어기 설계에 이용하기 위한 높은 신뢰성을 갖는 유압 액츄에이터의 모델 개발에 관한 연구를 촉진시켰다. 이러한 관점에서 물리적으로 유도된 유입 액츄에이터 모델의 가장 큰 단점은 유도된 모델이 제어기 및 관측기의 설계에 적용하기에는 너무 복잡하다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 물리적 모델의 대안으로서 유압 액츄에이터의 경험적 모델을 제시한다. 선형 및 비선형 시스템 식별 기법들이 저차의 유압 액츄에이터 모델을 도출하는데 사용되었으며, 실험적 검증을 통하여 본 논문에서 수립된 모델들이 유압 액츄에이터의 주요한 특성들을 충분히 정확하게 묘사할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

민속과 공연 사이: 탐라문화제 민속예술경연의 문제점과 개선방안

제주도의 대표적 축제인 탐라문화제는 1958년에 시작된 제주문화제에서 비롯되어 한라문화제라는 이름으로 오랫동안 유지되어온 역사를 자랑한다. 이렇게 변화하는 과정에서 축제의 중심으로 성장한 것이 민속예술경연이다. 이 글에서는 46회에 이르는 탐라문화제의 중심행사인 민속예술경연의 문제점을 파악하기 위해 탐라문화제의 역사적 배경과 민속예술경연의 실상에 대해 살펴보았다. 이 과정에서 탐라문화제의 탄생배경에 국가차원의 문화지배방식이 존재한다는 사실과 그것의 구체적 방법이 민속예술경연임을 확인했다. 정부 수립 이후 오랫동안 유지되었던 독재정권은 그들의 통치이념에 맞게 국민을 통치하기 위해 문화차원의 지배방식을 선택했다. 이 속에서 개인과 가족, 마을 등의 소규모 공동체에서 전승되던 다양한 민속은 국가의 통치이념에 맞게 각종 민속예술경연대회를 통해 공식화된 민속으로 변질되었다. 그렇다고 해서 이같은 민속예술경연이 부정적인 역할만 했다고 볼 수는 없다. 피지배집단은 미약하지만 국가의 지배가 일방적으로 관철되는 가운데 지배적인 힘에 저항하고 그들의 정체성을 유지하거나 새롭게 만들어 가려는 시도를 이어왔다. 그것은 탐라문화제와 직접적으로 관련된 제주도민의 움직임에서도 나타난다. 시기에 따라 민생현안을 출품작에 담아내는 노력들이 그것이다. 이렇게 탐라문화제의 민속예술경연은 부정과 긍정의 성격을 동시에 지니고 있다. 그렇지만 긍정적 효과가 미약한 탓에 폐지론이 심심찮게 대두되고 있다. 이 글에서는 탐라문화제 민속예술경연의 변화양상을 두루 살펴 전면적인 개선방안과 부분적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 전면적인 개선방안은 현행되는 민속예술경연을 마을축제로 전환시키는 방법이고, 부분적인 개선방안은 민속예술경연이 지니는 공연장 재현을 지양해 전승현장의 실태 파악과 전승활동을 중심에 두는 쪽으로 개선하자는 방법이다. Tamna Cultural Festival, the typical festival of Jeju-do, takes pride of Hanra Culural Festival which has long maintained the history from Jeju Cultural Festival since 1958. On the course, Folk Arts Contest is standing in the main of Festival. This article searches the historical backgroud of Tamna Cultural Festival and the actual circumstances of Folk Arts Contest to grasp the problem of Folk Arts Contest which is the main event of the 46th Tamna Cultural Festival. The dictatorial government which had been maintaned for a long time had a choice of controling culture to take care of people on their rules. In this situation, the various lore transmitted by the minority community- an indivual and a family, a folk etc.-deteriorated the official lore from a variety of Folk Arts Contest adapting their rules. This Folk Arts Contest doesn`t take a negative role any the less. The subjects group was insignificantly against the rule power while the nation control penetrated into them over the transom, or has maintained their identity and tried to create. It can be found in the Jeju islanders` movements directly related in Tamna Cultural Festival. The Folk Arts Contest of Tamna Cultural Festival has both positive and negative ways. However, the abolition opinions represented by the insignificant positive effects often rises up. This article indicates the whole and the part reform measure through all over searching positive effects and negative effects. The whole reform measure is the way of converting the present Folk Arts Contest into Folk Festival, the part reform measure is realizing the transmission spot and centering in the transminssion movements by supporting the reproduce performance with Folk Arts Contest.

Differential GPS에 기초한 도로 뱅크각의 실시간 추정기법

This paper presents a novel approach to estimate the road bank angle using a disturbance observer. The disturbance observer estimates the lumped disturbances, which include the effects of the system parametric uncertainty and the road bank angle. Based on the estimated disturbances, the amonut of disturbance caused by the system parametric variations is identified using an adaptive gradient law with a projection algorithm. With the system variations identified, the value of road bank angle is extracted ITom the estimated disturbance provided by the disturbance observer. The performance and accuracy of the proposed road bank angle estimation algorithm is verified by numerical and experimental results.
