텔레마케팅이 점차로 중요해지고 있으나 고객에게의 강매나 불법적인 판매와 같은 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 전화만으로 판매를 한다는 촉진방법상의 기본특성 때문에 고객지향성이 잘 되어야 함에도 불구하고, 그렇지 못한 경우가 미국과 우리나라에서 많이 발견되고 있다. 지난 80년대와 90년 대에 미국에서 개발된 각종 고객지향성의 개념들이 미국과 우리나라에서 아직까지 텔레마케팅에 적용된 적이 거의 없다. 본 연구에서는 고객지향성을 크게 두가지 척도(순수고객지향성과 고객경쟁지향성)로 분류하여서 텔레마케팅 회사의 종업원이 이러한 고객지향성을 하는 것이 종업원들의 각종 만족(정보, 다양성, 완결성, 급여)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증 분석하였다. 124명의 우리나라 텔레마케터들이 응답한 설문분석에 따라서 급속하게 증대하고 있는 직접유통활동(텔레마케팅)의 고객지향성에 대한 연구를 하였다는데 본 연구 의 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구는 면밀한 논리의 바탕 하에서 이론구축을 하는 연구(theory-oriented research with rati onale) 보다는, 현실의 명확한 문제인식하에서 보다 적용성이 넓은 연구 (application-oriented research with evidence)의 한 형태로서 텔레마케팅과 고객지향성을 연결시켰다는데에 그 의의가 있다. This study applies several concepts of customer orientation developed in 1980s and 1990s in to the Korean telemarketing area. We in particular used two kinds of customer orientation - pure customer orientation and competitive customer orientation, and empirically analyzed the impact of customer orientation on the employee's satisfaction in terms of information, divers ity, completeness, salary). We surveyed 124 telemarketers in Korea.

This paper reports on the dynamic and mixed ubrication characteristics of barrel type piston skirt. To analyze the motion of piston skirt, two types of motion, primary and secondary motion, are considered.<br/> Average flow model, and asperity contact model are considered to solve the mixed lubrication problem. The trajectory of piston motion is obtained by using the transient numerical analysis. The effects of roughness directional pattern, and engine speed on the piston motion, friction force, and frictional power losses are investigated.<br/>

In this paper, the friction loss in piston skirt has been calculated considering elastic deformation of piston. Bothof the secondary motion of piston and the mixed lubrication theory have been applied to the analytical dynamic model of piston, and the stiffness matrix of piston skirt, calculated through FEM, has been added as well. The effect of geometrical piston design parameters on the friction loss has been investigated. A small piston pin offset was more effective on the reduction of the friction loss. The friction loss was largely affected by the piston CG position in high speed, but little in low speed. From the parametric study, it is found that the crank offset is the most important piston design parameter to the reduction of the friction loss in piston skirt.

Cutting force is important to understand cutting process in milling. To measure cutting force, tool dynamometer is widely used but it is hard to apply in workshop condition. Cutting force measurement which doesn't affect cutting process is needed. Using relations between cutting force and spindle displacement, cutting force can be predicted. Cylindrical capacitive sensor was used to measure spindle displacement during cutting. And signals from tool dynamometer collected to compare with spindle displacement. The result shows spindle displacement has a linear relation with cutting force. Using this result, a simple method to predict cutting force could be applied at workshop condition.

The engine bearing, which is subjected to periodical dynamic loading, is an important component of the reciprocating internal combustion engine. The minimum oil film thickness is one of the significant parameter in the operation of bearing. The film pressures of bearing are not feeble, so the elastic deformation of tile bearing housing can have an effect on the bearing performance. In this study, hydrodynamic and structural numerical analysis is investigated. Reynolds equation including tile squeeze effect has been analyzed using the ADI method The equations of journal motion have been derived and then tile numerical integration of these equations are performed by 4^th order Runge-Kutta method Elastic deformation of tile bearing housing is calculated using the general finite element analysis package, ANSYS. It is sho주 that as tile result of tile elastic deformation of the bearing housing, the eccentricity ratio is increased and tile minimum value of the minimum oil film thickness are decreased. And there could be a considerable film thickness is preserved.<br/>

Valve train system analysis has external force and torque from valve, tappet, spring system and earn dynamics and lubrication. And It has eccentric mass of earn. Therefore, Total valve system has to be simultaneously solved considering with Cam-tappet friction, valve dynamics, earn shaft vibration and bearing force, in order to obtain more precise solution. In this paper, using analysis of camshaft vibration and bearing locus, camshaft bearing design parameter study is performed
