        전자산업에서 사용하는 화학물질의 독성예측을 위한 QSAR 접근법

        Objectives: It is necessary to apply quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) for the various chemicals with insufficient toxicity data that are used in the workplace, based on the precautionary principle. This study aims to find application plan of QSAR software tool for predicting health hazards such as genetic toxicity, and carcinogenicity for some chemicals used in the electronics industries. Methods: Toxicity prediction of 21 chemicals such as 5-aminotetrazole, ethyl lactate, digallium trioxide, etc. used in electronics industries was assessed by Toxicity Prediction by Komputer Assisted Technology (TOPKAT). In order to identify the suitability and reliability of carcinogenicity prediction, 25 chemicals such as 4-aminobiphenyl, ethylene oxide, etc. which are classified as Group 1 carcinogens by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) were selected. Results: Among 21 chemicals, we obtained prediction results for 5 carcinogens, 8 non-carcinogens and 8 unpredictability chemicals. On the other hand, the carcinogenic potential of 5 carcinogens was found to be low by relevant research testing data and Oncologic TM tool. Seven of the 25 carcinogens (IARC Group 1) were wrongly predicted as non-carcinogens (false negative rate: 36.8%). We confirmed that the prediction error could be improved by combining genetic toxicity information such as mutagenicity. Conclusions: Some compounds, including inorganic chemicals and polymers, were still limited for applying toxicity prediction program. Carcinogenicity prediction may be further improved by conducting cross-validation of various toxicity prediction programs, or application of the theoretical molecular descriptors.

        만화경 경력에 관한 국내외 연구 동향

        이 연구의 목적은 국내외 만화경 경력 연구에 관한 통합적 문헌고찰을 통하여 만화경 경력 연구의 동향을 분석하고, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법 등의 특징을 파악함으로써 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Torraco(2005, 2016)의 통합적 문헌 분석방법과 절차에 따라 2020년 4월까지 국내외 학술정보 데이터베이스에서 만화경 경력을 제목과 키워드로 검색하여 총 26편의 논문(국내논문 2편, 국외논문 24편)을 최종적으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만화경 경력에 대한 연구는 국내에서는 2018년, 국외에서는 2005년 이후로 현재까지 꾸준히 진행되고 있으며, 연구분야 측면에서는 인적자원개발을 포함하여 인적자원관리, 경영학, 여성학 등 다양한 분야에서 만화경 경력 연구가 진행되었다. 둘째, 만화경 경력 연구주제는 경력태도, 경력이동, 경력환경과 관련된 내용이 주를 이루었다. 셋째, 연구대상은 성별, 경력단계, 직업, 국가별로 살펴보았는데, 부분별로 제한을 두지 않고 진행한 연구가 많았다. 넷째, 연구방법 측면에서는 질적연구가 많이 이루어졌으므로 앞으로는 다양한 연구방법을 시도한 만화경 경력 연구가 수행될 필요가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 연구 방향 및 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to conduct an integrative literature review about kaleidoscope career with studies published in Korea and abroad and to analyze subjects, samples, methods with kaleidoscope career. The title and keyword related to kaleidoscope career were used to search the literature in research information database and a total of 26 articles were finally remained for the analysis through the Toracco(2005, 2016)'s guidelines of conducting the integrative literature review. The results of this study were as follows. First, the study on kaleidoscope career has been conducted since the year of 2018 in Korea and since the year of 2005 in abroad. The previous studies of kaleidoscope career have been conducted in the various academic disciplines such as business administration, women's studies and human resource development. Second, main topic of research was focused on career attitude, career movement, and career environment. Third, the sample of the most studies was examined by gender, career level, occupation, and nationality without restrictions. Fourth, the most literatures of kaleidoscope career heavily focused on qualitative research, but several other methods are also used. Based on the results, direction for future research was suggested.

        의과대학 소그룹 지도 프로그램 운영의 사례연구: SNU 학습멘토링, 피어튜터링, 학습코칭, 의학연구 멘토링 프로그램을 중심으로

        This paper will discuss the issues in four different small group teaching programs administered by the Seoul National University Medical School, and will address and propose solutions to those issues for improving the effectiveness of the programs. Medical school has a particular educational environment that differs from the rest of the university. Therefore, program managers should develop better models to fit medical school needs by reviewing our practices and planning for improvement. As managers of these programs, the authors interviewed students applying to participate. If our responsibilities for these programs continue for a sufficient period of time and we have a sufficient number of participants hereafter, we will do a survey and generate more reliable conclusions from quantifiable data. However, given that these programs are in their early stages, we present here some introductory remarks on the theory behind the programs and the outcomes we expect. The discussion will define and explain the different needs and roles of each participant (professor, student, and manager) in the program, and will suggest some practical ways for the managers in the programs to make improvements to the existing model so that the enhanced programs can better suit the needs of the medical school.

        2009 개정 교육과정 화학II 교과서의 탐구 활동 분석

        이 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따라 출판된 화학II 교과서의 탐구 활동을 분석하고자 하였다. 탐구 활동은 탐구 활동 개수 및 비율, 탐구 과정 요소, 탐구유형, 탐구 상황 등을 알아보고 7차 교육과정에 따라 출판된 화학II 교과서와 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 2009 개정 교육과정에 따라 출판된 화학II 교과서의 탐구 활동의 개수 및 지면 수에 대한 탐구 활동 개수의 비율은 출판사 별로 많은 차이가 있었으며 7차 교육과정 교과서에 비해 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 탐구 활동들은 특정 탐구 과정 요소에 편중되어 있었다. 셋째, 탐구 활동 유형은 교과서마다 조금씩 차이가 있었지만 대부분 실험하기와 생각해보기로 이루어져 있었고, 해보기가 아주 낮은 비율로 나타났다. 넷째, 탐구 활동 상황은 순수 과학적 상황이 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로 일상적 상황, 기술 사회적 상황, 자연 환경적 상황 순이었다. 7차 교육과정의 교과서와 비교했을 때 기술 사회적 상황이 증가하였지만, 기술 사회적 상황과 자연 환경적 상황은 10% 이하로 나타났다. 이로부터 탐구 활동에 있어서 2009개정 교육과정의 화학II 교과서도 이전 차시의 교과서가 가지고 있는 문제를 여전히 포함하고 있어 학교 교사들이 수업을 설계할 때 이점을 해결할 수 있도록 다양한 탐구 활동을 도입할 필요가 있다. 나아가 앞으로 교과서 개발자들은 교과서 분석 연구들의 결과를 수용할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze inquiry activities in high school chemistry II textbooks on the revised 2009 curriculum. It also compared them to the textbooks based on the 7th curriculum, which were published by the same companies. The results in this study turned out to be as follows: First, the number of the activities and rate of inquiry activities per total pages were quite different from each publisher, and all of them decreased. Second, there were too many activities for specific inquiry process elements. Third, the types of inquiry activities differ slightly between each publisher. Experimenting and thinking were the most used while practicing was the least. Fourth, in the inquiry context, activities in scientific context were prevalent and activities in usual context were the second most common. Comparing to the text book on the 7th curriculum, the use of technical-social context increased, however, the technical-social context as well as the natural-environmental context were not used enough, as they constitute less than 10% of the activities. From these results, chemistry teachers should introduce a variety inquiry activities in chemistry curriculum for resolving those problems. Also, textbook developer should accommodate the results of research about science textbooks.

        사상체질에 따른 생활습관이 대사증후군 및 위험군에 미치는 영향

        Objectives This study was to identify the lifestyle associated with metabolic syndrome and to suggest a personalized health management according to the constitution to prevent disease by metabolic syndrome stage. Methods This study used the data of Korean medicine Data Center (KDC). A total of 8,985 data were searched for subjects who participated in Anseong and Ansan cohorts study from 2009 to 2012. We analyzed 2,602 participants that diagnosed with metabolic syndrome among the ages of 30 to 55. We divided into three groups, none, pre-metabolic syndrome (Pre-MetS), and metabolic syndrome (MetS), according to number of metabolic syndrome elements. Results The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was highest in Taeumin (Pre-MetS: 48.2%, MetS: 41.2%). The risk factors for metabolic syndrome are dietary amount, speed of eating, and sleep quality in Taeumin, and dietary amount and sleep quality in Soyangin. Conclusions The life style affecting the metabolic syndrome were different according to the constitution. It is necessary to manage life style considering the Sasang constitution

        국내외 코호트 사업 고찰 및 한의학 코호트 구축

        Objectives : In this study, we investigated the trends of cohort project in domestic and overseas, and suggested the necessity of cohort on korean medicine and the direction of research. Methods : The papers which include cohort in the title and published by 2015 were searched using PubMed. In order to study the history of cohort in domestic and overseas, research trend was investigated based on the websites of each cohort projects and traditional medicine searching engine named OASIS. Results : Using PubMed, 42,802 papers were searched. Most of the studies over 50 % of total articles, however, were conducted in these 6 years. Nevertheless, cohort studies are being actively proceed, the korean medicine based on cohort studies are nonexistent. Therefore, further discussion about cohort study on korean medicine is necessary to gather physiological index and clinical index of korean medicine consistently. Conclusions : Systematically constructed cohort on korean medicine would be the foundation which collects information, such as gene information, bio information, dietary habit, life style, and Pattern identification (辨證), and integrates them. The analysis of massive clinical materials could suggest the basis of Prevention and treatment of korean medicine considering the difference between personal.

        한국판 성인용 웩슬러 지능검사 4판(K-WAIS-IV)으로 살펴본 병무용 진단서 대상 주요우울장애 환자의 특성 : 후향적 연구

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognitive performance of major depressive disorder (MDD) in military service/conscription personnel who visited the psychiatric clinic for a medical certificate to consider the situation from the perspective of Korea's unique compulsory military system. We used the Korean Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-IV (K-WAIS-IV) as the test for verifying the suitable level of cognitive functioning for military service and as the embedded measure with reflecting suboptimal effort. Methods : The study was conducted on 56 (28 males, age 19-34) in/out-patients admitted to the psychiatry department and diagnosed with MDD (DSM-IV). All participants completed a structured clinical interview (MINI-Plus), as well as self-report questionnaires related to demographics and severity of clinical symptoms. K-WAIS-IV was administered to each subject to assess cognitive characteristics. Results : Military group showed significantly lower processing speed index (PSI) score including subtests of symbol search (SS) and coding (CD) score, compared to the control group. There was no other significant differences in the Full Scale IQ (FSIQ), Verbal Comprehension Index (VCI), Perceptual Reasoning Index (PRI), Working Memory Index (WMI) scores including sub-tests comprised of the above indices, and Reliable Digit Span (RDS), Enhanced-RDS-Revised (E-RDS-R) between the study and control groups. Conclusion : This study was the first effort to verify the characteristics of Korea's military group with MDD and suggest the applicability of PSI and processing speed of K-WAIS-IV as an embedded performance index to test sub-optimal effort or low motivation beyond the purpose of testing cognitive deficits.

        음이온교환막 수전해 촉매기술 동향

        The anion exchange membrane (AEM) water electrolysis for high purity hydrogen production is attracting attention as a next-generation green hydrogen production technology by using inexpensive non-noble metal-based catalysts instead of conventional precious metal catalysts used in proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis systems. However, since AEM water electrolysis technology is in the early stages of development, it is necessary to develop research on AEM, ionomers, electrode supports and catalysts, which are key elements of AEM water electrolysis. Among them, current research in the field of catalysts is being studied to apply a previously developed half-cell catalyst for alkali to the AEM system, and the applied catalyst has disadvantages of low activity and durability. Therefore, this review presented a catalyst synthesis technique that promoted oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) using a non-noble metal-based catalyst in an alkaline medium.

        코로나 시대 간호대학생의 건강증진행위와 대학생활적응

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between health promotion behavior and adaptation to college of nursing students and investigate the factors influencing adaptation to college in the COVID era. The subjects were consisted of 191 nursing students from J University in province C. Data were analyzed based on frequency, percentile, mean, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions. Health promotion behavior and college adjustment in nursing students showed significant positive correlations with each other. Health promotion behavior had the strongest influence on nursing students' adaptation to college, followed by health level; these factors accounted for 19.9% of the total variance in adaptation to college among nursing students(Adj. R<sup>2</sup>=.199, p<.001). Overall adaptation to college can be improved by health promotion behavior enhancement program.

        서울 삼천사지 대지국사탑비의 암석학적 특성과 산지해석

        삼천사지 대지국사탑비는 고려시대 대지국사 법경의 행적을 기록한 석비이다. 이 탑비는 귀부, 비신 및 이수로 구성되어 있으며 비신은 발굴조사를 통해 약 255점의 파편으로 확인되었다. 탑비의 비신, 귀부 및 이수를 구성하는 암석은 각각 응회암질 각력암, 조립질 홍장석 화강암 및 세립질 화강암으로 동정되었다. 비의 구성암석과 동종의 암석 산출지를 탐색하기 위해 지표지질조사를 실시한 결과, 강화도 해협 양안에 점재하는 응회암질 각력암을 확인하였으며 조립질 홍장석 화강암과 세립질 화강암은 현재 삼천사지가 위치한 북한산에서 확인되었다. 비의 구성암석과 추정 산지 암석의 성인적 동질성을 규명하기 위해 암석학적 및 지구화학적 분석 결과, 추정 산지 암석의 광물조성, 조직, 암상적 특징과 지구화학적 거동특성이 탑비 구성암석과 매우 유사하였다. 따라서 비신은 강화도 해협 일대, 귀부와 이수는 삼천사지 주변이 석재 공급지였을 가능성이 아주 높은 것으로 해석된다. 이 결과는 현재 심하게 파손된 비신의 복원 시 신석재를 선택할 수 있는 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Daejiguksaptapbi (Tapbi) is a memorial stele which is inscribed with personal history of a state preceptor, Daejiguksa Beopkyeong. The Tapbi comprises tortoise-shaped pedestal, dragon top and body stone, and the body stone is remained in 255 pieces by excavation in Samcheonsaji temple site of Seoul. The Tapbi is composed of tuffaceous breccia for the body, coarse-grained pink feldspar granite for the pedestal and fine-grained granite for the top. As a result of geological survey to find a rock provenance of the Tapbi rock, the tuffaceous breccia is found in the banks of Gangwha straits, and the pink feldspar granite and fine-grained granite are found around the temple site in Mt. Bukhansan. Each rock shows similarities to the Tapbi in lithology and mineralogy. Also, geochemical data of major, some trace and rare earth elements verify their cognation in each rock type. It can be interpreted that the provenance of the body stone is distant as Gangwha area, and the provenance of the pedestal and top stones are near the temple site. The results can be utilized to restore the Tapbi by using the same rocks.
