The porous Si (PS) was annealed at various temperature in air, argon, and nitrogen atmosphere. Structural and optical properties of the annealed PS were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL). It is found that the shape of pore is changed from circle to channel as increasing annealing temperature which was annealed in air and argon atmosphere. In case of PS annealed in nitrogen atmosphere, the shape of pore is changed from channel to circle with increase annealing temperature from 600 to $800^{\circ}C$. The PL peak position is blue-shifted with increasing annealing temperature. As annealing temperature increases, the PL intensity of the PS annealed in argon is decreased but that of the PS annealed in nitrogen is increased. It might be due to the formation of Si-N bonds and it passivates the non-radiative centers which is Si dangling bonds on the surface of the PS.

The PS(porous Si) were fabricated with different anodization time and current density. The structural and optical properties of PS were investigated by SEM(scanning electron microscopy), AFM(atomic force microscopy), and PL(photoluminescence). It is found that the pore size and surface roughness of PS are proportional to the current density. The PL spectra show that the PL peak position is red-shifted with increasing anodization time. This behavior corresponds to the change of pore size which is consistent with the quantum confinement model. The FWHM(full width at half maximum) of PL peak is decreased from 97 to 51 nm and the PL peak position is blue-shifted with increasing current density up to 10 ㎃/㎠. The PL peak intensity of the PS fabricated under 1 ㎃/㎠ is the highest among samples.

본 논문에서는 폰 카메라 응용을 위해 H 형 비틀림 스프링으로 지지된 한 쌍의 사다리꼴 셔터 블레이드를 이용하는 초소형, 저전력, 고속 전자기력 Flapping 셔터를 제안한다. 기존의 정전기력 Rolling 셔터와 Flapping 셔터는 폰 카메라 응용을 위해 큰 입력 전압이 필요하며, 기존의 전자기력 Rotating 셔터는 큰 부피로 인해 폰 카메라에 사용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 전자기력 Flapping 셔터는 폰 카메라에 사용 가능한 작은 크기로 회전구동을 위해 저강성 H 형 비틀림 스프링과 저관성 사다리꼴 블레이드로 설계하여 제작된다. 실험에서 전자기력 Flapping 셔터는 입력전류 60 ㎃ 에서 자기장 0.15 T 와 0.30 T 에 대하여 각각 최대 오버슈트 회전각 80.2±3.5°와 90.0±1.0°와, 정상 상태 회전각 48.8±1.4°와 64.4±1.0° 성능을 보인다. 응답 시간 성능에서는 셔터 개방의 경우, 1.0 ㎳/20.0 ㎳ 의 상승/정착 시간을 보이며, 셔터 폐쇄의 경우는 1.7 ㎳/10.3 ㎳ 의 하강/정착 시간을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 폰 카메라용 셔터 응용을 위해 제안하는 전자기력 Flapping 셔터의 초소형(~8×8×2 ㎣), 저전력(≤60 ㎃), 고속(~1/370 s) 성능을 실험적으로 검증하였다. In this study, we present small-size, low-power, and high-speed electromagnetic flapping shutters for phone cameras. These shutters are composed of trapezoidal twin blades suspended by H-type torsional springs. The existing electrostatic rolling and flapping shutters need high input voltage, while the existing electromagnetic rotating shutters are too big to be used for phone cameras. To achieve low-power and high-speed angle motion for small-size electromagnetic flapping shutters for camera phones, low-inertia trapezoidal twin blades, each suspended by the low-stiffness H-type torsional springs, are employed. The electromagnetic flapping shutters used in this experimental study have steady-state rotational angles of 48.8 ± 1.4° and 64.4 ± 1.0° in the magentic fields of 0.15 T and 0.30 T, respectively, for an input current of 60 ㎃; the maximum overshoot angles are 80.2 ± 3.5° and 90.0 ± 1.0° in the magentic fields of 0.15 T and 0.30 T, respectively. The rising/settling times of the shutter while opening are 1.0 ㎳/20.0 ㎳, while those while closing are 1.7 ㎳/10.3 ㎳. Thus, we experimentally demonstrated that the smallsize (~8 × 8 × 2 ㎣), low-power (≤ 60 ㎃), and high-speed (~1/370 s) electromagnetic flapping shutters are suitable for phone cameras.
공기흡입식 추진기관용 연료조절밸브시스템 개발에 관한 연구

In this paper, we have proposed a fuel metering unit of ai breathing engine. The proposed valve system consists of a constant pressure drop valve and a metering valve, which are controlled by servovalve. We carried out nonlinear and linear analysis, computer simulation and experimentation to find effects of some factors on system performance. Analysis and experimental results show a good agreement. It is also shown that the system stability is affected by pressure drop of metering valve and inlet pressure of injectors.
