PCL-MMT 나노복합재료의 기계적 성질과 생분해에 관한 연구

PCL were intercalated into organically modified MMT(PCL-MMT) at 80°C for 4hrs to prepare the PCL-MMT nanocomposite. PCL-MMT and PCL were mixed mechanically with two-roll mill at 150 ℃ for 15mins. From the results of XRD and TEM, it were found that PCL-MMT nanocomposite were prepared. And mechanical properties and biodegradation of nanocomposite have been investigated by tensile meter and biodegradability analysis experiment. Because of MMT dispersed homogeneously in PCL matrix, the Young's modulus of the nanocomposite was found to be excellent. But the tensile strength and elongation were decreased as increase of MMT. And MMT dispersed in PCL matrix was almost not affected on the biodegradation of PCL.

Styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(SBS)/Clay nanocomposites were prepared by melt mixing method with organic clay modified with dimethyl dihydrogenated-tallow amine(Cloisite 15A) and methyl tallow bis (2-hydroxy-ethyl) amine(Cloisite 30A), respectively. From the results of XRD, we found that mono layered silicates were dispersed in SBS matrix and they were exfoliated nanocomposites. Mechanical properties of exfoliated SBS nanocomposites were more improvedl than those of SBS. Especially, it was found that the addition of small amount of organoclay was enough to improve mechanical properties without increasing hardness.
Zn-Al 아크 금속용사 피막을 적용한 구리분말 혼입 시멘트 모르타르의 전자파 차폐 성능 평가

In this study, the shielding effectiveness of the Zn-Al arc thermal metal film coated cement-mortar mixed with copper powder by reflection, absorption, multi-reflection loss in 2.25~2.65 GHz was reviewed. By enhancing the mixing ratio of copper powder, the shielding effectiveness by absorption and multi-reflection loss was increased, but shielding rate(%) based on 80 dB showed below 20%. The Zn-Al arc thermal metal film coated on specimen, the shielding rate increased 3.5 times by reflection loss.

In this study, we analyzed the effect of heating curing on apartment construction in clod weather frame construction. The temperature was measured using a temperature sensor in winter and in non-winter season, the temperayure difference in the winter concrete temperature history was more than 10 degrees.

In this study, the shielding properties of concrete with conductive materials as shielding material for electromagne- tic pulse(EMP) within 10kHz~18GHz were investigated. The shielding effectiveness of specimens were compared with different entrained materials. The shielding effectiveness were determined according to MIL-STD-188-125-1, IEEE-STD-299 at 28 days of concrete curing. The results of shielding effectiveness did not meet the criteria(80dB) severely.

Food waste is becoming by environmental problem nowdays increasing festinately in Korea during past 10 years. Food waste collected from garbage trucks that is offered in S municipal government that food waste mixs enough, and sewage sludge collected in the country. Composting experiment conditions achieved in the mixture ratio rate that food waste and sewage sludge are each 10:90, 30:70, 50:50, 60:40, 70:30 and 90:10 $wt\%$. The fermentation temperature was $18{\sim}22^{\circ}C$ at the beginning, and then it was sharply increased to $44{\sim}66^{\circ}C$ up to 1 day after fermentation, which was maintained for more than 3 days. Then, it was slowly decreased to $18{\sim}25^{\circ}C$ up to 8 days after fermentation, which was maintained all the time. It could be known from examiation of various conditions, including reaction rate, salinity. carbon/nitrogen(C/N) ratio, temperature, organic substance, etc.. Optimum mixture ratio rate of composting using food waste and sewage sludge was 60:40 $wt\%$.
