In this study, we analyzed the effect of heating curing on apartment construction in clod weather frame construction. The temperature was measured using a temperature sensor in winter and in non-winter season, the temperayure difference in the winter concrete temperature history was more than 10 degrees.

Purpose: Ultra-sound guided Vacuum-assisted biopsy is now commonly used for benign breast lesions. Even if almost breast lesions in ultrasound device are benign lesion, some cases are required to take a biopsy. The purpose of this study is to evaluation of efficiency of Vacuumassisted biopsy for Korean women under 40 years old. Method: We retrospectively evaluated medical records and ultra-sound images of total 427 cases in 322 under 40 years old patients undergoing ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted biopsy of benign breast lesion from January 2009 to December 2017. And patients have been taking follow-up ultrasound imaging checking after 6 month and 12 month. We checked the presence of remnant lesions on the follow up imaging. Result: The mean age of the patients was 30.51 years. The mean diameter of all lesions was 0.76 cm. The most common post biopsy pathologic finding was fibrocystic change. The complete resection rate was 97.1% and the remnant lesion was benign lesion. Conclusion: Ultra-sound guided vacuum assisted breast biopsy is useful procedure for providing pathologic finding and treatment with less scars in Korean women under 40 years old.
저온양생하에서 거푸집 종류에 따른 콘크리트의 압축강도와 적산온도 특성 평가

When concrete exposed to low temperatures, the free water in the concrete is freeze. If the pressure developed exceeds the tensile strength of the concrete, the cavity will dilate and rupture. It cause expansion and cracking, scaling and crumbling of the concrete. In this study, to prevent such damage, five different types of form were used. Concrete was poured into each form, cured for 7 days at temperature of -10℃. To measure the temperature history, two thermocouples were installed on each of the inside and outside. And to measure the compressive strength, collected core from each form. The maturity is formed by temperature history. The maturity and the compressive strength has a correlation.
T1 유방암 환자에서의 종양 크기에 따른 예후 인자들의 비교 분석

Purpose: The incidence rate and the rate of early breast cancer diagnosis has improved. This study evaluated the prognosis for patients with small-sized, T1 breast cancer. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted based on 333 patients diagnosed with T1 breast cancer ≤2 cm in diameter. The patients were further subdivided into categories of T1a/T1b (≤1cm tumor size) or T1c (>1 cm, but ≤2 cm tumor size). Results: Axillary lymph node metastasis was found with greater frequency in the T1c compared to the T1ab group (27.9% vs. 17.6% of patients; not statistically significant). Lympho-vascular invasion was found with a statistically significantly greater frequency in the T1c compared to the T1ab group (29.2% vs. 16.2%, p=0.004). An increase in tumor size is a poor prognostic factor that lead to increased disease recurrence or decreased survival in patients with T1 breast cancer. Conclusion: Axillary lymph node metastasies and lympho-vascular invasion were found to be poor prognosis factors in patients with small-sized, T1 breast cancer. These prognostic factors occurred more frequently in the T1c group than in the T1ab group. An increase in tumor size is a poor prognostic factor even in small-sized breast cancer.
저온(-5℃)에서의 환원슬래그 및 석고가 콘크리트에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

본 연구는 수화반응시 발열량이 높은 혼화재(환원슬래그)와 환원슬래그의 수화반응 촉진제로서 사용된 석고를 사용하여 -5℃이상에서 초기동해를 방지할 수 있는 콘크리트의 개발과 그에 대한 내구성을 평가, 그리고 석고가 콘크리트의 물리적특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과 환원슬래그를 구성하는 주성분중 C<sub>12</sub>A<sub>7</sub>에 의하여 초기 수화열이 증가하였으나 강도증진에는 효과가 없는 것으로 판단되었으며 환원슬래그의 혼입량이 증가함에 따라 유동성은 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 치환된 환원슬래그에 SO<sub>3</sub>의 성분이 없기 때문에 급결로 인하여 유동성이 낮게 나타는 것으로 사료된다. 또한 석고가 4% 첨가된 CR2G의 실험체의 경우는 Plain실험체 비해 유동성이 확보되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 환원슬래그를 사용하여 개발된 콘크리트는 적절한 SO<sub>3</sub>를 필히 사용해야 할 것으로 사료된다. 내구성 평가결과 환원슬래그의 사용량이 증가함에 따라 내구성은 저헝력은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, the development of concrete preventing initial frost damage and durability about that were evaluated by using anti-aging agent and admixture(reduced slag). As a result of experiment, initial hydration heat was increased by C<sub>12</sub>A<sub>7</sub> of reduced slag components but it was not effective to development of strength. Also fluidity decreased with increasing replacement of reduced slag. This suggested that fluidity was low by rapid setting due to absent of gypsum in reduced slag components. In case of CR2G specimen that added 4% gypsum, the flow ability was higher than plain. It is considered that concrete developed using reduced slag should use SO<sub>3</sub>. Result of durability experiments, the durability decreased with increasing replacement amount of reduced slag.
