Spray pyrolysis using FEAG(Filter Expansion Aerosol Generator) process was applied to the preparation of multicomponent oxide phosphor ; red emitting perovskite CaTiO₃:Pr. The morphology, particle size and crystalline phase were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), centrifugal particle size analyzer(CPSA) and X-Ray diffraction pattern(XRD). Optimum conditions for the preparation and post-treatment of particles for good luminescence were determined by cathodoluminescence(CL) and photoluminescence(PL). Spherical and non-agglomerated particles of micron size were prepared by the spray pyrolysis. As the solution concentration increased from 0.04 M to 0.54 M, the mean size of the particles increased from 0.9 ㎛ to 1.68 ㎛. The optimum temperature and holding time for the post-treatment of CaTiO₃: Pr were 1,200℃ and 5 hours, respectively. The PL intensity of CaTiO₃: Pr particles prepared by spray pyrolysis was twice larger than that by solid state reaction. The spray pyrolysis reduced optimum post-treatment time from 12 hours to 5 hours at 1,200℃.

LG 공진회로를 이용한 사이크로컨버터의 휴지기간 없는 극성절환 방법에 관한 연구

본 논문은 LC공진회로를 이용한 사이크로컨버터의 휴지기간 없는 극성절환 방법에 관한 것이다. 제안한 방법에 따르면 극성절환시 회로단락을 방지하기 위한 휴지기간이 요구되지 않는다. 따라서 제어지연 및 출력전류의 고조파성분이 감소하게 된다. 그리고 제안한 방법은 비순환전류형의 다른 자연전류형 사이크로컨버터에도 확장될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴지기간 없는 극성절환의 스위칭 방법에 대하여 검토하였으며 제안한 방법의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 LC공진회로를 이용한 사이크로콘버터에 적용실험을 수행하였다. This paper presents a polarity changing method without dead time of a cycloconverter with an LC resonant circuit. According to the proposed method, dead time to prevent short circuit for the polarity changing is not required. Therefore the delay of control and the harmonic components of output currents can be decreased. And the proposed method can be expanded for the other natural commutated cycloconverters of noncirculating current type. In this paper, the switching method of the proposed polarity changing without dead time is studied, and in order to confirm the validity of the proposed method the experiment is carried out with a cycloconverter with an LC resonant circuit.

한자속독 프로그램이 초등학생의 학습기술과 주의집중력 및 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향

초등교육환경에서 한자교육의 필요성이 다시 공감대를 얻고 있다. 한자 교육은 학습자들의 부족한 어휘력에 분명하고 명확한 개념을 형성시키고, 교과서 개념과 이해도 및 성취도 향상에 기여하기 때문이다(신승란, 2018; 남수극, 2010). 그리고 국어 어휘에서 차지하는 한자어의 비중이 높으며 한자의 표의성이 의미 전달에 용이하다는 점과 한자의 조어력이 우수하다는 점을 들어 한자 표기의 필요성도 제기되고 있다(민현식·이찬규·김왕규·정혜승·노명희·박진호·박재현·이준석, 2003). 그러나 2016년 초·중등학교에서 한자교육을 선택적으로 받도록 한 국어기본법의 위헌 확인 헌법소원이 각하되면서 2018년 교육부는 ‘교과용 도서 개발을 위한 편수자료’를 공지하면서 이전 정부에서 추지하였던 초등학교 교과서의 한자 병기 정책을 사실상 폐지하였다. 이에 따라 초등학교에서는 정규교과의 학습 시간에 한자교육을 명시적으로 수행하기 어렵게 되었으며, 한자 교육은 창의적 체험활동시간을 활용하여 학습할 수 있게 되었다. 학습과 교육은 본질적으로 학습자의 뇌기능에 의존하여 처리되고, 이 중 언어영역은 일반적으로 좌뇌에서 담당하고 있다고 여긴다. 그러나 한자는 표음문자와 달리 형상적인 특성을 갖추고 있고 독음과 글자의 의미를 포함하기 때문에 자형의 식별을 담당하는 우뇌의 가공 과정이 상당부분 필요하다(卫志强, 1992). 이러한 원리를 기초로 만든 한자속독법은 한자의 특수성과 속독의 원리를 활용하여 뇌생리학적 원리에 맞추어 개발된 교육법으로서 좌뇌와 우뇌가 활성화되며 집중력 강화와 독서능력이 향상된다. 그러므로 한자속독법은 한자의 특수성과 속독의 원리를 활용하여 뇌 생리학적 원리에 맞추어 개발된 과학적인 교육법이라 할 수 있다. 프로그램에 따라 훈련만 하면 올바른 인성의 바탕에서 좌뇌·우뇌 활동증진으로 두뇌가 계발되고 눈과 마음이 함께 훈련되므로 마음의 근육인 집중력이 강화되어 학업성취를 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한, 한자는 반복적인 훈련을 통하여 이미지로 쉽고 빠르게 습득, 장기 기억되고, 동시에 정확한 안구운동이 병행되므로 독서능력이 향상되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 즉, 한자속독법으로 학습기술과 집중력이 향상되며 이러한 변화가 학교생활 적응에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구에서는 아동의 학교생활 적응은 학습기술의 향상이 정적영향력이 있다고 보았으며, 학습기술은 주의집중력이 향상될 때 같이 증가한다고 보았다. 어떤 일을 수행할 경우 성공과 실패를 결정짓는 데에 중요한 역할을 하는 것 중 하나가 주의집중력이다. 주의집중력이 높아 효율적으로 일을 처리하는 사람은 신속하고 정확하게 일을 끝맺을 수 있다. 반면 주의집중력이 낮은 사람은 일의 능률도 낮아지기 때문에 목표했던 일을 제시간에 끝내지 못하거나 끝낸다 하더라도 그 결과가 만족스럽지 못한 경우가 많다. 여느 경우와 마찬가지로 학습 역시 주의집중력에 영향을 크게 받는다. 또한, 학업성취에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 지능, 성격, 학습태도, 학교환경, 사회환경 등이 있으나 학습자의 노력으로 변화 시킬 수 있는 변인들은 거의 없다. 그러므로 학습자의 노력으로 변화시킬 수 있는 학습기술이 주목을 받기 시작하였다. 학습기술은 학생들이 학습을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 적절한 학습방법이나 전략을 이용하는 능력이다. 즉, 구체적인 학습목표를 세워 꾸준히 공부하고, 학습 계획을 세워 규칙적으로 공부하며, 수업시간에 교사가 말하는 것을 집중하여 듣고 핵심 사항을 자신의 언어로 정리하여 필기하는 등 학습의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 다양한 방법들을 이용하는 능력을 말한다. 학습기술이 중요한 이유는 적절한 학습방법 및 전략을 이용하여 효율적으로 학습을 수행할 수 있기 때문이다. The need for Chinese character education is gaining consensus again in the elementary education environment. This is because Chinese character education forms clear and clear concepts for learners poor vocabulary and contributes to improving textbook concepts and understanding and achievement (Shin Seung-ran, 2018; South Pole, 2010). In addition, the need for writing Chinese characters is also being raised, citing the high proportion of Chinese characters in the Korean vocabulary, the ease of expression in Chinese characters, and the excellent articulation of Chinese characters (Min Hyun-sik, Lee Chan-gyu, Kim Wang-gyu, Jeong Hye-seung, Noh Myeong-hee, Park Jin-ho, Park Jae-hyun, Lee Jun-seok, 2003). Based on this principle, the Chinese character reading method was developed in accordance with the principles of cerebral physiology by utilizing the speciality of Chinese characters and the principle of rapid reading. The left and right brains are activated and concentration is strengthened and reading ability is improved. However, the Chinese character reading method is a scientific teaching method developed in accordance with the physiological principles of the brain by utilizing the specificity of Chinese characters and the principle of rapid reading. If you just train according to the program, your brain develops with left-brain, right-brain activities on the basis of the right personality, and your eyes and mind are trained together, so your concentration, which is the muscle of your mind, can be strengthened to increase your academic performance. In addition, Chinese characters can be acquired easily and quickly through repeated training, long-term memory, and accurate eye movements can be combined to improve reading skills. In other words, the Chinese character reading method will improve the ability to concentrate and this change will have a positive effect on the adaptation of school life.

산후(産後) 피임(避姙) 및 재임신(再姙娠)에 관한 연구(硏究)

An early pregnancy after giving births exerts an important effect on health of both the pregnant woman and the child to be born. In this respect, postpartum family planning program prevails in countries far more likely with an earlier trend towards resumption of menses from all causes after birth. The purpose of this study is to measure the fertility during periods of 2 years after preceding births and to ascertain the implications of various factors affecting the scope of such periods. Informations mainly about contraceptive use and incidences of pregnancy with breastfeeding & amenorrheic status at each of postpartum months were collected from following up 403 women, the mothers of 0~1 year (0~23 months) children contacted by child health care program of Urban Primary Health Care Project (1982~1986,KIPH), through that projects health personnel during Jan. 1984-June 1986. The results and findings obtained from the study are summarized as : 1) Postpartum amenorrhea and breastfeeding patterns showed trend towards that both breastfeeding duration (Average in 9 months) and the period of postpartum amenorrhea (average in 9 months), with correlation between the duration of breastfeeding and the return of menses, are reduced. 2) Estimates of contraceptive uses & another pregnancies based on a life table approach indicate that comparing with other studies in 1975 incidence rate of pregnancy is relatively high but the same level of contraceptive practices. 3) The period of postpartum amenorrhea of studied women shows the same trend as that of foreign ones, but contraceptive practice rate during postpartum of studied women is far lower. 4) It is recommended, therefore, family planning services should be provided as early as the current pregnancy is terminated.

현재 우리나라는 유통이 매우 급변하게 변하고 있다. 이미 가전제품은 대리점 자체가 없어졌고 벤더형 기업 점포가 주류이다. 화장품이나 약품, 주류등 일부는 본사에서 직접 유통을 하고 있으나 많은 자본 거래처 관리, 인적 관리 등 많은 문제점이 있다. 이러한 환경속에서 벤더의 시대가 분명히 오고 있다. 이미 유통에서 벤더의 필요성은 매우 커지고 있다. 백화점, 홈쇼핑, 대형마트등 모두 벤더들에 주요 무대가 될 것이다. 하지만 아직도 갖춰야 할 여건이 많이 있다. 이 논문에서는 벤더라는 작은 개념보다는 좀더 큰 개념인 도매업을 중심으로 이야기 할 것이며, 앞으로 도매업을 운영시키는데 있어서 보다 직접적이고, 현실적인 방안이 논이 되어야 할 것이다.
