소비자의 숙박공유 서비스 만족도 및 재이용의사 영향 요인 분석: 공유경제 가치 인식 및 위험인지를 중심으로

In the midst of rapid economic environment changes such as the financial crisis, low growth, high unemployment rate, and aging population, consumers are increasingly interested in sharing rather than excessive consumption and sharing rather than ownership and in particular, the expansion of the sharing economy market is contributing to shifting consumers' awareness from ownership to sharing. In this study, consumer awareness of the value of sharing economy and risk awareness are related to consumer satisfaction of accommodation sharing service and willingness to reuse, targeting consumers who have experience using accommodation sharing service using nationwide data. The difference was investigated. In addition, the effect of consumer perception of the value of sharing economy and consumer perception of risk on consumer satisfaction and intention to reuse lodging sharing services was verified through path analysis. As a result of the study, first, consumers' perception of the value of the sharing economy was found to be higher among married people than among single people. Consumers' risk perception was found to be higher when the average monthly household income was less than 2 million won and over 6 million won. Second, the consumer satisfaction with accommodation sharing service was found to be higher for married people than for unmarried people. In particular, it was found that unemployed housewives or students had a higher rate than employed housewives. Third, the willingness to reuse lodging sharing services was high in the case of unemployed consumers, unemployed housewives, and students. Fourth, according to the path analysis, consumers' understanding of the sharing economy has a positive effect on consumers' perception of the value of the sharing economy and a negative effect on consumers' perception of risks. In particular, it was found to have a relatively large impact on environmental values and community values. Fifth, as a result of conducting a path analysis on the effect of consumers' awareness of the value of the sharing economy and perception of risk on their intention to reuse accommodation sharing services, the result showed that consumers' understanding of the sharing economy was positive for consumers' perception of the value of the sharing economy. It was found to have a negative effect on the consumer's risk perception. In addition, it was found to have a positive effect on the intention to reuse accommodation sharing services. This study is meaningful in that it is an empirical study that surveys and analyzes consumers' perception of value and risk of sharing economy, consumer satisfaction with accommodation sharing, and willingness to reuse, targeting consumers who have actually used accommodation sharing services. 금융위기, 저성장, 고실업률, 고령화 등 급속한 경제 환경 변화 속에서 과다 소비보다는 공유, 소유보다는 나누어 쓰기에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 특히 공유경제(sharing economy) 시장 확대는 소비자들의 인식을 소유에서 공유로 전환시키는데 기여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 숙박공유 서비스 이용경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 공유 경제 가치에 대한 소비자의 인식, 소비자의 위험인지가 숙박공유 서비스의 소비자만족도 및 재이용의사가 소비자의 여러 특성에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는가를 조사하였다. 또한 공유경제 가치에 대한 소비자의 인식, 소비자의 위험인지가 숙박공유 서비스의 소비자만족도와 재이용의사에 미치는 영향에 대해 경로분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공유경제 가치에 대한 소비자의 인식은 기혼자가 미혼자보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 소비자의 위험인지는 가계월평균소득이 200만원 미만과 600만원 초과인 경우 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 숙박공유 서비스 소비자만족도는 기혼자가 미혼자보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 미취업 주부나 학생이 취업한 주부보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 숙박공유 서비스의 재이용의사는 미취업소비자, 취업하지 않은 주부, 학생 등의 경우 높았다. 넷째, 경로분석에 따르면 소비자의 공유경제에 대한 이해도는 공유경제 가치에 대한 소비자의 인식에는 정적 영향을, 소비자의 위험인지에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 환경가치와 공동체가치에 상대적으로 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 소비자의 공유경제 가치에 대한 인식, 위험인지가 숙박공유 서비스의 재이용의사에 미치는 영향에 대한 경로분석을 수행한 결과, 소비자의 공유경제에 대한 이해도는 공유경제 가치에 대한 소비자의 인식에는 정적인 영향, 소비자의 위험인지에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 숙박공유 서비스의 재이용의사에 대해서는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 숙박공유 서비스를 실제로 이용해 본 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 공유경제에 대한 소비자의 가치 인식과 위험인지, 숙박공유 소비자만족도와 재이용의사에 대해 조사․분석한 실증적 연구라는데 그 의의가 있다.
외국인 환자의 한국 병원 의료서비스 만족도 및 재이용의사 영향요인 분석 : 러시아권 환자를 대상으로

The purpose of this study was to verify that the three types of medical service satisfaction, patient-oriented satisfaction, and the willingness to reuse Korean hospitals differ depending on the characteristics of foreign patients. Second, we investigate the factors affecting these four variables. The main analysis results shown in this study are as follows. First, most foreign patients were found to be highly satisfied with Korean hospital doctors and patient-oriented hospitals. In addition, more than 75 percent of foreign patients were willing to reuse Korean hospitals in the future. Second, a regression analysis of variables that affect satisfaction with Korean hospital doctors showed that the presence of long-term diseases affected. Specifically, if there is a disease in the long term, the satisfaction level of Korean hospital doctors is high. The factors that affect foreign patients satisfaction with the Korean hospital system were income and health conditions. The lower the income of foreign patients, the higher the satisfaction with the Korean hospital system in the case of positive perception of their health conditions. Meanwhile, the impact on the satisfaction of foreign patients with patient orientation in Korean hospitals was on whether they lived in Korea and recognized their health conditions. Foreign patients living abroad, not domestic residents, and foreign patients with positive perceptions of their health conditions showed high satisfaction with the patient-orientedness of Korean hospitals. Third, the regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors affecting the willingness of foreign patients to reuse Korean hospitals, and found that the medical expenses were borne by themselves, doctor satisfaction, and hospital system satisfaction. Foreign patients who do not pay for medical expenses showed high willingness to reuse Korean hospitals, while foreign patients with high satisfaction with Korean hospital doctors showed high willingness to reuse Korean hospitals.
