The Effects of CEO’s Transformational Leadership on Employees’ Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the Distribution Industry : The Moderating Role of CSR Management

As the business environment of the distribution industry changes rapidly due to the integration of online/offline businesses, the emergence of new delivery methods, and the spread of smart shopping, CEO’s transformational leadership in the distribution industry is urgently required to cope with the changes in the corporate environment. The purpose of this study is to examine whether distributor CEO's transformational leadership promotes the employees' organizational citizenship behaviors through their self-efficacy, and whether CRM management further promotes this process. The results of empirical analysis by 308 survey responses support this research purpose.

건설회사의 지속가능경영활동이 브랜드 신뢰 및 애호도에 미치는 영향: GRI 기반 지속가능성보고서를 토대로

This study first examined the research trends developing from CSR, CSV to 'sustainability management' and the issue status of sustainability reports in Korea, and then confirmed how consumers' perception of corporate sustainability management activities by sample construction companies affect the brand trust and brand loyalty through reciprocity perception, based on GRI-based Sustainability Reports of sample companies. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: In the influence of consumers' perception of sustainability management activities on brand trust through perceived reciprocity, the environmental sustainability and social sustainability activities had a significant positive impact, but the soundness of corporate governance and economic sustainability activities had no significant impact. And, in the influence of consumers' perceptions of sustainability management activities on brand loyalty through perceived reciprocity/brand trust, economic/environmental/social sustainability activities and governance's soundness all had a significant positive impact. These results implicate the following: First, domestic construction companies should make special efforts in eco-friendly and socially responsible management to increase brand trust. And furthermore, governance's soundness and economic sustainability should also be important to enhance brand loyalty. Second, the authorities need to consider the introduction of the system that mandates the disclosure of non-financial information of organizations whose business activities have a great impact on the environment and society, so that the publication of sustainability reports in Korea can be widespread. 본 연구는 먼저 CSR, CSV에서 ‘지속가능경영’으로 발전해 가고 있는 연구 트렌드와 국내 지속가능성보고서 발간실태를 고찰하고, 이어서 6개 표본 건설사의 지속가능경영활동에 대한 주택소비자 인식이 호혜성 지각을 통해 브랜드 신뢰 및 브랜드 애호도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 해당 건설사의 GRI 기반 지속가능성보고서를 토대로 확인하였다. 실증분석 결과, 지속가능경영활동에 대한 소비자 인식이 호혜성 지각을 통해 브랜드 신뢰에 미치는 영향에서는, 환경적 지속가능성과 사회적 지속가능성 활동은 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 거버넌스의 건전성과 경제적 지속가능성 활동은 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 지속가능경영활동에 대한 소비자 인식이 호혜성 지각과 브랜드 신뢰를 매개로 브랜드 애호도에 미치는 영향에서는, 환경적·사회적·경제적 지속가능성 활동과 거버넌스의 건전성에 대한 소비자 인식이 모두 호혜성 지각과 브랜드 신뢰를 매개로 브랜드 애호도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 첫째, 국내 건설사들이 브랜드 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서는 친환경 경영과 사회책임경영에 특히 힘써야 하며, 더 나아가 브랜드 애호도를 높이기 위해서는 거버넌스의 건전성과 경제적 지속가능성도 중요시해야 함을 시사한다. 둘째, 2017년에 126개사에 그친 국내 지속가능성보고서 발간이 확산되도록 촉진하기 위해서는 사회와 환경에 미치는 영향이 큰 기업·기관의 비재무 정보 공시 의무화를 적극 검토할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

다문화가정 아동 청소년 학교생활적응이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 한국청소년패널(Korea Youth Panel Survey)의 전국규모 자료(초4, 중1)를 활용하여 다문화가정 아동․청소년들의 학교생활 적응이 그들의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 다문화가정 아동․청소년들의 삶의 만족에 대한 양상은 어떠하며, 어떠한 요인들이 다문화가정 학생의 삶에 대한 만족에 영향을 주는 것인가에 대해 실증적으로 분석하여 다문화가정 아동․청소년을 향한 학교와 학부모들에게 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 평균차이 검증, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 아동이 일반가정 아동에 비교하여 학습활동, 교우관계가 취약하였고, 다문화가정 청소년이 일반가정 청소년에 비교하여 학습활동, 학교규칙에 취약하였다. 따라서 다문화가정 아동의 학습활동 개선, 원만한 교우관계 형성 및 다문화가정 청소년의 학습활동 개선, 학교규칙 준수를 위한 대책이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 다문화가정 아동의 경우 학교생활 적응의 하위 구성요인 중에서 학습활동이 삶의 만족에 영향을 주었지만 일반가정 아동의 경우에는 학교생활 적응의 모든 하위 구성요인 즉 교우관계, 교사관계, 학습활동, 학교교칙 순으로 삶의 만족에 영향을 주었다. 다문화가정 청소년의 경우 학교생활 적응의 하위 구성요인 중에서 교사관계가 삶의 만족에 영향을 주었지만, 일반가정 청소년의 경우 학교생활 적응의 모든 하위 구성요인 즉 교우관계, 학습활동, 교사관계, 학교교칙 순으로 삶의 만족에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 다문화가정 아동․청소년과 일반가정 아동․청소년의 학교생활 적응이 삶의 만족에 미치는 양상에서 그 차이가 있음을 밝혔다. 즉 다문화가정 아동․청소년의 경우 학습활동과 교사관계의 영향력을 실감할 수 있었으며, 일반가정 아동․청소년의 경우에는 다문화가정 아동․청소년의 영향력과는 달리 교우관계의 강력한 영향력을 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 다문화가정 아동의 학습활동 개선과 다문화가정 청소년의 원만한 교사관계를 위한 여건이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

교사가 지각한 학교장의 다문화 교육 인식이 교사의 다문화 교수효능감에 미치는 영향

Suggests that it must take measures to improve the efficacy of multicultural teacher education teachers are members of the school community for the development of multicultural education to motivate managers to work together, and this study is a school principal. 이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 교사가 지각하는 학교장의 다문화 교육 인식에 대해 알아보고 이러한 학교장의 다문화 교육 인식이 교사의 다문화 교육 교수효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 초등학교에 근무하고 있는 교사 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 교사가 지각한 학교장의 다문화 교육 중요도와 수행도 인식은 교사의 다문화 교육 교수효능감의 하위 영역인 일반생활, 수업기술, 인간관계 모두에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 학교장은 다문화 교육의 발전에 대한 관심, 의사결정을 위해 교사를 격려, 교사들의 지적 성장에 대한 도움, 교사들을 향한 신뢰와 존경의 태도, 다문화 교수에 관한 피드백, 다문화 환경개선 등에 대한 다양한 아이디어 도출 등의 노력이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 학교 경영자인 교장은 학교 공동체의 구성원이 다문화 교육의 발전을 위해 서로 협력할 수 있는 동기를 부여하고 교사의 다문화 교육 교수효능감을 높이기 위한 방안을 강구해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

다문화가정 초등학생의 학교생활적응 탐색

This study intends to confirm the main factors influencing the school adjustment and the various types of the school adjustment. By doing this, this study provides an undertone in educational and political parts for multicultural family students. The study started on February 1. 2009, the intensive data collected from July 20, 2009 to February 28, 2010. The study explored the factors influencing the school life of multicultural family students and the various types of the factors through qualitative research on the daily record and empirical interview with participants, who are multicultural family students, multicultural family parents and grandparents, teachers who had teaching experiences with the multicultural families, mentor teachers of university students, etc. The result of the study is as follows. There are three school adjustment types of multicultural family students, which are the adjustment to friends, the adjustment to classes, the adjustment to class teachers. Thus, the multicultural education for general family students and class teachers is necessary to help multicultural family students have good school life. 본 연구는 최근 증가하고 있는 다문화가정 초등학생들을 대상으로 학교생활적응상의 한계와 그 가능성을 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 다문화가정 초등학생의 성공적인 학교생활적응을 돕기 위한 교육 및 정책적 지원에 함의를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 집중적인 자료 수집은 2009년 7월 20일부터 2010월 2월 28일까지 이루어졌다. 다양한 연구 참여자들의 면담자료와 일지자료를 질적 연구 분석 프로그램인 Nvivo 2.0 프로그램을 통해 다문화가정 초등학생의 다양한 학교생활적응양상에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 다문화가정 초등학생의 학교생활적응양상으로 친구관계 측면, 수업 측면, 교사관계 측면에서 각각의 한계와 함께 그 가능성도 찾을 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 다문화가정 초등학생의 성공적인 학교생활적응을 돕기 위한 학생, 교사, 학부모와 같은 교육주체들의 노력이 필요하다. 주요어 : 학교생활적응, 다문화가정 초등학생, 다문화 교육

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 학생의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 교사관계, 부모관계 교우관계 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 다문화가정 학생의 효과적인 학교생활적응 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대구광역시에 재학 중인 다문화가정 초등학생 492명을 연구 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 5.0을 활용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 다문화가정 학생의 교사관계는 학교생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 교우관계를 통하여 간접적으로도 학교생활적응에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화가정 학생의 부모관계는 학교생활적응에 직접적으로 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나, 교우관계에 영향력을 행사하여 학교생활적응에 직접적으로 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 다문화가정 학생의 교우관계는 학교생활적응에 직접적으로 강한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 다문화가정 학생의 학교생활적응을 높이기 위해서 다문화가정 학생과 교사의 관계를 높이기 위한 다각적인 노력과 함께 부모관계의 활성화를 통한 원만한 교우관계 조성이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpse of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among school life adaptation on the student in a multicultural families, teacher relationship, parents relationship, and peer relationship. In order to achieve the objective, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 492 students in multicultural families in the Daegu metropolitan area. The statistical method employed for data analysis was the structural equation modeling(SEM) method by AMOS 5.0 program. The goodness of fit was evaluated as appropriate. The findings of the study were as follows; First, teacher relationship both directly and indirectly influenced on the school life adaptation on the student in a multicultural family. Second, parents relationship was statistically insignificant, however, it had a strong effect on peer relationship. Third, peer relationship significantly affected school life adaptation on the student in a multicultural families.

다문화인식에 영향을 미치는 변인간의 구조분석

본 연구의 목적은 일반가정 학생들의 다문화인식에 영향을 미치는 형식적 다문화교육, 외국어 능력, 다문화 관련 미디어, 자아존중감 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 초등학생을 위한 다문화교육의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대구광역시 소재 초등학교 5, 6학년에 재학 중인 628명을 연구 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 형식적 다문화교육은 다문화인식에 직접적으로 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나, 자아존중감에 영향력을 행사하여 다문화인식에 간접적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 외국어 능력은 다문화인식에 직접적인 영향을 주었고, 자아존중감을 매개로 간접적으로 다문화인식에 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 다문화 관련 미디어는 다문화 인식에 직접적으로 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 형식적 다문화 교육, 외국어 능력, 자기존중감에도 직․간접적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 자아존중감은 다문화인식에 높은 영향력을 행사하였으며, 특히 형식적 다문화교육, 외국어 능력, 다문화 관련 미디어가 다문화인식에 영향을 주는 매개요인의 역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 일반가정 학생들의 다문화인식 개선을 위해 형식적 다문화교육, 외국어 능력, 다문화 관련 미디어, 자아존중감의 효과적인 활용이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among formal multicultural education, foreign language ability, multicultural-media, and self-esteem. In order to achieve this objective, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 628 fifth and sixth grade students at the Daegu metropolitan area. The statistical method employed for data analysis was the structural equation modeling (SEM) method by the AMOS 5.0 program. The goodness of fit was evaluated as appropriate. The findings of the study were as follows: First, formal multicultural education was statistically insignificant, however, it indirectly influenced multicultural awareness by having a strong effect on self-esteem. Second, foreign language ability directly influenced multicultural awareness and also had an indirect effect on multicultural awareness by influencing self-esteem. Third, multicultural media had not only a large effect on multicutural awareness but also directly and indirectly influenced fomal multicultural education, foreign language ability and self-esteem. Forth, self-esteem had a large impact on multicultural awareness, especially since it indirectly influenced multicultural awareness by having effects on formal multicultural education, foreign language ability and multicultural media. In conclusion, teachers should make an effort to develop better curriculum by considering the effects from formal multicultural education, foreign language ability, multicultural media and self-esteem as well as deliberate the structural relationship among them.

지속가능성 지향 BTS 밴드뮤직이 팬덤의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 사회적기업가정신과 진정성리더십의 조절효과

이 연구는 지속가능성 가치를 토대로 활동하는 BTS 뮤직 공연이 어떠한 심리적 경로를 통해 ARMY 팬덤에게 조직시민행동을 유발하는지를 실증분석을 통해 검증하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 설문조사는 만 19세 이상 대한민국 국민으로서 유튜브 ‘방탄tv’ 구독자를 대상으로 2021.04.13.부터 2021.05.04.까지 825명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 최종 통계분석에는 775부가 사용되었다. 가설검정 결과, 지속가능성 지향 BTS 밴드 뮤직에 대한 팬덤의 지각은 밴드-팬덤 동일시, 팬덤의 밴드 몰입, 자아존중감 및 긍정심리자본을 매개로 팬덤의 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 지속가능성 지향 BTS 밴드 뮤직에 대한 팬덤의 지각이 밴드-팬덤 동일시, 팬덤의 밴드 몰입을 매개로 팬덤의 조직시민행동에 미치는 정(+)의 영향은 BTS의 진정성리더십에 대한 팬덤의 인식에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 팬덤을 향한 BTS 멤버들의 진정성이 BTS 뮤직 공연활동에 내재화될 때, ARMY의 조직시민활동에 미치는 BTS의 선한 영향력이 더욱 크게 나타날 수 있음을 시사한다.
