한국의 대북정책 및 남북한 합의의 국회 입법화 요인에 대한 연구

한국에서 이념적 논쟁과 대립이 심한 남북한 문제와 관련한 입법안들 중에서 국회에서2년 이상의 장기적 논쟁을 거친 후에 입법되는 사례에 주목한 본 연구는 장기간 지속된정치적 논쟁을 매듭짓고 입법을 가능하게 한 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 국내 집권세력의 변화 또는 북한의 변화를 포함하여 대내외 환경의 변화 여부를 살펴본 결과, 교착상태를 해소시킨 요인으로서의 긴밀한 연관성을 확인하는데 실패하였다. 본 연구가 대안으로 주목한 것은 변화가 아니라, 국내정치적 환경의 지속성이었다. 즉, 여야나 진보-보수의 구분 없이, 자신들에게 불리한 정치적 환경이 지속되고 있고, 또 향후에도 지속될가능성이 크다는 점을 인지하는 상황이 해당 정치세력으로 하여금 기존 입장을 변화시키는 요인으로 작동하였다. 그리고 그 결과 장기간 교착되어 있던 남북한 관련 입법안들은국회를 통과하였다. 이런 양상은 남북한간의 합의는 물론이고, 정치적 성격이 강한 대북조치에서도 유사하게 반복되고 있었다. This article is looking for a cause which has resolved the long-lasting political deadlock in the adoption process of bills in South Korea’s National Assembly. Especially it has academic interest in analysing the bills related to inter-Korean relations and North Korean issues which usually invite the severe disputes and the clear division of Korean society between the conservative and the progressive. The changes of domestic political ruling group in South Korea, or the change of North Korea’s provocative behavior toward South Korea, however, did not generally explain all four cases, which were relatively applicable to the breaking political deadlock. Rather than, the long continuance of a political situation, which was quite unfavorable to themselves and even the future expectation of its continuance, made them change their existing political insistence and ideological attitude. Therefore, the changes come from the continuance invite an amicable agreement which breaks the political deadlock and passes the bills in National Assembly. Regardless the conservative or the progressive, and the ruling party or the opposition party, the four cases say the same thing with this continuance.
소셜 미디어에서 경험하는 다양한 연령의 이미지가 미래 자기 연결성 및 지연 보상 선택에 미치는 영향: 20대 여성을 중심으로

How an individual construes one's future influences everyday decisions, such as savings and impulsive purchasing. Drawing on the idea of future self-continuity, which explains perceived connectedness between the current and future self, this study demonstrated whether media images with various age ranges influence a sense of connectedness with one's future self as well as impatience. Furthermore, the study measured whether these relationships are moderated by the positivity of older adults and an individual's dispositional optimism in general. Results showed that watching various images of people with a wide range of age (from the 20s to 90s) in social media increases young adults' (the 20s) self-continuity and decreases their intention of impatient consumption. This effect is also moderated by the degree to which the participants perceive aging positively, prompted by media exposure. The study suggests that displaying people with broad age ranges in media actually changes young adults' future self-continuity, leading them to show more patience in an intertemporal setting. 자신의 미래 시간을 느끼는 정도는 그 사람의 다양한 행동에 영향을 미친다. 특히 미래를 대비하는 행동인 저축, 혹은 미래에 상관없이 지금 감정에 맞춰 행동하는 충동구매 등 다양한 소비행동이 미래 시간 인식과 맞닿아 있다. 본 연구는 미래 자기 연결성에 초점을 맞춰 현재와 미래의 자기가 이어져 있다고 느끼는 정도가 미디어에서 제공되는 이미지를 통해 얼마나 변화하는지 살펴보고자했다. 그리고 이 변화를 통해 실제 지연선택, 즉 미래의 큰 보상을 위해 현재의 쾌락적 선택을 포기하는 경향성이 얼마나 늘어나는지를 알아보고자 했다. 또한 이 관계가 노년에 대한 긍정적 지각과 성향적 낙관성에 따라 변화할 지를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 다양한 나이의 사람들을 SNS를 통해 보여주는 것은 실제 참여자(20대)의 미래 자기 연결성과 소비 선택에서의 인내심을 증가시켰다. 또한 이 관계는 나이 듦에 대한 인식 수준에 따라 변화하였다. 본 연구는 미디어 내에 노출된 다양한 연령에 의해 실제 사람들의 미래 인식이 변화하는지를 측정하고, 그것을 매개하는 요인들이 무엇인지 측정하는데 의의가 있다.
학교스포츠클럽 고등학생 참여자가 지각하는 케어링 분위기가 자율성 및 스포츠인성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the caring atmosphere of school sports clubs on autonomy and sports personality, which is being conducted as an alternative to problems in areas such as physical competence, sociality, and interpersonal relationships due to restrictions on participation in physical activities due to the entrance exam-oriented educational environment. To this end, the SPSS 27.0 program was used to analyze frequency, exploratory factors, reliability, correlation, and simple regression analysis of 240 copies of the data collected from 247 high school student participants in the school sports club using the convenience sampling method among the non-probability sampling methods. First, it was found that the caring atmosphere perceived by high school sports club high school student participants had a statistically significant effect on autonomy. Second, the caring atmosphere perceived by high school sports club participants was found to have a statistically significant effect on confidence, community consciousness, self-sacrifice, and positive attitude, which are sub-factors of sports personality. Third, it was found that the autonomy of high school student participants in school sports clubs had a statistically significant effect on confidence, self-sacrifice, and positive attitude, which are sub-factors of sports personality. Therefore, school sports club leaders should make various efforts to create a stable and autonomous classroom environment and implement institutional devices to improve the caring atmosphere of sports clubs.
Association Analysis of Reactive Oxygen Species-Hypertension Genes Discovered by Literature Mining

Oxidative stress, which results in an excessive product of reactive oxygen species (ROS), is one of the fundamental mechanisms of the development of hypertension. In the vascular system, ROS have physical and pathophysiological roles in vascular remodeling and endothelial dysfunction. In this study, ROS-hypertension-related genes were collected by the biological literature-mining tools, such as SciMiner and gene2pubmed, in order to identify the genes that would cause hypertension through ROS. Further, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located within these gene regions were examined statistically for their association with hypertension in 6,419 Korean individuals, and pathway enrichment analysis using the associated genes was performed. The 2,945 SNPs of 237 ROS-hypertension genes were analyzed, and 68 genes were significantly associated with hypertension (p < 0.05). The most significant SNP was rs2889611 within MAPK8 (p = 2.70× 10-5; odds ratio, 0.82; confidence interval, 0.75 to 0.90). This study demonstrates that a text mining approach combined with association analysis may be useful to identify the candidate genes that cause hypertension through ROS or oxidative stress.

Hemophilia, the most common of the inherited bleeding disorder, is the result of a deficiency of clotting factor. Since bleeding after dental treatment may cause severe or even fatal complications, people with hemophilia must be given special dental care. We report on the diagnosis and treatment of a 9-year-old boy having severe hemophilia visited our department with the chief complaints of pus discharge on the left lower molar region. In the clinical and radiographic examination, periapical abscess and dental caries were diagnosed. Considering complexity of the treatment and complication in the coagulation, it was decided to carry on the treatment under general anesthesia. Clotting factor IX concentrates were intended to provide 50-70% plasma level. Pulpectomy, resin restoration and Stainless steel crown were given under general anesthesia. Several teeth were extracted and the sockets were packed with Surgicel$^{(R)}$ (Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose, Johnson and Johnson Co. Neuchatel, Switzerland) under general anesthesia. Transpalatal arch and lingual arch were given for maintaining the extracted space before discharged. For people with severe hemophilia, factor replacement is necessary before scaling, surgery or regional block injections. Therefore, if several extractions are needed, dental care under general anesthesia would be effective and efficient management.
Optimization of electrolyte and carbon conductor for dilithium terephthalate organic batteries

Organic batteries are attractive alternatives to conventional inorganic batteries because of their low cost, biodegradation, and renewability, and their consequent environmental friendliness. We investigated the influence of carbon conductors and electrolytes in organic batteries using dilithium terephthalate (Li2C8H4O4). The synthesized dilithium terephthalate has well-grown crystallinity and non-uniform shaped particles without impurities. The dilithium terephthalate-based battery shows good electrochemical properties with a LiTFSI/TEGDME electrolyte and graphene as the carbon conductor in an organic electrode. The results are ascribed to the high lithium transference number of LiTFSI/TEGDME and the high electrical conductivity of graphene.
