        野生藥草인 배초향의 發芽生理, 生育 및 成分分析에 關한 硏究

        The experiment was carried out to study the influence of seeding dates, planting densities and fertilizer application levels on some agronmic characters and yield of fresh weight in Agastache rugosa. The results obtained are summarized as follow; Fresh weight was increased on Apr. 1 seeding date. Therefore, optimum time for sowing was on Apr. 1. Stem length was long in dense planting and short in spacious planting. Stem diameter was thick in spacious planting, and was thin in dense planting. Yield was higher in dense planting densities($10{\times}20cm:50\;plants/m^2,\;20{\times}20cm:25\;plants/m^2,\;(30{\times}20cm:17\;plants/m^2$) Fertilizing ($N:P_2O_5;K_2O=6:6:6kg/10a$) was increased than without fertilizing because stem length and number of leaf were good.

        제조업의 위기와 시스템엔지니어링

        Manufacturing having formed spinal structure of the nation's industry is on the verge of collapse due to various kinds of reasons. We should seek and realize another sustainable engines of growth but can hardly find them except manufacturing as for now. It can be said, accordingly, that we are well advised to find the path leading to our ultimate goal just in the systems engineering approach, which can differentiate us from the neighbouring hunted and hunting countries with their inherent competitiveness. In this paper, the desirable way needed is reviewed with the direction for us to take being suggested.

        수확시기에 따른 까마중 열매의 유용성분 및 생리활성 변화

        본 연구는 까마중 열매의 수확시기에 따른 성분변화, 항산화효과 및 항염증 효과를 분석하여 최적 수확시기를 구명하였다. 까마중 열매의 유리당은 4가지가 검출되었으며, 유리당 중 fructose는 대체적으로 수확시기가 늦어짐에 따라 증가하였다. 까마중 열매의 주요 유기산은 malic acid와 acetic acid로 나타났으며, 총 유기산 함량은 10월 18일과 10월 25일에 수확한 까마중 열매들에서 높게 나타났다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 10월 18일에 수확한 까마중 열매, 10월 11일에 수확한 까마중 열매 및 10월 25일에 수확한 까마중열매 순으로 높게 나타났다. 수확시기별 까마중 ethanol 추출물들의 항산화효과와 항염증효과 검정을 위하여 DPPH radical scavenging assay와 ABTS radical scavenging assay를 수행하였으며, 항염증 효과 측정을 위하여 lipopolysaccharide(LPS)로 염증을 유발시킨 RAW 264.7 cells을 NO 저해실험에 사용하였다. 항산화 효과와 항염증 효과는 10월 18일에 수확한 까마중 열매 ethanol 추출물에서 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 10월 18일에 수확한 까마중 열매는 총 폴리페놀 함량, 항산화 효과 및 항염증 효과가 우수하였다. 까마중 열매의 수확시기에 따른 성분분석 및 생리활성 실험 결과, 까마중 열매의 최적 수확시기는 성숙 중기인 10월 18일과 10월 11일로 밝혀졌다. In this study, we investigated the variation in free sugars, organic acids, amino acids, antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory effect of Solanum nigrum Linne fruits according to harvest time. Four kinds of free sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose) were detected in S. nigrum fruit, and the free sugar contents varied significantly with harvest time. Organic acid content of S. nigrum fruit showed the highest in malic acid and acetic acid, and the highest content of total organic acids was found in S. nigrum fruit harvested on October $18^{th}$ and October $25^{th}$. For the total polyphenol content, S. nigrum fruit harvested on October $18^{th}$ was the highest. The strongest DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity was showed in S. nigrum fruit harvested on October $11^{th}$ and October $18^{th}$. The anti-inflammatory activity and antioxidant effects were the highest in the ethanol extract from S. nigrum fruit collected on October $18^{th}$ and October $11^{th}$. Thus, it seems the best to harvest of S. nigrum fruit harvested on October $11^{th}$ and October $18^{th}$.

        배출가스 저감장치(DPF) 부착에 따른 사회적 편익 추정

        The People have a bad perception about diesel vehicle because of serious air pollution, increase fine dust and global vehicle company's diesel gate. Starting the project in 2005, Ministry of Environment has been supporting that is exhaust gas reduction devices (DPF) on diesel vehicles in the metropolitan area. During the period of 2017.01.01 to 2017.12.31, 10,030 diesel vehicles installed exhaust gas reduction devices (DPF). Among them, 9,921 diesel vehicles that they have sufficient data for analysis were analyzed amount of particulate matter reduction before and after exhaust gas reduction devices (DPF) was installed. Opacity smoke meter measures the concentration of particulate matter. So concentration of particulate matter was converted into a mass unit, and then calculated the total amount of reduced particulate matter. It was estimated that social benefits is costs required to remove it from the total amount of particulate matter.

        양하(襄荷)의 경정배양(莖頂培養)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) I. 기본부지(基本部地) 및 생장조절물질(生長調節物質)이 식물체(植物體) 재분화(再分化)와 유묘(幼苗)의 생장(生長)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        양하(襄荷)를 대양번식(大量繁植) 하고자 경정부위(莖頂部位)의 기내배양(器內培養) 방법(方法)을 확립(確立)하기위하여, 경정부위(莖頂部位)의 생장(生長)에 알맞은 기본부지(基本部地) 및 식물생장조절제(植物生長調節劑)의 농도(濃度)를 구명(究明)하고자 본(本) 실험(實驗)을 수행(遂行)하였던 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 양하(襄荷)의 경정부위(莖頂部位)는 치상후(置床後) $10{\sim}12주(週)$ 후(後)에 기관(器官) 분화현상(分化現像)이 나타나서 shoot와 root가 발생(發生)되었다 2. 양하(襄荷)의 경정(莖頂)은 MS기본부지(基本部地)에 치상(置床)한 환경(環境) 비교적(比較的) 생장(生長)이 잘 되었다. 3. 기내(器內)의 Plantlet의 생장(生長)은 식물생장조절제(植物生長調節劑) NAA 0.5ppm과 BA 5.0ppm의 혼합(混合) 첨가배지(添加培地)에서 좋은 경향(傾向)이었다. The present study was carried out to assess the possibility of rapid multiplication of Zingiber mioga ROSC. through in vitro culture of shoot-apex. The factor investigated was effect of various growth regulators on shoot-apex culture. The shoot-apex cultured of M. S. (Murashige and Skoog) medium developed into plantlet in 12 Weeks. M. S. medium containing NAA at 05ppm and BA 5.0ppm was found to be optimal for growth of in vitro plantlet.

        In this work, closing behavior of the voids generated in a casting process was investigated for various parameters such as reductions in height, void size and billet rotation during hot open die forging process. The reduction in height and path schedule including the number of paths and billet rotation were chosen as key process variables to express the change of geometrical void shape and void closing behavior. On the other hand, values of die overlapping and die width ratio were set to be constant. Extend of void closure was observed and evaluated using tensile test and microscope. Based on the experimental result, it is ensured that void closure do not occur at 15% and 30% reduction in height as well as one or two rotations of a billet. The useful datum obtained from this study could be utilized to establish an optimum path schedule in the open die forging process.

        The weight saving that results from the substitution of aluminum alloy for steel may be used to provide reduced energy consumption and labor cost due to simplified manufacturing process and improved vehicle performance. Because of these advantages, foreign advanced rolling stock manufacturing companies have been using aluminum alloy for bodyshell manufacturing. In this research, the comparison between FE analysis and actual load test results is performed for aluminum extrusion body shell, which is manufactured by Rotem Company. And the results show that the aluminum carbody structure satisfies the strength and stiffness requirements. Commercial FE analysis code and specially designed test equipment are utilized for the structural analysis and the static load test of bodyshell respectively.

      • 19세기 화사(畵師) 원담내원(圓潭乃圓)과 해운익찬(海雲益贊)의 밀교(密敎)이해에 대한 연구(硏究)

        다양한 밀교적 도상과 색채를 통해 한국의 金剛界 37尊 만다라 전개의 결정체라 할 「大芚寺 法身中圍會 37尊幀」을 그린 圓譚乃圓과 海 雲益贊 두 佛母의 佛書 양식을 살펴보는 것은 韓國의 金剛界 37尊 도상의 특징을 규명하는 중요한 요소이다. 또한 행장을 통해서 알 수 있듯이 이들은 단순히 기능적 역할만 한 것이 아니라 일반미술에 대한 기량과 밀교에 대한 이해를 전제로 하고 있다. 원담내원과 해운익찬 佛畵의 특징은 차분하고 절제된 분위기의 필선과 그러한 필선에 적절하게 잘 어울리는 채색법이나, 의습 표현이 힘차고 과감하게 나타난다는 점이다. 또한 수묵 禪書에서나 가능할 것 같은 대범한 기법이 채색으로 그려지는 본격 佛畵에 사용되고 있는 점은 중요한 특징이라고 하겠으며 필선의 장점을 살린 홍탱화도 주목된다. 그리고 이들 佛書에 전반적으로 나타나는 특징은 瑞雲의 표현과 관련된 하늘의 표현이다. 주색과 녹청색을 주조색으로 하여 변화 풍부하게 그려 주고 하늘은 거의 검정에 가까운 짙은 청색으로 처리하여 다양한 색감을 통일시키면서 화면에 안정감을 주고 있다. 이와 같이 원담내원과 해운익찬 佛書의 실험성과 독자성은 당시 淸나라로부터 유입하는 洋靑의 적절한 사용과 함께 일반미술에 이해와 외래사조의 수용에도 선구적이었기에 「大芚寺 法身中圍會 37尊幀」과 같은 한국형 금강계만다라가 그려 질 수 있었다고 하겠다. “37 Sacred Images Tanga Painting of the Daedun Temple” is a master piece of 37 sacred images of the Vajradhatu Mandala drawn through various esoteric Buddhist paintings and colors. This study analyzes the styles of Buddhist paintings of Naiwon and Ikchan, the two painters who drew these pictures. Based on this, this study consists of the contents that would investigate the characteristics of 37 sacred images of the Vajradhatu Mandala of South Korea. In addition, the following can be found through the two painters’ lives. This study noted that they did not simply play a functional role, but they also presuppose the ability of general art and the understanding of the Esoteric Buddhism in these pictures. The characteristic of Naiwon and Ikchan Buddhist paintings is their drawing lines in a calm and restrained atmosphere, which suit appropriately with the paintings. Also, the coloring method appears forcibly and resolutely as compared to other Buddhist paintings. For example, the fact that the bold technique, which might be possible in the black and white drawings of Zen, is used for the first time in Buddhist paintings drawn in the form of color paintings, which is an important characteristic. In addition, attention is paid to the red tanga paintings, too, which utilized the strengths of the drawing lines. The overall characteristic of these Buddhist paintings is the expression of the sky related to the expression of auspicious clouds. They drew changes richly, using the red and green colors as core colors, while they used the dark blue color, almost like the black color in the sky to unite various colors and give stability to the pictures. Like this, the experimental nature and unique characteristic of Naiwon and Ikchan Buddhist paintings used the dark blue color (Indigo) imported from the Qing dynasty. This means that they pioneered in accepting foreign trends on the base of a sufficient understanding of traditional general art. Thus, it was the background in which Korean-style 37-Honoured Ones within the Diamond World Mandala like “37 Sacred Images Tanga Painting of the Daedun Temple” could be drawn.

      • 간경변증 합병증 치료 가이드라인의 재검토:복수

        The Korean Association for the Study of the Liver has developed guidelines for the treatment for cirrhotic complications on November 2005. The guideline for treatment of cirrhotic ascites consists of 36 recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of ascites, refractory ascites, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis and hepatorenal syndrome. Abdominal paracentesis should be performed for the patients with clinically apparent new-onset ascites. The initial laboratory investigation of ascitic fluid should include an ascitic fluid cell count and the differential analysis of ascitic fluid protein and albumin. Mild to moderate (grade 1-2) ascites should be managed by sodium restriction and diuretic therapy with spironolactone, furosemide and torasemide. Tense (grade 3) ascites should be treated with therapeutic large volume paracentesis followed by colloid volume expansion and diuretic therapy. Refractory ascites is managed by repeated large volume paracentesis, transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt and liver transplantation. Both patients with ascitic fluid PMN counts more than 250 cells/mm3 and patients with ascitic fluid PMN counts less than 250 cells/mm3 with signs or symptoms of infection should receive empiric antibiotic therapy. Prevention of spontaneous bacterial peritonitits is also important. Systemic vasoconstrictors such as terlipressin, midodrine, octreotide and noradrenaline with plasma expansion should be considered for the treatment of type I hepatorenal syndrome.
