        Flurbiprofen 용매침착물(溶媒沈着物)의 용출특성(溶出特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        Dissolution characteristics of flurbiprofen solvent deposited on ${\alpha}-cyclodextrin$, ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$, lactose and corn starch were studied to evaluate the pharmaceutical aspects of solvent deposition method where drug was solvent deposited on the surface of excipients. In a solvent deposition system, the drug to excipient ratio and kind of excipient affect much on dissolution rates of flurbiprofen. The solvent deposition system formation was confirmed by scanning electron microscope. By increasing the amounts of matrix, it was possible to enhance the dissolution rate of flurbiprofen solvent deposition system. The amount of flurbiprofen dissolved from ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ deposition system (1:10) at 60 minutes was enhanced 6.5 times in water and 28 times in simulated gastric juice compared with flurbiprofen alone. Flurbiprofen solvent deposited system (1:10) enhanced dissolution rate greater than inclusion complex and dispersion system.

        콜타르 피치 기반 활성탄소섬유의 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구(I) -수증기 활성화온도가 활성탄소섬유 형태학적 특성에 미치는 영향-

        In this paper, the effect of the temperature of steam activation on textural properties of coal tar pitch-based activated carbon fibers (ACFs) was studied. Surface properties of the ACFs were determined by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). $N_2$ adsorption isotherms at 77 K were investigated by BET and BJH methods to characterize specific surface areas, pore volumes, and pore size distributions. The adsorption isotherms of the ACFs were constructed and analyzed to be of Type I, mainly consisting of micropores. The specific surface areas of the ACFs were increased with activation time and showed a maximum value of $2442m^2/g$ at an activation temperature and time of $900^{\circ}C$ and 40 min, respectively.

        콜타르피치 기반 활성탄소섬유의 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구. II. 물리적 활성화법에 의한 활성탄소섬유의 구리(II), 니켈(II) 흡착 특성

        In this paper, the heavy metal ion adsorption behavior in coal tar pitch-based activated carbon fibers (ACFs) during physical activation is presented. $N_2$ adsorption isotherms at 77 K were examined using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), Horvath-Kawazoe (H-K), and Barret-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) methods to characterize specific surface area, pore volume, and pore size distribution. The removal of heavy metal ions from ACFs was confirmed by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Experimental results for the ACFs showed a type I isothermal adsorption curve, which confirmed that the created pores were mostly microporous. After a 40-min steam activation, the fibers showed a high specific surface area of $1,693m^2/g$. In addition, all heavy metal ions in the ACFs were adsorbed after about 20 min, and the adsorption reached equilibrium within 1 h. It was found that the adsorption capacity of the ACFs was improved by the presence of micropores but was also dependent on the specific surface area of the ACF.

        노인의 발등굽힘 관절가동범위와 보행에 대한 자가 신장 운동의 효과

          The range of motion (ROM) of ankle dorsiflexion in older women was associated with gait abnormalities and the risk of falls. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-stretching exercise on the flexibility of the plantar flexors of the ankle and the characteristics of gait in healthy elderly women. Fifteen participants were assigned randomly into an exercise (n=8) or control (n=7) group. The exercise group attended a self-stretching program approximately 30 minutes for 3 days per week for 4 weeks. The active ankle dorsiflexion ROM and gait measurements were taken prior to beginning the stretching program and 1 day after the last stretching day. Results showed that the active ankle dorsiflexion ROM was significantly increased in the exercise group than in the control group after the stretching program (p<.05). However, gait parameters, including gait speed, cadence, and stride length were not significantly different between the two groups (p>.05). The results suggest that a 4-week self-stretching program is capable of provoking a significant increase in ankle dorsiflexion ROM in elderly, community-dwelling women. Additional research is needed to investigate the effect of gait-specific exercise combined with stretching exercise on gait ability.

        태스크 프로세스를 통한 외식 브랜드 공간의 영역특성에 관한 연구 -국내 샐러드바 레스토랑을 중심으로-

        Background and Purpose) With the recent phenomenon of thoughtless information supersaturation, many brands do not properly apply the usage characteristics of consumers. Therefore, this study draws scope characteristics according to the functional structure of space according to the users and their personal scope. (Method) First, the analysis framework for task processes and the user`s point of encounter in the scope of a restaurant brand space, as well as space scope characteristics, are established through a literature review. Second, by applying task processes, the functional structure and scope characteristics of a domestic restaurant brand space are analyzed. (Result) For scope characteristics that have effects on user satisfaction in the restaurant brand space, place showed the highest rate. This indicates the importance of physical expandability and the value of organic communication with the brand. On the other hand, structural and obscuration elements that provide peace of mind showed relatively lower rates, and occupation that requires personal space showed the lowest rate. Since space, as the personal scope that users want most for restaurant brand spaces, is not applied enough, systemic designs for future restaurant brand spaces are needed.

        The military arts Taekwondo boasts a long history and a deep-rooted tradition. According to data from the World Taekwondo Headquarters(Kukkiwon), it must be represent Korea. However, training Poomsae has crumbled and recently problems of fairness and consistency steadily raised that is judges" judgments in poomsae competition. In this paper, we study about the Judges" judgments through Apchagi(front kick) motion in the Taekwondo Approved-Poomsae and would like to propose some improvement for the better in the poomsae game. Increasing the credibility could be one of the methods to boost the poomsae all over the world.

        만성 실질환 환자에서 허혈성 심질환에 대한 좌심실 이완기능 장애의 영향

        Background/Aims: Cardiovascular complications are commonly seen in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Recently, the prevalence of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) has increased, and the importance of LVDD has emerged in patients with CKD. The objectives of this study were to identify diagnostic criteria for LVDD related to ischemic heart disease (IHD) and evaluate the prognostic impact of diastolic dysfunction in patients with CKD. Methods: A total of 71 patients with CKD who were evaluated between January 2005 and May 2010 were included in this study. These patients were evaluated by conventional echocardiography and tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) for diastolic dysfunction. Results: Diagnostic cutoff values for LVDD related to IHD were E/E` = 15.55 (sensitivity: 100%, specificity: 64.7%, p = 0.005) and E/A = 0.79 (sensitivity: 84.6%, specificity: 55.9%, p = 0.006), Group I consisted of 19 patients with an E/E` > 15.55 and E/A > 0.79. Group II consisted of the remaining patients. Factors contributing to LVDD were age, history of ischemic heart disease, anemia, and high low-density lipoprotein (LDL) level. Factors contributing to IHD were LVDD, smoking, high LDL level, and high parathyroid hormone (PTH) level. The disease-free survival for IHD was significantly lower in group I compared to group II (p= 0.001). However, there was no significant difference in overall survival between groups I and II (p = 0.177). Conclusions: Our study showed that moderate LVDD (E/E` > 15.55 and E/A > 0.79) in patients with CKD is positively associated with IHD.

        팽창흑연,에리스리톨 복합체의 열적거동에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the thermal behaviors of expanded graphite(EG)/erythritol composites with different contents of EG were studied. The surface and structure properties of the composites were determined by using scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The thermal properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal conductivity (TC). As experimental results, the thermal conductivityof the composites increased with increasing the EG content. However, the latent heat was somewhat decreased in the presence of EG. We could concluded that EG was highly promising materials for improving the heat transfer enhancement and energy storage capacity of phase change materials (PCMs).

        실란처리 되어진 실리카가 첨가된 에폭시 접착제의 접착박리강도에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the effect of silane-treated silicas and epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO) addition on adhesion properties of silicas-filled epoxy adhesives was examined. The silicas were treated by γ-methacryloxy propyltrimethoxy silane (MPS), γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane (GPS), and γ-mercapto propyl trimethoxy silane (MCPS). Surface and structural properties of the adhesives were determined by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The t-peel strength of the adhesives was estimated using the universal testing machine (UTM). And, the equilibrium spreading pressure, surface free energy, and specific surface area were investigated by BET methods with N2/77 K adsorption. As a result, the peel strength of the adhesives was increased in the presence of silane-treated silicas in the adhesives compared to that of untreated silicas. This result indicated that the silane coupling agent played an important role in improving the dispersion of silicas in epoxy adhesives. And, the adhesives treated by MCPS were superior to the others in adhesion.

        율곡 인심도심설과 念 개념의 동양 윤리학적 함의

        이 논문에서는 율곡의 인심도심 종시설(終始說)이 도덕주체의 일상적인 자기 주재력 강화를 목표로 하고 있으며, 이러한 실천적 관점에서 율곡이 염 개념을 해석했다는 것을 규명하고자 한다. 율곡은 인심도심의 상호전화 가능성을 인식하고 이를 살필 것을 강조했다. 이러한 연장선상에서, 무사시(無事時)에 발동하는 의식인 염 개념을 세 층차로 구분한 것으로 보인다. 인의예지(仁義禮智)를 위해 발동한 선념(善念)이라면 유지해야 하며, 이해(利害)와 관련된 악념이라면 곧바로 제거해야 한다. 악념(惡念)을 철저하게 제거하지 못한다면 인의예지를 위해 발동한 선념을 유지하기 어렵기 때문이다. 또한 선념도 악념도 아닌 부념(浮念) 발동을 그대로 방치한다면, 선념의 활성화를 통한 효과적인 악념 제거가 어려워지며 부념의 연속으로 인한 의지 나약의 상태를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 율곡이 인심도심설의 궁극적 목적을 실현하고자 염 개념을 해석 했으며 여기에 함축된 동양 윤리학적 의의를 조명하고자 한다. The aim of this paper is to clarify Yulgok(栗谷)"s theory of Moral mind(道心) and Human mind(人心) which strengthens everyday self-supervision. From this practical point of view, Yulgok(栗谷) interpreted the concept of Nian[念]. Yulgok(栗谷)"s theory of Moral mind(道心) and Human mind(人心) implies potential mutual conversion. Therefore, the moral subject has to watch signs of good and evil. According to Yulgok, when nothing happens and sat quietly, thoughts are divided into three categories, which ShanNian[善念], ENian[惡念], FuNian[浮念]. ShanNian[善念] is considering about RenYiLiZhi[仁義禮智], ENian[惡念] is thinking about private LiHai[利害] and FuNian[浮念] is neither good nor bad intention. FuNian[浮念] is unnecessary thoughts but if you are not careful, problems arise. First, this prevents ShanNian[善念]. Second, this weakens the good will. In this paper, I will study Yulgok(栗谷)"s theory of Moral mind(道心) and Human mind(人心) and Nian[念] from a moral practical perspective.
