        Anti-HIV agent VP-0501의 생체이용성 향상을 위한 아미노산 프로드럭 개발 및 약물동태연구

        We have studied pharmacokinetics of a new anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) agent VP-0501 and its amino acid prodrug VP-0501AL which is designed to improve oral bioavailability. After oral administration at 100 mg/kg dose in rats (n = 4), VP-0501 was not detectable in plasma (<50 ng/ml), while after the administration of VP-0501AL, VP-0501 was quantitatively detected, at least for 8 hrs, with Cmax of ca. $2.5{\mu}g/ml$ and AUC of $8hr^{\ast}{\mu}g/ml$. When VP-0501 was intravenously administered at 50mg/kg, this compound appeared at a marginal level in plasma with AUC of $2hr^{\ast}{\mu}g/ml$, $t_{1/2}$ of 2 hr, $C_0$ of $0.7{\mu}g/ml$, and MRT of 3 hr. On the other hand, with intravenous VP-0501AL at the same dose, both the prodrug VP-0501AL and its metabolite VP-0501 appeared comparatively at higher level in the plasma: pharmacokinetic parameters of VP-0501AL including $Vd_{\beta}$, AUC, $t_{1/2,{\beta}}$, $C_0$, $CL_{tot}$, and MRT were ca. 2 L/kg, $70hr^{\ast}{\mu}g/ml$, 2 hr, $180{\mu}g/ml$, 0.7 L/hr/kg, and 1 hr, respectively. These results demonstrate that attachment of amino acid alanine to VP-0501 is an effective approach for improvement of its oral bioavailability. Therefore, VP-0501AL is expected to become a new highly bioavailable and potent anti-AIDS drug candidate/lead compound.

        대화시에서 극적 독백으로 : 브라우닝의 『폴린』

        This paper aims to investigate Browning's generic experimentation taking place in Pauline. Although the poem has been entertaining relatively low critical attention due to its incoherence, it merits close analysis in the context of the generic development that transforms a conversation poem into a dramatic monologue. Browning’s Pauline resembles the conversation poem in that its speaker focuses on his own mental movement and invokes a female auditor in order to confess his feelings and thoughts. Yet, the speaker, who clearly shows the tendency toward self-supremacy in the beginning, increasingly realizes his own limit in connecting with the outer world. The speaker’s clear self-consciousness inserted later into the text renders the poem “double-voiced.” In addition, through the footnote added by Pauline in the middle of the text, the poem reveals a striking discrepancy between the speaker’s utterance and the female auditor’s reaction. Pauline in this poem does not function merely as a silent, passive recipient of the speaker’s monologue; rather, she becomes a reader and a critic, who possesses the potential to dialogize the poetic text. Pauline displays its author’s ambivalent view of Romanic poethood as well as the inherited poetic form. Diverging from the generic features of the conversation poem, it foreshadows the emergence of the dramatic monologue in Browning's later poetry.

        두 편의 낭만주의 소네트에 나타난 고대의 "폐허"

        This paper aims at examining the image of ancient ruins in Romantic poetry by investigating two sonnets that contain self-conscious reflections on "fragments." John Keats`s "On seeing the Elgin Marbles for the first time" and Percy Bysshe Shelley`s "Ozymandias" both convey romantic ideas about the past and the present, the part and the whole, and mortality and immortality. In both poems, the Elgin Marbles and the sculpture of Ozymandias are presented as artworks embodying perfection in their own days, but they only remain in fractured ruins at the time when the poets compose these sonnets. The poetic speakers in both sonnets attempt to reconstruct the meaning of these ruins through communicative interactions with the shattered artworks transferred from the past. In "On seeing the Elgin Marbles for the first time," the speaker initially experiences highly melancholy feelings upon his encounter with the gigantic ruins. Yet, his painful meditations on mortality and human imperfection presented in the octave turns into an aesthetic experience of "the sublime" in the sestet. By exemplifying a successful way of coming to terms with the fragmented artwork of the past, Keats expresses his own longing for an ideal reader who can ultimately complete unfinished poetic texts. In the octave of "Ozymandias," Shelley deploys multiple speakers who read and interpret the historical figure of Ozymandias in their own ways. Then, these conflicting comments on the central figure of this poem open for the reader a new way of perceiving Ozymandias in her own terms. In the sestet, where the speaker`s presence is largely missing, the reader directly hears Ozymandias`s commanding voices, which are set in sharp contrast to the "lone and level sands" that deconstruct the emperor`s self-aggrandizing words. These two poems tactfully utilize the sonnet form in converting the "ruins" from the past into the "fragments" for the future. Through the invocation of future readers who can participate in the meaning process, these sonnets display the romantic aspiration toward open-ended vision and unrestrained imagination.

      • 유아교육적 적용을 위한 ASSURE 모형 탐색

        본 연구는 체계적인 수업의 전문성 향상을 위한 방안으로 ASSURE 모형의 유아교육적 적용을 이론적으로 탐색하였다. 이론적 탐색을 통해, ASSURE 모형의 적용 가능성을 알 수 있었다. ASSURE 모형은 교수ㆍ학습과정에서 효과적 적용을 통해 수업목적을 성취하도록 하며, 수업 설계 시 유용한 구조와 단계를 안내하는 모형이다. ASSURE는 6단계 교수절차로 수업설계를 할 때 유용한 구조와 단계적 안내를 하며, 매체 사용에 대한 적합한 방법을 구체적으로 제시해 준다. ASSURE 모형은 학습자의 특성을 충분히 파악하고 이해하게 하며, 기대되는 학습결과 즉 학습목표를 명백하게 제시하고, 적절한 교수전략과 자료를 선택하게 한다. 그리고 최적의 학습 제공을 위해 가장 유용한 공학과 매체를 적절히 사용하며, 적절한 연습과 피드백을 제공하여 학습자를 적극적으로 학습에 참여시킨다. 교수ㆍ학습 전 과정에서 학습자의 학습을 측정하고, 각 요소는 물론 수업 경험을 평가하여 필요한 경우 수정, 보완하게 한다. 따라서 ASSURE 모형에 기초한 수업모형의 적용은 유아교사들이 수업목표를 인지하면서 수업을 계획, 진행, 평가할 수 있도록 하여 효율적이고 체계적인 수업경험을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate application of early childhood education using ASSURE model. ASSURE model that Heinich et al (1996) have developed makes achieve the purpose of the lesson in the process of teaching and learning through the effective application of instructional media, and provides guidance of useful structure and phase when the instructional design. Especially, ASSURE model facilitate writing lesson plan to use the instructional media and model that teacher can easily practice in the field of education. Whin the model, will allow you to make a advanced lesson plan by providing opportunity to think for teaching evaluation and improvement.

        ASSURE 이론에 기초한 예비유아교사의 모의수업 모형 개발 및 적용

        본 연구는 ASSURE 이론에 기초하여 예비유아교사의 모의수업에서 효율적으로 실행할 수 있는 모의수업 모형을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 관련 문헌고찰과, 모의수업에 대한 코멘트 기록지, 모의수업 평가지. 마이크로티칭에 의한 자기행동관찰, 저널분석, 피드백과 토의자료, 그리고 교수기술에 대한 사전·사후 t검증 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 연구는 S시에 소재한 A대학교 유아교육과 3,4학년을 대상으로 2011년도 2학기에서 2012년도 2학기까지 실시되었다. ASSURE이론에 기초한 예비유아교사의 모의수업 모형은 예비연구과정과 1, 2차 모형 개발과정을 거쳐 개발되었으며, 모의수업 절차와 수업반성전략을 포함한다. 개발된 모형 적용의 결과는 다음과 같다. 질적 자료 분석 결과, 예비유아교사들은 모형 적용을 통해 짜임새 있는 계획안을 작성하게 되었고, 그동안 중요하게 생각하지 않았던 숨어있던 요소들을 발견하였다. 이러한 체계적인 계획안 작성이 수업을 잘할 수 있다는 자신감을 갖게 하였다. 또한 수업의 방향을 잡게 하는 목표와 교육과정에 근거한 계획안 작성이 유아중심의 수업을 생각하게 하고, 교구에 대해 새로운 생각을 갖게 하는 계기가 되었다. 마이크로티칭, 동료평가, 피드백, 토의와 같은 다양한 평가를 통해 자신의 수업을 반성하게 되었으며, 공감과 격려를 통한 성장의 계기를 갖기 되는 소중한 경험이 된 것으로 나타났다. 양적 자료 분석을 위해서 교수기술의 사전, 사후검사 자료를 t검증한 결과, 교수기술의 세가지 범주인 수업설계, 수업실행, 수업평가가 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타나 ASSURE이론에 기초한 모의수업 모형 적용이 예비유아교사들의 교수기술 향상에 도움을 준 것으로 분석되었다. Thought the ASSURE Model was originally designed for developing instruction utilizing media, its theory and design emphasize knowing the needs of the learner and for this reason this study chose ASSURE theory as guide for the development process of a simulated instructional model for early childhood teacher training. Following the components in the Assure acronym which are 1)Analyze learners, 2)State objectives 3)Select media/materials 4) Utilize media/materials 5)Require learner participation 6)Evaluate/revise, this study was conducted over a period of two semesters in 2011 and two in 2012 with 3rd and 4th year students in a 4 year university program. Data were collected through a review of related literature, recorded simulated instruction, self behavioral observations in microteaching and reflective journals,, the feedback and evaluation of the researchers and colleagues, lesson plans, discussion material and evaluation checklists. Statistical measures regarding efficacy were obtained from pre-and post-tests of teaching skills. The qualitative data from the application of the developed model reveal that pre-service teachers gained confidence as they systematically wrote lesson plans, finding heretofore gained confidence as they systematically wrote lesson plans, finding heretofore hidden elements. Statistically significant gains in teaching skills appeared in the categories of instructional design, instructional implementation and teaching evaluation. Thus ASSURE Model theory provides an adaptive blueprint for developing viable constructivist early childhood teacher training models.

        낭만주의 시 속의 여성 독자: 코울리지의 「나이팅게일」과 워즈워드의 「조애너에게」

        The image of the reading woman as cultural consumer haunts the romantic imagination. The recurrent image of women as consumers in Romantic poetry is partially due to male poets` preoccupation with audience in an increasingly feminized literary market. The sympathetic female auditor of the conversation poem serves to mitigate the male poets` fears about the reception of their poetry. At the same time, unruly, disruptive images of women illuminate male anxiety about poetic reception. In Coleridge`s The Nightingale, the poet`s attempt to establish a poetic community is frustrated by the figure of the gentle maid. The nightingales` song becomes choral minstrelsy, indicating the fetishization of poetic identities in the contemporary literary market. To overcome this crisis, Coleridge defines his poem as a father`s tale, designating his son as the ultimate recipient of his poetry. Instead of the figure of the reading woman, Coleridge opts for the figure of the artistic heir as the idealized audience for his poetry. Wordsworth`s To Joanna shows how the poet`s fear of a feminine audience is translated in his dealings with the female character who threatens to subvert his authority. When Joanna`s laughter abruptly shatters the poet`s lofty, sublime vision of nature, Wordsworth feels the woman`s laugh is powerful enough to evoke echoes from all nature. The rest of the poem is an effort on the poet`s part to escape the influence of the feminine and establish his cultural authority. First by reducing Joanna to a woman in need of masculine protection, by designating her as a problematic other to be governed by the male community, and ultimately by inscribing her identity upon the natural scene, Wordsworth seeks to reclaim an authoritative poetic voice.
