우리나라 IT기술발전은 세계적인 수준으로 정보통신을 기반으로 한 컴퓨터의 활용은 국민의 일상생활에 중요한 부분으로 자리 잡고 있다. 그러나 이러한 변화 속에 세대간, 소득별, 직종 등 정보취약계층이 발생 있으며, 특히, 노인층에서의 정보화 소외현상은 그 격차가 매우 심하여 고령화 사회에서 큰 사회문제를 유발 할 수 있어 고령층 정보화 격차 해소는 필수적인 사회과제가 되고 있다. 이에 노인의 신체적 특징을 고려한 시스템을 설계, 개발하여 고령층의 컴퓨터 활용에 편의를 제공할 수 있도록 하며, 고령층 컴퓨터 사용 시 가장 장애 요인이 될 수 있는 시각 장애의 해소를 위한 확대 프로그램을 개발한다.
Hydroxypropyl cellulose/TEMPO-산화 처리된 셀룰로오스나노섬유를 이용한 복합필름의 기계적 및 열적 특성

본 연구에서는 HPC (hydroxypropyl cellulose)와 TEMPO 산화된 셀룰로오스 나노섬유(Tempo-oxidized cellulose nanofibrils, TOCN)가 보강된 복합필름을 제조하였다. 복합필름의 기계적, 열적 특성을 관찰하기 위해 인장강도 및 열중량 분석기(TGA)를 측정하였다. HPC/TOCN 복합필름에서 TOCN의 함량이 1 wt%에서 5 wt%까지 증가할수록 인장강도와 인장탄성계수는 직선적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 TGA 분석 결과, TOCN의 함량에 관계없이 HPC/TOCN 복합필름의 열 안정성은 거의 차이가 없었다. Hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) composite films filled with TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibrils (TOCN) were prepared in this study. In order to investigate mechanical and thermal properties of HPC/TOCN composite films, tensile strength and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) wer performed. As the loading level of TOCN increased, the tensile strength and modulus increased significantly. However, thermal stability of HPC/TOCN composite films was not related to the loading levels of the TOCN.
환자 유형에 따른 의료서비스요인과 고객만족간의 효과연구

The expectations on the medical service are growing, with the increase in the scale of medical market and the life expectancy. The importance of customer satisfaction and service is also growing. Studies on the customers’ satisfaction and factors for the satisfaction have been conducted. However, only the fragmentary studies on verifying the relation between the satisfaction factors and the service quality, and the satisfaction had been conducted. Therefore, this paper will provide a comprehensive model on the medical service factor, value, and satisfaction. It turned out that among the medical service factors, administrative staff service had the most positive influence on the satisfaction, followed by the medical staff service. Based on the result of the study, the customers’ service would be improved and the direction for securing a hospital’s competitiveness would be obtained.

Purpose: This study was designed to evaluate ICU nurses' clinical competence according to clinical ladder by job analysis tool for the evaluation tool development of clinical ladder development program, Methods: Data was collected using the ICU nurses job analysis tool from 148 ICU nurses who work for 6 ICUs of A hospital in S city, Results: The mean clinical competence score of the subjects was 3.03 on a 4 point scale, Competence score was increasing as ICU clinical ladder was higher (F=35.18, p<.001). Step_1 was the lowest and step_4 was higher than step_3 from Scheffe post hoc test, Result of multiple regression showed that ICU clinical ladder and ICU clinical nursing education explained 52.1% (F=38.83, p<.001) of ICU nurse's clinical competence. Conclusion: ICU nurses' clinical competence can be evaluated using ICU nurse's job analysis tool. Further researches is needed on job description according to clinical ladder for performance and evaluation.
고속철도 역사시설 및 열차 서비스가 고객만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 고속철도 역사시설 및 열차서비스 전반에 관한 서비스 만족도를 측정하여 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 주요 서비스요인을 도출하고 그 관계를 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 고속철도 이용객 202명을 대상으로 설문을 수행하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 역사 및 열차 관련 서비스에 관한 설문문항 63개 중, 주차관련서비스, 역사편의시설서비스, 유·무인 발권서비스, 열차 내 서비스, 열차 내 환경 등의 다섯 가지 주요 서비스요인이 도출되었다. 구조방정식모형을 통한 가설검증 결과, 주차관련 서비스는 열차 내 서비스에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않으며, 그 외 역사편의시설 및 발권서비스는 열차내 서비스 및 환경에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 선행요소로 나타났다. 또한 열차 내 서비스와 환경요인은 고객의 만족을 강화시키는 직접적이고 주요한 변수로 검증되었다. 따라서 역사시설 및 열차 서비스 경험이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate service factors and relationship affecting customer satisfaction by measuring the indexes of the entire high-speed railway station facilities and the train services. In this study, we collected data from 202 KTX passengers and analyzed it with structural equation model(SEM) method. Through exploratory factor analysis (EFA), we find five major service factors such as parking related service(PRS), station convenient facilities relate service(SCS), ticketing services(TIS), service within the train(SWT) and inner environments(INE). As result of hypothesis test, PRS does not influence SWT, whereas SCS and TIS positively affect train related service. Also SWT and INE significantly affect overall service satisfaction of customers. Thus our findings provide that station facilities and train service experience is important factors in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
일개 응급의료센터에서 분석한 불화수소산 대량 누출이 지역사회 건강에 미친 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of a massive hydrofluoric acid spill on community health through patients who claimed to have been exposed. Methods: We analyzed 2459 patients who visited our emergency department with the claim of exposure to hydrofluoric acid, and retrospective analyses were performed. We analyzed changes in numbers of visitors per day from the day of the accidental hydrofluoric acid spill, symptoms presented by the 1924 patients, and general characteristics. Comparisons of symptoms and hematologic characteristics were made between the initially set evacuation zone(1.3 km radius parameters from the spill) and the outer zone. Results: A total of 2,459 patients who claimed exposure visited our ED from 27 September 2012 to 23 October 2012, and there was a significant increase in the number of visiting patients from day 8 of the hydrofluoric acid spill. The most common complaints were a sore throat, 729(37.9%) and no specific symptom with health concern, 547 (28.4%). Statistically significant findings were pulmonary symptoms (p=0.001), nasal symptoms (p=0.001), diarrhea (p=0.023), and skin symptoms (p=0.007). In hematologic study, a statistically significant difference was observed in white blood cell count (p=0.018), creatine phosphokinase (p<0.001), erythrocyte sediment rate (p=0.013), and phosphorus (p<0.001). Conclusion: A significant increase in the number of patients was observed one week after the accidental spill of hydrofluoric acid. The most frequent symptoms were sore throat, headache, cough, and sputum. Statistically significant increase in creatine phosphokinase level and decrease in phosphorus level were noted in patients within the evacuation zone.
