본 논문은 WLAN에 이용되는 상위 6비트 온도계 코드의 전류원 셀 매트릭스와 중간 2비트 온도계 코드의 전류원, 그리고 하위 2비트 이진 가중치 코드의 서브 블록으로 구성된 10비트 210MHz의 CMOS 전류구동 디지털-아날로그 데이터 변환기(DAC)을 설계하였다. 제안된 새로운 글리치 억제회로는 입력된 신호의 교차되는 위치를 조절함으로써, 글리치 에너지를 최소화하도록 설계하였다. 또한 제안된 10비트 DAC는 CMOS $0.35{\mu}m$ 2-poly 4-metal 공정을 이용하여 설계하였으며, 유효 칩 면적은 5mm2이다. 제안된 10비트 DAC 칩의 측정결과, 변환속도는 210MHz, DNL/INL은 각각 ${\pm}0.7LSB/{\pm}1.1LSB$이며, 글리치 에너지는 $76pV{\cdot}sec$이고, SNR은 50dB, SFDR은 53dB((a)200MHz), 전력소비는 83mW((a)3.3V)로 측정되었다. This paper describes a 10-bit 210MHz CMOS current-mode Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) consisting of 6 bit MSB current cell matrix Sub-DAC, 2 bit mSB unary current source Sub-DAC, and 2 bit LSB binary weighting Sub-DAC for Wireless LAN application. A new deglitch circuit is proposed to control a crossing point of signals and minimize a glitch energy. The proposed 10-bit CMOS current mode DAC was designed by a $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS double-poly four-metal technology rate of 210MHz, DNL/INL of ${\pm}0.7LSB/{\pm}1.1LSB$, a glitch energy of $76pV{\cdot}sec$, a SNR of 50dB, a SFDR of 53dB at 200MHz sampling clock and power dissipation of 83mW at 3.3V

In 21st century, mankind greets an era of ubiquitous computing where physical and virtual space are merged through the innovation of digital and IT(Information Technology), meanwhile ubiquitous computing and network paradigm suggest a new direction which our future educational system should head for. A society where people, computers, and objects can be connected with each other anytime and anywhere, that is, a society of ubiquitous computing where everything in our living space are interconnected by a immense network system may bring a variety of changes into our educational environment in schools. In this study I analysed the forecast of school educational orientation and ubiquitous educational environment and facilities in developed countries, and on the basis of the result, I performed a fundamental work for formation of a ubiquitous classroom environment which is feasible in Korea. In the section of conclusion, I present a model of ubiquitous classroom as a scenario based on ubiquitous computing technology applicable to future classroom environment.

A survey was conducted to see the distribution and characterization of Yersinia enterocolitica in imported pigs and dogs. 1. Out of 886 pigs and dogs, 205 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated from fecal samples of the pigs and dogs. One hundred twenty-seven strains(23.6%) and 78 strains(22.4%) Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated in pigs and dogs. 2. Two hundred five isolates of Yersinia enterocolitica the predominant biotype were 3B(47.3%) and followed by 3A(19.5%), 3(12.6%), 1(11.2%) and 2(9.2%). 3. Two hundred five isolates of Yersinia enterocolitica the belonged to serotype 0:3(70 strains, 34.1%), 0:8(57 strains, 27.8%), 0:5(27 strains, 13.1%), 0:1,2(26 strains, 12.6%), 0:9(10 strains, 4.8%) and untypable(6 strains,7.6%), among them strains of serotype 0:3 and 0:8 were predominant. 4. Yersinia enterocolitica were susceptible to gentamicin(100%), kanamycin(100%), tobramycin(100%), nalidixic acid(99.5%), chloramphenicol(98.5%), tetracycline(97%) and resistant to cephalothin(99.0%), erythromycin(95.1%) and ampicillin(94.1%).

Papillon-Lefevre syndrome is an extremely rare genodermatosis characterized by palmoplantar keratoderma and premature loss of teeth. It is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait, and is known to be caused by a loss-of-function mutation in the cathepsin C gene. Mutations of this gene may result in epithelial defects producing keratoderma and secondary periodontitis recalcitrant to traditional treatment, causing subsequent premature loss of teeth. In addition, patients may have increased susceptibility to infection. Histopathologic features are nonspecific, so diagnosis has been made through characteristic skin and teeth findings in many reported cases. Oral retinoids are the mainstay of treatment, but the safety of oral retinoids in children remains controversial due to their side effects in skeletal development. Therefore, a multidisciplinary approach is important for the care of patients with this syndrome. We present two cases of Papillon-Lefevre syndrome. To our knowledge, this condition has not been reported previously in the Korean dermatologic literature. (Korean J Dermatol 2009;47(4):472~478)

Among skin disorders associated with changes to the bony tissue or abnormalities of calcification, osteoma cutis is a rare, benign tumor of the skin composed of compact bone. Osteoma cutis is primary ossification without preceding skin disease, trauma or evidence of Albright``s hereditary osteodystrophy. A 59-year-old man presented with a firm erythematous nodule containing centrally punctuated ulcer on the right mandibular angle. A biopsy specimen showed calcification and ossification with many osteocytes, which had extruded through the perforating epidermal channel. We herein report a rare case of perforating osteoma cutis. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a heterogeneous group of stem cell disorders characterized by morphological abnormalities of the erythroid, granulocytic, and megakaryocytic cells. Cutaneous lesions associated with MDS are classified as either specific or non-specific. Specific leukemic infiltrates are often referred to as leukemia cutis, and non-specific inflammatory lesions, historically called leukemids, include cutaneous infections, vasculitis, and neutrophilic dermatoses. We report the case of a 53-year-old man who had been diagnosed with MDS 8 months ago when he developed multiple erythematous tender nodules on the trunk and upper extremities for 8 days. Histopathologic findings from an erythematous nodule on his chest showed lymphohistiocytic and neutrophilic infiltration in the septa and periphery of the fat lobules consistent with neutrophilic panniculitis. Most neutrophils observed in our case had the pseudo-Pelger-Huet anomaly. Herein we present a rare case of neutrophilic panniculitis associated with MDS showing specific groups and the pseudo-Pelger-Huet anomaly. (Korean J Dermatol 2015;53(9):722∼725)
