        쌍태아 중 제 1아와 제 2아 진단과 바뀜

        Correct discrimination of the first and the second twin is important. Case: (1) The first fetus, whose amnionic cavity was closest to the cervix at 19 weeks, even though its body was higher than the second fetus, was found to be closer to the cervix by 23 gestational weeks than its twin. (2) The result of the chromosomal study of dichorionic twins at 17 gestational weeks was male with 9 inversion of the presumed first, and female with trisomy 21 of the presumed second. AT 19 gestational weeks, the sex and order of the two were found to be reversed at sonography for selective termination. In diamnionic twins, the fetus in the amnionic sac closest to the cervix is nominated as the first.

        어린이집 담임교사와 누리과정 보조교사의 협력 경험에 대한 연구

        Objective: The aim of this study was to achieve a qualitative understanding of childcare teachers`` cooperation experiences with Nuri curriculum teaching assistants. Methods: The study adopted a qualitative research design. Participants comprised 23 childcare teachers working with Nuri curriculum teaching assistants. Focus group interviews were conducted to discuss their cooperation experience with the teaching assistants. Qualitative themes analyses were carried out following individual-level analyses, group-level analyses, and cross-groupcomparisons. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that childcare teachers, at first, had low expectation for Nuri curriculum teaching assistants because they have ambiguous job descriptions. However, the teachers`` actual interactions exhibited cooperation effects on improving the quality of childcare. Childcare teachers suggested the ways to promote cooperation between childcare teachers and Nuri curriculum teaching assistants at individual and systemic levels.

        외과적 절제술과 OK-432 경화요법을 병용한 임파관종의 치료:

        Lymphangiomas are benign tumors of the lymphatic system characterized by congenital lymphatic malformation such as anastomosis or obstruction of the lymphatic channels. They are most frequently diagnosed in children younger than 2 years, and the lymphangiomas in head and neck represent about 50-75% of all lymphangiomas. Spontaneous regression is rare, and rapid enlargement occurs secondary to infection or trauma. Enlargement may cause serious sequence such as airway obstruction, feeding difficulties, and cosmetic problems. Treatments previously used for lymphangiomas include surgical excision and intralesional injection of sclerosing agents. Problems associated with surgical excision include the risk of scarring, damage to surrounding vital structure and the high risk of incomplete excision. The sclerosing agents previously used have numerous local and systemic side effects as their problems. We present a case of lymphangioma occured in tongue that was treated by surgical excision and sclerotherapy with OK-432.

        남북한 교육과정 교과서 비교 분석의 준거 탐색

        The present study purported to present a foundation of the prospective integration in education of South and North Korea. The study had two research purposes; One was to explore the most desirable research perspective in the comparative analysis of the curriculum/textbooks between South and North Korea. The other was to present the criteria for the comparative analysis in the general curriculum and in several subject areas. Major research methods were two; literature review method and referring to verbal/written testimony of defectors from North Korea. The research results were twofold. First, among three research perpecives regarding the unificaion of Korean peninsular, the research perspective which aims at the educational integration in the unified Korea was identified as the most disirable research perspective. Second, criteria for the comparative analysis of the curriculum/textbooks between South and North Korea were suggested and discussed.

        부모간 갈등, 어머니의 지지 및 통제와 또래관계의 질이 고등학생의 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 경로

        The main purpose of this study was to examine pathways from interparental conflict to adolescents` problem behavior through maternal support and control and/or quality of peer relationship. A sample of 340 high school students (166 boys and 174 girls) in Incheon completed questionnaires on interparental conflict, maternal support and control, quality of peer relationship, and problem behavior. Data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that interparental conflict had a direct influence in both internalizing and externalizing problem behaviors, indicating that adolescents who perceived higher levels of interparental conflict had more problem behaviors. Regarding pathways from interparental conflict to problem behavior through maternal support and control and/or quality of peer relationships, adolescents perceiving higher levels of interparental conflict reported higher maternal psychological control and lower support and behavioral control. This was followed by a lower level of quality in terms of their peer relationships; the lower quality of peer relationships resulted in more adolescent problem behaviors. These results indicate that interparental conflict and maternal support and control play crucial roles in the development of internalizing and externalizing problem behavior, respectively.

        Acute fibrinous and organizing pneumonia (AFOP) is a histological pattern consisting of prominent intra-alveolar fibrin and organizing pneumonia, with out hyaline membranes or prominent eosinophilia. The clinical manifestations of AFOP resemble those of acute lung injury such as acute interstitial pneumonia (AIP). However, the classic histological patterns of AFOP differ from diffuse alveolar damage (DAD), bronchiolitis obliterans with organizing pneumonia (BOOP) or acute eosinophilic pneumonia (AEP). The characteristic intra-alveolar fibrin ball and lack of classic hyaline membrane are the predominant histological features of AFOP. Although some reports suggest that its clinical course is less catastrophic than DAD, the clinical entity that distinguishes AFOP from DAD has not been established. We present a case of pathologically demonstrated AFOP in a 79-year-old man. The radiological findings of our case were similar to those of DAD, presented with diffuse bilateral lung infiltrations. However, despite the rapid development of respiratory failure, the patient had a better response and outcome to steroid therapy than what would be expected for DAD.         초등학생의 영어능력 수준별 부호화 전략 분석

        본 연구는 초등 영어 학습에서 부호화 학습전략의 양상이 학습자의 영어과 학업 성취 수준에 따른 차이가 있는지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 주된 연구 방법은 심층 면담에 기반한 질적 연구 방법이다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 초등학교 5학년 학생 중 영어과 학업 성취도 평가 결과 고성취학습자와 저성취학습자를 선정하여 심층 면담을 시행한 후, 각각의 수준에 따라 부호화 학습전략을 사용하는 양상을 확인하였다. 학습전략에 대한 대부분의 선행연구는 고성취학습자가 저성취학습자보다 학습전략을 더욱 빈번히 사용한다는 것을 밝히는 데에 그쳤다. 본 연구의 연구 결과에 따르면, 고성취학습자와 저성취학습자의 부호화 전략은 차이가 있으나 공통성 또한 존재하였다. 고성취학습자는 시연과 인출 학습전략이 효과적이라 인지하였으며, 자신의 학습 양식에 알맞은 다양한 학습전략을 구사하였다. 저성취학습자의 경우에도 학습자 개인의 독자적인 학습전략이 존재하는 경우가 있었으며, 학습 시 어려움을 극복하기에 효과적인 방법을 주로 시도하였다. 그러나 영어 과목에 대한 낮은 자기 효능감 등 정의적 요인에 의해 자신의 학습전략에 대해 성찰하는 빈도가 낮았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서 도출한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사는 교수․학습 시 기본 내용을 시연과 인출을 통해 반복적으로 부호화할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 둘째, 학습자 수준에 따라 학습전략을 교사가 명시적으로 교수하여야 한다. 셋째, 교사는 저성취학습자가 자신의 부호화 학습전략을 인지할 수 있도록 학습에 대한 성찰 기회를 제공할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the usage of students’ encoding learning strategies and explore differences among their English competency levels. This study sampled and interviewed 5<SUP>th</SUP> graders with different English competency levels in elementary school. The results were analyzed and interpreted by qualitative logic to identify the strategies - rehearsal, organization, elaboration, and retrieval - they have been using while studying English as a foreign language. The results of this study are as follows. First, students in the high-competency group not only used a variety of their own learning strategies, but were also aware of the effectiveness of rehearsal and retrieval strategies. Second, since the high-competency group had positive attitudes toward their learning when they used learning strategies, they tried to seek support from teachers to actively learn these strategies during class. Unlike the results learning strategy studies usually display, the low-competency group also used their own learning strategies and tried to overcome their difficulties in studying. However, the low-competency group felt too emotionally insecure to think about strategies mainly because of low self-efficacy when learning English. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers teach learning strategies explicitly according to students’ competency levels, and provide them with opportunities to self-examine their usage of learning strategies when they study English.
