        0.3T MRI 시스템에서의 동.정맥 동시 획득을 위한 자기공명 혈류 영상 기법(SAAV)과 동.정맥 color mapping

        일반적으로 MR Angiography(MRI)는 사전 포화방법(presaturation)을 이용하여 동맥과 정맥의 분리된 영상을 획득한다. 하지만 이러한 일반적인 사전포화방법으로 동맥과 정맥영상을 획득하기 위해서는 두 번의 영상획득이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동맥과 정맥의 구분된 영상을 한번의 영상획득으로 얻을 수 있는 SAAV 기법을 0.3T MRI system에 적용하고, 획득한 동맥과 정맥의 두 MRA 영상을 Colot-Mapping으로 동$.$정맥을 한 영상에 구분하여 나타냄으로써 0.3T MRI system에서 MRI의 임상적 적용 및 활용 가능성을 높이고자 하였다. 마산 삼성병원의 0.3T MRI system (Magfinder, AILab. Korea)어서 SAAV sequence를 이용하여 정상적인 피험자로부터 목 부위의 동맥과 정맥 혈관영상 (volume : 256${\times}$256${\times}$64)을 동시에 얻었다. 그리고. 이들의 각 2D 영상들에서 위치정보를 획득한 후 MIP 기법과 Color Mapping으로 조합하여 3D Artery-Vein Color Mapping(AVCM) MRA 영상으로 재구성하였다. The method of simultaneous data acquisition of arteries and veins(SAAV) was suggested to obtain MR angiography of arteries and veins at 0.3T low filed MRI system (Magfinder, AlLab. Korea). Two separated artery- and vein-images were put together using AVCM(Artery-Vein Color Mapping) algorithm and presented in the same image. In this study, artery- and vein-separated angiograms of volunteer's neck were obtained. Two dimensioal blood-enhanced images wre sequentially obtained using SAAV pulse sequence based on time-of-flight(TOF) method with flow compensation. Imaging parameters were TR/TE=70/12msec. FOV=230mm, slice thickness = 3mm, flip angle=90$^{\circ}$, matrix size=256${\times}$256${\times}$64mm. TSat TH/SPA=15/20mm, Ts_v=10msec and Ts_a=40ms. 3D MRA images were reconstructed using the maximum intensity projection(MIP) and the artery-vein color mapping(AVCM) algorithm. This study showed good possibility of clinical applications of MRA in 0.3T which provides valuable diagnostic information of clinical vascular diseases.

        3D-QSARs (3 dimensional quantitative structrue-activity relationships) on the inhibition activities of 3-substituted-5,5'-diphenylimidazolidine-2,4-dione derivatives (1-22) against FAAH (fatty acid amide hydrolase) were studied quantitatively using CoMFA (comparative molecular field analysis) and CoMSIA (comparative molecular similarity indice analysis) methods. The statistical results of the CoMFA 1A and CoMSIA 2F model are better predictability and fitness.         Piperis Langi Fructus (PLF) is a traditional medicine for the treatment of intestinal and abdominal disease. PLF is not produced in Korea and the origins of PLF marketed in Korea are widely distributed in several countries such as Indonesia, India and southern China. The 11 samples of PLF marketed in Korea and China were collected and coded as PF-1 to PF-11. The sensory test was adapted as the first step of the test. Three of the samples (PF-3, 8 and 11) get low points because they showed differences compared with other samples in appearance and smell. The TLC spot tests were next step and the piperine spots were clearly observed from the samples, however, no piperine spot was observed from three samples with low points at sensory test. As final step of the monitoring, the content of piperine in PLF samples were analysed by HPLC method of CP. The median of the piperine content was 2.62 with interquartile range of 1.5 for all samples, while it was 2.71 with interquartile range of 0.21 for the samples except PF 3, 8 and 11, indicat ing that the three samples PF-3, 8 and 11 should be excluded from normal PLF specimen.

        Chlorpheniramine(CPM) is an antiallergic drug with H1 antihistamine properties. The molecule has an asymmetric carbon, hence, two stereoisomers, d- and l-CPM, are available. It was reported that d-CPM showed higher antihistaminic effect than l-CPM, which was eliminated slower than d-CPM in CYP2D6 metabolism. The method of chiral separation for CPM enantimers was developed and the validated method was then applied to the quality control of raw materials and pharmaceutical formulations of CPM. The chiral analysis was carried out on a chiral stationary phase, Chiralcel OJ-H (0.46 × 15 cm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase of hexane : ethanol : diethylamine (98 : 2 : 0.1, v/v/v) in 0.3 ml/min. The eluent was monitored at UV 262 nm. The validation studies were carried out according to ICH requirements. The mean concentration of l-CPM in racemic raw materials and formulations were 42.8~53.5%, while those of d-CPM were 44.2~56.0%, and total mean concentration of dl-CPM was 91.4~108.5%. All commercially available samples showed good results within KP range, except some pharmaceutical formulations containing dextromethorphan due to the incomplete separation of d-CPM, dextromethorphan and l-CPM.

        사향의 크로마토그램 패턴 분석을 통한 품질비교 연구

        Objectives : This study is to check the quality of Moschus products in Korean markets using a chromatographic analysis. Methods : We collected musk products, two genuine products from Russia (A, B), two authentic products from Hong Kong (C) and Korea (D), the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) standard (E), and two fire ants products (E, F). Results : For identification, TLC analysis of 60% ethanol extracts of each product showed that A, B, C, and E have the suitable patterns before color development at 365 nm UV light for the MFDS regulation in Korea. A clear red spot was observed from the E at Rf 0.6 with 365 nm UV light after color development, but this spot was not found in A and B. For the purity test, a distinct violet spot with Rf 0.87 was observed from the A and B in TLC analysis of methanol extracts of each product at white light, however, this spot was not matched with the impurities of E and F. In HPLC-UV pattern analysis, a similar peak pattern was shown in A, B and E, and similar peaks were observed C, although the similarity was weaker than that of A, B, and E. The F and G showed different peak patterns compared with the peak patterns of other samples. Conclusions : Hence, it is considered that the test methods need flexibility in application for identification and purity test depending on the type of sample.

      • 시트르산처리와 열처리가 인삼 잎 중 진세노사이드의 함량 변화에 미치는 영향

        The rare ginsenosides are seldom found in nature. However, they are recognized as showing higher biological activities than other ginsenosides. There are many reports about increasing the contents of rare ginsenosides in ginseng root using chemical, physical or biological methods. Some of the methods were very successful and contributed to increase the quality of the ginseng products. We tried to increase the rare ginsenosides in ginseng leaves with citric acid or heat treatment. In this way, the industrial value of ginseng leaves could be highly increased. The ginsenosides in untreated and treated ginseng leaves were identified and determined using high performance liquid chromatography with ultra- violet detection and mass spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of rare ginsenosides in- creased after heat treatment or citric acid treatment, however heat treatment was more effective. Furthermore, when the ginseng leaves were treated with 1 mol/L citric acid together with 3 hours of heat treatment, the contents of eight rare ginsenosides of Rg6, F2, F4, Rk3, Rg3(S), Rg3(R), Rk1, Rg5 were increased to 0.64%, 1.26%, 0.54%, 1.11%, 0.73%, 0.73%, 0.23%, 0.58% and 1.14%, respectively. This study suggested that the combined treatment of citric acid and heat treatment could be applied for the process of ginseng leaves with enhanced biological activities through increased contents of rare ginsenosides.

      • 스윕과 린을 적용한 부분흡입형 초음속 터빈의 성능 특성에 관한 수치적 연구

        본 논문에서는 스윕과 린의 각도에 따른 부분흡입형 초음속 터빈의 성능 특성을 분석하기 위하여 유동해석을 실시하였다. 유동해석은 스윕과 린의 3가지 각도(5°, 10°, 15°)에 대해 수행되었다. 해석결과, 전반적으로 스윕 각도에 커질수록 효율이 증가하였다. 다만, 스윕 각도가 5°일 때에는 기본익형 보다 효율이 더 떨어졌다. 린 각도가 커질수록 전압력 손실은 줄어들었지만 정효율은 감소하였다. The present study deals with numerical flow analysis to investigate the effect of sweep and lean on the performance characteristics of a partial admission supersonic turbine. The flow analysis was performed for three different angles. The angles of sweep and lean are 5°, 10°, 15°. The results of the flow analysis showed that the efficiency is improved as the sweep angle is increased. However, a sweep angle of 5° was less effective in comparison with the baseline model. The total pressure loss was reduced as the lean angle is increased, but the total to static efficiency was decreased.

        노즐 형상에 따른 부분 흡입형 초음속 터빈의 성능특성에 관한 수치적 연구

        A supersonic nozzle specially is one of the important part in a supersonic turbine usually adapted the impulse type, because the flow acceleration in the turbine theoretically is done only in the nozzle. The present study deals with numerical flow analysis to investigate the effect of nozzle shapes on the performance characteristics of a partial admission supersonic turbine. The flow analysis was performed for four different nozzle shapes. The shapes of the nozzles are circular, square, straight rectangular and bent rectangular nozzles. The results of the flow analysis showed that the aerodynamic loss of turbine is highly affected by the nozzle shapes, and the partial admission loss is also highly depended on nozzle shapes. Specially, bent rectangular nozzle had the best performance among the nozzle shapes.
