Since Portland cement invented and was used as the structural material, our residential environments have changed a lot, and the application of the cement products have been extended farther. But studies to satisfy the various demand in the structural material aspect are faced with environmental problems, so we were confronted with an urgent situation, the development of new alternative material. However, When taking account of economical efficiency and the structural properties, I think that it is not easy to develop substitutes for cement. In this respect, the technical improvement will do much to conserve the global environment through recycling and development of economically-friendly materials. On this demand, Hwangto which was raised as an economically-friendly material when the use characteristic is given proof in recent times, cement mortar substitution Cement mortar substitution. High store efficiency eneficial to the human body Infrared ray of vast quantity aims the point which is radiated has been used as flooring closing materials of house, the application as a material of construction is receiving careful study. Therefore, in this study, we examined the liquidity and the intensity of sand rate, the study set up its condition of testing combination as Hwangto, Non-sintered Hwangto and W/B 50%, W 180kg/㎥ sets replacement ratio look into technical features of mortar by using Hwangto, an eco-friendly material. As a result, it showed that the more rate of sand increased, the more liquidity decreased and the more airspace increased. Also, in the intensity respect, it showed great intensity in the 40% of sand. The tendency which follows in replacement ratio increase was insufficient and the burglar quality shows the tendency which increases.

As foreign residents’ population has rapidly risen since the early 1990s, South Kora has become a post-national, multicultural society. For a better transition to the multicultural society, efficiently coordinated public communications with foreign residents are essential. Given the importance of public communication with foreign residents, there also has been much of discussion regarding communication rights for foreign residents. Communication rights represent universal and fundamental human rights that everyone in the democratic society should be entitled. Communication rights enable individuals to strengthen human dignity and equality. Given the importance of communication rights in the multicultural society, this study conducted a focus group interview with 8 experts to discuss local governments’ communicational directions to enhance communication rights for foreign residents. With the focus group interview, this study aimed to 1) analyze a current public communication system in the local government, and 2) discuss the possible solutions to strengthen foreign residents’ communication rights. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

The innovation in this study is the complexation of Erianthus fibers (Erianthus arudinaceus) with compatibilizer inPP by extrusion, to produce a material with an improvement in mechanical properties. The aim is to provide a general-purpose material from biomass that does not compete with food as an alternate material from the petroleum base.Erianthus is a cellulose resource crop which is a source of bio fuel, is inedible, highly productive and promising energyresource, there has been little report on its use as a material. It also is a cellulose resource crop with a high productivityas a fiber reinforcement material with low environmental load. Development of Erianthus fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP) composite material was reviewed. Erianthus fiber was pulverized and the powder was sorted by sieve size, whichwas put through the process of complexation with polypropylene using a twin-screw extruder. The mechanicalcharacteristics of the obtained composite material were evaluated by conducting a tensile strength test and a bendingtest. As a result of using the classified fiber as the filler, it is found that the difference in the surface area of the fiberhas a great effect on the mechanical properties and the thermal decomposition properties. It is found to be sufficientlyfeasible to make Erianthus function as a polypropylene fiber reinforcement element by controlling the size of Erianthusfiber.

The purpose of this study was to investigate Park Kyung-ni's literary and world views reflected in her novels whose protagonists were novelists, which include My Heart Is A Lake(〈내 마음은 호수〉), The Eternal Partner(〈영원한 반려〉), and Winter Rain(〈겨울비〉). Novels whose protagonists are novelists are called 'novelist-novels,' which term was derived from 'artist-novels.' Artist-novels deal with the protagonist artists' missions, creations and issued regarding their reality and society. In Korean literature, novelist-novels used to be categorized as autobiographical novels where the authors' personal experiences were presented first-hand after the early modern days. But the case of Park begs to differ from the tendency. It's true that her main characters are novelists, but she sets different environments and situations from hers to emphasize that they are, after all, fictional characters. But her novelist-novels are still enough to examine her own experiences and literary and world views. Among the three novels, Winter Rain turned out to be the closest to the definition of an 'artist-novel' with My Heart Is A Lake having the longest distance from it. In face, My Heart Is A Lake is closer to a romance novel. At the same time, Park depicted the character of an individual with political positions with emphasis as she went through the 4ㆍ19 Revolution while writing the novel. In the novels, she described novelists as artists that failed to adapt to the ordinary everyday life and the reality with self-interest instead of regarding them as 'literary men' who had social reputations to protect and responsibilities to take. The novels also reveal her highly critical views of those literary men who acted as if they were celebrities in the name of authors and the climate of the literary society that gossiped about female authors.
