조직 특성에 따른 기업 정보시스템 품질 속성 선호도 분석

In this paper, we study the relationships between organization characteristics and desired software quality attributes of enterprise systems. We collected data from three client organizations in three different domains (auto manufacturer, insurance services firm, and government agency) that adopted enterprise software of the same software vendor. Our analysis discovers that capability is a more important attribute to the manufacturing and insurance firms than the government agency. Usability is ranked the highest among other attributes for the government agency and reliability for the manufacturing firm. The relationships identified in this study will help enterprise systems vendors predict their customer needs and, ultimately, increase effectiveness and efficiency in their software development processes. Such findings will be specially useful when software vendors develop enterprise software for a venture firm by enabling them to meet the customer needs customized by the organization haracteristics while staying within the incubating firm's limited budget. 본 연구에서는 기업의 조직적 특성에 따른 엔터프라이즈 시스템 품질 속성 선호도를 조사하였다. 이 분석을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템 회사의 세 기업 고객들의 요청사항 데이터를 사용하였다. 이 사례를 통해 조직적 특성이 다른 기업들간에 엔터프라이즈 시스템 품질 속성 선호도가 일치하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 기능성은 보험사 사례와 자동차 제조업 사례가 상대적으로 많았고, 공공기관 사례는 상대적으로 적었다. 사용성에 대한 요구 사항은 공공기관 사례가 가장 많았고, 그 다음 자동차 제조업 사례, 보험사 사례 순 이였다. 신뢰성에 대한 요구 사항은 자동차 제조업 사례가 가장 많았고, 그 다음 공공기관 사례, 보험사 사례 순 이였다. 이러한 품질 속성 선호도에 대한 연구는 기업용 소프트웨어 벤더들이 고객의 정보 시스템을 효율적으로 개발하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 특히, 제한된 예산을 가지고 있는 벤처 기업을 위한 정보시스템 개발에 있어 더욱 효과적인 연구가 될 것 이다.

This study is to set up a hypothesis and a research model about relationship between perceived interactional justice and relation quality and customers` voluntary behaviors based on theoretical and practical results of established precedent researches, to analyze the structural equation model on hotel restaurant diners, to evaluate the research model and subsequently to provide marketing implications. First of all, interactional justice has a strong influence on immersion and satisfaction degree of relation quality. Secondly, interactional justice has a significant impact on customers` voluntary behaviors including support, participation, commitment, etc. and so does customers` satisfaction with the service experience by a restaurant employee. Thirdly, customers can trust and be immersed in the restaurant with affection if they have been satisfied beforehand, and it is more likely for customers to do some voluntary acts, as this study suggests. Consequently, it is more crucial on customers` voluntary behaviors how fairly a core likeis treated by a restaurant employee. That is, PEOPLE, a restaurant employee`s intangible acts as well as material services like foods can increase sale by arousing customers` voluntary acts like support, participation, commitment, etc.

이 연구는 소비자들이 여행사를 선택하여 여행상품 구매에 이르기까지 어떤 요인들이 존재 하는 지에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되었고 여행사 선택속성이 여행상품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 정도를 파악하기 위해 여행사 선택속성의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 요인 정보제공, 편리성, 적시성의 3가지 요인이 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 여행사 선택속성은 여행상품 구매의도에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the purchase intentions of tourists, and to investigate the effect of travel agency selection attributes on purchase intention of tourists, As a result of factor analysis of the items, regression analysis revealed that three factors of providing factor information, convenience, and timeliness had a significant effect on purchase intention. In other words, it is shown that the preference attribute of travel agency has a positive (+) effect on the purchase intention of travel goods.
성인 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 관련 증상과 부정적 관념화가 대인관계에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was done to identify variables in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) symptoms and negative ideation that predict interpersonal relation in adults. The focus was on thought, behavior, emotional and cognition domains. Methods: Korean Conner``s Adult ADHD Rating Scale, Anxious Thought Inventory, Interpersonal Relation Scale were used. Participants were 379 of normal adults living in B, I and U cities. The data were analyzed using frequency, F-test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe and Pearson``s correlation coefficients. Regression analysis was done to provide understanding of the effects of each variable. Results: Interpersonal relation showed significantly negative correlation with adult related ADHD symptoms and negative ideation. Significant predictive factors of interpersonal relation were social-worry (β=-.40), inattention/memory problems (β=-.22) and gender (β=-.12) in order. These variables accounted for 25% of variance in interpersonal relations. Conclusion: The results show that social-worry in the cognitive domain and inattention-memory problems in the thought domain have a negative impact on interpersonal relation in adults compared` to the behavior or emotional domains which indicates a need for intervention strategies to reduce inattention/memory problems and social-worry and thus improve interpersonal relations.
