        Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A-Methylene dianiline-Succinonitrile계의 역학적 성질

        Succinonitrile을 첨가한 새로운 에폭시 수지, diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4, 4'-methylene dianiline(MDA)/succinonitrile(SN)계의 역학적 성질을 충격 저항실험과 응력 변형실험을 통하여 곁화반응 특성과 반응기구를 근거로 하여 고찰하였다. DGEBA/MDA계에 각각 다른 succinonitrile의 함량을 포함하는 계를 $80^{\circ}C$에서 1.5시간 동안 경화시킨 후 완전히 경화를 이루기 위하여 $150^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 동안 경화시킨 후 시험한 결과 Succinonitrile의 함량이 증가함에 따라 본 계의 충격강도는 점차적으로 증가하였으나 인장강도는 감소하였다. 그리고 Young률은 거의 일정하게 나타났으며, 신도는 succinonitrile의 함량이 10phr에서 최대값을 보였다. 본 실험으고부터 얻은 결과는 succinonitrile이 첨가됨으로써 주 사슬간의 결합길이가 연장되었기 때문임을 알았고, 적당량의 succinonitrile을 첨가함으로 에폭시 수지의 유연성이 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. The new epoxy resin, diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4, 4'-methylene dianiline (MDA)/succinonitrile system, containing the reactive additive succionitrile was investigated through the impact test and the stress-strain test on the basis of the behavior of cure reaction and the cure mechanism. The new epoxy resin system, having the different succinonitrile contents, were cured at $80^{\circ}C$for 1.5 hour and then in order to cure completely at $150^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour. It was shown that as the succinonitrile content increased, impact strength was gradually increased, tensile strength was decreased, almost constantly Young's modulus was sustained and elongation was increased until the succinonitrile content was increased to 10phr, and then decreased. From the experimental results, it can be concluded that the chemical bonding length between the main chains was extended by adding the reactive additive succinonitrile. It was also found that the flexibility of epoxy resin was improved by adding the succinonitrile.

      • 현장 추정식의 제안 및 적용을 통한 효율적인 터널 유지관리

        This study is to propose a more effective tunnel safety diagnosis and maintenance method through suggestion and application of field prediction equation about compression strength and carbonation. For this study the Seoul Metro was selected as a model, which has been used more than 25 years and accumulated many diagnosis data for about fifteen years. This study proposes an equation which has more than 80% of accuracy about compression strength and carbonation depth, and it proves the accuracy of this equation about measured values by comparing and analyzing with the existing prediction equations. We have made out the map of compression strength and carbonation by applying the prediction equation. Since engineer and structure manager can easily detect weak spots and areas of compression strength and carbonation when this durability maps are used, it is expected to make it possible for engineer and structure manager to diagnose and maintain tunnels more effectively.

        교통사고 환자에 대한 진단 및 치료의 경향성 연구 -국내에서 발표된 학위지 밀 학술논문을 중심으로-

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is finding tendencies of diagnosis and treatment of the traffic accidental patients. Methods : We reviewed and analyzed all theses published by Korean research institution. And these theses were classified by year, field of study, reviewed by focusing on diagnosis and evaluation, treatment type. Results : 1. 72 articles were published since 1993. 2. Classified by the major field of study, the korean academy of oriental rehabilitation medicine accounted for 33 papers. 3. 7-Zone-Diagnostic system and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory were studied mostly. 4. To add pharmacopuncture or chuna treatments are effective. 5. Traffic accidental patients get satisfaction about Oriental medicine therapy but methods of medical treatment are restrictively. Conclusions : Oriental medicine treatment is the effective way to cure traffic accidental sequela, but we need further studies.

        단순 연소법으로 합성한 LiNi<sub>0.5</sub>Mn<sub>0.3</sub>Co<sub>0.2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 양극 활물질의 구조 분석 및 전기화학적 특성 연구

        $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$의 리튬이온 이차전지 양극 물질로의 특성을 연구하기 위해서 단순 연소합성법을 이용하여 합성했다. 합성된 물질의 구조적 특징을 분석하기 위하여 X-선 회절분석(XRD)과 주사전자현미경 (FE-SEM)을 측정하였다. X-선 회절분석을 통하여 합성된 $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$시료가 육방정계 층상구조가 형성된 것을 확인하였다. FE-SEM을 통해 측정한 결과 $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ 입자는 일정한 형태를 가지지 않았으며 크기는 대략 100~300 nm의 크기임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 전기화학적 특성을 측정하기 위하여 충 방전 용량 측정과 CV(Cyclic Voltammetry)를 측정하였다. 2.8 V에서 4.3 V까지 충 방전 용량을 측정한 결과 ~162 mAh/g의 초기 방전 용량을 가졌다. $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ active material was prepared by simple-combustion method and investigated as the cathode material for li-ion battery. The structural characterization was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. The XRD patterns of $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ sample was indicated a phase of layered hexagonal structure. The size of particles has not uniform diameters ranging from 100 to 300 nm. The electrochemical performance of the $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ was measured by Cyclic Voltammetry and galvanostatics. The $LiNi_{0.5}Mn_{0.3}Co_{0.2}O_2$ shows the discharge capacity of ~162 mAh/g in the range of 2.8 to 4.3 V at the first cycle.

        Critical Role of the Cysteine 323 Residue in the Catalytic Activity of Human Glutamate Dehydrogenase Isozymes

        The role of residue C323 in catalysis by human gluta-mate dehydrogenase isozymes (hGDH1 and hGDH2) was examined by substituting Arg, Gly, Leu, Met, or Tyr at C323 by cassette mutagenesis using synthetic human GDH isozyme genes. As a result, the Km of the enzyme for NADH and -ketoglutarate increased up to 1.6-fold and 1.1-fold, respectively. It seems likely that C323 is not responsible for substrate-binding or coenzyme-binding. The efficiency (kcat/Km) of the mu-tant enzymes was only 1114% of that of the wild-type isozymes, mainly due to a decrease in kcat values. There was a linear relationship between incorporation of [14C]p-chloromercuribenzoic acid and loss of enzyme activity that extrapolated to a stoichiometry of one mol of [14C] incorporated per mol of monomer for wild type hGDHs. No incorporation of [14C]p-chloromer-curibenzoic acid was observed with the C323 mutants. ADP and GTP had no effect on the binding of p-chloromercuribenzoic acid, suggesting that C323 is not directly involved in allosteric regulation. There were no differences between the two hGDH isozymes in sen-sitivities to mutagenesis at C323. Our results suggest that C323 plays an important role in catalysis by hu-man GDH isozymes.

        Objectives Scoliosis is that spine's arrangement was changed to be curved. Mostly scoliosis was found at childhood and recently rate of scoliosis is increasing. Causes of scoliosis were very various, but the patients are due to idiopathic reasons. Scoliosis was treated by conservative treatment or surgery treatment. If scoliosis is diagnosed early enough, it can be treated with conservative treatment. Methods We are searching PubMed by keywords and found 47 theses complied with requirements. Results Studies of conservative treatment of Scoliosis were active. Conservative treatments are considered before surgery treatment and there was a set guideline of conservative treatment. Also, there were several studies about effectiveness of conservative treatment and quality of life, mental stress. Studies about various kinds of conservative treatment were found as well. There were brief studies about introduction of new brace, effectiveness of several braces, and case studies. Conclusions Conservative treatment is very effective choice before surgery treatment at Scoliosis patient.

        환경부하 저감을 위한 기후순응주거 사례연구

        The concept of sustainable development to preserve natural environment through economy in resources and energy is gradually distinguished since environmental problems as a series of air pollution and global warming take place now. Building occupies more than 1/3 of energy consumption in the whole world. Energy consumption of buildings caused a quick increase in the amount of energy use by air conditioning, which has a lot of effects on exhaustion of fossil energy as well as an increase in environmental load. Therefore, this research intends to suggest characteristics and direction for the designing of acclimatization's housing through the case study on acclimatization's housing. Acclimatization's housing is designed to reduce building load from the designing stage unlike green home or low-energy apartment. Also, factors which are commonly applied to acclimatization's housing are applied complexly by design strategic factors of Heating, Cooling and Lighting. The applied design factors make effects mutually and complexly. In addition, design strategy showed different priority by designing direction.

        롤투롤 스퍼터 시스템을 이용하여 PET 기판위에 성막 시킨 ITO 박막의 특성 연구

        The electrical, optical, structural and surface properties of an indium tin oxide (ITO) film grown on a flexible PET substrate using a specially designed roll-to-roll (R2R) sputtering system as a function of the DC power, $Ar/O_2$ flow ratio, and rolling speed is reported. It was observed that both the electrical and optical properties of the ITO film on the PET substrate were critically dependent on the $Ar/O_2$ flow ratio. In addition, x-ray diffraction examination results showed that the structure of the ITO film on the PET substrate was an amorphous structure regardless of the DC power and the $Ar/O_2$ flow ratio due to a low substrate temperature, which was maintained constant by a main cooling drum. Under optimized conditions, ITO film with resistivity of $6.44{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}-cm$ and transparency of 86% were obtained, even when prepared at room temperature. Furthermore, bending test results exhibited that R2R-grown ITO film had good flexibility which would be applicable to flexible displays and solar cells.

        PubMed를 통한 소아질환에 대한 추나 치료 연구의 최신 동향

        Objectives We aimed reviewing studies related to the treatment of children by Chiropractic treatment. Methods We referred to PubMed by using searching keywords of chiropractic and the terms of pediatrics, such as child, children, juvenile, pediatric, infant. Twenty four papers were found. Results 1. We found twenty four papers about pediatric and chiropractic. 2. Chiropractic was used in various pediatric diseases and was shown to be effective. 3. There were several views on safety and effectiveness of pediatric chiropractic. Conclusions Applying of pediatric chiropractic was broad, and it was effectively cure for pediatric diseases.

        TiO<sub>2</sub>/Cu<sub>x</sub>O (1<x<2)의 광촉매 활성 및 항균작용

        $CuCl_2$로부터 용액합성법에 의해 CuO를 제조하였다. $CuCl_2$를 용액에 첨가하기 전에 용액내에 anatase형 $TiO_2$ 입자를 분산시켜 CuO가 형성되는 과정에서 $TiO_2$/CuO 결합입자를 합성하였다. 얻어진 $TiO_2$/CuO에 적당량의 글루코스를 가하여 반응시켜 CuO의 일부를 $Cu_2O$로 환원시켰다. 얻어진 시료 $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ (1<x<2) 복합체의 광특성, 광촉매 활성 및 항균작용에 대하여 실험하였다. 얻어진 $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ 복합체는 anatase와는 다르게 가시광선 전 영역에서 흡광이 발생했으며 당연한 결과로 태양광선에서 $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ 복합체의 광촉매 활성은 anatase $TiO_2$에 비하여 매우 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 또한 $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ 복합체의 항균성이 대단히 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. Copper oxide (CuO) was synthesized from $CuCl_2$ by solution method. Anatase $TiO_2$ particle was dispersed into the solution before preparing CuO, so that $TiO_2$/CuO heterojunction was created through the nucleation of CuO onto the $TiO_2$ surface. Some amount of CuO was reduced to $Cu_2O$ by treating glucose into the solution, thereby preparing $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ complex. The obtained $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ complex showed advanced phtocatalytic activity under the sun light compared with the P-25 sample. In addition, the the $TiO_2/Cu_xO$ complex showed excellent antipathogenic effect.
