In this paper we present cooperation of heterogeneous robot team, composed of a wheeled robot and a helicopter for localization and map building. This heterogeneous robot team can successfully fulfill task by combining the abilities of both robots than single robot because wheeled robot and helicopter have complementing ability. The scenario describes a tightly cooperative task, where the wheeled robot move carrying the helicopter and detect obstacles, if there are obstacles, helicopter take off for map building and land, then robot team move destination avoiding obstacles. We present PID controller for position control of helicopter and transformation algorithm to global coordinate from image pixel coordinate. Experimental result show that the proposed method is valid.

Gastrointestinal tuberculosis that is not an unusual form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis and it is usually associated with immunocompromised condition that may present with clinical symptoms including fever, weight loss or pain. Terminal ileum and cecum are the common sites of involvement, but involvement of the stomach is rare. Furthermore, synchronous tuberculosis involving both the stomach and lower gastrointestinal tract has been reported in very few cases. Herein, we report a case of incidentally detected synchronous tuberculosis involving both the stomach and terminal ileum that was successfully treated by antituberculosis therapy in an asymptomatic immunocompetent patient.(Korean J Gastroenterol 2015;66:345-349)

Background: Most lung cancer patients receive systemic chemotherapy at an advanced stage disease. Cisplatin-based chemotherapy is the main regimen for treating advanced lung cancer. Recently, autophagy has become an important mechanism of cellular adaptation under starvation or cell oxidative stress. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not autophagy can occurred in cisplatin-treated lung cancer cells. Methods: H460 cells were incubated with RPMI 1640 and treated in 5 μM or 20 μM cisplatin concentrations at specific time intervals. Cells surviving cisplatin treatment were measured and compared using an MTT cell viability assay to cells that underwent apoptosis with autophagy by nuclear staining, apoptotic or autophagic related proteins, and autophagic vacuoles. The development of acidic vascular organelles was using acridine orange staining and fluorescent expression of GFP-LC3 protein in its transfected cells was observed to evaluate autophagy. Results: Lung cancer cells treated with 5 μM cisplatin-treated were less sensitive to cell death than 20 μM cisplatin-treated cells in a time-dependent manner. Nuclear fragmentation at 5 μM was not detected, even though it was discovered at 20 μM. Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase cleavages were not detected in 5 μM within 24 hours. Massive vacuolization in the cytoplasm of 5 μM treated cells were observed. Acridine orange stain-positive cells was increased according in time-dependence manner. The autophagosome-incorporated LC3 II protein expression was increased in 5 μM treated cells, but was not detected in 20 μM treated cells. The expression of GFP-LC3 were increased in 5 μM treated cells in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion: The induction of autophagy occurred in 5 μM dose of cisplatin-treated lung cancer cells.

자가치유란 시스템에 정의된 제약사항들을 평가하고 위배 시에 적절한 전략을 적용하는 방법론이다. 오늘날 복잡해져가는 컴퓨팅 환경에서 자가치유를 위해 시스템에 발생한 문제를 스스로 인식하는 능력을 부여하는 연구가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 기존연구들은 목표시스템을 자가치유하기 위해 자가치유 개발자들이 제약조건을 모델링하고 분석해야 하는 노력이 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자가 치유 기법을 기반으로 시스템의 내외부 문제 결정을 자동화하는 방법론을 제안한다. 본 방법론은 1) 목표 시스템의 설계단계에서 생성된 설계모델들로 시스템을 명세화하고, 2) 명세화 된 내용을 기반으로 시스템의 내외부 대한 공통 제약 사항을 자동 생성한다. 3) 자동 생성된 내부 상태 규칙을 통해 컴포넌트간의 의존관계를 해석하여 4) 생성된 공통 제약사항과 분석된 연관성 모델을 코드로 변환하고 문제결정 수준을 결정한다. 5) 문제결정 수준을 기반으로 시스템의 내외부 상태를 모니터링을 하고, 비정상 상태 발생 시 전략을 적용한다. 이러한 자동화된 제안 방법론의 특징을 통해 자가 치유 개발자의 분석의 부하를 줄이며, 나아가서는 시스템의 외적 환경뿐 아니라 내부 상태 문제에 관한 비정상적인 동작을 신속하게 정상적인 상태로 회복하고, 시스템 다운과 같은 고장 횟수를 줄이는 것이 가능해 진다. 본 논문에서는 평가를 위해 제안 방법론을 비디오 회의 시스템에 적용하고 기존 방법론과의 자가치유를 위한 활동을 비교하여 그 유효성을 확인한다. Self-healing is an approach to evaluating constraints defined in target system and to applying an appropriate strategy when violating he constrains. Today, the computing environment is very complex, so researches that endow a system with the self-healing's ability that recognizes problem arising in a target system are being an important issues. However, most of the existing researches are that self-healing developers need much effort and time to analyze and model constraints. Thus, this paper proposes an automated approach to determine problem arising in external and internal system environment. The approach proposes: 1) Specifying the target system through the models created in design phase of target system. 2) Automatically creating constraints for external and internal system environment, by using the specified contents. 3) Deriving a dependency model of a component based on the created internal state rule. 4) Translating the constraints and dependency model into code evaluating behaviors of the target system, and determinating problem level. 5) Monitoring an internal and external status of system based on the level of problem determination, and applying self-healing strategy when detecting abnormal state caused in the target system. Through these, we can reduce the efforts of self-healing developers to analyze target system, and heal rapidly not only abnormal behavior of target system regarding external and internal problem, but also failure such as system break down into normal state. To evaluate the proposed approach, through video conference system, we verify an effectiveness of our approach by comparing proposed approach's self-healing activities with those of the existing approach.
LPS로 유도한 대식세포의 염증반응에서 우슬의 항염증 효과

Objectives: Achyranthes japonica (AJ ) has been used as an anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory agent. However, it is unclear that AJ could show the anti-inflammatory effects in macrophages. In this experiment, we studied whether AJ could inhibit the inflammatory responses in macrophages. Methods: To measure out the cytotoxicity of AJ, we performed the MTT assay. We evaluated the nitric oxide (NO) production, and cytokine production such as interleukin (IL)-1b, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a. We also investigated the cellular mechanims such as mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPK)s and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB). Results: AJ inhibited lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced NO production. AJ also inhibited production levels of IL-1b, IL-6 and TNF-a in LPS-stimulated macrophage. Finally, western blot analysis showed that AJ treatment inhibited the activation of p38 but not of extracellular signal-regulated kinase, c-jun NH2-terminal kinase and NF-kB. Conclusions: These results showed that AJ down-regulated the inflammatory response via p38 in macrophages, which suggest that AJ could be a candidate on treating inflammatory diseases.
우리나라 초·중·고등학교의 STEAM 교육 운영 현황 실태조사

본 연구는 우리나라 초?중?고등학교의 STEAM 교육 실행 여부와 그 이유, 실행 빈도와 교과 시간, 예산 등 STEAM 교육 운영 현황에 대한 실태를 조사하기 위하여, 11, 526개 초?중?고등학교를 대상으로 온라인 설문 실태조사로 진행하였다. 우리나라 초?중?고등학교의 56.8%에 해당하는 6,473개교가 참여하였다. 설문 자료는 응답에 참여한 자료만을 대상으로 학교급별 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보기 위하여 교차분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사에 참여하지 않은 학교들을 STEAM 교육을 실행하지 않는다고 가정한다면, 우리나라 초?중?고등학교의 27.1%에 해당하는 3,127개 학교가 STEAM 교육을 실행하는 것으로 조사되었다. STEAM 교육 시행 비율이 가장 높은 학교급은 초등학교(30.8%), 중학교(27.4%), 고등학교 (17.5%)의 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, STEAM 교육의 실행 비율 결과와는 달리, STEAM 교육의 만족도는 고등학교에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, STEAM 교육을 실행하는 주된 요인은 모든 학교급에서 ‘교사의 자발적 노력’이 가장 큰 것으로 조사되었고, 두 번째 요인으로 ‘교육청 지원’이 많이 언급되었다. 넷째, STEAM 교육을 아직 실행하지 못하는 가장 큰 이유는 STEAM 교육에 대한 학교 교사들의 합의를 이끌어내는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 이와같은 결과는 STEAM 교육의 실행 여부에 있어 교사의 역할이 매우 중요함을 나타낸다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 STEAM 교육의 정착과 확장을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education in schools by asking a variety of questions including "why and how often they implement STEAM education." This study conducted an online survey on 11,526 elementary, middle, and high schools in South Korea, with the response rate being 56.8% (N = 6,473). To highlight key findings, first, our descriptive analyses suggested that if those that did not respond to the survey were assumed not to have implemented STEAM education, approximately 27.1% (N = 3,127) of all schools in South Korea were believed to have implemented STEAM at best. The highest rate of implementation of STEAM education was found in elementary schools (30.8%), followed by middle (27.4%) and high (17.5%) schools. Second, in contrast with the result for the rate of implementation of STEAM education, high schools showed the highest level of satisfaction. Third, the most important reason for implementing STEAM education within a school was found to be teachers’ voluntary efforts or intrinsic motives, followed by support from the provincial office of education. Fourth, the most important reason for not implementing STEAM education was found to be the lack of consensus among teachers. Together, findings highlight the importance of the role of teachers in implementing STEAM education. Offered are policy implications for the better implementation of STEAM education.
