        수도권 대형 베이커리 카페의 서비스스케이프가 긍정적 감정과 구전 의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of servicescape factors on positive emotions and word of mouth intention by reflecting the reality of bakery cafes. For this study, a survey was conducted from October 15 to November 15, 2023 for customers who have used bakery cafes in the metropolitan area using random sampling methods. A total of 314 copies were used for statistical analysis, and the data analysis method was processed using SPSS statistical package 24.0. In order to verify the research hypothesis, the influence relationship between factors was confirmed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis. It was found that the servicescape factor had a significant effect on positive emotions, and it was found that it had a significant effect on word of mouth intention. In addition, it was found that customers with high positive emotions for the use of bakery cafes had a significant effect on word of mouth intention. Therefore, it suggests that it is located in an accessible area, provides a comfortable and comfortable space, and that competitiveness can be secured only by prioritizing employee appearance and cleanli- ness, and that it is necessary to identify and actively manage factors that affect positive emotions.

        Hermeneutical Principles to Buddhist Mission by Karl Ludvig Reichelt

        This paper explores a hermeneutical possibility of whether the gospel of Jesus can be properly represented within the framework assumed by the Buddhist worldview, framework that does not require the religious other to assume a Western worldview. Karl Ludvig Reichelt (1877-1952), a Norwegian Lutheran missionary to China, established a Christian monastery Tao Fong Shan ( 道風山 ) in Hong Kong which was radically based on his Johannine hermeneutic, including architecture, outward and inward design, and daily life. It was modelled after Buddhist monasteries to make sense to Buddhists in appearance, worship ceremony, and terminology. His Johannine Approach gave special emphasis to the “Light” and “Logos” for developing Christ’s fulfillment through hidden disposition of teachings in Chinese religions, which was the key to elicit “all-embracing activity of Jesus Christ,” implicitly related to Jesus’ seven “I AM” sayings (egō eimi). Reichelt seriously considered not only the foundational depth of Buddhism as more than superficial and doctrinaire, but also how greater portions of Buddhist culture can be retained and the gospel of Jesus communicated in light of the Buddhist framework. He had a new attitude of courtesy and respect, accommodating to non-Christian religions, arguing that Christianity as the ultimate truth does not intend to destroy anything good or true of native faiths but instead to strengthen and fulfill them as preparation.

        무경운 논에서 하계 자생사료작물의 파종량이 생육특성 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to determine effects of seed rate of native grasses, called native summer forage crops (NSFC), on their growth characteristics and yields in no-tillage paddy fields in central provinces. NSFC cultivation was performed according to the agricultural guidelines of the Rural Development Administration (RDA) during 2020 to 2022. Echinochloa crusgalli ‘Jeju native’, Setaria viridis ‘Korean native type’, Digitaria sanguinalis ‘Korean native type’) were sown by various seed rate in the experimental field (3m × 4m plot) of Department of Animal Resources Development, Seonghwan–eup, Cheonan, Korea in late-May or early-June for 3 years and harvested in middle-September. Dry matter yields (DMY) in Echinochloa crusgalli and Setaria viridis increased as increasing seed rate. DMY in 40 kg ha-1 of Echinochloa crusgalli was the highest and DMY in 60 kg ha-1 of Setaria viridis was the highest. However, All treatments of Digitaria sanguinalis showed similar DMY. Yields of NSFC were the order of Echinochloa crusgalli (9,681~11,092 kg ha-1) > Digitaria sanguinalis (8,311~9,023 kg ha-1) >etaria viridis (3,145~4,749 kg ha-1). The contents of crude protein in NSFC were the order of Digitaria sanguinalis > Echinochloa crusgalli > Setaria viridis. The contents of ADF and NDF in NSFC were the order of Echinochloa crusgalli > Digitaria sanguinalis > Setaria viridis. As shown in above results, we suggest that introduction of NSFC is one of the most important skills in order to stably increase yields of forage crops for utilization of the double cropping system in no-tillage paddy fields.

        남부지역 논에서 이탈리안 라이그라스와 하계 사료작물을 연계한 작부체계에 관한 연구

        This experiment was carried out to examine double cropping system using Italian ryegrass (IRG) 'Kowinearly', whole crop rice 'Yeongwoo' and barnyard millet 'Jeju native' during the Oct. 2020 to Oct. 2022. Three kinds of forage crops were cultivated at paddy field in Livestock Institute, Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extension Services, Jeollanamdo, South Korea. Whole crop rice (WCR) was sown in late May and barnyard millet (BM) sown early June each year after harvesting IRG. We examined dry matter yield and feed value of forage crops depending on harvest time of forage crops during the experimental period. The plant height in heading stage of IRG ranged from 108 to 112cm and dry matter yield ranged from 6,783 to 11,530 kg ha-1. The crude protein (CP) of IRG ranged from 6.0 to 8.44%, acid detergent fiber (ADF) ranged from 55.6 to 60.2% and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) ranged from 32.58 to 36.7%, The dry matter yield of WCR increased as the harvest stage was delayed (14,310 kg ha-1 in milk, 16,167 kg ha-1 in yellow ripen, and 18,891 kg ha-1 in mature). Similar to results of dry matter yield of WCR, dry matter yield of BM increased as the harvest stage was delayed (11,194 kg ha-1 in late heading. and 14,308 kg ha-1 in mature), However nutrient content of WCR and BM showed a decreasing trend. As shown in above results, the productivity of WCR after harvesting IRG was shown to be high at paddy field in the southern region. However, BM also was appeared to have potential as summer forage crops.

        중북부 산지초지에서 국내육성 목초 이용 불경운 초지조성 혼파조합이 목초 생산성 및 식생구성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 평창지역의 산지초지에서 국내 육성 신품종 오차드 그라스와 톨 페스큐를 이용한 혼파조합이 초지의 연차별 생산성과 식생변화에 미치는 영향을 평가하고 북부지역 산지초지 겉뿌림 초지조성에 가장 적합한 혼파조합을 선발하고자 수행되었다. 처리는 4처리로 T1 : 수입 톨 페스큐 위주 혼파조합, T2 : 수입 오차드그라스 위주 혼파조합, T3 : 국내 오차드그라스 위주 혼파 조합, T4 : 국내 톨 페스큐위주 혼파조합 이었다. 혼파조합별 월동 후 생육조사 결과 목초 식생비율은 모두 90% 이상, 분얼 3개 이상, 정착개체수 40개(30×30cm)이상으로 월동 전 생육은 우수하였다. 혼파조합별 초지 식생에서 중북부지역에서는 혼파조합에 관계없이 오차드그라스가 46%에서 최고 89%로 주초종이었으며 켄터키블루그라스는 오차드그라스 다음으로 많은 초종으로 5%에서 최대 26% 식생비율을 보였고 상번초의 비율이 낮아졌을 때 상대적으로 그 비율이 증가하였다. 티모시의 경우 중북부지역에서 1차와 2차시기에 식생비율이 높아졌다가 3차와 4차시기에 낮아지는 특징을 보인다. 초장의 경우 혼파조합별 유의적 차이가 발생하지 않았다. 4년간의 건물수량을 살펴보면 국내 목초를 이용한 혼파조합인 T3 (7,633 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>)와 T4 (7,570 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>)는 수입목초를 이용한 혼파조합 T1 (6,950 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>)과 T2 (6,934 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>)보다 높게 나타났다. 따라서 중북부(평창) 지역에서는 초종별 파종 비율보다는 국내 국외품종에 의한 영향이 수량에 더 큰 영향을 주었으며 국내품종이 상대적으로 영속성이 우수하게 나타났으며 초지의 영속성과 건물생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 국내개발 오차드그라스 위주 혼파조합이 유리한 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to find out the effects of seed mixture using new domestic grass varieties orchardgrass 'Onnuri' and tall fescue 'Greenmaster' on botanical composition and dry matter productivity from 2015 to 2018 in oversown hilly pasture, the central northern area of Korea. This experiment was consisted of 4 mixed grasses (Treatment 1 : tall fescue oriented mixture with imported varieties; Treatment 2 : orchardgrass oriented mixture with imported varieties; Treatment 3 : orchardgrass oriented mixture with domestic varieties, Treatment 4 : tall fescue oriented mixture with domestic varieties). Evaluation of seasonal changes in botanical composition of pasture showed that orchardgrass was the highest in all treatments, ranging from 46 to 89% and Kentucky bluegrass was the second highest in all treatments. Treatment 3 (7,633 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>) and Treatment 4 (7,570 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>), mixed grasses using domestic varieties, were showed the highest dry matter yield than Treatment 1(6,950 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>) and Treatment 2 (6,934 kg ha<sup>-1</sup>), which were mixed grasses using introduced varieties. Therefore, these results showed that the orchard grass oriented grasses mixture with domestic varieties was good for grassland vegetation and productivity in oversown hilly pasture, the central northern area of Korea.

        Text as nanjang [marketplace]: A Dialogic Reading of Jesus’ Parable (Luke 16:1-9) with M. Bakhtin, Wõnhyo and Ch’oe Che-u

        The Bible can be read from the perspective of other faith traditions, because interfaith interpretation looks at ourselves as others see us, so that we may be able to see ourselves more clearly. The Biblical text is the product of complex interaction among many different cultures, so discovering of the intra textual dynamics will open new horizons to see how the Bible functions today. In order to expand the interpretive community of reading the steward’s debt-reduction in Jesus’ parable, this work adopts multiple perspectives of M. Bakhtin’s dialogism, Wõnhyo’s hwajaeng philosophy, and Ch’oe Che-u’s subsumed-transcendental thoughts on Hanullim (God). They are invited to bring their unique questions in this reading process, questions that may not be heard of before, whereby a transactional nanjang (亂場) can take place. Nanjang, an open place as the medieval marketplace, allows multiple voices to be boisterously mixed up and chattered in a mess without restraint. Here, Wõnhyo’s hwajaeng characterizes its ultimate task for the resolution of discrepancies to be undertaken, trying to reveal the truth by cutting off any conceptual hallucination resorting to the words. Bakhtin’s carnivalesque concept of nanjang is to open, accept and embrace one another in equality. Ch’oe Che-u’s thought that humans are subsumed by God but nevertheless not subordinated, further energizes dynamics of nanjang in terms of the logic of “opposition-coincidence” among the figures of master, steward, peasant debtors, Pharisees, older son and younger brother, and father; all of them are in diverse ways speaking out the meaning and significance of the steward’s debt-reduction in relation to relocation, redistribution and reconciliation. Revolving around the master’s commendation, dynamics of nanjang successfully peels off all disguise in the sacral, particularly illegitimate attachment to possession. Falsity and avarice, ambushed under the dominant language, rigorously turned inside out and lampooned. Divinity and humanity are not disparate to each other, though not one; subsumed but not subordinated.
