Thrombosis of the dural sinus in the fetal period is an extremely rare congenital cerebrovascular condition. The exact etiologies and prognosis of dural sinus thrombosis in the fetal period are still unknown due to the extremely limited clinical information available. Therefore, we present a case of dural sinus thrombosis diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound and fetal magnetic resonance imaging that spontaneously regressed, with a brief review of the relevant literature.

Two-dimensional natural convection in a partially divided inclined square enclosure is investigated experimentally. Two opposite walls of the enclosure are adiabatic while the other two isothermal walls are maintained at different temperatures, and a partition is situated perpendicularly at the mid-height of one adiabatic wall. The flow visualization experiments are carried out with water, Pr=4.95, for two Rayleigh numbers, Ra=1.968x10?? and 3.936x10??. The inclination of enclosure is varied from -30°to 90°, and the length of a partition is varied from L=0 to L=11/13W. The length of a partition and the inclination of an enclosure are to significantly effect on the flow patterns within the enclosure. The transition to the primary circulating flow is occured at the inclination of 30°∼40°, and the strongest wall-boundary flow and the wide core-stagnation region are presented at the inclination of 50°∼60°regardless the partition length. An oscillatory motion of natural convection is also found to occur in certain lengths of a partition at θ=0°, such as an enclosure heated from below with a horizontal partition.
자궁내막증 여성에서 수술 후 GnRH agonist 치료 중 호르몬 보충요법 유무에 따른 삶의 질 변화

Objective this study was performed to investigate the effect of add-back therapy on quality of life during postoperative gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist therapy for endometriosis. Methods Fifty-one patients who were diagnosed as stage III/IV endometriosis after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy from January 2009 to December 2010 were divided into GnRH agonist with add-back therapy group and GnRH agonist only group. Add-back therapy was started before third injection of GnRH agonist. Short form health survey (SF-36) instrument was checked preoperatively, at the time of 6th GnRH agonist therapy and 6 months after GnRH agonist therapy. Results There were no differences between two groups on the mean age, body mass index and revised American Fertility Society score. In most cases, add-back therapy was added because of menopausal symptoms. Pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea showed no differences between two groups on each survey period. At the time of 6th GnRH agonist therapy, physical function in add-back therapy group was improved signifi cantly compared with preoperative period (85.7±8.8 vs. 91.0±10.4, P =0.011). In GnRH only group, physical function at preoperative period was rather higher than at the time of 6th GnRH agonist therapy. Conclusion Add-back therapy during postoperative GnRH agonist therapy showed no negative effect on pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea. Physical function was improved in add back group. Add-back therapy might have an infl uence on quality of life in patients receiving postoperative GnRH agonist therapy for endometriosis.
대학생 핵심역량을 파악하는 DST-6CCT 활용 진단도구 개발 - D대학교 학생들을 대상으로 -

본 연구는 D대학교 대학생들을 대상으로 핵심역량 진단도구를 개발하고, 진단도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 재학생 170명에게 설문을 하고 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. D대학교 6개 핵심역량(바른인성역량, 자기관리역량, 협력소통역량, 문제해결역량, 창의도전역량, 미래기술역량)의 정의를 보다 명확히 하기 위하여 하위 요인을 분석하였으며 최종 6개 핵심역량을 진단하기 위한 역량 별 2-4개의 하위요인을 포함하여 총 78개 문항이 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과 D대학교 핵심역량 진단도구(DST-6CCT)는 D대학교의 교육목표와 인재상에 맞는 인재 를 육성하는데 중요한 토대연구로써 그 의의가 있다고 여겨진다. 더불어 대학교육 성과를 확인하고자 하는 교육정 책에 따라 대학생 핵심역량을 연구하는 대학들과 협력하여 학생들의 역량을 평가하고 대학별 수준을 진단하는데 활용하고, 핵심역량 개발 및 진단도구 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The Purpose of this study was to develop Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment for D college students. 170 samples was used to generated the factors through exploratory analysis. The sub-factors were analyzed to clarify the definition of the six core competencies of D University(righteous personality competencies, self-management competencies, cooperative communication competencies, problem solving competencies, creative challenge competencies, and future technological competencies). A total of 78 items including 2-4 sub-factors for each competency were drawn to test the final 6 core competencies. It is believed to be meaningful as a fundamental study that is important in fostering students as human resources suitable for the educational objectives of D college students.
