Object Generator is a software to provide simulation object data(aircraft, ship, submarine, missile, torpedo) for sumulators in LBTS(Land Based Test System). but there is a burden to the system, because Object generator needs to send many object's data, display objects in a tactical screen, show object's information in a list in 1 second. This paper suggests a parallel software structure taking a few factors(deadlock, dependency) into consideration. At last, the paper shows the performance of the parallel structure's software compared with the former structure's software.
Scanning Hall probe를 이용한 coated conductor의 field profile 측정과 current profile 계산

We measured the field profiles, H(x)'s of coated conductors by using scanning Hall probe method when various magnetic fields, $H{_\alpha}'s$ or currents, I's were applied. From the measured field profiles, we calculated the current profiles, J(x)'s by the inversion method. The calculated J(x)'s of coated conductors show some different properties from the standard critical state model. $J{_c}'s$ are inhomogeneous varying with the positions and are not constant when $H_{\alpha}$ or I changes. And when I decreases the features of current reversion are remarkably different from the model.

양하(Zingiber mioga Roscoe) 근경의 에탄을 추출물을 재료로 Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis 및 B. cereus에 대한 activity-guided fractionation을 실시하여 항균성 물질 세가지준 얻었다. 항균력실험 결과, 화합물 I과 111은 세가지균주 모두에 활성이 있었고, 화합물 II에서는 B. subtilis과 B. cereus에서만 활성이 나타났다. 그 중에서 가장 활성이 강한 화합물 I을 Bioscreen C로 optical density(600 nm)를 측정하여 증식억제실험을 한 결과 10 ppm 처리시 B. subtilis과 B. cereus에서 72시간동안 강한 증식억제효과를 나타내었으며, S. aureus에서는 25 ppm 처리시 72시간동안 완전증식억제효과를 나타내었다. $1^H-NMR$, ${13}^C-NMR$, DEPT,$1^H-1^H$ COSY, HMQC, HMBC 및 IR 스펙트럼 등을 분석한 결과 화합물 I, II, III은 labdane-type diterpene인 $(E)-8{\beta}(17)-epoxylabd-12-ene-15,16-dial(C_{20}H_{30}O_3,\;MW=318)$, $galanolactone(C_{20}H_{30}O_3,\;MW=318)$ 그리고 galanal A($C_{20}H_{30}O_3,\;MW=318$)로 각각 동정되었으며, 이들은 양하의 근경에서는 처음 분리된 것이다. In order to isolate antibacterial substances from the rhizome of Zingiber mioga Roscoe, the ethanol extracts was fractionated according to the activity against Bacillus subtilis, B. cereus and Staphylococcus aureus. Three antibacterial substances were isolated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization. Compounds I and III showed activity against all the tested bacterias and compound II exhibited the activity against B. subtilis and B. cereus S. aureus. Compound I was examined antimicrobial activity against B. subtilis, B. cereus and S. aureus by optical density using Bioscreen C. Compound I showed strong growth inhibition at 10 ppm on B. subtilis and B. cereus for 72 hrs, and at 25 ppm on S. aureus. On the basis of spectrometric studies including $1^H-NMR$, ${13}^C-NMR$, DEPT, IH-lH COSY, HMQC, HMBC and IR, compounds I, II and III were identified as $(E)-8{\beta}(17)-epoxylabd-12-ene-15,16-dial\;(C_{20}H_{30}O_3,\;MW=318)$, galanolactone $(C_{20}H_{30}O_3\;MW=318)$ and galanal A $(C_{20}H_{30}O_3,\;MW=318)$, respectively. These results are the first reports on the isolation of $(E)-8{\beta}(17)-epoxylabd-12-ene-15,16-dial, galanolactone and galanal A from the rhizome of Zingiber mioga.

Intravenous leiomyomatosis is an uncommon uterine tumor characterized by the growth of histologically benign smooth muscle initially into venous channels within the broad ligament, intrauterine, and iliac vein, and can extend to inferior vena cava, and right side of the heart. Intravenous leiomyomatosis is always grossly visible as worm-like plugs within the involved vessels. A 41-year-old woman presented with lower abdominal mass, and she had undergone total abdominal hysterectomy and left salpingoophorectomy for leiomyoma of uterus. On pathological examination it was diagnosed as intravenous leiomyomatosis. 16 month later, She was admitted with lower abdominal mass on retroperitoneal cavity. The patient was successfully treated by resection of recurred mass and right salpingoophorectomy. A case of recurrent intravenous leiomyomatosis is presented with a brief review of literatures.
Usefulness of conventional axial scan for decreasing radiation dose in chest CT screening

목적: 1972년 최초의 상용화 CT가 개발 된 이후로 촬영 속도 개선의 측면에서 비약적인 발전이 이루어 졌으며 이는 Spiral CT, MD CT 기술의 도입이 스캔 시간 단축에 큰 역할을 하였다. 하지만 스캔 시간의 단축은 한편으로 방사선량의 증가로 이어 졌으며, 빠른 스캔시간의 이점으로 거의 모든 검사가 Helical scan 방식으로 바뀌어 가고 있는 추세이다. 대상 및 방법: Multi detector의 발전으로 1cycle의 scan으로 z축의 스캔 범위가 넓어짐에 따라 helical scan 에 비해 적은 선량으로 interpolation 없는 영상의 재구성이 가능하여 화질 개선이 가능한 axial scan 방식을 이용하여 low dose chest CT 에서의 유용성을 알아보았다. 결과: 본 연구의 결과에서 helical 방식에 비해 axial 방식이 약 20%의 선량감소 효과를 보였으며, AAPM phantom 과 lungman phantom의 화질평가 결과 CT NO와 noise에서 AAPM Phantom의 경우 모두 유의한 차이(p<0.05)를 보였으며, LUNGMAN phantom의 경우 일부 nodule에서 noise 값의 유의한 차이(p<0.05)를 확인 하였다.AAPM phantom 내의 resolution chat를 image J 를 이용하여 plot profile 분석하여 평균을 낸 결과 helical scan은 2.8개 axial scan은 4.7몇 개의 홀을 구분 할 수 있었다. 결론: Axial scan의 경우 screening을 목적으로 하는 저선량 흉부 CT 또는 Lung field가 성인에 비해 작은 소아 환자의 chest 검사 시 선량을 줄이는 동시에 좋은 화질을 유지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: Since the first Computed Tomography commercially available in 1972, dramatic improvements have been made in terms of scan speed, which is very important role in shortening the scanning time by adopting the Multi-detector arrayed CT (MDCT) and spiral (helical) CT techniques. Both MDCT and spiral CT techniques are developing to work interactively. A radiographer can choose the scan mode between conventional axial scan mode and spiral (helical) mode. These days, almost all of CT examinations are performing with the helical scan mode. However, spiral (helical) scan mode is faster than conventional axial scan but it leads to the increase of the radiation dose and reducing image quality cause of geometrical and image reconstruction technique reasons such as interpolation technique. Methods: As a result of the development of MDCT, it is possible to reconstruct the image without interpolation with less dose compared to the helical scan as the scan range of the z-axis is widened by 1 cycle scan. Results: The results of this study showed that the conventional axial scan mode reduced the radiation dose about 20% compared to the spiral (helical) mode, and the image quality tests by AAPM phantom and LUNGMAN phantom showed a significant improved (p <0.05), And in the case of LUNGMAN phantom, there was a significant improvement in noise values in nodules measurement. AAPM phantom resolution evaluation measured by plot profile analysis using image J program. As a result, helical scan was able to distinguish 2.8, conventional axial scan 4.7 few holes. Conclusion: In conclusion, conventional axial scan mode may be able to improve image quality while reducing radiation dose in chest examination of low dose screening chest CT and pediatric patients.
