비선형 회귀 모형을 이용한 서울지역 오존의 고농도 현상의 모형화

본 연구에서는 서울지역 오존의 기상상태와 추세경향에 따른 고농도 현상을 모수적 방법인 비선형회귀모형(nonlinear regression model)으로 모형화 하였다. 여기서는 1995년부터 1999년까지의 자료로부터 오존과 고농도 현상에 영향을 줄 수 있는 기상상태와 추세경향 등을 순차적으로 추가함으로써 고농도 현상을 예측하는 모형을 추정하였다. The complexity of environmental data dynamics often requires models covering non-linearity. This study deals with modeling ozone with meteorology in Seoul area. The relationships are used to construct a nonlinear regression model relating ozone to meteorology. The model can be used to estimate that part of the trend in ozone levels that cannot be accounted for by trends in meteorology.

발효흑마늘 추출물이 흰쥐의 지질대사 및 간기능 개선에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to evaluate the functionality of fermented black garlic extracts under various conditions. Black garlic powder was prepared by aging for 0~72 hours at 80℃ depending on relative humidity (RH). It showed the highest antioxidant effects among the samples; the total antioxidant activity of black garlic powders at RH 75%, 84%, and 90% for 72 hours was increased 31.9 times, 28.2 times, and 22.6 times compared with that of the fresh garlic powder, respectively. Also, the alliin content was gradually decreased. S-ally-L-cysteine and S-ethyl-cysteine levels were increased; the highest values were 495.9 ㎍/g and 1,769.7 ㎍/g after aging for 72 hours at RH 75%. Aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT) levels were increased following high fat diet feeding, but the rise was obviously reduced by administration of black garlic extract. The total cholesterol, LDL/VLDL-cholesterol, and triglyceride contents in serum were significantly lower in methionine and choline deficient (MCD) diet treatment groups than in the positive control group. The concentration was increased following the intake of black garlic and fermented black garlic extracts. Therefore, black garlic extracts could be an ideal material as a dietary supplement in healthy functional foods to improve the effects on fatty liver.

농가형 농식품의 개발 및 품질 실태에 대한 연구

The objective of this study is to propose activation ways through an analysis on processing actual conditions and quality of farm food. For the analysis we have surveyed the actual condition of farms and conducted sensory test on farm food. Difficulties of farm business are in order to 'preparation of papers', 'facility standard', 'improvement of quality' and 'labeling'. Overall, products from major food companies achieved better results than farm foods in all sensory test. It is necessary to educate the 'Food Sanitation Act' and prepare a manual for the development of farm food.

Responsiveness of Muscarinic and Alpha Adrenergic Activation on Endothelial Cell in Isolated Canine Renal Arteries

Responsiveness of muscarinic and alpha adrenoceptor activation on endothelial cells was studied in isolated canine renal artery rings. Ach (10-100 nM), dose dependently, relaxes endothelial intact rings precontracted with phenylephrine ($IC_{50}$ of Ach was 34.5 nM). Selective mechanical destruction of the endothelium transformed the activity of this substance from vasodilatation to vasoconstriction. Acetylcholine induced relaxations could be selectively inhibited competitively by atropine, but could not be inhibited by cyclooxygenase inhibitor. Methylene blue, however, an inhibitor of soluble guanylate cyclase activity, inhibited Ach as well as sodium nitroprusside (SNP) induced relaxation. Relaxation produced by prostacyclin was not modified by methylene blue. On the other hand, alpha adrenoceptor agonist did not relax but contract canine renal artery rings possessing an intact intima precontracted with U-46619. Clonidine, however, selective alpha-2 adrenergic agonist, is more susceptible than phenylepherine, selective alpha-1 adrenergic agonist, to the inhibitory effect of contraction. These results suggest that in canine renal artery rings, 1) muscarinic receptor is responsible for releasing endothelium dependent relaxation factor (EDRF). 2) alpha-1 and alpha-2 adrenergic receptors are present in canine renal artery. 3) relaxation via EDRF is antagonized by methylene blue, providing further evidence that EDRF acts through a cGMP mechanism. 내피세포가 잘 보존된 개 신동맥에서 Phenylephrine으로 전 수축시킨 후 Actylcholine을 투여하면 혈관 이완을 관찰할 수 있었지만 내피세포를 파괴시킨 개 신동맥에서는 혈관 이완을 관찰할 수 없었으므로 내피세포가 혈관 이완에 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 그래서 내피세포에서 분비되어 혈관 이완을 촉진하는 물질을 Endothelium Dependent Relaxation Factor (EDRF)라고 한다. Acetylcholine에 의한 혈관 이완은 Atropine에 의해 경쟁적으로 억제되었으므로 Muscarinc 수용체의 자극을 받아 EDRF가 분비되고 이것이 평활근에 작용하여 이완을 일으킬 것으로 생각되었다. EDRF의 작용기전을 알아보기 위해 용해성 Guanylate cyclase 억제제인 Methylene blue를 전처치 했을 때는 Acetylcholine 뿐 만 아니라 Sodium nitroprusside에 의한 이완도 억제되었다. 그러나 Prostacyclin에 의한 이완은 억제되지 않았다. 이 결과로 판단 해 보면 EDRF에 의한 이완효과가 Cyclic GMP와 관련이 있을 것으로 생각되었다. 한편 Thromboxane $A_2$ 유사체인 U-46619로 전수축 시킨 후 Alpha-2 아드레날린성 항진제인 Clondine을 투여했을 때 혈관 이완은 일어나지 않았다. 수축의 억제 양상에 있어서 Alpha-1 아드레날린성 항진제인 Phenylephrine보다 Clonidine이 더 효과적 이었다. 이상의 결과를 기초로 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1) Muscarinic 수용체의 자극을 받아 EDRF의 분비가 촉진된다. 2) Alpha-1 아드레날린성 수용체와 Alpha-2 아드레날린성 수용체가 개 신동맥에 존재한다. 3) EDRF에 의한 이완이 Methylene blue에 의해서 억제되므로 cGMP를 이용한 기전 임을 알 수 있었다.단요수근신건과 외상과의 변화를 알 수 있으며 진단에 있어서 보조적인 역할을 할 수 있다. 하지만, 치료 후 증상 호전 도달기간의 예후 판정에는 크게 도움이 되지 않는다. 시술과정에서 코일의 이탈이 2예에서 발생하였으나, 모두 snare기법으로 제거되었고, 그 밖의 다른 합병증은 없었다. 결론: 만성골반통을 일으키는 골반울혈증후군의 치료에 있어서 코일을 이용한 난소정맥색전술은 단기추적검사상 다수에서 증상의 소실 및 완화를 보여 비교적 효과적이고 안전한 방법으로생각되며, 다른 병인이 공존하지 않는다면 기존의 수술적 치료를 대치할 수 있는 훌륭한 중재적 치료법으로써 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 있게 큰 수치를 보였다. 결론: 정상 두개내혈관 직경은, 성별 차이가 40대에서 분명하였고 남자가 여자에 비하여 크거나 큰 경향을 보였으며, 중뇌동맥 직경은 성별에 상관없이 고령층이 저령층에 비하여 의미있게 크거나 큰 경향을 나타내었다. 고령층의 중뇌동맥 근위부 직경은 남자가 2.59$\pm$0.35 mm, 여자가 2.38$\pm$0.37 mm이었고, 원위부 직경은 남자가 2.63$\pm$0.43 mm, 여자가 2.39$\pm$0.35 mm 이었다.고 Monaliza Finely Soft는 23% 더 높은 분리율을 나타냈으므로 선충분리용(線蟲分離用)으로는 향수처리(香水處理)되지 않은 것이 더 좋은 것으로 사료(思料)된다. 4. 온도별(溫度別) 선충분리율(線蟲分離率)을 $15^{\circ},\;25^{\circ}\;and\;35^{\circ}C$에서 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) 전체적(全體的)으로 $35^{\circ}C$에서 분리율(分離率)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 5. 시간경과(時間經過)에 따른 선충분리율(線蟲分離率)은 12시간(時間) 후(後)가 35.3 %이고 24시간(時間) 후(後)가 40.

농식품의 전자상거래 활성화 요인 분석

본 연구는 온라인 중심의 전자상거래로 급속하게 이동 중인 농식품 유통 환경 변화에서 전자상거래 활성화에 필요한 요인을 분석하고자, 총 400명의 설문 중 응답 오류자를 제외한 348명의 설문으로 현재 소비자들의 제품군별 구매방식 및 선호 등을 조사하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 농식품의 제품군별 구매 빈도 및 구입시 고려 사항은 제품군별 특성 및 환경변화에 의해 달라진다. 둘째, 농식품 제품별 구매 방식(온라인, 오프라인)은 각 제품군별 특성에 의해 다르다. 셋째, 농식품 최적 유통 모델 구축 시 신뢰성이 가장 중요하다. These days, agricultural product e-commerce is rapidly growing. To vitalize it even more in the future, analyzing main key factors of it is necessary. We conducted surveys about consumers’ preferences over agricultural products purchasing routes to 400 people and used the results from 348 out of 400 eliminating all the errors. The results can be summarized like following. First, distinctive features of each agricultural product line and environmental changes can affect consumers’ behavior. Second, characteristics of agricultural products are important for customers to decide whether purchasing agricultural products through e-commerce. Third, the credibility is the most important factor of e-commerce.

오수유가 N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester로 유발한 고혈압흰쥐의 심혈관계에 미치는 영향

The present study examined the effect of a methanol extract of Evodiae Fructus on the cardiovascular function in N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (NAME)-induced hypertensive Wistar rats after treatment over 6 weeks. In rats treated with NAME, blood pressure, weight of heart, aorta media thickness and media/lumen ratio significantly (p<0.05) increased, whereas coronary flow and heart rate of isolated heart significantly (p<0.05) decreased compared with control group at 6 weeks. In rats treated with NAME and Evodiae Fructus, blood pressure, aorta media thickness and media/lumen ratio signiflcantly(p<0.05) decreased compared with NAME treated group at 6 weeks. These results suggest that Evodiae Fructus is applicable to the treatment of hypertension and vascular hypertrophy.

문화와 쇼핑가치가 온라인쇼핑몰 속성평가에 미치는 영향

Online consumer groups were classified four groups by two dimensions(utilitarian/hedonic value): low utilitarian and low hedonic, low utilitarian and high hedonic, high utilitarian and low hedonic and high utilitarian and high hedonic. Data were collected by means of questionnaire distributed to online shopper in Korea and UK. The final sample size was 792 (Kor: 387, UK: 405). This study uses an oneway ANOVA, and 2-way ANOVA analyze the online shopping value groups and culture value effect on evaluation of shopping-site attributes. There found significant difference evaluation on importance of site attributes among four online consumer groups in two countries. But no significant difference importance of site attributes between online consumer groups and two countries. The marketing implications of the study were discussed and further researches were suggested.
