신경망을 이용한 차량 객체의 그림자 제거

비디오를 이용한 비전기반 감시에서 움직이는 객체의 추적은 GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model)을 사용한 배경영상과 현재영상의 차이법을 이용한다. 문턱치를 통해 생성된 이진영상을 이용하여 객체 추적을 할 경우 객체 정보가 아닌 그림자에 의하여 객체가 병합되는 현상이 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 신경망(Backpropagation Neural Network)을 이용하여 그림자를 제거하는 방법을 제안하였다. 10개의 동영상에서 객체영역과 캐스트그림자(Cast-Shadow)영역의 훈련용 이미지에서 특징 값을 추출하여 신경망을 훈련시켰다. 캐스트그림자를 제거하는 방법은 이진영상의 객체로 추정되는 영역에서 그림자를 분리하는 방법을 기초로 하며 기존의 그림자 제거 알고리즘 (SNP, SP, DNM1, DNM2, CNCC)보다 그림자 제거 성능이 (16.2%, 38.2%, 28.1%, 22.3%, 44.4%)로 높게 나타났다. The moving object tracking in vision based observation using video uses difference method between GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model) based background and present image. In the case of racking object using binary image made by threshold, the object is merged not by object information but by Cast-Shadow. This paper proposed the method that eliminates Cast-Shadow using backpropagation Neural Network. The neural network is trained by abstracting feature value form training image of object range in 10-movies and Cast-Shadow range. The method eliminating Cast-Shadow is based on the method distinguishing shadow from binary image, its Performance is better(16.2%, 38.2%, 28.1%, 22.3%, 44.4%) than existing Cast-Shadow elimination algorithm(SNP, SP, DNM1, DNM2, CNCC).

An Iterative Analysis of Single-Hop B-MAC Networks Under Poisson Traffic

The Berkeley-medium access control (B-MAC) is a lightweight, configurable and asynchronous duty cycle medium access control (MAC) protocol in wireless sensor networks. This article presents an analytic modelling of single-hop B-MAC protocol under a Poisson traffic assumption.Our model considers important B-MAC parameters such as the sleep cycle, the two stage backoff mechanism, and the extended preamble. The service delay of an arriving packet and the energy consumption are calculated by an iterative method. The simulation results verify that the proposed analytic model can accurately estimate the performance of singlehop B-MAC with different operating environments.

전통색명의 한글화에 관한 연구 - 규합총서의 오정색, 십간색 색채어를 중심으로 -

한국 전통색의 보편성과 특수성을 확보할 수 있는 한글 색 채어·색명 연구는 필요성에 비해 활발하지 않은 실정이다. 이 에 본 연구는 전통색 색채어·색명의 정교함과 보편성과 특수 성을 확보할 수 있는 기초연구와 한글색명을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 범위는 순 한글로 기록되어져 있는 규합총서의 전통색명 정색과 십간색의 15색명을 범위로 선행 연구와 관련문헌과의 비교연구의 방법으로 이루어졌다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한글 색채어 채택의 기준을 한글 색채어, K SA 0011와 일치여부, 보편성, 적합성으로 정하였다. 이 기준 에의해기본색백, 황, 적, 청, 흑은 한글 색채어인 하양, 노랑, 빨강, 파랑, 검정, 흑백 간색은 순 한글 색채어인 잿빛, 분홍, 주황, 초록, 보라, 자색은 KSA 0011와 일치하여 규합총서의 색채어를 그대로 채택하였다. 벽색과 민색은 규합총서의 색 채어를 채택하였다. 규합총서의 색채어 중 보편성에 문제가있는 천색과 갈색은 보편성이 있는 색채를 채택하였다. 한국· 일본·대만·중국의 기본색명을 비교를 통해 한자 색명의 불일 치, 한국의 전통색, KS A 0011, KBS전통색명 연구, 국립현대 미술관의 전통색 삼속성을 비교연구 한 결과 일치하지 않는 점은 전통 색채어 한글화 연구와 병행되어야 함을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 오정색과 십간색을 중심으로 연구하였다는 연구자의 주관적 주장이라는 한계를 지니며, 후속연구는 지속되어야 한다. The research of Korean language color and color name which can secure the universality and specificity of Kore an traditional color is not active compared with necessity. The purpose of this study is to propose the basic researc h and the hangeul color name which can secure the elabo ration, universality and specificity of the traditional color. The range of this study was the comparative study of th e previous studies and related literature, ranging from the traditional basic color to the fifteen - color names of the fifteen colors, which were recorded in Hangul. Based on the results of the study, the criteria for adoption of Hang eul, the criteria for translating Han-gul color into Korean, KSA 0011, and conformity with Han-gul were decided. D epend on criteria for adoption, Chinese color terms were replaced in Korean color terms. As the results are as foll ow, White(白)-하양, Yellow(黃)-노랑, Red(赤)-빨강, Blue (靑)-파랑, Black(黑)-검정, Grey(黻)- 잿빛, Pink(紅)-분 홍, Orange(熏)-주황, Purple(靘)-보라, Green(綠)-초록, Brown(黝)-갈색, Violet(紫)-자색, Ultramarine blue(黲)- 민색, Light blue(碧)-벽색, and Light yellow(硅)-천색. Co mparing the basic color names of Korean, Japanese, Taiwa nese, and Chinese characters, the comparison of Korean tra ditional color names, Korea's traditional color, KS A30011, and the traditional color triad of the National Museum of C ontemporary Art should compare with the study of the trad itional color of Han-gul. The limitation of this study are th at the study of the author's subjective claim lacks objectivi ty and another limitation is 15 colors in the study range. Su bsequent studies should continue.

시화호 조력발전소를 활용한 초등 환경과학 체험학습 프로그램 개발을 위한 체험장소 및 교육과정 분석

The importance of environmental education has been more focuses on elementary education curriculum under low carbon energy policies of government. Some researches have been conducted the effect of environmental education with experiential learning, whereas it is common to keep the current programs in classrooms. In the Sihwa tidal power plant, there are various suitable conditions for experiential learning. First, the previous studies were divided into three fields; (1) science and engineering, (2) environment, and (3) urban and residential space formation. After that, we made experiential learning programs associated with core concepts in elementary science curriculum. Lastly, experiential learning programs including topics and core concepts were developed for not only the activity but also the pre- and post-activity. Moreover, it is more likely to expect better learning performance if involved in long-term tasks, like project-based learning. It is necessary to fully utilize community resources and to make creative experiential learning programs by utilizing new types of place for improving the current experiential learning programs. 정부의 저탄소 에너지 정책 기조와 함께 초등학교 교육과정에서도 환경 교육의 중요성과 비중이 점차 확대되고 있다. 체험학습을 통한 환경 교육의 효과를 입증하는 연구들이 이루어지고 있으나, 교육현장에서는 정형화되고 기존의 프로그램을 답습하는 경향도 나타난다. 시화호 조력발전소는 체험학습 장소로서 적합한 조건들을 갖추고 있으며, 시화호 조력발전소에 대한 선행 연구들을 과학․공학 측면, 환경 측면, 도시․주거 공간 형성의 측면으로 분류하고 범주화하여 초등학교 과학 교육과정에 제시된 핵심 개념과 연계된 체험학습 프로그램을 구성하였다. 의미 있는 체험학습이 이루어지기 위해서 현장 학습뿐만 아니라, 사전 활동 및 사후 활동 단계에서도 체험학습 주제 및 핵심 개념에 초점을 맞춘 활동을 구성하였으며, 향후 프로젝트 학습과 같이 장기적인 학습 과제를 제시한다면 보다 심화된 학습 성과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 향후 정형화된 체험학습 내용을 개선하기 위하여 지역사회 자원을 적극적으로 활용하고, 새로운 유형의 장소를 활용하여 창의적인 체험학습 프로그램을 구성하기 위한 노력이 요구된다.

신호등 주기를 이용한 교차로 교통사고감지 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 교차로 내 사고를 감지하기 위하여 배경영상과 교차로 내에 설치된 사거리 신호등의 주기를 이용한 교차로 사고감지 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 영상을 이용한 방법에서는 새로운 사고모델이나 혼잡한 상황, 음원을 이용할 경우에 소음이 크게 발생하는 상황에서 사고 검지율이 낮아지는 문제점을 내포한다. 본 논문에서는 차량 및 외부 그림자 또는 차량의 조명등의 영향으로 인한 사고 오 판단을 줄이기 위하여 신호등의 주기와 배경영상의 히스토그램의 속성을 이용한 필터를 개발하여 사고감지에 이용하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 알아보기 위하여 15개의 실제 사고영상을 획득하여 실험한 결과 15개의 동영상에서 모두 사고를 감지하였으며, 새로운 사고 모델에 대해서도 교차로 내사고를 감지 할 수 있었다. This paper suggests the background image and the algorism of detecting an accident at crossroads by using the sequence of traffic light at crossroads, which is installed within the crossroads, in order to detect an accident within crossroads. A method of using the existing image contains a problem that the accident-detection ratio gets lower in a situation that noise occurs loudly given using new accident model, the confused situation, or sound source. This study used the accident detection by developing a filter of using the property of histogram in the sequence of traffic light at crossroads and the background image, in order to reduce misjudgment of an accident caused by external shadow, vehicle stoppage, vehicle headlight, and externally environmental influence. As a result of experimenting by acquiring 15 actual accident images in order to examine the performance of the suggested algorism, the accident was detected in all the 15 videos. Even as for a new accident model, the accident within crossroads could be detected.

전통색 색채어 구조를 위한 기초연구 - I - 조선왕조실록 색채어 분류를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 전통색 색채어 구조를 파악하기 위한 기초연구이다. 색채어의 중요성을 언어결정론에 따라 말하자면 개념과 사고는 언어가 결정한다는 것이다. 아직 색채어가 부여된 전통색은 90색에서 230색까지 다양한 주장이 있어 정확한 숫자조차 명확히 규명되어 있지 않다. 당연히 색채어의 분류, 구조에 대한 연구방법이나 결과는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 전통색의 정확한 출처와 용례를 알 수 있는 대안으로 조선왕조실록에 주목하였다. 본 연구의 내용과 방법은 이론적 배경, 색채어 구조의 선행연구를 탐색하고, 실록에서 색채어를 조사하고 이를 분류하는 방법으로 진행하였다. 연구결과 조선왕조실록에는 기존의 분류법으로는 분류하기 어려운 색채어가 많이 기록되어 있다. 특히 이러한 색채어들은 보편적이지 않은 경우에 해당되는 경우가 많다. 결과로 전통색 색채어를 16가지로 분류하였다. 이중 3가지는 기본 색채어, 관용 색채어, 계통 색채어로 대분류에 해당한다. 소분류 방법은 염색법과 안료, 기법 등이 포함되었다. 논어, 고사성어, 은유, 이명, 기타 등으로도 분류하였다. 색채어가 부여된 전통색에 대한 명확한 수는 아직 확인되지 않고 있는 것은 물론 조선왕조실록에는 단 한차례 기록되어 있는 색채어를 포함하여 보편적이지 않은 경우에 해당되는 경우가 많다. 또한 기존의 분류법으로는 분류하기 어려운 색채어가 많이 기록되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기초연구라는 한계는 당연하며 전통색 색채어 구조를 위한 지속적인 연구가 진행될 예정이다. This study is a fundamental research to grasp the structure of traditional color scheme. According to linguistic determinism, the importance of coloring is determined by the association and the concept. The traditional colors, which are still name given colors, have various claims ranging from 90 colors to 230 colors, so that even the exact numbers are not clearly defined. Naturally, it is difficult to find out the method and results of research on classification and structure of color. This study focuses on the Annual of the Joseon Dynasty as an alternative to find accurate sources and examples of traditional colors. The contents of this study were searched for the previous researches from the basic theoretical background to the structure of the color words, and the color words recorded in the annals were searched and classified. As a result of the study, the Annual of the Joseon Dynasty records have many coloring words which are difficult to classify by the existing classification system. In particular, these colors are often not universal. As a result, we classified the traditional coloring language into 16 kinds. Three of them correspond to the basic classification, basic coloring, generic coloring, and systematic classification. The subcategorical methods included dyeing, pigments, and techniques. They were also classified as ananomes, adjectives, metaphors, tinnitals, and others. The definite number of traditional colors with coloring has not yet been confirmed, and it is often the case that the Chosunwangjosillog include not only universal colors but also recorded colors. In addition, many coloring words which are difficult to classify by the conventional classification method are recorded. Therefore, it is natural that this research is limited to basic research, and research for the traditional color scheme will continue.

An Analytic Model for Evaluation of IEEE 802.16e Sleep Mode Operation Using BMAP/G/1 Multiple Vacations Model

In this paper, an analytic model for the evaluation of the sleep model operation in the IEEE 802.16e is proposed. In order to consider the bursty and selfsimilar packet arrival patterns more practically, batch Markovian arrival process (BMAP) is adopted and useful performance measures such as energy consumption ratio (ECR) and average packet waiting time (PWT) are presented by modifying the multiple server vacation model assuming general service time distribution. Our analytic model provides a more general and practical guidance in determining the optimal parameters such as minimal sleep and maximal sleep window under real Internet traffic situations.
