        The objective of this research is to investigate usage of 3KW photovoltaic-wind power hybrid generation system composed of 500W solar power generator and 400W wind power generator in a parallel circuit. In addition, solar radiation meter and wind monitor have been installed into each generation system to obtain the practical operating data that monitored in monthly, daily and hourly. These data that are independent to weather change and location would provide adequate generation output on average and cope with emergency situation in generation system In conclusion, based on this study, it could be considered for 3KW combined generation system to be gradually propagated to houses and small-size public facilities.

        승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사의 근무 스트레스에 관한 체험분석

        이 연구는 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사의 근무 스트레스를 분석하고, 어떤 심리적 과정이 존재하는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해, 연구자와 공동연구자 7명은 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사의 근무 스트레스에 대하여 체험분석을 실시하였다. 체험분석은 자기관찰, 자기기술, 자기발견, 공통요인탐색, 검증의 과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과, 첫째, 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사의 근무 스트레스를 유발하는 요인은 내부 요인으로는 자기 신념의 갈등, 관리자 수행, 역할 수행의 불안감이고, 외부 요인으로는 승진 점수 관리, 근무 평정, 업무 곤란이다. 둘째, 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사가 근무 스트레스를 경험하는 과정에서 자신을 교육자, 승진 준비자, 중재자, 가정의 부모, 업무 담당자, 외톨이, 잡무 해결사의 역할로 해석하였다. 셋째, 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사가 공통으로 느끼는 정서적 요인으로는 분노, 황당함, 자괴감, 불안감, 실망감 등이 나타났다. 넷째, 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사의 근무 스트레스 대처 방법으로 비난·공격, 회피·체념, 자기합리화, 포기, 인정이 나타났다. 다섯째, 초등학교 교무부장교사가 승진 준비 중에 경험하는 근무 스트레스의 심리적 과정은 4단계로 나타났는데, 근무 스트레스 인식 단계, 근무 스트레스 해석 단계, 근무 스트레스에 대한 감정유발 단계, 근무 스트레스 대처 단계이다. 이 연구는 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사가 경험하는 근무 스트레스의 심리적 과정에 초점을 맞추어 실행되었다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 승진 준비 중인 초등학교 교무부장교사의 근무 스트레스에 관한 이 연구의 경험적 결과가 향후 승진제도 개선에 반영된다면 교육 현장의 긍정적 변화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the psychological process of elementary school affairs manager teachers who want to be promoted and their experience of working stress. For this purpose, the researchers analyzed the work stress of elementary school teachers in preparation for promotion. Experience analysis has been through self-observation, self-description, self-discovery, common factor search, and verification. The results of this study are as follows: First, internal factors that cause working stress of elementary school teachers in preparation for promotion are ‘conflict of self-belief’, ‘assistant manager', and ‘anxiety of role performance_. Outside factors are ‘promotion score management', ‘job evaluation score', and ‘job difficulty'. Second, in the process of experiencing work stress, elementary school teachers preparing for promotion interpreted themselves as ‘educators’, ‘promoters’, ‘moderator’, ‘parents of the family’, ‘business people’, ‘loners’, and ‘office workers . Third, emotional factors common to elementary school teachers in preparation for promotion were ‘anger’, ‘ridiculousness’, ‘numbness’, ‘anxiety’, and ‘disappointment . Fourth, the elementary school teachers who are preparing for promotion showed the way of coping with the stress of work as ‘looting or attacking', ‘avoidance or resignation', ‘self-rationalization', ‘giving up' and ‘acknowledging'. This study is meaningful in that it focuses on the psychological process of elementary school teachers in preparation for promotion. Fifth, the psychological process of the work stress experienced during the preparations for the promotion of elementary school teachers was four stages: the work stress recognition step, the work stress interpretation step, the emotional induction step for the work stress, and the work stress coping step. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the positive change in the education field reflecting the improvement of the promotion system in the future.

      • 음성합성 자동안내방송시스템 개발과 비즈니스 응용에 관한 연구

        For a long time, in the field of man-machine interface, many people endeavored to communicate with machine more smoothly and efficiently. In 1939, Bell Laboratory invented first electronic speech synthesis machine, but the really efficient digital text-to-speech(TTS) engines which are more natural speech like human voice could appeared in 1990s. Today, there are many commercial TTS engines and application systems but a few in a specific domain. This paper suggests the application domain of the speech synthesis technology and the development of business models for the technology, especially in TTS-Based application system in the field of disaster management. To find the business opportunities of the TTS-Base system in disaster management, we developed a fire disaster notice system which could more efficiently correspond to the emergency by the context handling algorithm and voice contents management system.

        공급사슬 내에서 품질지향적 기업문화가 지속가능경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

        Purpose - Environmental issues, climatic changes, and greenhousegases are problems to be solved at a global level. Withan increased emphasis on the environmental and social responsibilityof the management of companies, the manner in whichcompanies approach quality-oriented culture and their individualsustainability management are being discussed as truly importantissues to help them secure their competitiveness andgrowth strategies. This study proposes strategic directions tohelp manufacturers not only in expanding their competitive quality-oriented company culture but also in strengthening their sustainabilitymanagement abilities. This study conducts a literaturereview and empirical research to examine how significantly thevariables of a quality-oriented company culture, customer-centeredmanagement, and process-centered and supply chainmanagement-centered cooperation affect sustainability managementperformance in relation to economic profitability, environmentalintegrity, and social responsibility. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify researchmodels and hypotheses, the study examined 170 companies usinga questionnaire survey conducted over six weeks, and involvedthe performance of data analysis on 146 samples. Questionnaire responses were calibrated based on a Likertscale. The study used the Smart PLS 2.0 program designed forPLS (partial least squares), an analysis instrument of SEM(structural equation modeling). The study then verified empiricalresearch hypotheses working on reliability analysis, validity analysis,factorial analysis, and path analysis.Results - Among the nine hypotheses, four are accepted andthe rest are rejected. A quality-oriented company culture focusingon customer-centered management significantly influencedthe maintainability management performance of environmental integrityand social responsibility, while economic profitability wasdismissed. A process-focused quality-oriented company culturewas significantly concerned with economic profitability but notwith environmental integrity or social responsibility. A supply-chain cooperative company culture had a significant effect oneconomic profitability but not on environmental integrity or socialresponsibility. Conclusion - This study proposes strategic directions to helpmanufacturers expand their competitive quality-oriented companyculture as well as strengthen abilities with sustainabilitymanagement. It conducts a literature review and empirical researchto examine how significantly the variables of quality-orientedcompany culture, customer-centered management, andprocess-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperationaffect sustainability management performance in relationto economic profitability, environmental integrity, and socialresponsibility. There are two main conclusions. First, companiesshould consider the need for social responsibility managementand environmental transparent management-focused maintainabilitymanagement as avenues to create new markets andbusiness, thereby helping the companies secure a reputation forhaving a customer and process-centered quality-oriented companyculture by creating shared values between supply chainsand enabling win-win situations through cooperation. Second, weare marching towards a creative win-win era from a society ofconflicts and ruptures. Companies should understand that socialresponsibility management and supply chain management(SCM)-focused cooperation are the foundations of sustainabledevelopment, as they try to improve their culture while pursuingboth win-win relationships with interested parties and equity invarious conflictive relations.
