Web 2.0 시대를 대표하는 핵심적인 컨텐츠는 단연 UCC이다. 사용자가 직접 만드는 컨텐츠를 의미하는 UCC는 유투브, 아프리카TV 등을 통하여 많은 수익을 거두며 관련 업계의 주목을 받고 있으나 복제와 수정, 전송이 쉬운 인터넷 환경에서 많은 저작권 문제를 내포하고 있다. 최근에는 웹을 중심으로 CCL을 통해 자신의 저작물에 대한 허용조건을 명시하여 다른 사용자에게 명시된 조건하에서 자유롭게 저작물을 이용할 수 있게 하는 방법이 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러나 CCL로 허용된 컨텐츠를 이용함에 있어서 CCL의 누락 및 위변조를 통해 저작물을 불법으로 이용하는 행위가 증가하고 있어 CCL활성화의 장애물이 되고 있다. 또한 다양한 응용프로그램에 CCL을 적용하고 검증하기 위한 SW 플랫폼이 부재한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 효과적으로 컨텐츠에 CCL을 적용하고 CCL로 사용허가된 컨텐츠를 검증 할 수 있는 SW 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Incidence of Phytophthora blight of hot pepper (Capsicum annuum) and yield (fresh weight) of pepper fruits were investigated at four separate fields located in Cheongwon, Boeun, Eumsung, and Goesan, which are major pepper production areas in Chungcheongbuk-Do. In all of the experimental fields except the Goesan field, increased incidence of Phytophthora blight led to decreased yield of pepper fruits. The harvest time in which the yield of red pepper fruits was highly correlated with the incidence of Phytophthora blight was different between areas: it was highly correlated in the third harvest in Cheongwon (y=−11.0x+435.2, r^2=0.99), but in the second harvest in Boeun (y=−15.0x+944.6, r^2=0.76). In contrast, there was a very low correlation between the pepper yield and the disease incidence in Goesan in which pepper seedlings grafted on resistant stocks were planted. The final disease incidence in the Cheongwon experimental field reached 100% more than 40 days later in 2007 compared with that in 2006. The control threshold of Phytophthora blight in the pepper fields where disease incidence had been lower than 5% was set as 0.8% disease incidence,which caused less than 5% yield loss. 충북의 고추 주산지인 청원, 보은, 음성, 괴산의 포장에서 고추 역병 발생에 따른 이병주율과 수량과의 관계를 조사하였다. 괴산을 제외한 3개의 시험포장에서 고추 역병의 증가는 수량감소를 가져왔다. 고추 역병 이병주율과 수량 사이의 높은 상관을 나타내는 수확시기는 청원에서는 3차, 보은에서는 2차 수확기로 나타나 지역별로 다소 차이를 보였다. 이와는 달리 저항성 대목을 이용하여 접목재배를 한 괴산 시험포장에서는 고추 역병 발생량과 수량 사이에 매우 낮은 상관을 나타냈다. 청원 시험 포장에서 이병주율 100%에 도달하는 데 소요되는 시기는 2006년에 비해 2007년에 40일 이상 늦어졌다. 고추 역병 발생이 적었던 포장(이병주율 5% 이하)에서 수량감소 5%를 가져오는 고추 역병 요방제 수준은 0.8%로 설정되었다.

Endoscopic Variceal Ligation(EVL) was developed as an alternative to endoscopic injection sclerotherapy(EIS) for decreasing of complication rate. This new technique involves placement of small elastic O-rings around the variceal channels in the distal esophagus. To evaluate the efficacy of EVL for treatment of the acute bleeding esophagea1 varices and the efficacy of prophylactic EVL, we compared EVL in 88 patients who had recently bled from esophageal varices(Group 1) and prophylactic EVL in 45 patients with large size(Grade 2 or 3 or 4) and red color sign on endoscopic finding who had not previously had upper gastrointestinal bleeding(Group 2). Also, we compared prophylactic EVL group(Group 2) and control group(Group 3) who did not performed EVL. At the time of treatment 28.4%(25/88) of patients had active bleeding. They were all treated acutely with EVL and repeated treatment for the long-term goal of variceal eradication. Initial hemostatic efficacy of EVL for acute bleeding varices was 92%(23/25). Varices were eradicated or reduced to Grade 1 in 68%(17/2S). Early mortality rate within 2 weeks was 8%(2/25). Among patients who had eradicated or reduced to Grade 1 varices by repeated EVL sessions, over a mean follow-up of 11 months there was no difference between Group 1 and Group 2 in recurrent rate(49.1%(27/63) vs. 46.8% (15/32)), rebleeding rate(10.9'Yo (6/55) vs. 9.3% (3/32)), rebleeding interval(average 75 days vs, 83.6 days). There was significant difference between prophylactic EVL group and con- trol group in bleeding rate(9.3%(3/~32) vs. 43.7%(14/32))~(p$lt;0.05). Three patients(6.6%) died in prophylactic EVL group, two from ligation site bleeding of esophageal varix, one from hepatic failure. In conclsion, EVL is an effective method for treatment of acute bleeding esophageal varices with repeated sessions. Although prophylactic EVL can be used to prevent bleeding by eradication with lower initial morbidity are necessary because of EVL-related complications.

To investigate diagnostic value of Thallium 201(T1-201) thymid scan in differentiating malignant nodule from benign, 135 patients with thyroid nodule were evaluated with Tl-201 thyroid scan, fine needle aspiration(FNA), clinical characteristics and laboratory data. Each had histological diagnosis after thyroidectomy. Tl-201 scan had a sensitivity of 67.3% and a specificity of 66.3% and FNA had sermitivity of 46.9% and specificity of 100% in predicting malignancy. As the size of thyroid nodule and age of patient incteases, diagnostic value of 11-201 thyroid scan was improved. In the thyroid nodules larger then 3cm, sensitivity, specificity and negative predictive value were 100%, 70% and 100%, reqectively. By cornbining Tl-201 throid scan and FNA, sensitivity had 91.8%. From the data we conclude that Tl-201 thyroid scan is valuable with adjuvant diagnostic method in differentiating malignant fmm benign thyroid nodule and treatment planning(J Kor Soc Endocrinol 11:175~181, 1996).

The objectives of this study were to identify the optimal mix of foam concrete with the low-strength and high-flow for the repairing ground subsidence situation emergently by utilizing a large amount of industrial by-products and evaluate the possibility by applying it to the site. The factors of the experiment were the mixing ratio of mixing water and a foaming agent and the mixing ratio of foam over paste volume. The optimal mix identified by the experiment was applied to the field and basic properties were evaluated. The results of the experiment showed that the optimal mixing ratio of mixing water and the foaming agent was 10%. Moreover, when the mixing ratio of pre-foam over paste volume was 170%, it satisfied the target. However, to ensure stable quality when applying to the field, the foam mixing ratio was set 140% for the field application. The field application test of foam concrete with the low-strength and high-flow using an eco-friendly binder satisfied all target performances. Therefore, the possibility of using it as a mixture and construction method for a ground repair system is confirmed. However, there was a quality deviation between the upper part and the lower part due to the separation between foam and paste. Consequently, further studies are needed to improve it.
