국제 레짐 분석에 대한 비판적 고찰

본 논문은 국제정치경제학에 대한 관심의 고조를 배경으로 1980년대 이후 국제관계학분야에서 중요한 이론적 쟁점으로 부상한 국제 레짐(international regime)에 관한 기존문헌을 포괄적으로, 체계적으로 분석하는 한편, 향후의 연구방향을 제시하고 있다. 국제 레짐이라는 개념은 일반적으로 국제사회에 있어서의 통치(지배) 배열, 유형화된 행태, 원칙이나 규범, 쟁점영역 등을 내포하고 있다. 국제 레짐 연구는 지난 수십년간 사실상 간과되어져 왔던 초기 국제관계학의 제도적 접근법을 한 차원 올라선 수준에서 재적용하여 국제통치(international governance)의 문제를 참신한 시각에서 제기, 조명하였다는 데에 그 일차적인 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 국제 레짐 분석은 각국의 이기적인 이해(self-interests)와 국가간 상호이익(mutual interests)의 접합 가능성을 제시할 뿐만 아니라, 자유주의적 시각과 현실주의적 시각간의 제휴 가능성마저 보여주고 있어, 국제관계학 분야에서의 그 이론적 의의는 매우 크다고 하겠다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 국제 레짐에 관한 기존의 문헌들은 전반적으로 몇가지 문제점을 내포하고 있으니, 개념에 대한 합의의 결여, 존재론과 인식론의 상충적 요소, 레짐의 중요도(혹은, 레짐이 어떤 변수로 처리되어야 하는가?)에 대한 모호한 해석, 국내정책과 국제정치과정의 연계에 대한 불확실한 규명 등이 바로 그것이들이다. 하지만, 역설적으로 그러한 문제점들은 국제 레짐 연구가 지닌 유망한 연구 영역으로서의 가능성을 말해주고 있는 것이다.

대도시 대중교통전용지구의 적용방향

시민들의 대중교통 이용을 활성화시키기 위한 노력들이 국가 및 지자체에서 시행중에 있으나, 승용차의 수송분담률은 줄어들지 않고 있다. 최근 들어 중앙정부 및 광역자치단체 주도로 교통수요관리와 도심활성화의 차원에서 대중교통전용지구(Transit mall) 도입을 활발히 추진하고 있다. 광주광역시에서도 대중교통전용지구 필요성에 대해 꾸준히 제기되어 왔으나, 아직 그에 따른 연구 둥은 미미한 수준이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 도출된 광주광역시 대중교통전용지구 선정기준을 광주광역시 주요 가로 중 상무중앙로와 금남로에 적용하여 대중교통전용지구 후보지를 선정하고, 후보지에 대한 광주광역시 대중교통전용지구 조성방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Kyumsuyukgun-jun has been used for the chronic bronchitis, asthma and other illnesses. This study was carried out for the purpose of determining what effect KS has against allergic inflammatory reaction. The results obtained was that KS had inhibitory effects of following administration routes on PCA in rats. According to the above results, KS is beneficial against allergic inflammatory reaction through inhibition of PCA.

The purpose of this research is to devise the safety equipment for preventing cyclists from accident on the road and obtaining the safety of theirs. Nowadays, for the environmental destroy caused by economic growth and sky-rocketing oil price, people has been slowly paying their close attention to the non-power transportation called Bicycle. By such, everyday bicycle accidents have been increasing as well. To prevent bicycle accidents which have been increasing rapidly, it requires the necessity of the equipment, which can cope with accident in certain situation and environment, which provides the main cause of accident, by analyzing certain types of bicycle accident. For such, we have attempted basic investigation for analyzing the main cause of bicycle accident. Furthermore, through the survey method that used personal experience, we have induced the problems and conducted our own design for which we selected the keyword of design and direction of concept. The Safety Service Equipment of this research has been made to enable bicyclists, to recognize the dangerous factors with first step(: Touch and hearing), second step(: distinguishing the information of dangerous factors with eight-directions), and third step(Lighting signal) so that they can recognize dangerous factors previously and cope with them. Besides, the danger-conveying equipment has induced the result of UX design of effective information-recognition system that is definitely necessary in many types of accident such as Car : Person, Car : Car, and individual bicycle and eventually, we have designed the history function about safety equipment that is attached to bicycle and the danger-related information and the GUI whereby we can find what is going on with our bicycle. 본 연구의 목적은 도로상에서 차량과 함께 주행하는 자전거 이용자의 사고 방지와 안전성 확보를 위한 안전장치를 개발하고자 함이다. 최근 경제 성장으로 인한 환경 파괴 문제와 더불어 국제 유가상승 등의 이유로 대표적인 무동력 운송 수단인 자전거의 관심도와 이용이 증대되고 있다. 또한 정부 차원에서도 자전거 이용 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축과 다양한 정책을 통하여 자전거 이용을 장려하고 있는데, 이로 인해 자전거 교통사고 역시 증가하고 있다. 매년 증가하는 자전거 도로 사고 예방을 위해 자전거 사고를 유형별로 분석하고 분석을 통해 사고 원인을 제공하는 상황과 환경에서 사고를 사전에 대비할 수 있는 장치의 필요성이 요구된다. 이를 위해 먼저 자전거 교통사고의 원인 분석을 위한 기초 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 직접 경험을 통한 방법과 자전거 이용자들의 설문조사 방법을 통하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 디자인 키워드와 콘셉트 방향을 설정하여 디자인을 진행했다. 본 연구의 안전서비스 장치는 전방 주시 방해 요인을 최소화하는 3단계 위험요소 인지 정보시스템으로 전방 주시 상태에서도 위험요소 인지를 1단계 촉각, 청각으로 가능하며, 2단계 위험요소 접근 정보를 8방향으로 구분하고 접근 거리에 따른 3단계 라이팅 표시 방법으로 상황이 닥치기 전에 위험요소를 인지하여 대비할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 자전거 위험정보 전달 장치는 차 대 사람, 차대 차, 자전거 단독 사고 등 다양한 사고 유형에서 반드시 필요로 하는 위험요인 접근 정보에 대한 효율적인 정보 인지 체계의 UX 디자인 결과를 도출하였고, 최종적으로는 자전거 부착형 안전장치와 위험정보에 대한 히스토리 기능과 자전거 상태 정보 등을 알 수 있는 GUI를 디자인하였다.

금수육군전(金水六君煎)이 피크로메터에 의한 호흡곤란(呼吸困難)에 미치는 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Objective : The investigation had been performed since from January 1st to August 31th of 1998. The patients for the experiment were mainly composed of patients who had trouble in breathing due to the pneumonectasis, asthmas, pneumonias. The percent of men is 67% in sex distribution and the ratio of persons over 50's was 85%, The effect was invastgated for the labored respiration who had Keumsuyukunjeon. Methods : In this research, some remarkable results are referred which were detected by measuring the variations of the breathing volume of 20 patients after taking Keumsuyukunjeon. Picrometer is used for the measurement of the volume. Results : From the relations between the breathing volume before treatment and the enhancement ratio, the increase of the enhancement ratio and the better response to the medicine were shown to the more serious patients. The period of treatment was 27.5 days average. The enhancement ratio of smoker was 23, and that of non-smoker was 50. At the test of relation between the trouble rate in breathing and the enhancement ratio, Grade ill shows the highest enhancement value 50%. conclusions : It is found that Keumsuyukunjeon gives a noticeable benefit for the patients whose main symptom was breathing problem. Long-term treatments for the serious and aged patients will make much more efficient to the reduction of the symptoms.

Valvular heart disease is one of the main current of cardiac problems and has many problems must be solved by sequelae and complications, etc. Rheumatic Mitral Stenosis is mainly attacked by rheumatic fever and developed by process of treatment of mitral valve or formation of trace. The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of oriental treatment for Cerebral Infarction with Rheumatic Mitral Stenosis. At the time of visiting ER, he was shown the symptoms of dull mentality, Rt. hemiplegia, global aphasia, dysphagia, chest discomfort, insomnia, dyspnea, etc, It showed that Atrial fibrillation in EKG monitoring, Atrial fibrillation, Rheumatic Mitral Stenosis, Ejection-Fraction slope 60% in Cardiac echography, Lt. atrial hypertrophy, Rt. atrial hypertrophy, Rt. ventricular hypertrophy with pulmonary congestion in chest X-ray. From the view of oriental diagnostic criteria. We classified the patient's clinical conditions and treated accordingly. As a result of treatment, symptoms were markedly improved and he was discharged. Further elaboration of oriental diagnostic classification could possibly lead to the fundamental treatment.
