클러스터형의 다중 공정용 장치에 부착키 위해 제작된 콘택 산화막 식각용 공정모듈에 대한 적정 식각 공정조건을 확립하기 위해, Taguchi 방법을 활용하여 공정최적화 실험을 수행하였다. Taguchi 실험은 2회에 걸쳐 시행되었는데, 제1차 실험은 장비변수에 대한 식각공정변수의 개괄적 거동을 타진하기 위함이었고, 제2차 실험은 상세 공정조건 확립을 위해서였다. 실험 및 분석 결과 $CHF_{3}/CF_{4}$ 가스유량은 72/8sccm, 공정압력은 50 mTorr, RF 전력은 500 Watts, 자계강도는 90 Gauss일때 최적 공정 성능을 발휘함을 알 수 있다. Process optimization experiments based on the Taguchi method were performed in order to set up the optimal process conditions for the contact oxide etching process module which was built in order to be attached to the cluster system of multi-processing purpose. From the two times experiments of Taguchi method, the overall behaviors of the etchmg characteristics depending upon the equipment parameters were understood at the 1st Taguchi experiment, the detail and optimal process conditions were extracted from the 2nd Taguchi experiment. As a final analysis of experimental results, the optimal etching characteristics were obtalned at the process conditions of $CHF_{3}/CF_{4}$ gas flow rate=72/8 sccm, chamber pressure=50 mTorr, RF power=300 Watts, magnetic field intensity=90 Gauss.

A Cryptate (221) having a short alcohol pendant (2) was metallated with europium(Ⅲ) in anhydrous condition, and its hydrolytic activity for phosphate esters at neutral pH was examined. While the activity for the phosphate diester and monoester is comparable to that of the parent metal complex [1Eu]3+, its hydrolytic activity towards a phosphate triester is significantly suppressed. Potentiometric titration and luminescence spectroscopic studies for the equilibrium behavior of the complex in solution suggest that a dimer formation through the metal hydroxides as well as the pendant alcohol is likely to happen. The low hydrolytic activity for the triester seems to be associated with the dimer formation.

Aortic transection or interruption is a rare condition which developed after an acute deceleration injury Its occurrence depends on the location and direction of the force applied and is usually fiom motor vehide accident or falling down The exact incidence of aortic transection in trauma is not known but, when, only about 10-15 % of the victims can survive and be transported to the hospital Even in the survivors, majority of them will be fatal within a few days if a prompt diagnosis and surgical treatments are not made. Aggressive diagnostic work-up is recommended for the patients with high suspicious index, which would salvage the victims with this fatal condition We report the experience of two cases of aortic transection or interruptian following motor vehide acddents.

'Coil' occupies very much important position in delivering driving force of optical pick-up actuators. Up to now the main stream has been a winding coil type actuator, but actuators using FP-Coil(fine pattern coil) have been considered for the more compacted and simple manufacturing process and have variously spreaded the application fields by product. We have tried to design actuators using PCB-Coil(printed circuit board coil) which has benefits in terms of price and manufacturing process. Especially this research has two main things to reduce the vibration of sub-resonance and to assure the DC sensitivity among the performances of asymmetric optical pick-up actuator with PCB-Coil.

허혈 조건부여가 심근기능의 회복에 미치는 영향 : 적출 심장모델을 이용한 실험연구 Isolated heart experimental study

Background: Brief episode of coronary artery occlusion(i.e.,ischemic preconditioning) makes the heart more resistant to injury from a subsequent ischemic insult. Although a great deal of effort has been made in studying ischemic preconditioning, the underlying mechanism of ischemic preconditioning and its effect on hypothermic insult has not been elucidated. This study was performed to see whether ischemic preconditioning protects against the depression of cardiac contractility induced by hypothermic cardioplegic arrest/reperfusion. And recently, adenosine was known to have some correlation with the mechanism of preconditioning. If so, does this effect remain after the blockade of adenosine receptor by 8-phenyl theophyline? Method: Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rat weighed 250-350g were used and divided into three groups. Rat hearts were removed rapidly, and each isolated heart paced with a rate of 180/min was perfused by modified Krebs-Hensleit buffer(KHB) solution on a Langendorff apparatus for an hour. After obtaining baseline data including left ventricular pressure(LVP), dp/dt, and coronary flow, cardiac arrest was induced by perfusion of 0℃ crystalloid cardioplegic(St Thomas) solution. After that, all hearts were stored in the same St Thomas solution at same temperature for 2 hours. In group Ⅰ(control group), the heart was reperfused by KHB solution. In group Ⅱ(preconditioning group), the heart was subjected to two 2-minute episode of global ischemia followed by 5 minute reperfusion with KHB solution(preconditioning) before cardiac arrest. In group Ⅲ(phenyl theophylline group), the heart was subjected to preconditioning procedure and 8-phenyl theophylline at 10μM in concentration was added to KHB solution at time of reperfusion. Observing parameter was obtained in each group at 10, 20, 40 and 60 minutes after starting reperfusion and compared statistically by use of one way ANOVA test(STASTICA, release 4.5). p-value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: Although depressed LVP, dp/dt, and coronary flow were seen in all groups during the reperfusion period, the preconditioned group showed more effective recovery of LVP than that of the control group, especially at 10, 20 and 40 minutes(p<.05). We failed to demonstrate the difference between the phenyl theophylline group and the control group(p=NS). Conclusion: These results suggest that ischemic preconditioning has protective effect on recovery state of hypothemic cardioplegic arrest/reperfusion. Its protective effect was limited during early reperfusion stage and was blocked by adenosine blocker.
