유아의 대인문제해결 능력 증진을 위한 신체접촉놀이 프로그램 개발 연구

닌 교육적 가치를 제시하기 위하여 문헌연구, 유아의 교실행동 관찰 및 교사 포커스 면접에 기초하여 신체접촉 놀이활동을 개발하고 내용타당도를 검사하였다. 프로그램의 목적은 대인문제해결 방안 탐색 및 평가, 대인문제해결 방안 효과적으로 실행, 대인관계 형성 및유지기술 증진이다. 활동마다 친밀감 형성하기, 신체 인식하기, 갈등 다루기 , 대안 제시하기, 규칙정하기, 변형 놀이에 참여하기를 주요내용으로 구성하였으며, 규칙이 없는 신체접촉 놀이 활동과 규칙이 있는 놀이 활동을 변형하는 활동을 단계별로 적용하였다. 교수학습 과정은 활동소개하기, 활동하기, 평가하기, 놀이변형하기 혹은 규칙수정하기, 활동하기,평가하기의 6 단계로 놀이 변형하기와 규칙 수정하기 단계에서 유아들이 신체 접촉에서의 문제점과 대안들을 제시하여 다시 놀이 활동을 재구성하도록 계획되었다.
유방암 세포주(T47D와 MDA-MB231)에서 Genistein의 세포주기 G2/M 정지 기전

Purpose: To analyze the effect of the growth control on human breast cancer cells with genistein treatment and to investigate the mechanism of genistein-induced G2/M arrest in T47D and MDA-MB231 breast carcinoma cells by Cdc25C expression. Methods: We analysed the proliferartion of the two cell lines by using MTT proliferation assay, flow cytometric analysis, real-time quantitative RT-PCR and western blotting and investigated the effect of genistein on cell survival, cellular toxicity, cell cycle progression-related genes and their mRNA and protein alterations. Results: The DNA flow cytometric analysis of both cell lines treated with genistein showed a dose-dependent growth inhibition and accumulation in the G2/M phase of cell cycle. The expression of p21 mRNA and protein increased in both cell lines following genistein treatment but p27 expression was unchanged. Furthermore,decreased Cdc25C expression with decreased polo-like kinase (PLK) 1 expression and increased PLK3 expression were observed after genistein treatment. The decreased level of Cdc25C in the nucleus was associated with decreased phosphorylation of Cdc25C by PLK1. The expression of PLK3was increased with a dose-dependent and a time-dependent manner and was associated with decreased Cdc25C expression. Check point kinase (CHK) 1 and CHK2 revealed different expression patterns each other. The CHK1 expression was independent of the presence of genestein. CHK2 expression increased in MDA-MB231 cells associated with decreased Cdc25C expression but not in T47D. Conclusion: These results suggest that genistein induces a G2/M arrest in human breast cancer cells, the mechanism of which is due, in part, to decreased in Cdc25C phosphatase by a regulatory effect of PLK1, PLK3, and CHK2 as well as increased expression of the cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor p21(WAF1/CIP1).

The purpose of this study is to suggest application of "vertical vision" in space analysis when we use Space Syntax as a key method. As a case study we chose a lecture building in a university campus, and analyzed space organization in three ways of floor plan assumption: for each applied normal way analysis and also new "vertical vision" analysis: We found that this new trial represents better than normal method in case of "atrium-like" major space in a building in terms of integration.

대뇌피질의 신경퇴행성 병변중 가장 흔한 AD의 조직학적 진단 기준은 전형적 노인반과 신경섬유 농축체의 분포와 밀도 등으로 볼 수 있다. AD의 병리 기선은 규명되어 있지 않으나 아밀로이드의 형성과 조직내 축적이 가장 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 아밀로이드의 축적만으로 치매 증상의 정도와 유의한 관계가 있을 것으로 생각되는 대뇌피질 전반에 걸친 신경섬유 농축체 등 신경세포 변성과 소실, 이에 수반된 신경접합부의 이상형성등의 기전을 다 설명할 수 없으며 이러한 분야들이 앞으로 해결해야 할 과제라 생각된다. Alzheimer's disease(AD) is the commonest form degenerative diseases of the cerebral cortex. The neuropathologically diagnostic criteria of AD are focused on the distrubution and numbers of senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles. Its pathogenesis is not fully elucidated until now. It is clear that the amyloidogenesis and its pathogenic activity are presently the dominant hypotheses concerning the AD development. However, they are not enough in understanding the diffuse neuronal degeneration such as neurofibrillary tangles, synaptic disconnection and neuronal loss which are related to the clinial dementia syndrome.

Until now, waste matters management has been depended on the landfill which occupies enormous space has overpassed the limits of acceptive ability. Because of various environmental problems concerning landfill, the government has lead to incineration, and helped local residents to manage their own waste matters themselves. Also, the government has been planning to increase waste incineration facilities as well.<br/> The main purpose of this study is to choose priority order of element; which is in order to extract elements about increasing the amount of gratification through evaluating efficiency of waste incineration facilities.
