        밀웜(갈색거저리) 분말 첨가량을 달리한 양갱의 품질특성

        This study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of Yanggaeng prepared with different concentrations of mealworm powder: 0, 1, 2, and 3%. Regarding the proximate composition, moisture, crude lipid and ash contents showed no significant differences among groups, while crude protein contents increased as the mealworm powder increased. The value of lightness (L) and yellowness (b) were higher in 3% added groups than those of control groups. Consumer acceptance test showed no significant differences between the controls and added groups were observed in color, smell, taste and overall acceptability. The total polyphenol content ranged from 19.87 to 51.37 mg GAE/100 g, exhibiting the increase with increasing mealworm powder level. DPPH radical scavenging activity and reducing power increased as the amount of mealworm powder increased. In conclusion, it is suggested that mealworm powder can be incorporated into Yanggaeng up to 3% without affecting the sensory quality of Yanggaeng.

        This paper presents a novel metaheuristic optimization algorithm, DECS-TAPS, to assist rapid computational evaluation of architectural design. DECS-TAPS was developed by hybridizing multiple classic algorithms, including pattern search, differential evolution, tabu search, and cuckoo search, to effectively balance out exploration and exploitation through informed random navigation. Zebroid, a Rhino Grasshopper plug-in for DECS-TAPS was implemented in a pilot architectural massing study of multiobjective optimization. Results demonstrated that DECS-TAPS efficiently finds a global optimal solution, given a number of geometric variables. Our work contributes to the advancement of architectural design optimization practice and further automation of rapid form generation in performance-based design.

        자극의 복잡성, 주의집중방식 및 연령에 따른 이분숫자청취 능력 비교

        본 연구는 한국어를 이용한 이분숫자청취검사를 자극의 복잡성, 주의집중방식, 연령에 따라 귀별로 수행능력을 측정함으로써 한국인의 청각정보처리능력과 이분숫자청취검사의 임상적유용성을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 2를 제외한 1-10까지의 한국어 숫자를 사용하여 1-4digit pair의 이분숫자청취검사의 음원을 제작하였다. 20대 성인 20명과 7 ~ 12세의 각 연령별 10씩 총 60명의 아동을 대상으로 이분숫자청취검사를 실시하였다. 첫째, 성인을 대상으로1-4 digit pair로 자극의 복잡성을 증가시켜 수행능력을 살펴본 결과, 자극 복잡성이 증가할수록 수행능력이 유의하게 감소하였으며 우측 귀 우세(right ear advantage, REA)도 증가하였다. 둘째, 첫 번째 실험과 동일한 대상자에게 3가지의 주의집중방식(Free-recall, Precued-Rt, Precued-Lt)에서 2와 3 digit pair의 조건을 이용하여 수행능력을 살펴본 결과, 주의집중방식에 영향을 덜 받는 것으로 나타났으나 자극의 복잡성을 2-3 digit pair로 증가하였을때, Free-recall, Precued-Rt, Precued-Lt 방식에서 모두 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 3digit pair의 경우 REA가 Free-recall과 Precued-Rt에서 보였으나 Precued-Lt에서는Precued-Lt조건에서 좌측 귀 우세효과 LEA(left ear advantage, LEA)를 보였다. 셋째, 아동과 성인을 대상으로 1과 2 digit pair 이분숫자청취검사를 실시하여 각 연령별 수행능력을 살펴본 결과, 연령이 증가할수록 1과 2 digit pair 모두에서 양측 귀 모두 수행능력이 증가하였다. REA는 연령이 증가할수록 감소하였는데 10세 이전에는 유의미하게 나타났으나 10세이후에는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과들은 전 연령대의 중추청각처리평가를 위한 효율적인 이분숫자청취검사 자극으로 Free-recall 방식의 2 digit이 적절하다는 것을 지지한다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study aimed to investigate auditory processing abilities in the adults and school-aged children by measuring effects of stimulus complexity, attention mode, and age on the dichotic listening tests. Korean digits (1-10, except 2) spoken by a male speaker were used in dichotic listening paradigms. Dichotic digit tests were conducted in a hierarchical set of dichotic digits (one-, two-, three-, or four-digit pairs) and attention modes (Free-recall, Precued-Rt or Precued-Lt). Twenty adults (aged 20-28 years) and sixty school-aged children (aged 7-12 years) participated in this study. The results of this study were summarized as follows; First, recognition performance decreased as the complexity of the dichotic digit tests increased. There were no significant recognition differences between oneand two-digit conditions. However, recognition performance decreased significantly with increased from three to four pairs. Recognition performance showed larger for the right ear than for the left ear. Second, there were no significant differences among the three attention modes. The REAs in all attention modes were obtained except for the Precued-Lt condition with three-digit pairs. Third, as the age increased from 7 to 12 years, recognition performance increased significantly from 67.00% to 94.25% for the right ear and from 53.00% to 91.50% for the left ear in the two-digit pair conditions. The REA decreased with age. There was no significant REA at the age of 10 years in the two-digit pair conditions and recognition performance approached the adult level at the age of 12 years. Dichotic listening tests are one of the most sensitive batteries for the evaluation of central auditory mechanism and processing. This study examined parameters of dichotic listening tests and the results suggest that the dichotic listening tests can be usefully applied for the evaluation of central auditory processing in the Korean school-aged and adult populations.

        오배자(Gallnut) 열수 추출물의 모발염색 및 염색견뢰도

        This study was to examine the effect of color and colorfastness depended on temperature and dyeing time by using hot water extract from Gallnut. The dyeing temperature was 25℃, 30℃, 50℃ and 70℃ and dyeing time was respectively 30, 50, 70, 90 minutes. The colorfastness was measured by the washing with shampoo and daylight. As the result, effect of color was lack gray and dependant of dyeing time and temperature. The effect of dyed hair which appeared at 30℃ was higher than others. The value of lightness, redness and yellow was measured 39.35, 0.80 and 0.83 respectively. The rate of colorfastness was decreased with repeating shampoo washing and daylight. The daylight was less decreasing than shampoo washing. From these results, we can confirm that the hot water extracts from Gallnut may be useful in the materials of hair coloring dye.

        질염 의심 환자에서 플라즈마 활성수 분사법을 이용한 질 세정 효과

        플라즈마 활성수(PAW)는 플라즈마에서 발생하는 이온 및 라디칼을 물과 반응시킴으로써 물속에 다양한 활성종이 포함되도록 한 기능성 물이다. 본 연구에서 사용되는 방법은 질염(의심) 환자에서 PAW를 질벽 주름에 분사하고 도포하여 질염 원인균을 세정 후 바로 흡입하여 제거할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 임상연구에서는 질염(의심) 환자 총 94명을 대상으로 무작위 배정 후 베타딘 처치와 PAW 분사법을 적용하였으며, 세정 효과는 세정 전과 후의 질 분비물을 이용하여 12종 STD PCR을 수행하였으며, 세정 전 STD PCR 결과가 음성인 피험자를 제외한 대조군(베타딘 처치) 40명과 시험군(PAW 분사) 46명의 결과를 분석하였다. 베타딘 처리군에서는 베타딘 처리 전 PCR 양성 환자가 처리 후에도 모두 양성으로 재확인되어 처치효과가 나타나지 않았으나, PAW 분사군에서는 세정 전과 후의 유의적인 감소율을 보였는데, 그 중에도 Mycoplasma hominis의 경우 세정효과가 30±15.28%, Ureaplasma urealyticum은 25±9.93%, Ureaplasma parvum은 23±8.42%(P<0.001), Candida albicans은 28±10.86%로 각각 나타났다. 그러므로 PAW를 이용한 세정만으로도 질염 원인균을 세정하는데 효과가 있음을 보여주었으므로 PAW 분사 세정방법은 화학적 소독제 및 항생제, 항진균제의 새로운 대안으로 임상적 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. Plasma-activated water (PAW) is functional water in which various ionized gases and free radicals that originated primarily from oxygen and nitrogen gases in the air and water. In this study, PAW was applied by spraying the vaginal wall of vaginitis (suspected) patients, and the vaginal cleansing effect of PAW was evaluated by the sterilization effect on various vaginitis-causing microorganisms. In this clinical study, a total of 94 vaginitis (suspected) patients were randomly assigned, and the vaginal cleansing effect was compared and evaluated by applying betadine treatment (control) and PAW spray method. Vaginal secretions were collected before and after cleansing, and the cleansing effect of infectious microorganisms was evaluated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for 12 types of vaginitis causative microorganisms (STD). PCR results for infectious microorganisms were compared and analyzed for betadine (control, n=40) and PAW groups (experimental, n=46), excluding subjects with negative STD PCR results before washing. In the case of the control group, PCR-positive patients before betadine treatment were all positive after treatment, and no treatment effect was observed. However, in the experimental group, a significant decrease was observed after treatment compared to before treatment, with Mycoplasma hominis 30±15.28%, Ureaplasma urealyticum 25±9.93%, Ureaplasma parvum 23±8.42%, and Candida albicans 28±10.86%. Also, through comparison between the two groups, it was confirmed that PAW had a better cleansing effect than betadine. Therefore, spray treatment using PAW is expected to be clinically applied to vaginal cleaning of patients with suspected vaginitis as a new alternative to chemical disinfectants, antibiotics, and antifungals.

        The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the residential environment around 124 Wooi-dong, and to present eco-friendly solutions and development directions. The analysis data was collected through interviews with 18 residents from March 29 to April 2, 2019. The final goal is to investigate the village"s physical environment, draw advantages and disadvantages, and present the direction of village development through consultation with the residents" questionnaire. The disadvantages of the village"s physical environment are as follows. ; 1) Lack of outdoor rest areas, 2) Lack of cultural facilities (lack of communication space), 3) The number of old houses increased, 4) Low utilization of green areas around the area. Therefore, physical plans for village development are proposed as follows. ; 1) Creating a shelter outside the village, 2) Improving road pavement, 3) Breaking down the fence, 4) Rainwater storage and reutilization.

        기생초와 각시취 새싹채소의 항산화 효과에 미치는 녹화처리 기간의 영향

        기생초와 각시취 새싹채소의 녹화처리에 따른 항산화 활성, 항산화 물질 및 지질과산화 억제효과를 분석한 결과, DPPH radical 소거능은 기생초(3일 녹화), ABTS radical 소거능은 기생초(1일 녹화), Fe²? chelating 효과는 기생초(3일 녹화), 총 폴리페놀 함량은 각시취(1일 녹화), 총 플라보노이드 함량은 기생초(0일 녹화), 지질과산화 억제 효과는 기생초(1일 녹화) 새싹채소에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타나 기생초 새싹채소가 각시취 새싹채소보다 항산화 효과가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시판중인 콩, 완두, 적채, 브로콜리의 새싹채소보다 각시취와 기생초 새싹채소의 항산화 효과가 우수하여 두 종 모두 기능성 항산화 식품으로 개발할 가치가 매우 높음을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 재배 중 녹화처리 기간은 새싹채소의 항산화 효과에 뚜렷한 영향을 미쳤으며, 각 기능의 종류에 따라 적정 녹화처리 기간이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 항산화 기능성 새싹채소를 재배하기 위해서는 식물 종과 목표로 하는 항산화 기능에 따라 녹화방법을 달리해야 할 것으로 생각되었다. Present studies were conducted to examine the effects of different treatments on antioxidant activities, antioxidant levels and inhibition of lipid peroxidation in sprout vegetables of Coreopsis tinctoria and Saussurea pulchella. C. tinctoria exhibited higher scavenging activities on DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radicals by 3 days of greening, higher ABTS?? [(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diammonium salt] scavenging activities by 1 day, higher ferrous ion chelating effects by 3 days, higher flavonoid contents by 1 day, and higher inhibition of peroxidation of lipids by 1 day. Sprout vegetable of S. pulchella showed higher levels of polyphenol compounds after 1 day treatment. Both species had higher antioxidant activities compared to commercially available sprout vegetables such as bean, pea, red cabbage, and broccoli, demonstrating the great potential for use as sprout vegetables. As period of greening treatment influences antioxidant activities of vegetables, it seems to be reasonable that different greening periods should employed during vegetable growth to get maximum benefits out of sprout vegetables, like the 2 species tested in this research.
