        This study was undertaken to optimize enucleation and reconstitution methods for the production of cloned mice by somatic cell nuclear transfer Outbred ICR mouse oocytes at the metapahse- II stage were retrieved from female mice superovulated by PMSG and hCG. In Experiment 1, oocytes were enucleated in medium supplemented with cytochalasin B (CCB) of 3 levels (0, 7.5 or 15 /mL), and higher rate of encleation was obtained at 7.5 and 15 /mL than at /mL. In Experiment 2, oocytes enucleated in 7.5 /mL CCB-containing medium were reconstituted with different types of somatic cell by following methods; 1) cumulus cells by direct cell injection, 2) cumulus cells by electric fusion (1.25 kV/cm, 2 pulses for each 70 ) or 3) STO cells by the electrofusion. Electrofusion of STO cells with enucleated oocytes yielded the greatest (P<0.05) rate of reconstitution without lysis (76%) than any other combinations. Although significant decrease in the rate of somatic cell introduction was found, the electrofusion of cumulus cells yielded better rate of reconstitution than direct injection (0 vs. 18%). In Experiment 3, the duration of electric stimulation for the fusion was changed to either 50 or 90 , but no significant improvement of reconstitution efficacy was obtained. In conclusion, this study showed that ICR mouse oocytes could be used for the production of reconstituted oocytes and a fusion method of 1.25 KV/cm with 2 pulses using 570 cell was the optimal.

        Impacts of A Hotel Website Quality on Customers’ Satisfactions, Attitudes and Revisit Intentions

        The purposes of the study were to identify constructs of website quality and to examine which constructs of the perceived website quality were significant predictors of overall satisfaction with the hotel website, attitude toward the hotel website, intention to revisit the hotel website, overall satisfaction with the hotel, attitude toward the hotel, and intention to revisit the hotel. Our study finding supports prior research that website quality is multi-dimensional. Ease of use and information/content, visual appeal, responsiveness, and security/privacy of perceived website quality were found to be significant predictors of the overall satisfaction with the website, attitude toward the website and intention to revisit the website. Out of four factors, ease of use and information/content was the strongest predictor. A significant distinction of this study from prior research was that data were collected with those who actually stayed at a hotel after visiting the hotel’s website. Visual appeal was found to be the significant predictor of customer satisfaction with the hotel, attitude toward the hotel, and intention to revisit the hotel. It is assumed that customers’ satisfaction, attitude toward the hotel and revisit intention are influenced mainly by the customers’ onsite experiences of the hotel, instead of the experiences with the hotel website at the pre-trip stage. However, memories related to the visual appeal of the hotel website still influence customers’ perceptions about the hotel and judgments while staying at the hotel. Theoretical and managerial implications and study limitations were discussed based on the study findings.

        직장인에서 작업특성 및 직무스트레스가 건강행태에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of job characteristics and occupational stress on health related behavior. Methods: Eight thousand five hundred twenty two workers (21-65 years of age) who recruited from a nationwide sample in Korea completed a self-administered questionnaire regarding socio-demographic factors, job characteristics, healthrelated behaviors such as alcohol consumption, current smoking status & exercise, and occupational stress assessed by Korean Occupational Stress Scale. Multivariate analyses were conducted to analyze the association of occupational stress and job characteristics with health behavior according to gender separately. Results: In male, the problem drinking was positively associated with older age, lower educational level, some industries such as ‘transport,’ ‘wholesale and retail trade’ industries, difficult physical environment, insufficient job control,inadequate social support, job insecurity, and organizational injustice. Current smoking was positively associated with younger age, lower educational level, single marital status, lower incomes,‘transport’ industry and high job demand. The rate of regular exercise was negatively associated with lower incomes, shift works, and the 'electricity, gas and water supply' industies, high job demand, insufficient job control, inadequate social support, job insecurity, and lack of reward. ‘Financial institutions and insurance’ industry. Conclusion: Occupational stress and certain industrial classification have impact on health related lifestyles in Korean male employees. 연구배경: 본 연구는 한국인 근로자에서 어떠한 작업특성이나 직무스트레스가 음주, 흡연 및 운동 등의 건강행태와 더 높은 관련성을 보이는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: 2005년 4월부터 10월까지 근로자 8,522명(남, 5,888명;여, 2,634명)을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 사회인구학적 특성, 직업적 특성, 음주와 흡연 및 운동여부, 직무스트레스(Korean Occupational Stress Scale, KOSS)를 조사하였다. 성별로 각각 문제음주, 현재흡연, 정기적인 운동군을 종속변수로 두고 이러한 건강행태에 영향을 끼치는 기본변수들과KOSS의 하위척도를 독립변수로 두고 로지스틱 회귀분석을실시하였다. 결과: 남자에서 40세 이상, 건설업, 도매 및 소매업, 숙박 및 음식점업, 금융 및 보험업, 공공수리 및 개인 서비스업, 운수업이문제음주를 유발하는 요인으로 나타났다. 30세 이하, 저학력,미혼, 저소득, 운수업은 흡연율을 높이는 것으로 나타났고 저소득, 주간근무, 금융 및 보험업에서 정기적으로 운동하는 비율이 낮았다. 또한 KOSS의 하위척도중 어려운 물리환경, 불충분한 직무자율성, 부적절한 사회적 지지, 직무불안정, 조직불평등이 높을수록 문제음주가 유의하게 증가하였고 직무요구도가 높을수록 현재 흡연자의 비율이 유의하게 증가하였으며 직무요구도, 불충분한 직무자율성, 부적절한 사회적 지지, 직무 불안정, 보상 부적절이 높을수록 비정기적 운동의 비율이 증가하였다. 여자는 40-49세에서 문제음주율이 낮았고저학력, 미혼, 비정규직 근무가 흡연율을 높이는 것으로 나타났으며 30세 미만, 교대근무에서 정기적으로 운동하는 비율이 낮았다. 또한 KOSS의 하위척도중 다만 직무요구도가 높을수록 정기적으로 운동하는 비율을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 결론: 한국인 남자 근로자에서 특정 직무 스트레스와 산업분류 특성이 음주, 흡연, 운동등의 건강행태와 관련이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        사회적 배제 경험이 소비자의 신기술 사용 의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: We can easily experience social exclusion in our daily lives. This study was conducted to confirm the effect of social exclusion on the intention to use new technologies (e.g., VR, MR, or autonomous vehicle) in a rapidly changing modern society and the mediating effect of prevention focus in the process. Research design, data, and methodology: To test our hypotheses, we conducted two experiments. In experiment 1, we manipulated social exclusion and performed a between-subject design. We empirically tested the hypothesis using logistic regression. In experiment 2, one hundred twenty-one subjects participated. To investigate prevention focus as a mediator, the data was analyzed using Process model 4 with 5000 bootstrap samples. Results: The results of the experimental study demonstrated that the group who experienced social exclusion showed less intention to use new technologies than the group who experienced social inclusion. In addition, we found that the experience of social exclusion affects consumers’ prevention focus, reducing the intention to use new technologies. Also, from a managerial aspect, with the growth of the market and shortening of technologies’ lifecycle, it is important to understand the factors influencing consumer adoption of new technologies.

      • 북한이탈주민에 대한 청소년의 인식 분석과 다문화교육 방향 모색

        Korea is the only divided nation in the world. According to the preliminary report of the Ministry of Unification in September 2017, the total number of defectors is 31,093. In order for South Korea to overcome the conflicts between the two Koreas and to prepare and achieve unified Korea in the near future, it is very necessary to understand and study the reality of North Korean defectors and their suffering due to alienation, discrimination and prejudice that they feel in South Korean society. This will be reflected and helped in the multicultural research and education of Korea, which is rapidly progressing into a multicultural society. The number of North Korean refugees is increasing and is being influxed into South Korean society by various age groups such as age and education. As a result, education and systems for North Korean defectors are available, but no education is provided at the educational sites related to their understanding and North Korean defectors. It is enough that the school district grasps the number of students at each school every semester. In fact, most young people in middle and high school do not even know the term "defectors", and they do not know what reason and process they come to Korea to settle and live in. Most of them do not know about the reality of defectors. In this study, we interviewed 8 middle and high school students in Busan ​​city to find out how young people think about defectors, what kind of educational and understanding efforts they have made, It aims to find educational implications for students in society.

      • 전자상거래 환경하에서 공정성과 진정성이 회복만족에 미치는 영향

        With the rapid growth of the internet, electronic commerce has become accepted as one of the major purchasing channels for consumers. As more and more consumers search for and purchase products through the internet, intra-industry competition of electronic commerce has become fierce Therefore, electronic commerce service providers pay attention to factors that prevent existing customers from leaving there services in the service failure situation In this study, we suggest that procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice and authenticity have positive inpacts on recovery satisfaction. In addition, we also propose that involvement plays moderating roles in the relationships between procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice, authenticity and recovery satisfaction. The emprirical results support the proposed model and partly identify the moderating effect of involvement differences. We expect that this result will provide researchers and managers who are interested in electronic commerce service failure recovery with useful theoretical and practical implications.

      • 전자상거래 환경에서의 서비스 실패 회복 과정에 관한 연구

        본 연구를 통해 전자상거래 환경하에서 서비스 실패 후 회복 과정에 대한 공정성과 진정성이 회복 만족에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 더불어, 공정성이라는 인지적 요소와 진정성이라는 감정적 요소가 미치는 영향력이 제품의 관여도라는 조절 효과에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 서비스 실패 회복 과정에서 공정성의 3가지 하위 요소의 가중치도 파악해 볼 수 있으며, 회복 만족을 이끄는 주요한 선행 변수도 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 서비스 회복 만족이라는 태도 요인이 추천의도 및 재구매의도와 같은 행동 요인을 촉발해낼 수 있는지에 대해서도 파악해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 전자상거래 환경하에서 서비스 회복 노력에 대한 지각된 공정성과 진정성이 회복 만족에 미치는 영향력의 결과를 실증적으로 보여줌으로써 서비스 기업들에게 보다 구체적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것이고, 회복 노력의 중요성에 대한 인식을 제고시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다.

        시중 일반우유와 포름알데히드로 보호 처리된 어유 첨가 사료를 먹인 DHA 강화우유의 안전성 연구

        Our objective in this study is to assess the safety of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) fortified milk of dairy cows fed feeds containing protected fish oil treated with formaldehyde by analyzing formaldehyde concentration in commercial milk and DHA fortified milk of dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feed. There are 3 milk samples in this study: Commercial milk (CM), DHA fortified milk for Kid (DHA-K) and DHA fortified milk for Baby (DHA-B). We confirm the fresh quality of these three samples by physicochemical tests. In fat content result, three groups are significantly different at the p < 0.05 by Duncan's multiple range test, but fat content of group DHA-K is about half the level of the other two groups. Protein content of group DHA-K is 1% higher than other two groups. According to the analysis result of DHA content of DHA fortified milk, DHA content of DHA-B is two-fold higher than DHA-K. Similar pattern was seen in the intake based on age. According to HPLC analysis result of formaldehyde concentration in milk, commercial milk and DHA fortified milk are between 0.013 ppm and 0.057 ppm which is formaldehyde standard level in fresh milk settled in WHO (World Health Organization). Three groups have no significantly differences at the p < 0.05 by Duncan’s multiple range test. For this reason, it can be concluded that there is no transition of formaldehyde from dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feeds to its produced milk. Safety about formaldehyde of DHA fortified milk of dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feeds is considered similar to commercial milk.

        Impacts of SNS Attachment and Travel Product Satisfaction on Motivations for Sharing Product Experiences on SNSs

        This study investigated main and interaction effects of SNS attachment and travel product satisfaction on motivations for sharing product experiences on SNSs. The SNS attachment and the travel product satisfaction were significantly positively associated with motivations for knowledge distribution, knowledge storing, nostalgia, enjoyment and social interaction. The SNS attachment was significantly positively associated with motivations for symbolic expression and identity seeking. Results of further analyses indicated that when people had the higher levels of the SNS attachment and product satisfaction, they were more likely to share information on SNSs to express positive feelings, compared to those who had the lower levels of the SNS attachment and product satisfaction. When people had a higher level of the SNS attachment and a lower level of product satisfaction, they were more likely to share information on SNSs to express negative feeling. However, when they had a lower level of the SNS attachment, they were less likely to express negative feeling on SNSs regardless of product satisfaction. Theoretical and managerial implications as well as limitations of the study were discussed.
