        수요자 특성별 주거선택 결정요인 분석

        이 연구는 주거선택 결정요인의 중요도를 AHP 분석을 통해 각 요인의 상대적 중요도 를 밝혀 그 평가체계의 이론적 토대를 제안하고, 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 하여 어떠한 요소들이 주거선택 결정요인으로 작용하는지 분석하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아파트에 거주하고 있는 수요자들은 주거지 선택 시 미래요인보다 현재 요인을 더 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수요자의 특성에 따라 주거지에 대한 인식이 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 성별, 연 령대, 결혼상태, 미성년 자녀 수, 가족 구성원 수, 소득수준, 거주유형, 현재 주거지역에 따라 주거지에 대한 인식이 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 종합하여 보면, 수요자들은 기본적으로 현재 요인에 대해 더 중요하게 인식하고 있지만, 여성, 높은 소득수준, 자가 거주, 서울 강남권에 거주 하는 경 우에는 미래요인을 더욱 중요시하는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to conduct an AHP analysis on the factors that determine the satisfaction level of the people who made a choice on their place of residence and identify their relative importance to suggest a theoretical basis of their evaluation system. This study was conducted with the residents of apartments, and the researcher examined the theoretical background on what kind of factors were in play when they made a choice on their place of residence and how satisfied they were with their decisions. This was followed by the identification of a system of the decision-making factors with their residences based on existing study results. The findings in this study were as follows; First, the potential buyers who were living in an apartment considered the present factor to be more important compared to the future factor. Second, based on the characteristics of the potential buyers, their awareness on the place of the residence turned out to be different. Gender, age, marital status, number of minor children, number of people in the family, income level, type of residence, and the location of their current residences were found to make a difference in terms of their awareness on their place of residence. In conclusion, potential buyers valued the present factors more importantly in general, while females, those with a higher income level, homeowners, or those who lived in Gangnam district of Seoul valued future factors more.

        수요자 특성별 주거선택 결정요인 분석

        상업시설 입지요인의 풍수적 해석

        A Study on the Interpretation of Feng shui Factors in the Commercial Facility Location Analysis - Focused on the Multiple Auctions in Jung-gu, Seoul -Using the multiple auctions in Jung-gu, Seoul as a focal point, this study aims to analyze the interpretation of environmental factors in the location analysis of commercial facilities. The research focuses on the study of commercial facility locations, specifically in terms of their relationship with environmental factors.The research methodology includes the following steps: 1. Data Collection - Collect data related to commercial facility locations in Jung-gu, Seoul, particularly those obtained through multiple auctions. - Gather data on environmental factors such as geographic characteristics, natural environment (landscape, water, mountains, etc.), and geographical location. 2. Data Preprocessing - Preprocess the collected data to transform it into a suitable format for analysis - Cleanse the data and extract relevant variables for the study. 3. Environmental Factors Analysis: - Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze the environmental factors related to commercial facility locations. - Conduct spatial analysis to identify patterns and relationships between commercial facilities and environmental factors. 4. Interpretation and Evaluation - Interpret the results of the analysis to gain insights into the interpretation of environmental factors in cmmercial facility location analysis - Evaluate the significance and impact of environmental factors on commercial facility locations in Jung-gu, Seoul. 5. Conclusion and Recommendations:Summarize the findings and draw conclusions based on the interpretation of environmental factors in commercial facility location analysis - Provide recommendations for future decision-making processes regarding commercial facility locations, taking into account the identified environmental factors. By conducting this study, we aim to contribute to the understanding and interpretation of environmental factors in the location analysis of commercial facilities, specifically focusing on the multiple auctions in Jung-gu, Seoul.

      • 유치원교육을 위한 임상장학의 모형개발

        1. 본 연구는 유치원 임상장학의 모형개발을 위한 이론적 군거로서, 문헌분석을 통해 암상장학의 기초이론을 정리하고, 미국의 대표적인 임상장학 모형으로 인정되고 있는 Cogan, Goldhammer, Acheson과 Gall의 모형을 검토 분석하였다. 또한 외국의 여러 학자들이 제시한 임상장학의 모형을 기초로 하여 우리나라의 교육현장에 적용할 수 있도록 개발된 임상장학의 모형들을 정리해 보았다. 2. 유치원 원장·원감, 교사들의 임상장학에 대한 실시 정도와 요구정도를 조사해 봄으로써 모형개발의 실제적 근거를 마련하였다. 임상장학에 대한 전체적인 인식경향에서 실시정도와 요구정도간에 전반적으로 뚜렷한 차이가 있었으며, 원장 ·원감과 교사 모두 실시정도보다 요구정도에 높은 반응을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 임상장학의 실시정도에 대한 원장·원감과 교사간 차이에서는 두 집단 모두 중간정도의 점수를 나타내고 있어 이것은 유치원내에서 임상장학과 비슷한 형태를 원내장학활동으로 실시하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 임상장학의 요구정도에 대한 원장·원감과 교사간 차이에서는 두 집단 모두“매우 필요하다”에 가깝게 반응하여 높은 수준으로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 3. 이러한 이론적 근거와 실제적 근거를 바탕으로 우리의 유치원 실정에 맞으며 교사의 교수학습 개선을 위한 유치원 임상장학 모형을 개발하였다. 모형개발에 사용한 주요 방법은 체제접군 방식이다. 장학담당자와 교사의 관계 및 장학활동을 하나의 체제로 보고 계획(plan)-실행(do)-평가(see)와 환류활동(feed back)을 통한 체계적인 절차에 따른 장학활동 모형이다. The prupose of this study is to develop a clinical supervision model for kindergarten which practicaly improve teachers' teaching capabilities in kindergarten. The specific questions of this study are as follows : 1. What are the steps and specific qualtities of the typical supervision models developed so far? 2. What are the needs of the basic assumptions and methoes of the kindergarten clinical supervision? 3. What is the basic structure of a clinical supervision which is able to satisfy the needs of kind ergarten education. The processes and the methods of this study are composed of the followig two steps. 1. To find out the present of the kindergarten clinical supervision the subjects were 200 private kindergarten teachers, presidents, and vice-presidents, and 100 public kindergarten teachers. The questionnaire was used to find out how deeply the presidents, vice-presidents, and the teachers think the clinical supervisions in practice, and how eagerly they ask them. The data were analyzed by paired test, percentage, and x²-test, accordingly the average and the standard deviation were produced. 2. The development of the kindergarten clinical supervision model. The new model was developed on the basis of the related documents and the interpretation of the analysis of study. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The requirements from the teachers, the presidents and the vice-presidents for kindergarten clinical supervisio. There was an apparent difference between their requirements and practical applications on the basic assuiptions and methods of a clinical supevision. They all strongly asked more practical application. 2. The model of kindergarten clinical supervision. The model designed in this study had four stages: PRE-OBSERVATION-(1) establishing the school inspector-teacher relationships, (2) selection of instruction improvement problem, (3) planning pbservation, (4) planning post-obwervation con ference. ACTIVITIES OF OBSERVATION : practicing the instruction, (2) observing the instruc tion, (3) arranging the results of the instruction observation POST-OBSERVATION CONFERENCE-(1) analyzing and discussing the data, (2) solving the nstruction problem ad choosing the instruction improvement factors, (3) providing return EVALUATION AND APPLICATION-(1) self-evaluation ane return, (2) dedision of the insturction model.         大分淸飮이 白鼠 의 급성 간손상에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of Daeboonchung-eum water extract (DBCE) on the acute hepatic injury in rats. DBCE reduced the value of s-GPT and s-GOT in acute hepatic intoxicated rats and the sleeping time induced by CCl4, but DBCE did not affect the value of s-GPT and s-GOT in acute hepatic intoxicated rats and the sleeping time induced by thioacetamide or D-galactosamine. Also, DBCE decreased the half-life of sulfobromophthalein in CCl4-intoxicated rats and the total bilirubin in α-naphthylisothiocyanate-induced cholestasis. These results suggest that DBCE has a protective effect for acute hepatic injury caused by some factor.

      • 중국 직장여성의 의복 구매행동 연구

        The purposes of this study was to investigate the clothing purchasing behavior of Chinese career women and the awareness and purchasing experience of Korean apparel brand. The data was collected from 662 Chinese 20 · 30's career women using questionnaire and analysed by frequency analysis, means using SPSS package. The results of this study were as follows: The clothing purchasing motives of Chinese career women were 'because the season changed' and 'to express one's own individuality'. In using informants, they were influenced by 'display of shop', 'the past purchasing experience' and 'friends or colleague' The clothing selection standards were 'fitness' and 'design'. For store selection, they consider importantly 'product quality', 'price' and 'salesperson's service'. The clothing purchasing place were 'first class department store' and 'famous brand shop'. Most Chinese career women like to so shopping during weekend and periods of brand sales. For paying method, they still like to use cash more than credit cards, because credit card is not popular in China yet. After they have purchased clothing they were satisfied with design, color and fitness of clothing products, but dissatisfied with the parking system of the shop and public transportation. In the estimation of Korean apparel procucts, more than 50% of subjects have known about Korean apparel brand.
