        방정환의 소설 「流帆」 연구

        이 논문은 방정환의 초기 소설 「流帆」(흘러가는 돛)이 지닌 문학사적 위치를 진단하고 재평가를 시도한 연구이다. 「유범」은 『개벽』창간호에 ‘목성’이라는 필명으로 발표한 소파 방정환의 소설이다. 본고는 1919년 3 · 1운동 이후, 이를 소재로 취한 최초의 항일 저항소설로서 방정환의 소설「유범」을 재평가하였다. 이 소설은 표층적으로는 연애서사를 다루고 있지만, 학생들의 비밀결사 활동과 3 · 1 만세운동과 관련된 서사를 은닉시키고 ‘독립’에 대한 서사 욕망을 뚜렷하게 부조해 낸다. 본고는 방정환의 소설 「유범」에 내포된 항일 저항적 성격을 밝히기 위해 ‘서사 공간’과 ‘서사 전략’의 측면을 나누어 분석하였다. ‘서사 공간’에서는 일제에 의해 삭제된 ‘4행’의 시편에 내포된 ‘독립’ 기표화의 전략과 소설의 무대가 된 인상산 ‘곱은성’의 지리학적 상상력에 대해 논의하였다. ‘서사 전략’의 측면에서는 「유범」에 나타난 은어의 양상을 검열 제도와 관련지어 해석하고, 소설에서 제시되고 있는 ‘오후 2시’ 기표를 ‘3 · 1운동’ 당시 ‘조선독립선언’을 발표하던 시점과 결부하여 해석하였다. 은어의 사용, 생략적 대화, 시간 축약, 공간 암시, 지시 대상의 생략 등 「유범」의서술 기법을 분석하였다. This study makes a diagnosis of the literary position that「Yoo-bum」(a flowing sail), Bang Jung Hwan"s early fiction has. And this study attempts to revalue it.「Yoo-bum」was the only fiction that the first issue of『Gae-byuk』 contained. It was also the first work of fiction that was dealt with of students" secret society activities and March First independence movement since the March First movement of 1919. It was published under a pseudonym of "Moksung’(the shepherd of stars), when the publication was made. So this work did not become well known as Bang Jung Hwan"s fiction in the history of general literature. In the mean time,「Yoo-bum」, Bang Jung Hwan"s fiction has been studied on the level of "a love story" several times. But the resistant elements to Japan of this fiction has actually been ignored. In fact, this fiction was equipped with the narrative that internalized March First independence movement. Lots of works have been produced in large quantities since Korea"s emancipation. However, the status of the korean literature history of this fiction is unrivaled in terms of nerrativizing those themes in the censorship of Japanese imperialism since the March First movement of 1919. Most of all,「Yoo-bum」was also the only writing that cinematized the word of "independence" for the polling booth in the middle of going through the whole of the first issue of『Gae-byuk』. Having views on these points, this study analyzes how Bang Jung Hwan internalized his narrative desire of "Bang Jung Hwan(an intellectual as well as a young man at that time)"s independence" in his fiction「Yoo-bum」. This study analyzes the implied narrative techniques such as the use of jargon, an elliptical talk, time short, omission of the subject to instructions which 「Yoo-bum」practically used while it stood against the system of the censorship of Japanese imperialism. And this study illuminates the literary value of「Yoo-bum」 as the first anti-Japan fiction resistance since the March First movement of 1919. On discussing these things, this study examines the organic relevance between the preparation process of March First independence movement and Bang Jung Hwan"s experiential narrative in terms of a cultural history.

        2008-2009년 국내 폐사 야생조류 및 동물 체내의 잔류농약 분석

        Pesticides are useful to eliminate harmful insects and grow crops however, misuse and abuse of pesticides may cause a death of wild birds, livestock, and companion animals. We analyzed residual pesticides in the ingesta and tissues from the dead wild birds, livestock, and companion animals which were suspected pesticide poisoning based on the diagnosis of the Animal Disease Diagnostic Center of National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS). The samples were primarily brought to NVRQS from local communities and veterinary diagnostic laboratories. The 231 suspicious samples of pesticide poisoning based on the necropsy were analyzed by GC/NPD, GC/FPD, GC/ECD, or GC/MSD in 2008 and 2009. Pesticides were identified from the 55 samples of total 143 samples analyzed in 2008 and from the 34 samples of total 88 samples analyzed in 2009. The pesticide identification rates in 2008 were higher than the rates in 2009. It may have relevance to the increased samples with the outbreak of avian influenza in 2008 in Korea. The concentrations of pesticides found in the dead animals varied and exceeded the respective $LD_{50}$ of pesticides in many cases. Monochrotophos, phosphamidon, and methomyl were the most common pesticides found and those pesticides are high rank sales in Korea. The cause of pesticide poisoning in animal is assuming a misuse and an abuse of commonly used pesticides in Korea.

        ICP/MS를 이용한 축산물의 유해중금속 분석방법 및 숙련도 검증

        The analytical method of trace toxic metals in livestock products was confirmed and validated through certified reference material (CRM) and the international proficiency tests. There are some difficulties to determine low levels of toxic metals in livestock products because of interferences due to the matrix. The recoveries of CRM (NIST 1577c) ranged from 73.9 to 119% for lead and from 86.4 to 111% for cadmium in bovine liver. The international proficiency tests were carried out with the milk powder and cocoa powder samples including metals provided by Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme (FAPAS$^{(R)}$, UK). The test samples were prepared by microwave digestion using solution of $HNO_3:H_2O_2:H_2O$ (v/v/v = 5 : 2 : 4) and analyzed by ICP/MS. The analytical result of cadmium in milk powder was $121{\mu}g/kg$ with -0.3 of the z-score compared to the assigned value of $131{\mu}g/kg$ by FAPAS$^{(R)}$. The analytical results of lead and cadmium in cocoa powder were $29.2{\mu}g/kg$ and $97.6{\mu}g/kg$, respectively, which satisfied the assigned values of $34.2{\mu}g/kg$ for lead and $126{\mu}g/kg$ for cadmium by FAPAS$^{(R)}$. It is verified that the analytical method is accurate and reliable to determine trace lead and cadmium in livestock products by microwave digestion and ICP/MS.

        과체중 소아의 부비동염에 대한 한방 치료 2례

        Objectives : The purpose of this clinical study is to investigate effectiveness of oriental medical treatment for sinusitis in the two overweight children. Methods : This study was performed for two 5-years old of age and overweight (BMI>90th percentile) children with sinusitis who visited the clinic. The symptoms of sinusitis are rhinorrhea, poor sleep due to nasal congestion, cough, sputum. Oriental herb medicines(Kami-Hyunggyeyungyotang and Kami-Cheonggeumganghwatang), moxibustion, nebulizer and aroma nasal spray were treated to two children. The progress of treatment for sinusitis was evaluated through the subjective symptoms and endoscope inspection. Results & Conclusions : After oriental medical treatment, the subjective symptoms and endoscope inspection were improved in all two children. Our results suggested that oriental medical treatment have effective to alleviate the symptoms of sinusitis in overweight children.

        H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 촉매 전환에 의해 생성된 건식산화제를 이용한 NO 산화에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 촉매 상 $H_2O_2$ 전환에 의해 건식산화제가 생성되었으며, 이를 이용한 NO 산화 공정에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 건식산화제를 생성하기 위한 $H_2O_2$ 촉매 전환에 관한 실험을 수행한 결과, Mn계 촉매의 성능이 가장 우수하였으며, 이를 통해 생성된 건식산화제를 NO 산화공정에 주입하여 다양한 운전조건에서 NO 산화특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과, $H_2O_2$ 주입량, 산화반응온도, 그리고 공간속도가 NO 산화율에 크게 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고, 산화반응온도와 $H_2O_2$ 주입량이 증가할수록 NO 산화효율이 증가하였으며, 공간속도가 증가할수록 NO 산화효율이 감소하였다. In this study, the NO oxidation using dry oxidant produced by catalytic $H_2O_2$ conversion was conducted. It was shown that Mn-based $Fe_2O_3$ support catalyst has the best performance in the catalytic $H_2O_2$ conversion and its combined-NO oxidation. The reaction characteristics of NO oxidation was investigated by the various operation conditions such as $H_2O_2$ amount, oxidation temperature and space velocity. As a results, the oxidation efficiency of NO greatly depends on the oxidation reaction temperature, $H_2O_2$ amount and space velocity. The performance of NO oxidation was increased with increasing the oxidation temperature and $H_2O_2$ amount. Also, the performance of NO oxidation was decreased with increasing the space velocity.

        외국인의 출신국적과 관여도에 따른 한국 음식에 대한 태도와 한국 음식점 이용 행태

        The purpose of this study was to examine foreigners' attitudes toward Korean foods and Korean cuisine restaurants based on their nationality such as USA/Canada. Europe, China, and Philippine. Also, this study compared foreigners' attitudes between high and low involvement group using their visiting frequency. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 247 foreigners who reside in Seoul. Chinese had highest knowledge of Korean foods but Filipino had the lowest one. American/Canadian and European considered Korean food as not expensive however, Chinese and Filipino did it as expensive. And, American/Canadian and European were more satisfied with Korean cuisine restaurants and higher revisit intention to Korean cuisine restaurants than Chinese and Filipino. Also, American/Canadian, European, and Chinese' had higher intentions to recommend Korean cuisine restaurants than Filipino did. There were significant differences between high and low involvement groups regarding attitudes toward Korean foods, knowledge of Korean foods, intentions to revisit and recommend Korean cuisine restaurants. The implications of the results were discussed.

        자외선으로 유도된 섬유아세포 손상에 대한 해양소재 추출물의 항산화 보호효과

        자외선은 생체 내 활성산소 생성 증가와 내인성 항산화 효소 및 항산화제 감소를 통하여 광노화 과정을 촉진하는 대표적인 외부 환경인자로 알려져 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 12종의 다양한 해양소재 추출물(김, 다시마, 모려, 모자반, 미역, 석결명, 청각, 해룡, 해마, 해삼, 파래, 톳)을 이용하여 기본적인 자유라디칼 소거능 실험을 바탕으로, 자외선 B 조사로 인한 세포독성 및 산화적 사멸을 억제하고 세포 내 항산화 기능을 강화시킬 수 있는 천연 항산화 피부보호 소재를 발굴하고자 하였다. 해양소재 추출물의 라디칼 소거능을 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay로 비교 측정한 결과 미역, 모자반, 다시마, 해마, 석결명, 모려, 해룡의 순으로 항산화력을 나타내었다. 이후 in vitro 세포 실험에서 자외선 B를 섬유아세포주인 HS68 세포에 노출시킨 경우 세포 독성이 유발되어 사멸이 진행되었으며 이는 모자반, 석결명, 청각, 해마 열수 추출물을 처리한 경우 현저히 억제되었다. 특히, 자외선 B로 인한 세포손상은 세포 내 활성산소종의 축적으로 인한 것임을 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCF-DA) 형광염색법으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 활성산소종의 생성은 모자반, 석결명, 청각, 해마 열수 추출물을 처리한 경우 유의적으로 감소되었다. 한편, 이러한 항산화 작용은 대표적인 내인성 항산화 효소인 catalase, superoxide dismutase 및 heme oxygenase-1의 발현 증가로 매개되었다. 이상의 결과는 모자반, 석결명, 청각, 해마 등의 해양소재가 항산화 작용을 통하여 산화적 스트레스가 매개하는 피부손상과 노화과정을 예방 및 보호하는 새로운 화장품 천연소재로의 활용 가능성을 제시한다. Ultraviolet is the one of the main environmental factors promoting aging process via increased intracellular generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and decreased expression of endogenous antioxidant enzymes and molecules. Therefore, in this study, we tried to search for natural skin-protective antioxidant materials from marine origins (Porphyra Thalli, Laminariae japonicae thallus, Ostreae Concha, Sargassum Thallus, Undaria thallus, Haliotidis Concha, Codium thalli, Syngnathoides biaculeatus, Hippocampus, Stichopus Stichopus, Thalli, Hizikia fusiforme thalli)which exhibit free radical scavenging activity and protect against UVB-induced cytotoxicity and oxidative cell death. Free radical scavenging activity was shown in order of Undaria thallus, Sargassum Thallus, Laminariae japonicae thallus, Hippocampus, Haliotidis Concha, Ostreae Concha, Syngnathoides biaculeatus. In another experiment, UVB-induced cytotoxicity and cell death were effectively suppressed by treatment of Sargassum Thallus, Haliotidis Concha, Codium thalli, or Hippocampus water extract. Furthermore, UVB-induced cell death was mediated by intracellular accumulation or ROS, which was significantly inhibited by treatment with aforementioned extracts. The protective effect of these marine natural products seemed to be mediated by increased expression of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase, superoxide dismutase, and heme oxygenase-1. These results suggest that Sargassum Thallus, Haliotidis Concha, Codium thalli, and Hippocampus may have preventive and protective potentials as new functional cosmetics against oxidative stress-mediated skin damages and aging with antioxidant properties.
