High concentration of azelaic acid which is non-soluble to water, oil and ethanol was studied. The cosolvents were used to raise aqueous solution concentration and solubilizing agents were used to prevent from recrystallizing. And the neutralizers were used to raise stability of aqueous solution neutralized as rate of equivalent. Polysorbate 80, polysorbate 60, and lysolecithin were used for solubilizing agents and triethanolamine, arginine, and sodium hydroxide were used for neutralizer. The compositions of azelaic acid were 16% for azelaic acid, 12% for lysolecithin, 37% for propylene glycol, 35% for water, respectively. The solubility of azelaic acid to water was increased to 16% from 0.2%. And its solubility was increased 11% from 0.2% when propylene glycol as cosolvent was used and surfactant was not. Also, solubility for azelaic acid salts were increased in 35% and 30%, respectively when triethanolamine and arginine as rate of equivalent of azelaic acid were used to control pH. The solubilities of surfactant, cosolvent and neutralizer which affected product stability were as follows; in case of the surfactants 25% for lysolecithin, 24% for polysorbate 80 and 23% for polysorbate 60. In case of cosolvents, 12% for propylene glycol, 14% for polyethylene glycol, 2% for glycerine and 0.2% for sorbitol. In case of the neutralizers, the solubilities of azelaic acid increased with sodium hydroxide, arginine and triethanolamine in sequence.
새로운 질소-산소계 여러 자리 리간드의 합성 및 전이금속(Ⅱ)이온 착물의 안정도상수

Multidentate N,O-containing ligands, such as N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-ethylenediamine(BHED), N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-propylenediamine(BHPD), N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-diethylenetriamine(BHDT), N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-triethylenetriamine(BHTT) and N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-tetraethylenepentaamine (BHTP) were synthesized by reduction of the imine group of Bis(salicylidene)-ethylendiamine(BSED), Bis (salicylidene)-propylenediamine(BSPD), Bis(salicylidene)-diethylentriamine(BSDT), Bis(salicylidene)-triethylenetetraamine(BSTT) and Bis(salicylidene)-tetraethylenepentaamine(BSTP). Proton dissociation constants of the ligands and stability constants of transition metal(Ⅱ) ion complexes with BHED, BHPD, BHDT, BHTT, and BHTP were determined by potentiometic titration. The sequence of stability constants $(logK_{ML})$ of complex increases as BHED<BHPD<BHDT<BHTT<BHTP as the number of donor atom increases. The order of stability constant for the transition metal ions is CO(Ⅱ)<Ni(Ⅱ)<Cu(Ⅱ)> Zn(Ⅱ) which follows the Irving-Williams series. 여러자리 산소-질소계 리간드들은 시프염기 리간드인 Bis(salicylidene)-ethylendiamine(BSED), Bis(salicylidene)-propylenediamine(BSPD), Bis(salicylidene)-diethylenetriamine(BSDT), Bis(salicylidene)-triethylenetetraamine(BSTT) 및 Bis(salicylidene)-tetraethylenepentaamine(BSTP)의 이민기를 수소환원장치에서 백금촉매를 이용하여 네자리 리간드인 N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-ethylenediamine(BHED)과 N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-propylenediamine(BHPD), 다섯자리 N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-diethylenetriamine(BHDT), 여섯자리 N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-triethylenetriamine(BHTT), 일곱자리 N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-tetraethylenepentaamine(BHTP) 리간드들을 합성하였다. 리간드들의 양성자 해리상수와 전이금속(Ⅱ)과 착물의 안정도상수는 전위차 적정법으로 측정하였다. 리간드별 전이금속(Ⅱ)이온에 대한 착물 안정도상수값$(logK_{ML})$의 크기는 BHED<BHPD<BHDT<BHTT<BHTP순서로 주개 원자수에 따라 증가하였다. 전이금속(Ⅱ) 이온들 사이의 착물 안정도 상수값의 크기는 코발트(Ⅱ)<니켈(Ⅱ)<구리(Ⅱ)>아연(Ⅱ)의 순서로 이 결과는 Irving-Williams 서열과 잘 일치하여 증가하였다.

구리(II)-아민류 착물에 의한 l-ascorbic acid의 산화반응속도를 pH 4.6에서 Onishi 방법으로 측정하였다. 이 반응의 메커니즘은 l-ascorbic acid가 구리(II) 착물에 배위된 다음 속도결정단계에서, 전자이동이 일어나는 내부권 메커니즘에 따라 반응이 진행됨을 알았다. The rates for the oxidation reaction of l-ascorbic acid by Cu(Ⅱ)-polyamine complexes were measured by Onish's method at the pH 4.6. The oxidation process of l-ascorbic acid is proposed to occur by the inner-sphere mechanism that involves the formation of a Cu(Ⅱ)-ascorbic acid complex and electron transfer at the rate-determining step.
동해 부유식 해상풍력발전단지 내 참다랑어 양식장 조성에 관한 연구

재생에너지 3020 이행계획, 한국판 뉴딜 계획 등에 따라 신재생에너지 생산 비중 증가 대응과 해상풍력발전 12GW 건설을 위해 어업생활권 점유 대안 마련과 주민 수용성 제고를 위한 방안이 요구된다. 본 연구는 동해에 적합한 해상풍력발전단지와 연계한 수산자원 공존모델의 차별방안을 제시하였다. 동해는 부유식 해상풍력 발전단지 조성의 최적지로 단지 내 공유수면을 활용하여 외해양식에 적합한 고부가가치 어종인 참다랑어를 양식함으로써 에너지 생산, 수산자원 개발, 관광산업화를 통한 이익 창출로 경제적 효과 발생을 예측하였다. 또한, 운영관리 기술 공유 등으로 예산 감축, 스마트 관리 추진과 어민소득 증대 가능성을 확인하였다. We need measures that can come up with alternative about fishery living zone and enhance local acceptance for responding to the increase in the proportion of renewable energy production and construction of 12GW Offshore wind power according to Korea’s Renewable Energy 3020 initiative and Korean-version New Deal. In this study, We suggest that differentiation plans of co-location model in connection with offshore wind power generation suitable for the East Sea. The East Sea is an optimal site for building of a floating offshore wind power generation(FOWPG) field. It is expected that economic effects like energy production, aquatic resource development and tourism industrialization by farming bluefin tuna which is high valued fish and suitable for offshore aquaculture on public waters in FOWPG field. And we can confirm that budget reduction, smart management by sharing operation management technology and increase in fishermen income.
