        유한요소법을 이용한 마이크로 평엔드밀링에서의 공구변형 예측

        The main purpose of this study strongly concerned micro machining error estimation by using FEM analysis of tool deflection shapes in micro flat end-milling process. For the precision micro flat end-milling process, analysis of micro cutting errors is mandatory. In general, tool deflection is a major factor which causes cutting error and limits realization of the high-precision cutting process. Especially, in micro end-milling process, micro tool deflection generates very serious problems in contrast to macro tool deflection. Methods which deal with compensation of cutting error by tool deflection in macro end-milling process have been studied plentifully but, few researches transact with micro scaled cutting tool deflection in micro cutting process. Therefore, the trend of micro tool deflection was estimated by using FEM analysis in this paper. Cutting forces were acquired by micro dynamometer and these were utilized in FEM analysis. In order to verify FEM analysis results, micro machining processes were carried out and real machined profiles were compared with FEM results. Finally through the proposed approach well suited FEM results were obtained.

        Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) have the ability to differentiate into multiple cell types. It has been reported that MSCs ameliorate functional deficits after transplantation into various neurologic disease models. In this study, to demonstrate the effect of human umbilical cord blood-derived MSCs(hUCB-MSCs) on stroke models, we transplanted the PKH-26 labeled hUCB-MSCs into the contralateral region of injured rat brain at 7 days after injury, and then examined the behavioral test, migration ability of transplanted hUCB-MSCs to injury site, and differentiation potentiality of transplanted hUCB-MSCs into neural cells. The results were: (1) a behavioral test(adhesive- removal and rotarod test) showed a significant improvement in the MSCs transplanted group as compared to the PBS injected group, (2) PKH-26 labeled MSCs were detected in the boundary zone of injured site at 4 weeks after transplantation, and (3) a few of transplanted MSCs exhibited a labeling for mature neural linage markers NeuN and GFAP. We suggest that hUCB-MSCs could be an effective cell source for treating ischemic brain injury.

      • 오공약침(蜈蚣藥鍼)의 안전성(安全性)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Objective : Recently scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture has been a good effect on pain control but it has not been known about clinical safety. The purpose of this study was to investigate acute toxicity of scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture. Method : In order to prove the clinical safety of scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, We have observed a bacteriological examination and clinical pathology test after scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture treatment. Balb/c mice were injected intravenous with Scolopendrid aquaacupuncture treatment for $LD_{50}$ and acute toxicity test. We analyzed physical reaction(side effect)and clinical pathology test before and after Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture treatment of mice and 20 patients suffering from pain, who admitted department of Acupunture and Moxibustion, College of Oriental Medicine, Won-Kwang University Kwangju hospital. Results : In the Blood agar plate and Nutrient agar plate, a bacteriological examination did not show a bacillus. In acute $LD_{50}$ toxicity test, there was no mortality thus unable to attain the value. Examining the toxic response in the acute toxicity test, there was no sign of toxication. In acute toxic test, running biochemical serum test couldn't yield any differences between the control and experiment groups. In the 20 patients treated with Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, hematologic test did not show remarkable change. In the 20 patients treated with Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, Liver function test(AST, ALT, ALP) showed a slight decrease on the contrary, and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 5.0% compared with previous study. Reanl function test(BUN, Cr) and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 5.0% compared with previous study. In the 20 patients treated with Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, Electrolyte were normal range before and after treatment. In the Urine analysis of 20 patients, Leukocyte, Protein, Glucose, Keton, Bilirubin, U-bilinogen were not detected before and after Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture treatment, and the rest almost made no difference.

        Recently, climate change has emerged as one of the biggest challenges that mankind should cope with. Many efforts to mitigate climate change have been made across nations, international organization, industries and individuals. Information and communication technologies(ICTs) have drawn attention because of their high potential application to mitigate and monitor the climate change. Many industrialized countries and industries have introduced green ICT strategies to tackle climate change problems. Korean government has also tried to pursue green ICT strategies in various perspectives. In this paper,we examine green ICT strategies in Korea and propose some directions for efficient and comprehensive green ICT strategies based on the analysis. While Korea has world-class ICT manufacturing industries and outstanding ICT infrastructure, ICT services industries are weak. Low utilization of ICT in business leads to poor productivity, and besides, this prevents the expansion of green ICT into whole economy and society. Another problem is that the green ICT strategies are sometimes overlapped and inconsistent since they are independently established in various government departments. Strong leadership is needed to establish and carry out consistent and efficient green ICT strategies. In addition, implementation of reliable national GHG inventory and increasing ICT application through the activation of ICT services industries are urgently needed.

        신경병증 백서에서 척수신경절 신경원의 Capsaicin에 대한 반응성 및 나트륨 전류의 변화

        Background : Allodynia, one of the most debilitating symptoms of neuropathic pain syndromes, can be defined as `pain due to a stimulus that does not normally provoke pain'. Subsets of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons involved in nociception are characteristically expressed capsaicin sensitivity and high proportion of tetrodotoxin resistant sodium current (TTX-R INa). We performed an experiment to elucidate whether nerve injury induced mechanical allodynia could be resulted from elctrophysiological modulation of large, nonnociceptive afferent neurons to nociceptors. Methods : Whole cell patch clamp recordings were made from acutely dissociated dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons of normal and experimental neuropathic rats. We compared the proportion of capsaicin sensitive neurons which responded to capsaicin (1uM) with an inward current ≥ 100 pA in amplitude and the proportion of sodium channel subtypes measured in the absence and presence of tetrodotoxin (1 M), in small and large DRG neurons. Results : Th proportion of capsaicin sensitive cells to total number of cells tested was not changed by nerve injury in both small and large cell populations. In large cell population of nerve injured rats, the proportion of TTX-R INa was significantly increased as compared with normal group (p<0.05), and in small cell population of nerve injured rats, TTX-S INa was increased, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusions : These data indicate that expression of the sensitivity to capsaicin in DRG neurons would not be altered by nerve injury and increased TTX-R INa in large cell population of nerve injured DRG may underlie increased excitability.       • 스포츠에 의한 경수손상(頸髓損傷)에 관한 분석

        This study have focuses on 21 cases of spine-neck broken at S hospital in seoul. Breaking spine-bone neck have occurred frequently at young ages. There are 6 cases of smashed fracture, 8 cases of both-side joint dislocation, 2 cases of one-side joint dislocation. And there are eight cases of entire broken, three cases of intermediate broken, 1 case of brown-sequard, three cases of middle part broken, 6 cases of knot broken. There are 0 or 2 cases occurred annually, and it doesn't mean sudden decreasing of fractures. Most of cases are able to prevent, but the wounds didn't take any preventive actions. If preventive curing methods are make, it will decrease effectively. We must make several preventive plans to reduce fatal spine-neck fracture.

      • 스포츠 외상에 의한 척추·척수손상 분석

        I have researched 46 examples, 43 are spinal column and cord injury and 3 are thoracic vertebrae and cord injury, of J hospital S health caring center. 46 patients were cured by this J hospital medical staffs, and their external injury were caused by sports accidents. I have acquired next four meaningful conclusions. First, the external injury caused by golf sports are 24 cases, and this is the primary cause of injury. Second, high-rank bonn fracture are 78.8 percent in C4, C5, C6 situation. And the bone-fracture, tear-drop fracture, figure in the activity of gold is 45.8 percent, and fracture dislocation is 63.2 percent in other sports activities. Third, there are twenty six cases of paralysis that links frankel C. Four, the sports injuries such as bone fracture are able to prevent by education and effective learning programs.
