        연속적 능동무릎폄 검사가 뒤넙다리근의 유연성에 미치는 영향

        Background: In clinical practice, active knee extension (AKE) test has been widely used to measure hamstring flexibility. During the AKE test, the knee extension is repeated six times. The first five repetitions are considered as warm-up, and the sixth is used as baseline. In order to accurately measure the subject's inherent flexibility, warm-up trials have been proposed as mentioned above; but currently, the evidence is insufficient. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Forty-three healthy adults participated in this study. The AKE was performed slowly after flexing the hip and knee joints by 90° in a supine position. The knee was extended as far as could be done without causing discomfort or pain. When reaching the end range, knee flexion was performed without stopping. As per standard protocol, the subjects performed the knee extension six times. Results: There was no significant difference between the AKE value in the first trial with those in the other five trials. During the repetitions, the average value in the group with higher flexibility tended to decrease and the Intraclass correlation coefficient gradually decreased. Conclusion: Successive repetitions of the AKE test can misrepresent an individual's inherent hamstring flexibility. In order to avoid a decrease in hamstring flexibility, it is strongly recommended that individuals with high initial hamstring flexibility avoid unnecessary repetitions of the AKE test.

        양벽온이 다른 장방형용기 내에서 얼음의 융해과정에 관한 실험적 연구

        Melting process of ice in a rectangular cavity with different temperature walls has been studied experimentally. Front shape of ice and melting rate were affected by initial temperature of ice and variation of temperature distribution and density gradient. When the hot wall temperature was below $8^{\circ}C$, the melting rates were higher at the bottom than those of at the top due to the density inversion, but with increasing the hot wall temperature the melting rates at the top were affected by hot wall and were higher than those of at the bottom. When the initial temperature of ice was low, melting rates were low, but with increasing the time melting rates were almost the same with those of each initial temperature of ice.

        디지털 시대 스포츠 인터넷 시장의 현황 및 전망

        The purpose of this study were to find out the trend and forecast of sport internet business in digital era in Korea and. There are three elements to make sport industry; sport facility, sport goods, sport service. These three elements are reciprocal for effective sport business activities. Unlike other general industry, the core product of sport business industry is intangible, so it is likely to lifestyle business. And sport industry has harmony among human, facility, and goods. Sport industry is defined as the industry to make added-value through produce and distribute of sport and/or its related product and service within spectator and participation sport areas. The sport industry in Korea was classified as three subindustries such as sporting goods industry, sport facilities industry, and sport service industry. It was considered by the characteristics of offered product and economic activities of business units. The sport facilities industry was categorized as sport facilities construction business and sport facilities management business. The sporting goods industry was divided into sporting goods manufacture business and sporting goods distribution business. Also, the sport service industry was allocated to sport game business, sport marketing business, and sport information business. The sport internet business is booming in Korea. The business firms use the sport internet as marketing tools for promotions, PR, and sales increases. Also, there are several business related to online sport business such as internet games, game information supply, lottery and so on. As the internet users will be increased rapidly, the future of sport internet business is very bright and many other sport related firms will invest and run their business more systematically and as more business-oriented mined.

        방사선사법 제정의 필요성

        According to the changes of the medical environment of the times, it is necessary to discuss the issues of the doctor s medical guidance and to conduct continuous research so that alternatives can be prepared systematically. Furthermore, in order to enhance the professionalism of radiological technologists and to develop the medical technician system, the new Radiological Technologist Independent Act has been established, which contains the overall contents of the scope of work, professional qualifications, and specialized education of radiological technologists, and provides quality medical services to patients through professional procedures and treatment. In order to increase the level of medical care, the purpose, definition, mission, role, and scope of work specified in the Medical Act, Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act, the Enforcement Decree, and the Enforcement Rules were variously analyzed and new directions were presented. First, the definition of a medical technician should use a generic term so that the factors of conflict and prejudice could be resolved. Second, change the doctor s guide to doctor s prescription; and then legislate the authority to sign and write medical records after examination by radiological technologists, thereby prohibiting unlicensed technicians that seriously endanger patient safety. Third, an accurate definition of radiological technologists roles should be established; not only selection and management of radiological technologists work but also procedures and treatment for each radiology field should be specified to suit the current medical system. Fourth, a professional radiological technologists qualification system and a specialized education system should be established in order to secure human resources that could provide patients trust in procedures and treatment based on professional knowledge and experience in the field of radiology. Fifth, the Education and Evaluation Institute should be operated in Korea education system to educate the professional knowledge and competency for students. In addition, it is necessary to in-depth analysis of foreign cases could be applied to the medical system and education system in Korea; it could strive to nurture systematic human resources.

        의료기사 등에 관한 법률에서 ‘의사 또는 치과의사의 지도’ 문구에 대한 법률 개정 요구도

        The purpose of this study is to check the extent to which “instruction of physician or dentist” defined in the Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act is applied in relation to radiography examination procedures for radiological technologists. In addition, it is intended to present basic data on the requirement to revise the Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act in the radiological technologist s duty area and scope of work, The subjects of this study were radiological technologists with license, and the response data were collected after sending the questionnaire link written on the online questionnaire form. The final number of respondents were 1,018, and the response rate was 6.8%. Most of the negative responses were “I have never received ‘instruction’ for radiologic examination by a physician or dentist, including a radiologist in a medical environment.” There were a high perception that “the professionalism in radiation examination on radiological technologists are higher than that of a physician or dentist.” They answered that the current continuing education has a great impact on maintaining and continuing professionalism and learning new knowledge in the radiology field. In addition, the radiological technologists provide a very high level of education in areas related to radiography procedure ethics such as patient care, patient safety, and patient privacy protection, as well as specialized fields such as radiation-related examination methods, radiography examination dose, and patient exposure dose. Radiological technologists replied that they were receiving it consistently. In conclusion, in the current medical environment, the ‘instruction’ of a physician or dentist cannot be seen as being realistically performed. The phrase ‘instruction’ of a physician or dentist as defined in the Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act is considered inappropriate in respect of the fact that the state recognizes the qualifications of the medical service technologist through a license. It is thought that revision to a new term suitable for the current medical environment is necessary.

        순수한 제올라이트 Rho 의 합성과 합성조건 연구

        겔 조성과 합성조건의 조정으로 순수한 제올라이트 Rho 결정들이(gel 조성, 3.11Na : o.31Cs : 1.0AJ : 5.69Si : 55.5H_2O) 유기성 구조유도체 없이 실온에서 5일 동안의 숙성에 의해서 합성되어졌다. 합성된 제올라이트 Rho 결정들의 평균 크기는 약 2㎛로 추정되어졌으며 Si/Al 비는 3.54이었고 물함량은 15.9%이었다(Na_4.96Cs_5.60Si_37.44Al_10.56O_96ㆍ39H_2O). 제올라이트 Rho의 골격은 Si(0AJ), Si(1Al) 및 Si(2Al)로 구성되어져 있는 것으로 나타났으며 약 1000 ℃까지 안정하였다. with the aging time of 5 days at room temperature, in the absence of organic structure-directing agents, nearly pure Rho zeolite was synthesized from a gen composition of 3.11Na : 0.31Cs : 1.0AJ : 5.69Si : 55.5H_2O. This study was conducted to improve the purity of Rho crystals through modification of the gel composition and the process condition. The average size of synthesized Rho crystals was estimated to be ca, 2 ㎛. The formula of zeolite Rho unit cell was found to be Na_4.96Cs_5.60Si_37.44Al_10.56O_96ㆍ39H_2O with Si/Al ratio = 3.54 and 15.9% of water content. The framework of Rho zeolite was composed of Si(0Al), Si(1Al) 및 Si(2Al), and it was thermally stable up to about 1000 ℃.

        응급실 침대 위 흉부전후방향 엑스선 검사를 위한 상의고정장치 개발

        This study aimed to provide basic data for 3D printing in the medical health field by developing upper wear fixation device (UWFD), an auxiliary device for shortening chest AP examination time on emergency room beds and non-contact with patients. The standard of hooks was modeled according to the bed frame using the Autodesk Fusion 360. It was printed with Form2 (Formlabs, Somerville, MA, USA), as SLA (stereo lithography apparatus) method, and was washed and hardened using Form Wash and Form Cure. The completed UWFD conducted an online survey on 4 items of stability, convenience, availability, preference and general characteristics. The total stability average was 3.93±0.80, the total convenience average was 3.93±0.68, the total availability average was 4.01±0.89, and the total preference average was 3.80±1.08. This study was significant in suggesting improvements in the general X-ray examination process in the emergency room by designing and making aids to easily fixing the patient's top to the frame of the emergency bed while meeting promptness and non-contact with the patient.
