I-DEAS용 Program file을 이용한 CRT용 Glass & Mold의 Modeling 및 Mesh data구현

CRT용 Glass 산업의 경우, 금형 및 유리의 온도는 매우 중요한 변수이다. 이 온도는 상온에서 출발한 금형이 반복되는 Heat Cycle을 거치면서 안정화 상태로 이르게 되는 과정을 거치면서 결정된다. 이때 안정화되는 금형의 온도분포에 의해 제품의 품질이 결정됨에 따라, 불량이 발생할 경우, 안정화 시간 및 금형수정 Cost 증가 등 매우 큰 손실이 야기된다. 이에 본 연구는 CAE를 통하여 상기 Heat Cycle의 해석과정 중에서, I-DEAS의 MACRO인 "Program file"을 이용하여 Modeling 및 Meshing을 수행하여 단시간 내 정확한 Preprocessing을 통해 유동 및 열 해석에 적용하는 자동화 프로그램을 개발하였다.

도시철도는 하루에 수백만의 시민이 이용하는 주요 교통수단으로 적게는 30분, 많게는 1시간 이상 승객이 체류한다. 도시철도는 대부분 환기가 어려운 지하구간으로 되어 있어 대합실, 승강장, 전동차 실내의 공기질은 승객의 쾌적성과 건강에 큰 영향을 미치는 요소로 부각되고 있다. 신분당선 승강장과 대합실은 승강장에 설치된 스크린 도어가 터널 내부에서 발생되는 미세먼지 유입을 차단하고, 환기시스템을 통해 외부공기 및 실내공기를 유입, 배출하고 있다. 전동차 실내 공기는 터널 내부의 공기 유입에 의한 미세먼지 농도와 승객에 의한 이산화탄소 농도에 의해 공기질이 변화된다. 본 논문에서는 신분당선 전동차 실내 이산화탄소(CO₂)와 미세먼지(PM10) 농도 변화에 대해 분석하고, 이산화탄소와 미세먼지 농도 저하 방안에 대해 연구한다. Everyday metro is main transportation used millions of passengers who stays at least 30 minutes or more than 1 hours in rolling stock cabins. Most of subway ventilation systems are formed in complicated underground sections which indoor air quality of station lobby, platforms, and rolling stock cabins some factors are causing amenity and passenger’s health. The inflowing dusts(PM10) inside the tunnel are blocked by installed PSD(Platform Screen Door) at platforms in Shinbundang Line. Also by the ventilation systems are installed which fresh air are supplied by in-outdoor air and exhausting CO₂. The passengers breath and dust concentration from the inside tunnel could change the air of rolling stock cabin. This paper will analyze concentration change of CO₂ due to passengers breath and PM10, furthermore reduction measures of CO₂ and PM10 concentration in Shinbundang Line.

PCC(Point of Common Coupling) is measured by waveform in power system. Analyzing their frequency, it is possible to get various indices such as THD(Total Harmonic Distortion), TDD(Total Demand Distortion), and VF(Voltage Flicker), and then the harmonic can be evaluated from them. In this paper, the harmonic effect on the power supply which is generated by the vehicle is presented by comparing harmonics with the substation and the vehicle.
대구광역시 영세주민의 건강행위 및 건강실천행위 관련요인

The problems of health in poor peoples are various and difficult things to solve it. They are highly susceptible to chronic disease because of bad environment and It is hard to access to medical services because of their Socio-demographic status. Therefore, it is important to address the problem of prevention of chronic disease and health promotion aspect. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among the health status, health behaviors and health practices of poor people in urban slum area. The subject of this study were 298 poor peoples who live in poor area in Daegu metropolitan city and they were asked to answer the survey questionnaires modified for Korean from behavioral risk factor surveillance system of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention USA. The result of the study were as follows; (1) There were significant relationships between health status (prevalence of chronic disease and perceived general health) and socio-demographic factor such as occupation, existence of spouse, number of family educational level, type of medical security. (2) There were some relationships between health risk behaviors such as smoking, drinking and obesity and health status of subject especially in female obesity. (3) There were relationships among health concern activity, prevalence of chronic disease and some social factor such as educational level and occupation. (4) There were relationships among health practice, health concern activity, health status and socio-demographic factors of subject. This study suggest that health status, socio-demographic status, health concerns and health promotion activity of study populations were associated and It is very important things supporting the poor people in the level of community and nation to practice healthy behaviors themselves.

전기철도차량에서 발생되는 고조파전류는 각종 문제를 야기시킨다. 예를 들어 고조파전류의 발생은 인접통신선에의 유도장해를 일으키고 철도신호장애의 원인이 될 뿐만 아니라, 전원계통에 유입되는 경우에는 보호계전의 오작동을 일으키는 경우도 있다. 이에 고조파 전류 발생을 줄이거나 차단하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전기철도차량의 주행상태에 따라 차량에서 측정된 전압, 전류 값을 분석하여 고조파의 발생이 어떠한 관계가 있는지 분석하여 보았다.

The riding comfort and the durability of train are effected by the rail irregularities such as track gauge, superelevation, alignment, longitudinal level, twist, cant and cross level. Inspection and estimation of irregularities are very important to maintain the rail condition. Generally, the EM120 has been utilized to measure the rail irregularities once a month in Korea. However, the EM120 can be operated at night time only, because the inspection speed of EM120 is much slower than the speed of high-speed trains. Also, the EM120 is too slow to inspect effectively for the whole commercial line. Therefore, we have mounted the track inspection system on the High-Speed Rolling Stock 350 eXperimental (HSR350X) and measured the rail irregularities to confirm the condition of a rail while running 300㎞/h. In this paper, the track inspection system mounted on HSR350X is mainly considered, and the measured results through test run are introduced.
