      • Di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate가 mouse의 면역반응에 미치는 영향

        Recently pathotoxicological study of lymphoid organs by administration of some phthalate ester in rats, indicated marked effect of architechure of thymus, spleen, and lymphonodes. Dioctyl phthalate (DOP), one of the phthalate ester, caused statistically significant reduction in the weights of various lymphoid organs. This senstivity of the lymphoid organ to phthalate toxicity which could lead to adverse effects on the immune response and also suppression of immuno system. Therfore it is possible the presense of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), one of the phthalate ester as well as DOP, in spleen and other organs might have some moderately effect on the function of the immune system, So our present study was proceeded to assess the effect of DEHP on the immunotoxicity in mouse. In the immune response of DEHP administered mice, HA, HY, Arthus reaction and Rosette forming cell were decreased but DTH was increased. Furthermore, in the DEHP plus ethanol group, HA, HY, Arthus reaction and Rosette forming cell were remarkably decreased and elevation of DTH was inhibited.

        Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP), one of plasticizers in plastic has recently been reported as a potential hepatotoxic agent. Liver enlargement associated with a decrease in the activity of mitochondrial enzyme and modification in biological response of xenobiotics after oral or intraperitoneal administration of DEHP has been observed in rodents. However, their subtle toxic effects have not been fully investiqated and thus more detailed studies are required. In this paper, we examined the toxic effect of DEHP on the liver and kidney function and biochemical parameters in rats. The biochemical parameters such as AST, ALT, ALP, LDH, BUN, albumin and total protein in serum were gradually increased by DEHP treatment. And more increasing tendency was observed by concomitant ethanol treatment. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and activity of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase in hepatic microsomal fraction were increased in initial period and then decreased, but those in renal microsomal fraction were little increased. However, toxic responses of DEHP in hepatic and renal cytochrome P-450 content and the activity of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase were a little suppressed by the administration of ethanol. The activity of Glucose-6-phosphatase in hepatic homogenate was decreased and MDA value in the serum and microsomal fraction of liver and kidney was significantly increased by the administration of DEHP but those of above biochemical function were keeping slowly by ethanol concomitant treatment.

        1920년대 데카당스 문학 연구

        The construction of Korean literary circles of 1920's began from the sight of fascination about ‘new' literature. There are intense aspirations toward renewal of the self under such mutation which could give an absolute value on the private sensation and ‘art’. I made full use of the concept of ‘decadence’ to look out over the diversity phenomenon and ideas of literature of 1920's. The ‘Decadence’ is a production of consciousness about crisis, and it produced what is called ‘decadent styles’. The essential aspects of decadence are the diseased metaphysical philosophy such as self-reduction and Sado-masochism or aestheticism freezing up an object. There is an important value at the background of such an aesthetic attempt; that is ‘the freedom of imagination’ of ‘an individual'. But it has new dangers such as the revenge from the nature and social ethics. But the more fundamental reason of such predicaments came from the dichotomous structure in which the poet of 1920's search for ‘true-self’ and ‘beauty’ not in life but art. In that situation, the antinomy which sacrifice life for art's sake was produced. Just it is the fundamental reason of dissolution in the literary circles of the early 1920's.

      • 새만금 간척지 녹화 촉진을 위한 해송 묘목 내 양분집적 기술 개발

        Land area of reclaimed tidelands (RTLs) in South Korea is about 1,100 km<sup>2</sup> and RTLs account for 11.7% of the total cropland area. RTLs were traditionally usedfor rice paddy; however, as rice consumption is decreasing, many efforts arebeing made to use RTLs constructed recently to upland cropland or ecological forest. However, due to the low soil organic matter and nutrient contents and high soil salinity, RTL soils are not suitable for upland crop cultivation or tree growth. Nutrient loading technique is enriching nutrient content in saplings during nursery phase, and when saplings are transplanted in poor soil conditions, they can adopt and survive better than normal fertigated saplings. This study was conducted to test 1) if nutrient loading technique is applicable for common tree species in South Korea, 2) if nutrient loaded saplings survive better than normal saplings in recently constructed RTL, and 3) if weed growth interfere growth of nutrient loaded saplings. 1-year old Japanese black pine (Pinus thunbergii) saplings were grown in a greenhouse from June to September in 2020 with three nutrient loading models; conventional (constant fertilizer dose), exponential(increasing fertilizer dose as exponential curve), and modified exponential. Sapling height was measured every month and dry matter and carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) concentrations of root, stem and needle were analyzed at the endof September. Sapling height was not different among nutrient loading models but N concentration of each part in exponential and modified exponential modelswas higher than that in conventional model, implying nutrient loading on Japanese black pine was successful. Saplings of conventional model and modified exponential model were transplanted in Saemangeum RTL in April, 2021, and sapling root collar diameter (RCD) andheight were measured in April, July, and October. Sapling RCD and height were significantly higher in modified nutrient model than in conventional model regardless of weed control. For modified exponential model, sapling RCD and height were not affected by weed control. However, for conventional model, sapling height was not affected by weed control but RCD was significantly increased by weed control resulting in greater dry matter in weed-controlled plots. Results from this study imply that nutrient loaded saplings (modified exponential model) were adopted better in nutrient poor RTL soil and competitive in nutrient uptake in weed rich condition. Cultivating saplings with nutrient loading model in a nursery will reduce cost for fertilization and weed control after transplanting in low fertile soils.

        부모의 비일관적 양육방식이 청소년의 자아탄력성과 또래 애착에 미치는 영향 : 성별의 조절된 매개효과 검증

        본 연구는 부모의 비일관적 양육방식과 청소년 또래 애착 간의 관계에서 자아탄력의 매개효과와성별의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 아동청소년패널 2010(KCYPS 2010)에 참여한총 1,957명의 중1 청소년과 보호자 데이터를 바탕으로 조절된 매개모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 부모의 비일관적 양육방식과 또래 애착의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 부분매개 효과와 각 변인들사이의 성별 상호작용 효과가 있음을 확인하였고, 이러한 결과는 또래 애착 하위유형별(즉, 의사소통, 신뢰, 소외)로 다소 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로, 의사소통과 신뢰 영역에서는 성별의 조절된매개효과가 관찰되었으나 소외에서는 성별의 조절된 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나지않았다. 부모의 비일관적 양육방식과 자아탄력성이 의사소통 및 신뢰에 미치는 부정적 영향이남학생보다 여학생 집단에서 더 크게 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적, 실천적 함의와 향후 연구과제를 논하였다. This study examined the mediation effect of ego-resilience on the relation between inconsistent parenting style and peer attachment(communication, trust, isolation) and the moderated mediation effect of gender. This study used 1,957 cases from the 7th wave data of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS). The results indicated that the effect of inconsistent parenting style on adolescents’ peer attachment(communication, trust, isolation) was partially mediated by ego-resilience. Furthermore, the interaction effects of gender were confirmed examining each relation of variables. Gender moderated the mediation effect of ego-resilience on the relation between inconsistent parenting style and peer attachment (communication, trust), whereas there wasn’t significant moderating role of gender on the mediation effect of ego-resilience on the relation between inconsistent parenting style and peer attachment(isolation). The negative influence of inconsistent parenting style and ego-resilience on peer attachment(communication, trust) in females was greater than the one in males. Based on these results, the implications and future research directions are suggested.
