2.2 mm 미세각막절개 백내장수술 시 회전진동방식 초음파유화술과 직선운동방식 초음파유화술을 이용한 임상결과 비교

Purpose: To compare clinical outcomes of a 2.2 mm microcoaxial cataract surgery, using torsional mode and longitudinal mode. Methods: In this comparative study, patients with bilateral cataract were assigned to get microcoaxial cataract surgery by torsional mode of infiniti in one eye and longitudinal mode of Stellaris<sup>® in the other eye. Primary outcome measures were US time (UST), cumulative dissipated energy (CDE), mean amount of balanced salt solution (BSS) used and surgical complications. Patients were seen 1, 7, 30, and 60 days after surgery. Postoperative outcome measures were the final best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central corneal thickness (CCT), endothelial cell count and surgically induced astigmatism (SIA). Results: The study evaluated 68 eyes of 34 patients (nuclear opalescence (NO)2: 40 eyes, and NO3: 28 eyes). CDE was significantly lower in torsional mode (3.52 ± 2.93) than in longitudinal mode (6.20 ± 3.32) (p = 0.001). Torsional mode (60.88 ± 21.18 ml) had more BSS use than longitudinal mode (34.58 ± 13.54 ml) (p < 0.001). There were no significant differences in postoperative BCVA, CCT change, endothelial change, and SIA (p > 0.05). Conclusions: The torsional mode may provide lower level of phacoemulsification energy than the longitudinal mode and Torsional mode is considered effective and safe phacoemulsification. However the surgical outcomes were not significantly different in 2.2 mm microcoaxial cataract surgery of moderate cataract. So surgeon can choose any phaco machine based on experience and preference.
요가 프로그램이 저소득층 여성의 심리적 신체적 건강상태에 미치는 효과 연구

본 연구는 요가 프로그램이 저소득층 여성들의 심리적 신체적 상태에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 저소득층 여성은 경제적 사회적 스트레스로 인하여 중산층 여성에 비해 자아존중감이 낮고 불안 및 우울한 심리상태에 있다. 이러한 심적 고통으로 신체 건강까지 위협 받고 있어서 적절한 관리가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 저소득층 여성들을 대상으로 12주 간 주1회 80분간의 요가 프로그램을 실시하여 심리적 신체적 건강상태에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 요가 프로그램은 심리적 신체적 치료효과가 크다고 알려져 있는 여러 요가동작법, 호흡법, 명상법으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과 대상자들의 심리적 건강상태 즉 불안, 우울, 자아존중감은 상당히 개선되었다. 신체적 건강의 경우 체중 및 신체 질량 지수에는 큰 변화가 없었고, 생리학적 지표인 활성산소와 항산화 능력지수는 개선되었음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 심리상태 측정에 그쳤던 선행연구들과 달리 생리적 측면에서의 개선효과까지 검토하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 요가 프로그램이 저소득층 여성의 심신관리에 긍정적으로 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In present study, this study was undertaken to investigate the properties of yoga on improvement of mental and physical health on the lower income bracket females. Total 21 of participants undertook the control and yoga therapy intervene once weekly (80 min) for 12 weeks, respectively. For analysis the metal health status, the STAT-1, K-BDI and RESE surveys were obtained from all of participants. The physical health status observations were on the body weights and body mass index (BMI) and the physiological biomarker were on total reactive oxygen species (ROS) and total antioxidant capacity using ferric reducing ability in plasma (FRAP) assay by serum or plasma smaples. The result showed that yoga program significantly attenuated the abnormal ranges of mental health status as normal levels, compared with control group. The physiological bio markers such as ROS and FRAP were also considerably improved in yoga therapy group as compared with control group, but not affected physical health status. In the present study supports that yoga therapy program is suitable to the improvement of mental and physical health on the national basic livelihood security recipients females. Moreover, these results suggested that yoga therapy program could be applied to welfare-program for improving the mental and physiological health status on the lower income bracket females.
다중검출기유도결합플라즈마질량분석기를 이용한 Pu 동위원소비 정밀 분석법

Plutonium is by far the most important of the transuranic elements which have been released into the environment due to radio-toxicity and long term radiation effects on humans. And Pu isotope ratio (240Pu/239Pu) is of great interest because this ratio is used as a fingerprint for different sources. Mass spectrometry has been used as an useful atom counting technique with several advantages over decay counting techniques for the determination of Pu isotopes. It enables a determination of Pu isotope ratio in the environmental samples with a low detection limit and a short determination time. An ICP-MS is the representative mass spectrometry for Pu determination. In this study, the precision of 240Pu/239Pu isotope ratio was improved by using 4 multiple ion counters of MC-ICP-MS. The detection limit of 239Pu and 240Pu were 0.10 fg ml-1 (0.24 μBq ml-1), 0.12 fg ml-1 (0.97 μBq ml-1), respectively. The relative standard deviation of 240Pu/239Pu isotope ratio was less than 1 % in trace level. The various reference materials (seawater, soil and sediment) were analyzed to verify this method and their analytical results were in good agreement with the certified (or recommended value) value.
