In this study, hospital guidance videos of domestic university hospitals based on health literacy were classified into two categories: due diligence and animation to find out the status and characteristics of use, and to conduct mutual comparison and analysis was conducted. In order to compare and analyze the understanding of viewers with live-action video and animation motion graphic video, the research method and scope are visual ‘attention’ and ‘education’ of the video by selecting four contents and one for each subject. It was classified into “understanding”, “aesthetic”, and “friendliness” and conducted on 114 adult age groups (20s to 70s) with a history of visiting university hospitals. As a result of the survey, live-action videos showed lower satisfaction than animation videos in terms of attention, aesthetics, and affinity, but education and understanding were similar to each other or higher satisfaction in live-action videos. Compared to live-action videos, animation videos increase viewers’ attention, and the color composition used in the design is composed of colors that viewers can easily recognize and remember, specific content is required, and the image used as an example is easy to understand, and interest in character-based delivery can be increased. In addition, if you think more about additional explanations using images, typography, etc., color composition with visual attention, and the fear and burden of viewers in medical institutions for the understanding of professional terms, it can help develop educational content in medical institutions in the future.

This study investigated the changes of antioxidant compounds and antioxidant activity of adzuki bean by drainage methods in poorly drained sloping paddy field. The soil moisture contents of under pipe and open ditch drainage on very poorly drained paddy soil were 18.52±4.58 and 19.01±4.25%, and imperfectly drained paddy soil were 14.87±4.82 and 18.64±3.85%, respectively. Moisture, protein, fat and ash contents of adzuki bean with drainage methods were 10.10~11.60, 14.13~21.75, 0.02~0.73 and 2.81~3.45 g/100 g, respectively. The total polyphenol, flavonoid and tannin contents, and radical scavenging activity of adzuki bean showed significant differences by drainage methods. The total polyphenol, flavonoid, and tannin contents by drainage methods were 2.73~4.14 mg GAE/g, 1.07~1.43 mg CE/g, and 1.27~1.84 mg TAE/g, respectively. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were 2.84~4.47 and 5.11~6.74 mg TE/g, respectively. The antioxidant compounds and radical scavenging activity of the adzuki bean by drainage methods were frequently affected soil water.

Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) was recognized as a potential source of forage. But the domestic cultivation techniques are not set standards yet. So we tested the basic culture techniques during 2012~2013 for getting a high yield and good grade forage production system. The best seeding method for mechanized planting (corn planter used) was hill seeding with 20×20 cm seeding distance. When we treated hill seeding with 20×20 cm, the yield what we could get was 13,641 kg/10a and it was 32% more than that of conventional practice hill seeding with 20×30 cm seeding distance. The proper seeding date for getting high yield was May 1. In May 1, the yield per 10a was reached 13,423 kg, and it was 30% more than that of seeding at May 30. More over the crude protein content which was important factor for determinating forage nutritive value was 12.7% and it was higher 1.8% (relatively 16.5% high) than that of May 30 seeding. The most effective herbicide for kenaf was Fluazipof-p-butyl. It’s herbicidal rate was 97% and phyto-toxicity was less than 5%. Regional adaptability for Jeollabuk-Do including Imsil Gun, Kochang Gun and Sunchang Gun were identified that the stable cultivation were possible in these area with average yield 12,400 kg/10a and it was about 1.7 times as compared to corn harvest.

Transcription factors are essential for the regulation of gene expression in plant. They are binding to either enhancer or promoter region of DNA adjacent to the gene and are related to basal transcription regulation, differential enhancement of transcription, development, response to intercellular signals or environment, and cell cycle control. The mechanism in controlling gene expression of transcription can be understood through the assessment of the complete sequence for the maize genome. It is possible that the maize genome encodes 4,000 or more transcription factors because it has undergone whole duplication in the past. Previously, several transcription factors of maize have been characterized. In this review article, the transcription factors were selected using Pfam database, including many family members in comparison with other family and listed as follows: ABI3 / VP1, AP2/EREBP, ARF, ARID, AS2, Aux/IAA, BES1, bHLH, bZIP, C2C2-CO-like, C2C2-Dof, C2C2-GATA, C2C2- YABBY, C2H2, E2F/DP, FHA, GARP-ARR-B, GeBP, GRAS, HMG, HSF, MADS, MYB, MYB-related, NAC, PHD, and WRKY family. For analyzing motifs, each amino acid sequence has been aligned with ClustalW and the conserved sequence was shown by sequence logo. This review article will contribute to further study of molecular biological analysis and breeding using the transcription factor of maize as a strategy for selecting target gene.
