        십전대보탕가미방(十全大補湯加味方)이 항암화학요법제(抗癌化學療法劑)의 세포독성(細胞毒性) 및 종양세포(腫瘍細胞)의 lysosomal enzymes에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Mainly side effects of antitumor chemotheraphy are fatigue, G-Ⅰ trouble(such as vomitting, nausea, diarrhea) and reduction of medullary function etc. Differentiated from syndromes in oriental medicine, above symptoms are recognized to 'Deficiency of both ki(vital energy) and blood'. And SDT(Sipjeondaebotang) has been widely used in 'Deficiency of both ki(vital energy) and blood'. Dr. Mun's SDTG(Sipjeondaebotanggamibang) consists of SDT plus several herb medicines-these have antitumor effect and reduce chemotherapheutic side effect. This experiment was undertaken to study the effects of SDTG on chemotherapheutic side effect and cytotoxicity. The results obtained in this study were as follows: Antitumor activities of the ethanol extract from SDTG(Sipjeondaebotanggamibang) and MMC(Mytomycin) on ascitis form of calcinoma in mice is a little improved. Especialy mean survival times of the group of SDTG(200mg/kg) and MMC(0.1mg/kg) is improved over 50%. When SDTG and MMC is administrated together, the weight of tumor is more decreased than MMC alone. The effect of the ethanol extract from SDTG and MMC on the lysosomal enzymes in Ehrich ascites carcinoma cell are more significantly improved than MMC alone. SDTG extract increases both NKcell conjugation and cyto-lysis against target cell. According to the above results it is recognized that SDTG increases the chemotherapheutic cytotoxicity of MMC and the activity of NKcell.

        Hypersonic vehicles over Mach 5 need active cooling or thermal management systems to resolve excessive heating problems on their fuselage and engines. Endothermic fuels are widely used these days not only for the energy source but also for a heat sink. Therefore, fuel supply systems of hypersonic vehicles should be mainly composed of adiabatic fuel storage tank, cooling systems for the airframe and engine/nozzle, and fuel supply/injection systems in high pressure, high temperature, and high fuel flow rate conditions. This paper describes a conceptual design process of a hypersonic fuel supply system in order for designing a layout of the system, and identifying components and their specification requirements.

        Helicobacter pylori 감염에 의한 Cytokines 유전자 발현에 대한 치양탕(治瘍湯)의 효과

        Effects of Chiyangtang(CYT) on H. pylori-induced increase of interleukin 8 and interleukin 1 gene expression was studied in Kato Ⅲ cell line, a human stomach epithelial cell line. Treatment of H. pylori to the cell culture signifant!y increased IL-8 and IL-1 mRNA synthesis. When CYT was added along with H. pylori, the increase of IL-8 and IL-1 mRNA synthesis was blocked. Activation of transcription factor $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-1 which were known to important in IL-8 and IL-1 gene expression was also studied using chloramphenicol acetyltransferase(CAT) assay. Treatment of H. pylori increased activation of $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-l and CYT effectively protected the activation. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay suggested that CYT effectively inhibited DNA binding of $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-l to their cognate site. These results suggested that CYT could prevent stomach diseases through the down regulation of IL -8 and IL-l gene expression which might be mediated by the inhibition of $NF-{\kappa}B$ and AP-1 activities and their binding to DNA.

        리듬운동을 활용한 농구 드리블 트레이닝의 효과

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of integrating rhythmic exercises into dribble training to enhance dribbling skills and to explore the potential of a new training method to complement and improve existing approaches. A total of 56 middle school students residing in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, including both males and females, were divided into experimental and control groups for data collection. The data analysis for this study was conducted using IBM STATISTICS SPSS 27.0 program. Independent t-test and three-way Mixed ANOVA (2×2×2) were performed to examine the changes in basketball dribbling skills based on gender and the presence of rhythmic training. Statistical significance was evaluated for interactions between gender, rhythmic training, and time, with a significance level set at α=.05. The results indicate that the experimental group, which received dribble training integrated with rhythmic exercises, showed significant improvements in dribbling skills compared to the control group following conventional training. Particularly noteworthy enhancements were observed in the accuracy, speed, and timing maintenance aspects of dribbling. The experimental group expressed high satisfaction with the training, and many participants recognized an improvement in their dribbling skills after the training period. These findings suggest that incorporating rhythmic exercises into training is an effective method for enhancing dribbling skills.

        논문(論文) : 한자어 지도(漢字語 指導)가 중학생(中學生)의 독서능력(讀書能力)에 미치는 영향(影響) -국어교과서의 단원별 한자어를 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 국어교과서의 단원별 한자어를 중심으로 지도한 결과, 중학생의 독서능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 고찰함에 있다. 먼저, 자료 수집과 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구 주제 및 연구 방법을 계획하고 2학년 1학기부터 3학년 2학기까지 중학교 국어교과서를 분석하여 지도용 한자 및 한자어를 선정하였다. 대단원 학습을 종료할 때마다 협동학습 수업모형을 적용하여 학습자로 하여금 옥편과 국어사전을 활용하여 제시된 한자 및 한자어를 활용한 짧은 글짓기를 완성하는 활동에 적극적으로 참여하도록 지도하였다. 연구 전·후의 변화를 알아보기 위해 독서능력 종합검사의 하위요인 변수들을 대응(pair)시켜 그 평균차이가 통계적으로 유의미한가를 분석하기 위한 대응(paired) t-test검증을 하였다. 검증 결과, 남학생과 여학생 모두 독서능력이 크게 향상되었으며, 특히 남학생의 경우 연구 이전에는 여학생들보다 훨씬 낮은 수준을 보였으나 연구 이후에는 거의 비슷한 수준까지 도달하여 독서능력이 크게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 한자어 지도는 중학생의 독서능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며 중학생의 한자 및 한자어 능력을 신장시키기 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램을 구안·적용시킬 필요가 있다. This study is to teach Chinese letters of each unit through the analysis of Korean-textbooks, and to verify the effects on improving reading comprehension. First, the topic and the method of the study was planed through the data collection and consideration to the precedent studies and instruction Chinese letters and words were selected through the analysis of the middle school textbooks which are for second-grade to third-grade students. At consolidation stage of each lesson, learners were made to participate in the writing short-sentence activity using the presenting Chinese letters and words and they were allowed to use the Chinese-Korean and Korean dictionaries. The before and after change of the study was investigated through the Paired T-test for verifying the statistic meaningfulness of the distinction in average by pairing subordinate variables of total test for reading comprehension. The result showed the significant improvements in reading comprehension of the boy and girl students altogether. Especially the boy students who were much lower than the girl students before the study showed the reading comprehension attainments to the similar level to the girl students after the study. In conclusion, teaching Chinese letters and words had a positive effect on learners` reading comprehension and it was necessary to design and apply the various teaching programs to enhance the students` ability of Chinese letters and words.

      • 오리피스 인젝터의 형상이 고온 항공유의 분사특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 다양한 형상의 오리피스 인젝터에 대하여 고온 상태의 항공유 분사 특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 일반 오리피스형 인젝터의 직경(D), 길이(L), 길이-직경비(L/D), 챔퍼 깊이(C)를 형상 파라미터로 정하였고 연료의 분사 압력을 변화시키면서, 연료의 분사특성을 상온에서 비등점 이상의 온도까지 연료를 가열하면서 관찰하였다. 그 결과는 인젝터의 유출계수 Cd로 정량화하여 비교하였으며, 연료온도 상승에 따른 비등의 효과는 캐비테이션 수(Kc)로 나타내었다. 동일한 D와 L에 대하여 C가 어느 정도 증가할 때 까지는 Cd가 비례하여 증가하였고 이러한 경향은 연료의 온도 및 분사 압력에 관계없이 동일하였다. 한편, 저온 영역에서는 D나 L/D가 클수록 Cd가 크지만 비등의 영향이 발생하기 시작하면 그 경향은 반대로 나타났다. An experimental study was conducted to investigate the injection characteristics of high temperature aviation fuel through various plain orifice injectors with different orifice diameters (D), lengths (L), and chamfer depths (C) for various injection pressures when the fuel was heated to the temperature higher than its boiling point. The results were quantified by the discharge coefficient, Cd, and the effect of boiling at high fuel temperatures were represented by the cavitation number, Kc. It was found that Cd increased with increasing C, and Cd was high for larger D and L/D at low fuel temperature ranges while the trend was reversed at the temperature higher than the boiling point.

      • 연료의 비등점이 고온상태 분사특성에 미치는 영향

        기존 항공유보다 비등점을 높인 고비등점 연료에 대하여 다양한 분사 압력 조건에서 비등점 이상의 온도까지 연료를 가열하는 경우의 분사특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 연료 온도 상승에 따른 인젝터의 특성은 유량계수(α)와 캐비테이션 수(Kc)를 파라미터로 나타내었는데, 고온에서의 각 연료별 α 특성을 Kc에 대해 나타내면 그 경향이 모두 유사한 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 고비점 연료들은 기존 연료에 비하여 비등의 효과가 나타나기 시작하는 온도가 더 높아졌을 뿐만 아니라, 그 이상의 온도에서도 분사 특성에 미치는 인젝터 내부의 비등 영향을 더 적게 받았다. An experiment was conducted to study fuel injection characteristics of high boiling point test fuels(HBPTF), which are newly developed with higher boiling points than conventional aviation fuels, for various injection pressures when the fuel was heated to the temperature higher than their boiling points. The injection characteristics with elevating fuel temperature were quantified by the flow coefficient (α) and the cavitation number (Kc), and it was found that the trends between α and Kc for various fuels were very similar with each other. In addition, compared with a conventional fuel, HBPTFs not only have higher fuel temperatures at which the effect of fuel boiling on the injection initiates, but also are less affected by the fuel boiling inside the injectors at temperatures over the boiling point.
