임상적으로 건강하고 휴식상태에 있는 한국 경주마의 혈청단백질치를 조사하였다. 총단백질농도는 6.5$\pm$0.3g/100ml(평균$\pm$표준편차)이였다. 알부민 농도는 3.4$\pm$0.2, $\alpha$-글로부린 농도는 0.8$\pm$0.1, $\beta$-글로부린 농도는 1.2$\pm$0.2, ${\gamma}$-글로부린 농도는 1.1$\pm$0.3g/100ml이었으며, A/G 비는 1.15$\pm$0.21이었다. 성, 연령, 계절에 따르는 혈청단백질치의 차이를 통계적으로 분석하여 보고하였다.

본 논문은 광섬유 브래그 격자 센서를 이용한 대공간 구조물의 실시간 모니터링을 설명하였고, 외부 외력 작용시에 대공간 구조물의 요소인 막이나 케이블의 변형을 계측하는데 광섬유 브래그 격자 센서가 매우 적합하다는 점을 검증하고 있다. 이와 함께 대공간 구조물에 광섬유 브래그 격자 센서를 이용하여 변형을 모니터링하는 실험을 실시하였다. 장스팬의 대공간 구조물을 모니터링하기 위하여 많은 요소를 계측할 수 있는 장비가 필요하다. 실험의 결과로 광섬유 브래그 격자 센서는 외력 작용시에 정확한 계측을 보여주었다. 그러므로 대공간 구조물의 변형율을 계산할 수 있고 실시간 모니터링이 가능하다. In this paper, always monitoring system of fiber Bragg Crating(FBG)Sensor is described and FBGs are well suited for measuring the movement in the part of the spatial structure(for example, cable, membrane and so on)under the pressure conditions. In order to measure the movement of long span structure, we need the measurable equipment that takes in many spots to measure. In the result of experiment, the fiber sensors showed good response to the pressure conditions. Therefore, We could calculate the movement of spatial structure and be possible health monitoring of the spatial structure.

Spinel $LiMn_2O_4$ has become appealing because manganese is inexpensive and environmentally benign. In general, cathodes for lithium ion batteries include carbon as a conductive agent that provides electron transfer between the active material and the current collector. In this work, we selected Acetylene Black and Super P Black as conductive agents, and then carried out their comparative investigation for the performances of the $Li/LiMn_2O_4$ cells using different conductive agents with different particle size. In addition, their electrochemical impedance characteristic of $Li/Mn_2O_4$ cells using different conductive agents is effectively identified through a.c. impedance technique. As a consequence, $Li/LiMn_2O_4$ cells with Super P Black show better electrochemical performances ascribed to the significant contribution of feasible ionic conduction due to larger particle size than those with Acetylene Black.

소의 혈청 Ornithine Carbamyltransferase 활성도 측정에 필요한 적합한 조건에 관한 연구

The optimal conditions for the evaluation of serum ornithine carbamyltransferase activity, based on the do-termination of citrulline formed during the enzymatic reaction, were investigated and the serum ornithine carbamyltransferase activity of cattle were surveyed. Barbital-acetate buffer(70m moles/L, pH 7.0 at $37^{\circ}C$) were usea for the entire experiment. The results were as follows. 1. When the concentration of $H_2SO_4$ in color reagent exceeds 3.0 m1/100m1 the serum protein precipitated and absorbance increased. 2. The concentrations of antipyrine and diacetylmonoxime required for maximal color formation were 1g/L and 5g/L, respectively. 3. The absorbance was maximal when the reaction mixture was boiled for 25 minutes. 4. The chromogen were stable for at least 60 minutes under loon lighting condition, but decolorized rapidly under direct sunlight. 5. The minimal concentration of urease solution(Sigma Chemical Co., Type III) required for elimination of serum urea was 0, 6mg/ml. 6. When the concentration of L-ornithine solution increased up to 22m moles/L, the ornithine carbamyltransferase activity was not inhibited by zwitterion of ornithine. 7. In accordance with the increase of carbamylphosphate concentration the ornithine carbamyltransferase activity increased and the nonenzymatic citrulline production also increased slightly. 8. The standard curve of citrulline revealed linear pattern within the range of this experiment (0.1~4.0m moles/L). 9. The ornithine carbamyltransferase activities of normal cattle investigated in this laboratory were 6.85$\pm$4.38U/L (mean$\pm$SD) in cows and 2.89$\pm$2.50U/L in bulls. The range of the activities were 0.39~29.12U/L in cows and 0.06~17.34U/L in bulls.
표면처리에 의한 Carbon Black 의 표면물성변화

카본블랙은 일반적으로 보강성, 착색성, 내후성, 내화학성 및 전기적 전도성 등의 다양한 특성을 가지고 있으나 매질과의 친화력이 낮아 이용하는데 어려움을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 카본블랙의 표면특성을 변화시켜 매질과의 친화력을 향상시키기 위하여 표면에 비교적 많은 기능기를 가지고 있는 channel black은 표면 카르복실기의 수소를 알칼리 금속과 치환하였고, 표면 기능기가 거의 존재하지 않는 furnace black은 질산으로 처리하였다. 이와 같이 표면의 특성을 변화시켜 카본블랙의 물성변화를 측정하고, 수용액 속에서의 분산특성을 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 표면처리된 channel black의 경우 치환된 금속(Li, Na, K)의 이온반경이 증가함에 따라 입자 표면의 수화도 증가로 인하여 분산성이 향상되었고, 질산처리한 furnace black의 경우 산의 농도 및 반응온도에 비례하여 표면 기능기의 증대를 가져왔으며 반응시간에는 크게 영향을 받지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 전해질 용액에서 pH 변화에 따른 제타전위를 측정한 결과 카본블랙 입자의 표면 전하밀도가 증가하고, 이에 따른 전기적 반발력 증가로 인한 분산성의 향상과 비교적 안정한 계를 이루고 있음을 확인하였다. Carbon Black has various advantageous properties such as reinforcement, tinting, weathering, chemical resistance, electrical resistance, etc., but it has poor affinity in the solution. The purpose of this study is to enhance dispersion in the aqueous solution by altering the surface characteristics. Two different treatments were applied for both channel black and furnace black respectively. Channel black was treated in alkaline solution to replace hydrogen of the carboxyl group with alkaline metal, Li, Na, K. Furnace black has few functional groups, and it was treated with HNO₃to increase the number of functional group on carbon black. It was seen that the substitution of alkaline metal on the surface of channel black enhances the degree of dispersion. Also the higher the acid concentration and reaction temperature, the more the number of some functional groups on the furnace black. Reaction time was not seen to be effective.
