고압 스프레이 코팅법에 의한 저온동시소성세라믹(LTCC) 유전체 층의 적층방법

유리 조성이 섞인 유전체 파우더와 증류수 그리고 해교제의 혼합으로 만들어진 슬러리를 에어로졸 형태로 고압 스프레이 건으로 기판에 스프레이 코팅 하였다. 기판으로는 알루미나 기판과 전극 패턴이 프린트 된 그린쉬트를 사용하였다. 슬러리 점도와 스프레이 건에 의한 분사모양 그리고 슬러리의 분사량은 코팅 층의 코팅 속도에 영향을 끼쳤으나 밀도에는 거의 영향을 주지 않았다. 고압 스프레이 코팅 방법은 기판에 직접적인 가압 과정이 없으므로 내부 전극은 인쇄된 형태가 유지되었다. 최적 조건에서는 균일하고 조밀한 코팅 층을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 그린쉬트에 적층 공정을 사용한 기존의 방법과는 달리 고압 스프레이 코팅 방법은 $20{\sim}50{\mu}m$의 얇은 유전체 층을 얻을 수 있었다. Aerosol slurry composed of dielectric materials, distilled water, and deflocculants was sprayed on the substrates, through a high-pressure spray gun as an aerosol. The coated layers were cofired together with $Al_{2}O_{3}$ substrates and green sheets on which the inner connectors were printed. Although the coating rate of coated layers strongly depended on slurry viscosity, spray shape, and the pressure of the spray gun, the coated density was not changed. Buried conductors were maintained as printed by high pressure spray coating method, because the pressing process was not used. At the optimum condition of air controller step 3-4 and slurry viscosity c.p 2000-4000, dense and uniform layers could be achieved. Comparing with conventional lamination process using green sheets, spray coating method enabled thin dielectric layers of $20{\sim}50{\mu}m$.

설계프로젝트 참여자간 협업지원을 위한 설계협업관리 시스템 개발

건축프로젝트는 다수의 참여자가 공동의 목표 실현을 위해 다양하고 복합적인 형태로 상호협력 구조를 형성하게 된다. 그 중에서도 프로젝트의 초기단계에 속하는 설계프로젝트는 프로젝트 전체의 품질을 결정하는 중요한 단계라 할 수 있으며 참 여주체간의 밀접하고 지속적인 협력체계를 필요로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 설계프로젝트단계의 원활한 협업구조를 통한 프로젝트의 성공적 수행 지원을 목표로 프로젝트 참여주체 간 이동 정보 및 협의를 지원하는 설계협업관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 설계관련 실무전문가들과의 면담을 실시하여 국내 설계협업관리 현황 및 협업 저해 요인들을 파악하였고, 요인분석을 통해 발주자 협업관리 요소와 엔지니어 협업관리 요소를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출된 관리요소를 바탕으로 설계협업관리 프로세스를 제안함으로써 시스템적 관리 방안의 틀을 정립하였고, 이를 통해 발주자/설계자/엔지니어의 협력지원 시스템인 설계협업관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 설계협업관리 시스템은 효율적인 설계프로젝트 수행을 위한 지원수단으로써, 프로젝트 참여자의 협업을 최대화시킬 수 있는 관리방안을 제시할 수 있다. 향후 이와같은 설계관리 기술분야의 지속적인 연구개발을 통해 설계품질의 향상 및 설계프로젝트의 경쟁력 제고를 기대해본다. Construction Projects have mutual collaborative structures among various participants for common objectives. Most of all the design project which is the initial phase in the project is crucial for determining project overall quality and requires intimate and continuous relations between project participants. Thus, this study suggests Design Collaboration Management System for successful performing projects through cooperation among participants in the initial stage of projects. First, expert interviews were performed to figure out present conditions of design collaboration management and problems. The factor analysis was applied to draw owner's collaboration factors and engineer's collaboration factors. Based on those factors, this study suggests design cooperation management process which gives a framework for systematic management method. Through the process the design collaboration management system was developed which helps owner/designers/engineer's co-work. The System suggested from this study realizes systematic information management tool and through that it is expected to improve design product;'s quality, and further contribute the advancement of project.

중등학교 과학 교사들의 대기압에 관련된 개념 분석

This study was focused on whether secondary science teachers have consistent, integrative scheme on the definition of atmospheric pressure and phenomena caused by air pressure. We had made questionnaire and let 94 science teachers answer. We sorted the responses according to their major, school and compared them with the description in textbooks. The result can be summarized into three findings. First of all, teachers whose major is chemistry have strong tendency to understand that atmospheric pressure is caused by molecular motion though it, in textbooks, is defined as the pressure by weight of air mass. The half of respondents believed that decreasing of atmospheric pressure in high altitude is due to molecular motions, while most textbook says decrease in the weight of air mass. Secondly, many science textbooks show that air mass expands, rises, becomes less dense and the pressure of atmosphere becomes low when it receives heat. So, most of respondents explained low pressure is formed by lower density. Thirdly, they answered that they just teach the phenomena of air pressure by using the textbooks which mainly deal with the present state rather than a principle. In conclusion, the science textbooks should present the exact description and consolidated structures of those concepts to prevent students from having misconceptions on air pressure. In addition, training program for science teachers would be necessary to reconsider and explore the natural phenomena in various viewpoints.

R프로그래밍 기반의 비정형 건설 데이터 분석

As construction projects are getting complex, the amount of information in order for performing project has rapidly increased. Thus, high quality of data management technique, which can promote project’s productivity and profitability, is now a big issue in construction industry. Especially, as the importance of construction claim and dispute management is emphasized data analysis based risk management is becoming an important topic. This study analyzed overseas construction adjudication cases based on unstructured data analytics as a way of claim and dispute management. In order to analysis on unstructured data, which is written in text data, NLP, IR and Text Mining technique was applied, and some of meaningful results could be derived. From the text analysis written in construction case law, some construction dispute type was classified; loss of profit, document notification, practical completion, clear terms of contract, and payment. This study conducted a meaningful attempt in construction dispute research aspect as suggests a methodology which can enhance the accessibility and availability of construction adjudication cases.

아버지의 양육 참여도 및 양육 스트레스와 유아의 사회적 능력과의 관계

This study investigated the relations among fathers' rearing involvement, parenting stress and children's social competence. Subjects of the study included 240 young children aged three to five attending a kindergarten in Jeju Island, as well as their fathers. Questionnaires were used in order to survey fathers' rearing involvement, parenting stress and children's social competence. Fathers' rearing involvement marked in the middle or slightly high level in general and fathers' rearing stress was generally moderate or slightly low. Children's social competence was in the intermediate to high level. There were negative correlations between father's rearing involvement and parenting stress and between parenting stress and children's social competence. Fathers' rearing involvement was positively correlated with children's social competence.

IT 융합의 시대를 맞아, 오늘날 모든 분야에서 컨버전스가 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 혁신의 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 생명과학분야에서도 IT를 접목한 새로운 비지니스가 창출되고 있다. 그러나, 생명의료 윤리를 실질적으로 접하는 의료인 조차 지식수준에 비해 낮은 윤리의식을 갖추었으며 지식수준을 윤리의식으로 착각하고 있다는 평가아래 의료윤리연구회와 같은 기관을 설립하여 생명의료윤리의식을 갖추자는 자성의 목소리가 의료인들의 근래의 반응이다. 본고는 생명윤리 관련 내용을 코드체계화하고 지식관리시스템으로 구축하여, 모바일 스마트를 활용한 플랫폼 설계 및 어플을 제공한다. 생명윤리와 그 관련 법규에 관한 정보를 제공함으로써 국민의 생명윤리 의식을 고취하고 적절한 문제해결 방법을 안내하기 위함을 목적으로 한다.
