대구경 비구면 거울은 대형 천체 망원경이나 고해상도 위성 카메라 등에 사용하는 핵심부품이다. 일반적인 디지털 카메라와 비교하면 매우 크므로 설계 및 제작이 같은 크기의 구면거울보다 훨씬 어렵다. 특히 경량화가 많이 될수록 중력이나 온도변화와 같은 외부의 힘에 의한 변형이 쉽게 발생하기 때문에 이러한 효과를 줄여주는 광기계 설계 및 해석이 더욱 중요해진다. 지상용과 우주용은 사용 환경에 차이가 있어서 설계 요구조건이 달라지고 이에 따라 지지구조물이나 반사경의 경량화 모양 등에 많은 차이가 있다. 본 논문에서는 대구경 비구면 광학기술가운데 가장 어려운 광기계 설계에 관하여 지상용과 우주용으로 나누어 자세히 설명하고자 한다. A large aspheric mirror is a key component for large astronomical telescopes and high resolution satellite cameras. Since it is large and has an aspheric form, it is much more difficult to fabricate it compared to the similar size of spherical mirror. Especially, the opto-mechanical design and analysis is critical to reduce the deformation of mirror surface due to the external forces such as gravity or temperature change, as the mirror size is larger and lightweighting ratio is increased. The design requirements for the mirror are different depending on the particular ground and space applications because the environmental conditions are changed. In this paper, we explain the opto-mechanical design and analysis for ground and space applications that are among the most difficult to achieve among several technologies related to development of the large aspheric mirror.
강재 풍력 터빈 타워의 상부구조 모델링 방법에 따른 고유진동수 특성에 대한 고찰

Wind turbine tower has a very important role in wind turbine system as one of the renewable energy that has been attracting attention worldwide recently. Due to the growth of wind power market, advance and development of offshore wind system and getting huger capacity is inevitable. As a result, the vibration is generated at wind turbine tower by receiving constantly dynamic loads such as wind load and wave load. Among these dynamic loads, the mechanical load caused by the rotation of the blade is able to make relatively periodic load to the wind turbine tower. So natural frequency of the wind turbine tower should be designed to avoid the rotation frequency of the rotor according to the design criteria to avoid resonance. Currently research of the wind turbine tower, the precise research does not be carried out because of simplifying the structure of the other upper and lower. In this study, the effect of blade modeling differences are to be analyzed in natural frequency of wind turbine tower.
경제분야 직무연수 참여 교사들의 심리적 자본이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향- Job Engagement를 매개로

본 연구에서는 경제분야 직무연수 참여 교사들의 심리적 자본이 과연 Job Engagement를 매개로 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 조사 연구하였다. 분석결과 심리적 자본(자기효용성, 희망, 탄력성, 낙관성)은 Job Engagement에 유의미한 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 Job Engagement는 혁신행동에도 유의미한 결과를 보여주었다. 그리고 Job Engagement를 통제한 후 심리적 자본이 유의미한지 살펴본 결과에서는 자기효용성, 탄력성, 낙관성의 경우에는 회귀계수가 감소하였으나, 희망의 경우에는 회귀계수가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나왔다. Job Engagement가 심리적 자본 중 자기효용성, 탄력성, 낙관성과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 부분 매개하고 있으며, 심리적 자본 중 희망과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 완전매개하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 학교에서 또는 교사 자신이 직무에서 혁신행동을 기대한다면 Job Engagement를 가지고 경제분야 직무연수의 참여를 통해 심리적 자본을 확충해야 한다는 것을 시사한다. This study examines the effects of psychological capital of teacher participants in economic education programs on innovative behavior mediating engagement. The results showed that psychological capital, such as self-efficacy, hope, resilience, optimism, was significant to job engagement. Job engagement was also significant to innovative behavior. The analysis of the significance of psychological capital showed that with job engagement controlled, regression coefficient declined in self-efficacy, resilience and optimism; however, it was found insignificant in hope. Job engagement partly mediated between self-efficacy, resilience and optimism and innovative behavior. It fully mediated between hope and innovative behavior. However, it was not found if job engagement has any effects on innovative behavior with the number of participation in economic education training course as mediating variable. In conclusion, this study implies that if teachers or schools expect innovative behavior in the workplace, psychological capital should be developed by participating in economic education training with job engagement.
프랜차이즈 헤어살롱의 지속 가능 경영이 고객 만족과 추천 의도에 미치는 영향

This study is intended to look into the effects of sustainability management on customer satisfaction and recommendation intention of franchised hair salon. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 285 female customers in their 20s to 50s visiting franchised hair shops. The SPSS program was used for data analysis. The overall results showed that customers' perception of economic, social and environmental responsibility activities had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and recommendation intention. As stated above, the long-term relationship with existing customers through the delivery and satisfaction of service quality beyond temporary short-term customer-focused services would improve the local environment and the quality of whole society in the economic development, social responsibility and transparent management with the community while the size of hair salons was growing and their global franchise management with national enterprise network was expanding. Consequently, their participation in partnership as the contributing community can improve customer satisfaction, leading to loyal customers as positive friendly customers on the recommendation of acquaintance and others.
풍력터빈타워의 모델링에 따른 고유진동수 특성에 관한 연구

최근 지구 환경문제에 대한 국제적 관심이 높아지고 있는 가운데 신재생 에너지의 도입에 대한 중요성이 더욱 부각되 고 있다. 풍력발전은 신재생 에너지의 한 분야로써 미래의 대체에너지 자원으로 주목받고 있으며 이에 대한 연구개발이 활발 히 진행되고 있다. 풍력발전시스템 가운데 타워구조물은 지속적이고 안정된 발전을 위해 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며 다양한 해석모델을 활용하여 연구개발이 이뤄지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 풍력터빈타워의 해석모델이 고유진동수 해석결과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석해 보았다. 해석결과 타워의 세부적 부분을 타워 강재 단위중량으로 치환한 모델은 1차 고유진동수 와 0.14%의 차이를 보여 모델링의 간소화가 가능 할 것으로 판단하였으며, 경계조건의 따라 고유진동수가 10%이상의 차이가 발생하는 것을 보아 단순 고정단 해석은 실제 거동을 나타내지 못하는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구 결과는 적합한 해석모델링 기준을 확립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently the importance of renewable energy is stood out regarding to the international concern about global environmental issues. Wind power is beginning to receive attention as one of renewable energy, and world-wide researches about wind power are being carried out. In the wind power system, tower structure plays an important roles for continuous and stable generation of electricity. Researchers use various analytical models to research and develop about tower structures. In this study, the effects of natural frequencies of various wind turbine tower models have been analyzed. It is possible to simplify the detailed parts of models by using modified tower unit weight since the results of 1st natural frequency show that the difference is only 0.14%. Since the difference in natural frequency is greater than 10%, according to the boundary condition, the simple fix end support is not appropriate to represent the real structure of the tower. It is expected that the result of this study may be utilized to establish the criterion about appropriate modelling method.
색채 및 펄스 도플러 초음파를 이용한 경부 림프절의 양성과 악성의 감별

Objectives: The clinical efficacy of the color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound with spectral waveform analysis for differentiation of malignant from benign cervical lymphadenopathy was prospectively evaluated in cervical lymphadenopathy. Materials and Methods: Color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound examination was prospectively performed in 32 cervical lymph nodes in 28 patients. These 10 nodes from 10 patients were malignant and 22 nodes from 18 patients were benign, proved by operation, biopsy, and follow-up examination. Another 12 lymph nodes from 12 normal volunteers were evaluated as control group. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), minimal diastolic velocity (MDV) , and resistive indexes (RI) of arterial flows within the 32 lymph nodes were assessed to differentiate the malignant from benign nodes with pulsed Doppler ultrasonography. The results were qualitified with one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni method of multiple comparison. Results: The mean values of PSV of malignant, benign, and control nodes were 38.2(10.1-134)cm/sec, 23.3(9-38.5) cm/sec and 11.8(6.7-18.1) cm/sec, respectively. The mean values of MDV of them were 0.9(-7.5-10.7)cm/sec, 9.7(2.9-18.6)cm/sec and 6.5(3.7-9.3)cm/sec, respectively. However, there was no statistical significance in differentiation of malignant from benign nodes with PSV and MDV. The mean values of RI of malignant, benign, and control nodes were 0.99(0.80-1.30), 0.59(0.46-0.77) and 0.45(0.38-0.50), respectively. RI value of 0.8 is suggestive value for discrimination of malignant from benign lymphadenopathy during examination of color Doppler ultrasound of cervical lymphadenopathy. Conclusion: Color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound examination with spectral waveform analysis may be quite helpful in the differentiation between benign and malignant alterations of cervical lymph nodes.
