서낙동강에서 동·식물플랑크톤의 총유기탄소 기여율 변동 분석

Carbon biomass of plankton community, Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Chlorophyll a (chl.a) concentration were examined in the SeoNakdong river from January to December in 2014, to assess composition of phyto- and zoo-plankton variation, to certify the correlation between chl.a and TOC and to determine the level of contribution of plankton carbon content to TOC in the reservoir-river ecosystem. The correlation level between TOC and chl.a was low in the year 2014 but exceptionally was highly correlated only during the period with cyanobacterial bloom. The high level of contribution of plankton carbon content to TOC was attributed to cyanobacterial carbon biomass from May to November and to Cladocera carbon biomass from March to May, November and December despite of its low abundance. These results suggest that there were inter-relationships between phytoplankton, zooplankton and TOC and also subtle consistency of their properties through the year. These patterns should be discussed in relation to the physiochemical and biological characteristics of the environment, as well as to allochthonous organic matters from non-point pollution sources.

Objectives : This study was to investigate the effectiveness of thread-embedding therapy for the treatment of acute phase of Bell's palsy. Methods : Thread-embedding therapy was performed once a week on 29 patients within 1 weeks after the onset. We investigated the general characters, Yanagihara's score, House-Brackmann scale and FDI were used to evaluate the effectiveness of thread-embedding therapy. Results : Facial muscle recovery began at 13.37th day, that was about 0.36 day earlier than the previous patients who were treated without thread-embedding therapy in 2017 at the same hospital, but there was no statistical significance. In the change of each scale before and after treatment, Yanagihara's score, House-Brackmann scale, physical function and social function of FDI were changed significantly. Compared with the patients treated without thread-embedding therapy in 2017, Yanagihara's score was a little higher and House-Brackmann scale was a little lower. Conclusions : These findings suggested that thread-embedding therapy on acute phase of Bell's palsy was a little more effective than the conventional therapy without thread-embedding therapy.

Recently our society has been experiencing situations like sudden hike in the divorce rates, decline in the birthrates, violence in the families, all of which have contributed to the climax in the crisis of ""family breakup"", triggering the amendment of the laws in the direction of the government looking after family problems and resolution of the problems. At the same time, Family Court is demanded not only for its traditional ability, to solve problems by trials, but also to look after the welfare of children and women who are relatively in the weaker position, mediation and reconciliation to solve disputes, and welfare services related to families. However, our Family court and family trial systems do not seem to reflect all these needs. The following are the problems of the Family Court. (1) Family Courts are only installed in large cities such as Seoul, therefore not providing equal justice services to citizens in other areas. (2) Specialties such as judicial and examiners are lacking substantially in number. (3) In operation of the family trial, it takes a long time to wait for a trial but there aren’t any sincere mediations or judgements. (4) Divorce by agreement systems were improved, but there is a lack of programs such as making both parents agree on child caring in the process of divorce and people in charge. (5) In a divorce, trials have unnecessary problems that deal with a lot of emotions because of fault-based divorce, and lack of consideration for support in separationof properties. (6) The children of divorced families may not receive fostering expenses during the trial, and even after the trial they experience difficulties since the process of receiving it are very complicated. To solve these kinds of problems I suggest these solutions. (1) Establishment of Family Courts all over the country, (2) facility improvement of Family Courts, (3) increase the number of judges and examiners, (4) make mediation more effective and specialized, (5) quick dealing with the cases and trials considering the unique characteristics of family trials, (6) protecting women and children who are in a relatively lower position in things such as separation of properties and fostering expenses, (7) In addition, counseling facilities run by the executive branch and civilians, social welfare service centers, children welfare service centers, protection centers for victims from violence in families, and the Family Court isn’t well related right now, but connecting and using them systematically will maximize the effect even with a small budget. Looking at a long term, there needs fundamental solutions such as reforming family courts and the civil court by separating them as having a different organization and a system of personal management, strengthen the relations with the executive branch, and boldly increase the welfare budget. The welfare needed for solving problems related to family isn’t a problem to be just left entirely to the Family Court but something that needs to be solved by the government by actively intensifying welfare services.

In order to prolong the Shin-Hallyu and make a significant leap forward, we analyzed the characteristics of Jambinai, Singsing Band, and Ackdan Gwangchil, bands that are recognized globally for their musicality and popularity. First, the socio-cultural background behind the worlds attention on korean traditional music lies in the racial and cultural diversity that embraces the non-mainstream identity. In particular, the success of Korean traditional music fusion bands in non-Asian countries can satisfy their public seeking to enjoy an exotic culture that is different from Western culture. it is necessary to recognize cultural, social and musical differences depending on the country or ethnicity and to approach them accordingly. Second, in the same Asian region, Korean traditional music is not given a sense of homogeneity, but in the West, the Eastern heterogeneity seems to have become a stronger ompetitive edge. With the expansion of the new Korean Wave to various regions, it is necessary to try to form a regional repertoire. Third, we found the validity of the convergence with the new Korean Wave through the characteristics of Gugak musicians as the main body to build a world of traditional music and enable popularization and globalization. It is necessary to highlight koreas traditional cultural value through analytical research on the effects of tone, composition and directing techniques reflected in korean traditional music or musical elements. The uniqueness and Korean values provided by Gugak will serve as homogeneity in Asia and heterogeneity in Europe and the United States, presenting the possibility of New Hallyu content and contributing to the prolonged Korean Wave.

재조합 균주인 E. coli JM109/DL-3를 사용하여 carboxymethylcellulase를 생산하기 위한 배지의 최적 염 농도를 orthogonal array method(OAM)과 response surface method (RSM) 등과 같은 통계학적인 방법으로 확립하고 그 결과를 비교하였다. OAM에 기초를 한 Qualitek-4 Software를 사용하여 실험을 계획하고, 그 결과를 분석한 결과는 K2HPO4가 균체의 생장 및 carboxymethylcellulase의 생산에 미치는 영향이 가장 크다는 사실을 확인 하였다. 균체의 생육에 최적인 K2HPO4, NaCl, MgSO4?7H2O 및 (NH4)2SO4의 농도는 10.0, 1.0, 0.2 및 0.6 g/l이었으나, carboxymethylcellulase의 생산에 최적인 각 염들의 농도는 각각 5.0, 1.0, 0.4 및 0.6 g/l이었다. RSM에 기초를 한 Design-Expert Software를 사용하여 실험을 계획하고, 그 결과를 분석한 결과는 K2HPO4가 균체의 생장 및 carboxymethylcellulase의 생산에 가장 중요한 인자라는 사실을 확인하였다. 균체의 생장에 최적인 K2HPO4, NaCl, MgSO4?7H2O 및(NH4)2SO4의 농도는 7.44, 1.08, 0.22 및 0.88 g/l이었으나, carboxymethylcellulase의 생산에 최적인 각 염들의 농도는 각각 5.84, 0.69, 0.28 및 0.54 g/l이었다. 기본적으로 OAM에 기초한 software를 사용하여 얻은 결과는 RSM에 기초한 software를 사용하여 얻은 결과와 유사하였다. 최적 조건에서 재조합 균주 E. coli JM109/DL-3이 생산하는 carboxymethylcellulase의 생산은 B. amyloliquifacience DL-에 비하여 1.92배 증가하였다. The optimal concentrations of salts in medium for cell growth and the production of carboxymethylcellulase (CMCase) by a recombinant E. coli JM109/DL-3 were established using two statistical methods: orthogonal array method (OAM) and response surface method (RSM). The analysis of variance (ANOVA) of data based on OAM indicated that K2HPO4 gave maximum sum of square (S) and percentage contribution (P) for cell growth as well as production of CMCase. The optimal concentrations of K2HPO4, NaCl, MgSO4?7H2O, and (NH4)2SO4 in medium for cell growth extracted by Qualitek-4 (W32b) Software were 10.0, 1.0, 0.2, and 0.6 g/l, respectively, whereas those for the production of CMCase by E. coli JM109/DL-3 were 5.0, 1.0, 0.4, and 0.6 g/l. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) resulting from RSM indicated that a highly significant salt for cell growth was K2HPO4 ("probe>F" less than 0.0001), whereas K2HPO4 and MgSO4?7H2O were significant for the production of CMCase. The optimal concentrations of K2HPO4, NaCl, MgSO4?7H2O, and (NH4)2SO4 for cell growth extracted by Design Expert Software were 7.44, 1.08, 0.22, and 0.88 g/l, respectively, whereas those for production of CMCase were 5.84, 0.69, 0.28, and 0.54 g/l. The optimal concentrations of salts and their influences on cell growth and production of CMCase extracted by OAM were almost the same as those by RSM. Production of CMCase by a recombinant E. coli JM109/DL-3 under optimized concentration of salts was 1.93 times higher than that by Bacillus amyloliquifaciens DL-3.
레올로지 정수를 이용하여 21, 24MPa급 일반강도 콘크리트의 재료분리 경계를 판단하기 위한 기초연구

The aim of the research is to provide the boundary conditions for segregation of normal strength grade and high fluidity concrete mixture (so called mid-fluidity concrete) with rheology parameters. Since the normal strength grade concrete mixture has a relatively high water-to-cement ratio and no SCMs, it is easy to be segregated when superplasticizer is added. Hence, to achieve the mid-fluidity concrete of normal strength grade and high fluidity, preventing segregation of the mixture is inevitable. In this research, using two superplasticizers with different solid concentrations, the flow behaviors and rheological behaviors were assessed by increasing fluidity until the segregation happened. According to the experiment in this research, an unusual behavior in rheology parameters was observed when the concrete mixture started to be segregated. From this results and report, it is expected to contribute on the definition of segregation with rheological test methods.

Ajaeng is the bowed string instrument among zither instruments in East Asia, which has a circular form to date, and it has established itself as an important instrument in todays creative Gugak along with traditional music. Looking at previous prior studies, musical instrument studies have not been actively conducted due to insufficient data from musical history studies, and this study looked at the origin, form of musical instrument, and performance methods of zither bowed string instrument through historical records of Chinese Yazheng and music drawings. The analysis of various documents showed that Ajaeng originated from an ancient Chinese traditional musical instrument called Chuk. In terms of the performance style, the Chinese Yazheng had different musical forms depending on the purpose and location of the performance, and there was a method of standing up and fixing the musical instrument horizontally to the ground. Ajaeng in Korea has been handed down without much change in the form of musical instruments introduced in China during the Goryeo Dynasty and the way they sit on the floor and play on a pedestal. Through this study, we hope that it will help to preserve and develop traditional music and Korean traditional musical instruments by enhancing understanding of musical.
영어연어 어휘학습지도가 유아 말하기 향상에 미치는 효과

The purpose of the present study was to figure out how children’s speaking abilities could be improved through collocation-based vocabulary learning. It is presumed that learning English in context is highly effective for improving children’s communicative abilities in English classes, especially, speaking proficiency. To this end, this study was carried out with two groups - experimental and control - for six weeks from August to October, 2009. The results of the study were as follows: First, practicing collocation in vocabulary learning has come out positive in speaking and listening comprehension improvement. than otherwise. For this, the subjects were encouraged to draw pictures and express what they got to take in the class. Second, they have also shown increased interest in English learning with by the aid of audio-visual materials. Consequently, collocation-based vocabulary learning has been highly effective for improving children’s listening and speak skills, increasing interest in learning English.
