        녹두(綠豆) 에탄올 추출물 및 분획물이 피부의 미백, 항염증 효과에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : This study is designed to clarify whitening, anti-inflammatory effect of fractions extracted from the mixture of Phaseolus radiatus L. and ethanol. Methods : In this experiment, we were intended to reveal whitening, anti-inflammatory effect of fractions extracted from the mixture of Phaseolus radiatus L. and ethanol. The whitening activity was confirmed by UV blocking activity, tyrosinase inhibiting activity, and melanin formation inhibiting activity. Anti-inflammatory activity is confirmed by measurement of cytotoxicity level by MTT assay and measurement of Cytokine expression, which is the main mediator of inflammation reaction. Results : As a results, overall activity was high in the ethyl acetate fraction. Tyrosinase inhibitory activity was less than 20% at all concentrations, but the activity to inhibit melanin self-production was higher than that of ethyl acetate fraction at $32.19{\pm}2.79%$ at $100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. And ethyl acetate fraction had a relatively high UV blocking activity. In the anti-inflammatory test, the concentration-dependent activity was shown, and the chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions showed significant NO production inhibitory activity. Cytokine expression was superior to that of the final stage of B cell differentiation, and cell viability was over 80% except for the chloroform fraction at the concentration of $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. Conclusions : The results of this experiment confirmed the whitening effect and anti-inflammatory effect of Phaseolus radiatus L.'s extracts and fractions and report the possibility of application as external medicine.

        분위기 가스에 따른 IZO 박막의 구조적 및 전기적 특성

        In this study, we have investigated the effect of the ambient gases on the characteristics of IZO thin films for the OLED (organic light emitting diodes) devices. For this purpose, IZO thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering under various ambient gases (Ar, $Ar+O_2$ and $Ar+H_2$) at $150^{\circ}C$. In order to investigate the influences of the oxygen and hydrogen, the flow rate of oxygen and hydrogen in argon mixing gas has been changed from 0.1sccm to 0.5sccm, respectively. All the samples show amorphous structure regardless of ambient gases. The electrical resistivity of IZO film increased with increasing flow rate of $O_2$ under $Ar+O_2$ while under $Ar+H_2$ atmosphere the electrical resistivity showed minimum value near 0.5sccm of $H_2$. All the films showed the average transmittance over 85% in the visible range. The OLED device was fabricated with different IZO substrates made by configuration of IZO/${\alpha}$-NPD/DPVB/$Alq_3$/LiF/Al to elucidate the performance of IZO substrate. OLED devices with the amorphous-IZO (a-IZO) anode film show better current densityvoltage-luminance characteristics than that of OLED devices with the commercial crystalline-ITO (c-ITO) anode film. It can be explained that very flat surface roughness and high work function of a-IZO anode film lead to more efficient hole injection by reduction of interface barrier height between anode and organic layers. This suggests that a-IZO film is a promising anode materials substituting conventional c-ITO anode in OLED devices.

        나노 구체 리소그라피법에 Ashing과 Annealing 효과를 적용하여 크기조절 가능한 나노패턴의 제조

        This work presents a fabrication procedure to make large-area, size-tunable, periodically different shape metal arrays using nanosphere lithography (NSL) combined with ashing and annealing. A polystyrene (PS, 580 ${\mu}m$) monolayer, which was used as a mask, was obtained with a mixed solution of PS in methanol by multi-step spin coating. The mask morphology was changed by oxygen RIE (Reactive Ion Etching) ashing and temperature processing by microwave heating. The Au or Pt deposition resulted in size tunable nano patterns with different morphologies such as hole and dots. These processes allow outstanding control of the size and morphology of the particles. Various sizes of hole patterns were obtained by reducing the size of the PS sphere through the ashing process, and by increasing the size of the PS sphere through annealing treatment, which resulted in tcontrolling the size of the metallic nanoparticles from 30 nm to 230 nm.

      • Molecular Profiling and Optimization Researchs for Growth and PHB Production Conditions in Rhodobacter sphaeroides

        Polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) is interested as a substitute for polypropylene. The effects of growth conditions on PHB production have been widely studied in chemolithotrophs, particularly in Rhodobacter. However, the results on PHB production in Rhodobacter have been inconstant due to different strains and experimental conditions, and it is unclear how diverse environmental factors are connected with PHB production. Here, we report optimized growth conditions for PHB production and show that the growth conditions are closely associated with reactive oxygen species (ROS) regulation. PHB accumulates in cells up to 50% at the highest level under dark aerobic conditions as opposed to light aerobic/anaerobic conditions. According to the time course, PHB contents increase at 48h and then gradually decreased. When observing the effect of temperature and medium composition on PHB production, 30℃ and C/N ratio of 9:1 or more were found to be most effective. Among PHB biosynthetic genes, PhaA and PhaB are highly correlated with PHB production, while PhaC and PhaZ observer little change in overall expression levels. We found that peroxidase activities and expression levels of antioxidant-related genes in cells under dark conditions were relatively high, whereas the amount of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> was comparatively low compared to the light conditions. These results suggest optimal culture conditions for growth and PHB production and the importance of ROS-scavenging signaling with regard to PHB production.

        XGBoost 기반의 2단계 확률적 일사량 예측과 태양광 예측 알고리즘의 성능 검증

        We propose the novel solar power forecasting algorithm by using the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) machine based on the 2-stage forecasting structure. Our algorithm is implemented to solve three problems. First, the solar power is linearly proportional to the solar irradiation on a target solar panel, but it is hard to obtain the target solar irradiation. Therefore, in the first stage, we predict the target solar irradiation by using the XGBoost based on numerical weather prediction, which is measured on a different location but modified for the target location. Second, the forecasting errors on the predicted solar irradiation can be transferred to the second stage when the predicted solar irradiation is used to predict the solar power. We forecast the conditional error distribution of predicted irradiation by collecting forecasting errors, and we sample solar irradiation scenarios, which are converted to the solar power scenarios. Then, the final point forecast of solar power is estimated by calculating the median of scenarios so that we can improve the forecasting accuracy. Third, in this process, the quality of numerical weather prediction deteriorates as the target hour is farther. Therefore, we build forecasting models for each target hour in parallel to minimize the forecasting accuracy deterioration from the quality deterioration. Finally, we verify our proposed algorithm by participating in the solar power forecasting competition hosted by KPX.

        화석연료의 사용량의 급격한 증가는 인간의 삶에 편리를 가져왔지만 이에 온실가스 배출량이 증가함에 따라 지구온난화로 인한 기후변화 등의 피해가 심각해지고 있다. 그에 대응하기 위해 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위한 노력과 배출된 이산화탄소(CO<SUB>2</SUB>) 활용방안에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이고, 발전소 또는 산업체에서 배출되는 이산화탄소를 포집·활용·저장(CCUS)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 포집된 이산화탄소는 생촉매(효소, 미생물)를 활용하는 생물전기합성 시스템(Microbial electrosynthesis system)에서 탄소전환(carbon conversion)을 통해 다양한 부가가치 산물로 전환될 수 있으며, 태양광 에너지로 물 분해(water splitting)를 통해 산소(O<SUB>2</SUB>) 및 양성자(H<SUP>+</SUP>)를 생산할 수 있는 애노드(anode, 산화전극)와 CO<SUB>2</SUB>, 양성자(H<SUP>+</SUP>) 및 환원력(전자, e<sup>-</sup>)를 전달하여 생촉매 내 대사전환을 통해 CO<SUB>2</SUB>를 부가가치 산물로 전환시킬 수 있는 캐소드(cathode, 환원전극)로 구성되어 있다. 또한, 애노드 및 캐소드에 쓰이는 전극 물질은 미생물에게 독성이 없고, 경제적으로 효율이 좋은 graphite felt를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 화학독립영양세균인 Rhodobacter sphaeroides는 광합성 기작을 통해 에너지를 얻을 수 있으며, 수소와 CO<SUB>2</SUB>를 활용하여 성장할 수 있다. 따라서 R. sphaeroides를 미생물전기합성 시스템에 적용시켜, 캐소드로부터 직접적으로 환원력을 전달받아 CO<SUB>2</SUB>를 부가가치 산물로 전환하도록 설계하였다. 더욱이, R. sphaeroides의 가스상 CO<SUB>2</SUB> 이용 효율을 향상시키기 위해 CO<SUB>2</SUB> 흡수제를 공급함으로써 부가가치 산물의 생산성을 증가시키기 위한 미생물전기합성 시스템 최적화 연구를 진행하였다.

        이성적 인지양식과 소비자정보 리터러시가 소비자정보혼란과 소비자선택 혼란에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구: 20-30대 소비자를 중심으로

        본 연구는 멀티채널 정보환경에서의 소비자혼란을 감소시키는 방안을 모색하기 위해 정보활용역량인 소비자정보 리터러시와 개인의 고유한 정보처리특성인 이성적 인지양식의 중요성을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 선행연구 고찰을 통해 소비자혼란을 소비자가 정보탐색과정에서 경험하는 정보혼란과 의사결정과정에서 경험하는 선택혼란으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 최근 1년 이내에 노트북을 구매한 경험이 있는 전국의 20, 30대 소비자 320명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 구조방정식모형 분석과 이중매개효과 검증을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 소비자가 정보탐색과정에서 경험하는 정보혼란은 과부하혼란과 불신혼란으로 나타났으며, 구매를 결정하는 과정에서 경험하는 선택혼란은 기능혼란과 브랜드혼란으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자정보 리터러시는 정보탐색 목표설정역량, 정보채널 탐색역량, 그리고 정보추출 및 활용역량으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 이성적 인지양식을 지닌 소비자는 높은 수준의 소비자정보 리터러시를 갖는 것으로 드러났다. 또한, 이성적 인지양식이 선택혼란 수준을 낮출 수 있는 직접적인 요인으로 드러났다. 셋째, 소비자정보 리터러시 가운데 높은 정보채널 탐색역량은 불신혼란 수준을 낮췄으나, 정보탐색 목표설정역량과 정보추출 및 활용역량이 높은 소비자는 높은 수준의 불신혼란을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자정보 리터러시의 세 하위역량은 모두 과부하혼란에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 소비자정보 리터러시는 선택혼란을 감소시키는 것으로 나타나 구매할 제품을 결정하는 과정에서 혼란을 낮추기 위해서는 소비자정보 리터러시의 수준을 제고하는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 다섯째, 정보혼란은 선택혼란을 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 이성적 인지양식과 선택혼란의 관계에서 정보탐색 목표설정역량과 불신혼란의 이중매개효과를 검증한 결과 유의한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of consumer information literacy and rational thinking style on consumer confusion in multi-channel information environment. Consumer confusion is classified as information confusion and choice confusion based on literature review. Online survey was conducted on 320 of South Korean consumers, aged from 20 to 39, who had purchased laptop computer within a year. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling and dual-mediation model with SPSS20.0 and AMOS 22.0. First, information confusion was divided into overload confusion and distrust confusion. Also, this study found two sub-dimensions of choice confusions, functional confusion and brand confusion. Also, consumer information literacy consisted of define, search, and extract & use competency. Second, rational thinking style positively influenced a level of consumer information literacy. Moreover, it influenced negatively choice confusion. Third, sub-dimensions of consumer information literacy were influenced differently with each other on information confusion. Consumers with high level of search competency experienced less distrust confusion and those of high define competency and extract & use competency experienced higher level of distrust confusion. Interestingly, all sub-dimensions of consumer information literacy had no impact on overload confusion. Forth, consumer information literacy negatively impacted choice confusion. Fifth, it was revealed that information confusion increased choice confusion. In addition, there was a significant dual-mediation effect of define competency and distrust confusion in the relationship between rational thinking style and choice confusion.

        중년여성의 라이프스타일과 뷰티행동인식 및 지속행동에 관한 연구

        This study aims to classify middle-aged women’s lifestyles into appearance orientation, self-development, economic practicality and conservative tradition, investigate their effects on the perception of beauty behavior and continuance behavior, and analyze their path relationship. As middle-aged women’s socioeconomic activities increase with better quality of life, they have spent more money on fashion, health and beauty for appearance management and improvement of their social roles. According to analysis using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0, their cognition of beauty behavior has an effect on sustainable behavior depending on their lifestyles, belief, time and time & money consumption patterns. Therefore, it is forecast that the self-esteem, psychological comfort, confidence and self-actualization of middle-aged women in their 40-60s would evolve into sustainable behavior because of their lifestyle and perception of beauty behavior. Furthermore, the study results would provide the empirical data that are needed for the beauty and fashion industries in understanding the consumption patterns of this demographic as well as provide reasonable consumption, planning and developing of products for middle-aged women.
