환경요인에 의한 주요 침엽수종의 지위지수 추정식 개발과 적지 평가

본 연구는 환경인자를 이용하여 우리나라에 분포하는 주요 침엽수종(중부지방소나무, 강원지방소나무, 낙엽 송, 잣나무)의 지위지수 추정식을 개발하고 적지면적을 추정하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 산림입지도와 산림기 후도로부터 산림생산력에 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단되는 43개 환경인자를 도출한 후, 최적 조합에 의해 수종별 지위 지수 추정식을 조제하였다. 최종 수종별 지위지수 추정식에는 각각 6개의 환경인자가 독립변수로 사용되었으며, 경 사형태, 유효 토심, 연 평균기온, 연 최고기온, 연 최저기온, 그리고 생장기간 동안의 총강수량 등의 변수가 지위지 수 추정에 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수종별 지위지수 추정식의 설명력을 나타내는 결정계수는 0.36~0.56 의 범위에 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 모형의 평균편의, 정도, 표준오차의 3가지 평가통계량에 근거하여 검증을 실 시한 결과 비교적 지위 추정능력이 높은 것으로 판명되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 수종별 지위지수 추정식을 이용하 여 각 수종의 적지면적을 산출하고 적지분포를 도해하였다. This study was conducted to develop site index equations and to estimate productive areas for major coniferous species in Korea such as Pinus densiflora Sieb, et. Zucc, Pinus densiflora for, erect, Larix leptolepis and Pinus koraiensis using environmental factors, using the large data set from both a digital forest site map and a climatic map, a total of 43 environmental factors including 15 climatic variables were regressed on site index by tree species to develop site index equations. Six environmental factors by species were selected as independent variables in the final site index equations. The result showed that the coefficients of determination for site index equations by species were ranged from 0.36 to 0.56, which seem to be relatively low but good enough for the estimation of forest stand productivity. The site index equations developed in this study were also verified by three evaluation statistics such as the estimation bias of model, precision of model, and mean square error of measurement. According to the evaluation statistics, it was found that the site index equations by species fitted well to the test data sets with relatively low bias and variation. As a result, it was concluded that the site index equations by species were well capable of estimating site quality. Based on the site index equations, the productive areas by species for all forest areas were estimated by applying GIS technique to the digital forest site map and climate map. In addition, the distribution of productive areas by species was illustrated by using GIS technique.

We describe a fabrication method of submicron glass trenches which have embedded metal lines for the future application of nano-scale RF MEMS devices. The glass wafer was etched using two different conditions to identify the relationship between the slope of glass trenches and the slope of photoresist. A self-aligned metal photomask and negative siserortohp (PRJ slope were used to insert metal lines inside the glass trenches. The PR slope patterned by backside photolithography was affected by the profile of preformed glass trenches. Gold was well fabricated in the 0.7 ㎛ wide trench thanks to the negative PR slope. Nano-scale glass trenches with embedded metal lines can be used as a bottom electrode in submicron beam resonators operating with a high resonant frequency.
철도기관사의 연령, 안전행동 및 사고의 관계: 안전리더십의 조절효과

본 연구는 189명의 코레일 충북본부 현직 철도기관사를 대상으로 연령, 안전행동, 안전리더십 및 인적오류(책임사고와 아차사고) 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석해보려는 목적에서 시도하였다. 이를 위해 6개의 세부가설을 토대로 AMOS 통계를 수행하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 연령이 증가할수록 관리자의 안전리더십을 부정적으로 인식하였고, 안전행동지수는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관리자의 안전리더십은 기관사들의 안전행동지수에 대해 아무런 영향이 없었다. 셋째, 기관사들의 안전행동수준이 높아질수록 책임사고 횟수와 아차사고 정도는 유의하게 감소하였다. 넷째, 기관사들의 부정적 인식에도 불구하고 관리자의 안전리더십은 연령의 효과를 조절하고 책임사고(횟수)를 낮추는 효과가 있었다. This study was attempted to empirically analyze the relationship between age, safety behavior, safety leadership and human error (responsibility and near-miss accidents) for 189 current railway drivers at KORAIL Chungbuk Headquarters. To this end, AMOS statistics were performed based on six detailed hypotheses, resulting in: First, as age increases, the safety leadership of managers is negatively recognized, and the safety behavior index is shown to be lower. Second, the safety leadership of managers had no effect on the safety behavior index of drivers. Third, the higher the level of safety behavior of the drivers, the more responsible the number of accidents and the degree of accidents that occurred in near-miss decreased significantly. Fourth, despite the negative perception of the drivers, safety leadership of managers was effective in controlling the effect of age and lowering the number of responsible accidents (number of accidents).

Recently, the brittle materials such as ceramics, glass, sapphire and textile material have been widely used in semiconductors, aerospace and automobile owing to high functional characteristics. On the other hand, it has the characteristics of difficult-to-cut material relative to all materials. In this study, diamond electro-deposited band-saw machine was developed to operate stably using water-coolant type through relative motion between band-saw tool and Al₂O₃ material. High densified Al₂O₃ material was manufactured by spark plasma sintering method. The bulk density was observed by the Archimedes law and the theoretical density was estimated to be 3.88 g/cm³ and its hardness 14.7 MPa. From the dicing sawing test of Al₂O₃ specimen, behavior of surface roughness and band-saw wear are dominantly affected by the increase of the band-saw linear velocity. Additionally, an continuous pattern type of diamond band-saw was a very effective due to entry impact as a one-off for brittle material.

A series of system dynamics model was developed for forecasting demand and supply of human resource in the electricity industry. To forecast demand of human resource in the electric power industry, BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) methodology was used. To forecast supply of human resource in the electric power industry, forecasting on the population of our country and the number of students in the department of electrical engineering were performed. After performing computer simulation with developed system dynamics model, it is discovered that the shortage of human resource in the electric power industry will be 3,000 persons per year from 2006 to 2015, and more than a double of current budget is required to overcome this shortage of human resource.
