        발아(發芽) 서목태(鼠目太)가 골육종(骨肉腫) 세포중(細胞中)MG-63의 골형성(骨形成)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to find out the germinated Rhynchosia volubilis effect on the male bone morphogenesis. Methods: For this purpose, experiments were performed to measure the polyphosphate content of the germinated Rhynchosia volubilis, and examine the effects of the transcription activity of genes related to bone morphogenesis on the formation of bones. Results: 1. The 1 day germinated Rhynchosia volubilis polyphosphate increased over 300% than 0day germinated Rhyncosia volubilis. 2. The proliferation of MG-63 processed by 0day, 1day, 2day, 3day germinated Rhynchosia volubilis generally increased by density. 3. The transcription activity of the COL1, BMP2B genes increased 11%, 8% in 10%FBS with H2O2 in case of 0day. 4. The transcription activity of the OTN, BMP1A genes increased 7%, 5% in 10%FBS with H2O2 in case of 1day. 5. The transcription activity of the MGP gene increased 16% in 10%FBS in case of 1day. Conclusions: Germinated Rhynchosia volubilis is believed to have effectiveness on bone morphogenesis.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 목통(木通)이 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 처방(處方)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This report describes the remedial fields, symptoms, pathology, dosage, prescriptional constitution of 46 studies related to the use of Lignum akebiae main blended prescriptions from Dongeubogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Lignum akebiae as a key ingredient. Lignum akebiae blended prescriptions are utilized 17.4% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of urine. Prescriptions that utilize Lignum akebiae as the main ingredient are used commonly in the treatment of the symptoms of a urine and a cystic disease related to the urinary organs, or the diseases of eye, ear, nose, throat and the symptoms of a tumor, abscess. Lignum akebiae is utilized for an etiological and pathologenic fators related to heat, dampness, phlegm and summer heat such as excessive fever of heart and bladder, fever of small intestine, lower energizer dampness and heat, fever due to blood deficiency, phlegm fire, affection by summer heat and dampness etc. The clinical dosage of Lignum akebiae is 1 don(about 3.75gram), according to symptoms, it has ranged at a wide variety of amounts from 3 pun(about 1.13gram) to 1.5 don(about 11.25gram). Lignum akebiae is widely applied with base prescriptions such as Dozuksan, Moktongchajuntang, Manjunmoktongtang. etc.

        Objectives : To evaluate the effect of treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis by using Coffee Enema that is well known as detoxifying our body toxins. Methods : Everyday before eating breakfast we gave Coffee Enema and examined the ESR, RF, CRP, VAS every two weeks. Result : After Coffee Enema, we could obtain good result that ESR, RF, CRP, VAS were lower than before treatment. Conclusions : I think Coffee Enema therapy is useful for Rheumatoid Arthritis and expect good results from this method about another chronic diseases.

        조석환경 변화에 의한 표층퇴적물의 시.공간적 분포 변화: 한국 서해안의 무안만

        하구언과 방조제 건설에 따라 고극조위 상승과 같은 조석환경 변화가 심한 무안만에서 표층퇴적물의 분포 변화와 변화 원인을 규명하기 위하여 퇴적물 시료를 채취하고 조류관측을 실시하였다. 무안만의 표층퇴적물은 1998년에 비해 역과 사의 조립질퇴적물의 함량이 증가하고 실트의 함량이 감소하여 퇴적물의 평균입도는 6.2${\phi}$에서 5.8${\phi}$로 조립해지는 경향을 보였다. 조립질퇴적물의 함량 증가와 실트의 함량 감소는 만조선 주변을 중심으로 광범위하게 나타났으며, 특히 동암리와 구로리, 압해도 조간대에서 두드러지게 나타났다. 만조선 주변의 조립화 현상은 일차적으로 하구언 및 방조제 건설에 따른 고극조위 상승에 기인하는 것으로 해석된다. 한편, 서측 만입구 주변에서 세립질퇴적물의 함량이 증가하는 현상은 인공구조물(교각) 건설에 따른 조류속의 감소와 위상차에 의한 조류의 방향 변화 등 수류의 변형에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. Muan Bay has extensively undertaken artificial influences through a series of construction of dams and dykes nearby resulting in a substantial increase in highest high water level. To unravel sedimentary responses to the water level rise, we collected a number of surface sediment samples and hydrodynamic data from in-situ observations of tidal currents in Muan Bay in 1998 and 2007. Comparison of the data between 1998 and 2007 shows that the relative content of coarse fractions, sand and gravel, in the sediment samples has increased with a decreased mean size, on average, from 6.2 to 5.8${\phi}$ at the expense of silt contents. Such a coarsening trend, which is more evident around high water level, particularly on the tidal flats of Dongam-ri, Guro-ri and Aphae-do, is most likely attributable to rising water level. On the other hand, an increase of fine fractions locally in the western entrance of the bay can be explained with changes in characteristics of tidal currents imposed by construction of bridges therein, such as decreased velocities and varied direction and phase of the tidal currents.

        저층 경계면 연구용 Benthic chamber(BelcI) 개발

        소형선박에서 운영이 가능한 연안용 benthic chamber(BelcI)를 개발했다. 운영상에 유연성이 큰 BelcI는 연안 저층 경계면 연구에 폭넓게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. BelcI는 몸체, 자동채수기, 교반기 및 전자제어부로 구성된다. 운영상에 유연성을 극대화하기 위해 몸체는 사각 셀 단위의 2단 구조로 설계했다. 센서신호의 증폭, 교반기 및 채수장치 제어회로를 초 전력 소모 회로로 구성하여 외부 전원장치를 제거했다. PIV(particle image velocimetry)기법으로 측정한 chamber 내부의 유체유통은 전형적인 radial-flow impeller의 특성을 나타냈다. chamber내 물의 혼합 시간은 약 30초로 추정되었으며, 바닥면에서 shear velocity($u^*$)는 약 $0.32\;cm\;s^{-1}$였다. 산경계층(DBL) 두께는 약 $180{\sim}230\;{\mu}m$였다. 현장에서 측정한 산소소모율은 약 $84\;mmol\;O_2\;m^{-2}\;d_{-1}$로 선상배양결과 보다 2배 이상 컸다. 저층 영양염 플럭스는 "질산+아질산"이 $0.18\;{\pm}\;0.07\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$, 암모니움이 $2.3\;{\pm}\;0.5\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$, 인산인이 $0.09\;{\pm}\;0.02\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$, 규산규소가 $23\;{\pm}\;1\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$로 추정되 었다. We have developed an in-situ benthic chamber (BelcI) for use in coastal studies that can be deployed from a small boat. It is expected that BelcI will be useful in studying the benthic boundary layer because of its flexibility. BelcI is divided into three main areas: 1) frame and body chamber, 2) water sampler, and 3) stirring devices, electric controller, and data acquisition technology. To maximize in-situ use, the frame is constructed from two layers that consist of square cells. All electronic parts (motor controller, pA meter, data acquisition, etc.) are low-power consumers so that the external power supply can be safely removed from the system. The hydrodynamics of BelcI, measured by PIV (particle image velocimetry), show a typical "radial-flow impeller" pattern. Mixing time of water in the chamber is about 30 s, and shear velocity ($u^*$) near the bottom layer was calculated at $0.32\;cm\;s^{-1}$. Measurements of diffusivity boundary layer thickness showed a range of $180-230\;{\mu}m$. Sediment oxygen consumption rate, measured in-situ,was $84\;mmol\;O_2\;m^{-2}\;d_{-1}$, more than two times higher than on-board incubation results. Benthic fluxes assessed from in-situ incubation were estimated as follows: nitrate + nitrite = $0.18\;{\pm}\;0.07\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$ ammonium $23\;{\pm}\;1\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$ phosphate = $0.09\;{\pm}\;0.02\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$ and silicate = $23\;{\pm}\;1\;mmol\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$.

        쓰기 저성취 아동의 띄어쓰기 오류 실태 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate frequent errors and their types in spacing words made by children with low achievement in writing, this study analyzed 414 writings of 98 children from 19 elementary schools, based on Korean orthography. As a result, the most common mistakes made by children with low achievement in writing were spacing between words, and the next common mistakes were non-spacing between words at all, spacing in words, spacing between sentence constituents, and spacing between sentence codes. Regarding spacing mistakes between words, most frequent mistakes were found in postpositions, and then in modifiers and substantives, but rare mistakes were found in declinable words. Regarding spacing mistakes between sentence constituents, most common mistakes were found in the combination of objects and predicates and the combination of subjects and predicates. However, not many mistakes were found in the combination of complements and predicates. When it comes to spacing in words, most commonly committed mistakes were not specific, and the next most common mistakes were found in declinable words and substantives. In the case of spacing between sentence codes, the most common mistakes were non-spacing after sentences, and the next were non-spacing before or after sentence codes, and inappropriate beginning of sentences. Through this study, it is suggested to teach basic principles of spacing words to children with low achievement in writing consistently and continually for more effective education of spacing words.

        지적장애 학생의 자기표현 글쓰기에 나타난 주제 및 반성적 표현유형 분석

        This study examined the topic and reflective responses in expressive writing of 36 students with intellectual disabilities who are enrolling twenty-three middle schools.This study analyzed 212 texts and 1,424 text segments with the topic and reflective responses introduced by Farley (1986) and Surbeck (1991). Often, the topic of leisure, family, and school were used in expressive writing by students with intellectual disabilities overall. More specifically, the topic the opposite sex friend and self-management were more used in expressive writing in the upper grade. In opposite, the topic of religion was not appeared compare to the topic of driving. The analysis of reflective responses, the concrete elaboration appeared the most frequently and however the comparative elaboration and the generalized elaboration did not appear. Reflective responses to the report of reaction were higher than positive and negative emotion. The personal focus of meditation was less compared with other reflective responses. The social/ethical focus of contemplation did not appear and the result of reflective responses was significantly different in grade level. The results and the examples of the topic and reflective responses in expressive writing from this study could be used in practices and developments of teaching strategies for the students with intellectual disabilities.

        포스트 접착 시멘트의 종류와 적용 방법에 따른 접착 효율 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare post cementation efficacy according to the different adhesive systems and cement delivery methods. A total of 40 extracted human single-rooted premolar teeth were randomly divided in four groups according to the two luting agents of Unicem applicap (3M ESPE, St. Paul, MN, USA) or Variolink Ⅱ (Ivoclar Vivadent, Liechtenstein) and cement delivery methods of direct cement application or lentulo spiral application. After restoration using glass? fiber posts, the samples were embedded in acrylic resin. Three sections of 2 ㎜ thickness were prepared from each specimen, and the post in each section was subjected to a push-out test. The data were analysed statistically at significant level of 95%. The Unicem had significantly higher push-out bond strength than Variolink and the lentulo spiral application made higher bond strength (p < 0.05). Adhesive failure between cement and dentin was predominant in all groups. The Unicem of self-etch system and cement delivery using lentulo spiral showed clinically acceptable and comparable bonding strength for the fiber post.

        목표설정 및 자기평가 중재전략이 경도정신지체 아동의 상황이해기술에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of goal setting and intervention strategy on self evaluation for context-aware skills. 3 students with mild metal retardation from regular elementary education school participated and multiple-baseline design was used. Research findings demonstrated that the context-aware skills of students with mental retardation were increased by goal-setting and intervention strategy on self-evaluation. In addition, this metacognitive strategy related to self-reporting was effective in generalization of context-aware skills. The suggestions and significances of the study was aiming to discuss with the role of self-activating learning for students with mental retardation in classroom and strategy.
